My husband and I have been wanting to go and try out their buffet. I would love to say that we will be going back. They never ran out of pizzas. The pizzas were always fresh and they tasted great. The server, Kassidy, was top tier. She was very friendly and very attentive. The dining room is immaculate. To top it off the Assistant Manager, Dee, even checked on us. She was very sweet & respectful.

Everything at the Levelland Pizza Hut was amazing. The food, the waitstaff, and the cleanliness of the building were all amazing. 10/10 recommend. My server Julia was polite and helpful and Miranda the general manager was a doll. Levelland Pizza Hut definitely has my business from now on. :)

Zeke did wonderful job on checking up on us make sure we were doing well and the atmosphere inside the store is amazing and the vibes in here are just overall great.

Miranda here was. ROCK STAR!!!!! she went above and beyond. I find myself coming in time to time with work and she was one of the first in my visits to ensure I was welcome and well taken care of. In all my visits to the other Pizza Hut's throughout Texas this is by far in my top 3 and most of that has to dear with Miranda and her service along with her coworkers attentiveness. So sorry for my angelic voice during karaoke 🎤!🤣

It's always good when we eat here. Weather we dine in or carry out it's great. Carrying out this time everything was spot on the server Kevin was awesome very polite! Will definitely eat at the Pizza Hut Levelland again.

Me and my family haven’t been to done in at Pizza Hut in years, but we decided to go in and we got the most amazing service!! We went in to eat and our server Julia gave OUTSTANDING service. Food was fast and hot. We never had to even think about refills because Julia was on top of them. She was nice and fulfilled all of our needs. Will definitely be going here more often from now on.

My recent visit to Pizza Hut was quite satisfactory. The service was efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Our order was prepared accurately and delivered to our table in a timely manner. Pizza was Hot. Good selection. Nicole was our server and did a Fantastic job taking care of us!

The waitress was very polite, got the order correct and brought it all out together like I asked. The food was very good but we like more marinara sauce than what gets put on the personal pan pizzas. I do NOT like the menus. They are too small and very hard to read. I had to take a picture of the menu with my phone to enlarge the writing so I could read them. I have heard other people complain about the menus too. Other than the menus everything was very good.

Every single time we come here, service is terrible! We are ALWAYS getting food taken off the ticket because the waitress doesn’t put something in or puts it in wrong. Recently we had a server named Manuel and he was immaculate! He was friendly, prompt with our order and got everything right! It was very nice service considering every experience prior. We hardly eat Pizza Hut any more because of service but after experience with Manuel, we will be back and make sure to ask for him to serve us.

This place sucks. As shown in the picture. We received our side order of fries as an appetizer and still haven’t received our actual appetizer. My wife received her wings but we are still waiting on mine to make it to the table. The service here continues to get worse everyday. Trash and spilled beverages are under our table. Just wonderful experience

Tried to cancel a delivery today. Was put on hold. 3 minutes goes by, I hung up and called back. Different employee answered and put me on hold !!! I hung up and called back. Once again I asked to talk with the manager, the was laughing as she hung up on me ! Meanwhile, 30 minutes later, the door dash girl showed up. I explained the situation and she said she gets numerous complaints about the Levelland, Tx store. I thanked her and tipped her for her trouble. I called the store again, wow the manager answered. He was obviously very young and inexperienced and offered no explanation for why this happened. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. One star is being generous for my experience.

Eating or ordering here expect 30-45 min wait. It seems to be treated more like a fine dining restaurant rather than a pizza chain.

I had placed a order online and they said I didn’t pay for it and I had to pay again they lady that said I didn’t pay her name is brandi tijerina once we paid she walked to the back and hid from site I feel like she took the food. When another lady said it had already been paid for as she handed us the food

The service was horrible our waitress named Landon came out twice he took about 20 minutes to bring one drink out and brought our food and to wait for plates the music was good and so was the food but the service wasn't good

First my pizza I ordered had no sause. So I took it back up there after I tried calling them 30 times cause they don’t answer the phone since it was delivery. Then…..I get my pizza delivered oppingson the side of box. And mixing from the pizza

This is the last time I order from this pizza hut everytime it's worse and and worse this time it took an extra 25 minutes to get our food because they couldn't it and pizza was poorly made and instead of the crushed red peppers that we had to pay for we got grated cheese plus the employees seem dumb if I'm being honest

There is never any pizza ready on the buffet. Had went at around 12:30, 30 minutes prior to the closing of the buffet and all the pizza was old and everything else was empty. Always seems to be like this no matter what time we go. Have went right after it starts and had to wait 20-30 minutes for them to even get pizza on the buffet.

I placed an order online today at 4:27 an hour later i went for my order and it was never made. But they were quick to want to charge me

Although I received an email stating my order was ready, when I arrived I waited 15 min in the drive thru and since the 4 cars in front had not moved, I decided to go inside to pickup and waited another 20 min, then they said they gave my order to someone else on accident and they would have to remake the order. This is unacceptable!

Today I placed an online order to be ready at 6pm. Get to the pizza Hit drive thru window at 6 pm gave my name and the window person shuts the window and never returns. I then wait 11 mins call into the store got hung up on called again talked to a worker explained what was going on the worker stated that it should be just a few more minutes. I finally received my food at 6:16 with zero explanation why it is now taken 46 minutes to get two medium pizzas and order of cheese breadsticks and eight boneless wings definitely would not do business at pizza go to Lubbock drive to 30 minutes and get your correct order in a timely manner

The server i had tonight sucked they didn't even check on me at all the food came out cold and every time I had to get a soda refill I had to go up and get the refill my self and still my server ran to the back of the store and I would try to get her attention and she would pull out her phone and act like she didn't even see me but when I asked to talk to a manager they took care of me just fine and perfectly. Just still really upset about how the server acted will I go back most likely not.
