What a gem of a spot! I can't recommend Potbelly's enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without being overbearing and genuinely seemed to love their jobs, which really made the experience that much better. The restaurant itself was immaculate. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable. This level of care extends to the food and drinks as well. Everything we ordered was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety, and it's clear they use high-quality ingredients. I'm still thinking about that delicious pasta and the refreshing cocktails! This place is the total package: a super clean environment, fantastic food and drinks, and a staff that goes above and beyond. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next visit. If you're looking for an excellent dining experience, look no further. Five stars all the way!

Really good!! Been driving by for YEARS and always thought their sandwiches would be skimpy, lacking in substance so never tried it. WRONG!! Finally tried Potbelly today and the Cuban heated was fantastic! Added free mayo, onions and sweet heat BBQ sauce on the side. Wow!!! So happy I had it heated! Made it soooo good! They told me the BBQ sauce was really hot, but it wasn't. If you're like me and sensitive, get it on the side. You have to apply the right sauce to sandwich ratio or you might wreck the experience. I will definitely be back and telling all my friends and coworkers that think what I always thought too will come with. Truly happy to have another good choice for sandwiches!!

Potbelly Sandwich Shop never fails to impress, especially with their flavorful Skinny Italian sandwich. Every time I sink my teeth into one, it's like a burst of deliciousness that never disappoints. You can tell it's made with love, every ingredient carefully chosen and expertly crafted.And let's talk about Alec, the epitome of excellent customer service. He's not just respectful, he's genuinely attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly elevate the dining experience at Potbelly. Kudos to Alec for setting such a high standard of service!

i eat here with my mom several times a month, because it's just that good!! never left a review for this place before but the service is always awesome and the staff is super friendly, laidback, and polite. the food is always consistently delicious and fresh too. Ky and Ryan are some very hard workers (and that's saying something, considering i also work in fast food).

I used this location for my basketball and soccer team box meals. Meals were always delivered perfectly without any mistakes, for EVERY game, which usually does not happen when there are multiple orders. Wynn is very professional but cool at the same time. Because of his communication and organizational skills our deliveries were flawless for 16 straight weeks. Thank you for being a great company with superior customer service. I appreciate all your effort and hard work.

I was wanting to try something new and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the Italian and it was amazing. The guy running the drive-thru was polite and very personable. The BBQ chips were actually a BBQ ranch and were also great. I live out of town and I would definitely make the drive to get another sandwich! Definitely going to be craving this place later!!!

I got a sandwich and I just wanted the regular toppings that came on it and for some reason they loaded my sandwich with every topping they offer imaginable, and shorted me on the prime rib meat there that I was actually excited to try. Idk why they didn't use any common sense there:(

The food here is great however the customer service is not so great. I came in with my husband for lunch and was super excited to try this place out as we haven’t been here before. The employees made us feel dumb as if we knew how the menu and ordering worked and we mentioned a few times “ I’m not sure we haven’t been here before “ no guidance no friendly smiles they all liked like they were not happy to be there especially the man that was taking our topping order……

I’ve been coming to this store for a few months now the food is decent. However, literally everytime I’ve been there and I say thank you not once have I got a you’re welcome back. Honestly, it pisses me off because I’m going out of my way to be nice yet they can’t extend the same customer service when I’m spending money here.

Unfortunately, our experience Tuesday night was not great. We ordered from the app and got one of the “off menu” sandwiches. Fist of all, they forgot our chips so we had to circle back to grab those. When we got home, we noticed BOTH of our sandwiches were missing provolone cheese. All of my toppings were missing from my sandwich. Literally just gave me meat & bread. The receipt on my sandwich bag lists all of the toppings I was supposed to get but none of that was included. HOW does this happen?? I’m honestly confused how that gets missed when the receipt literally tells you what to put on the sandwich.

Where the meat is piled on, fresh and again not over-warmed and dried out. I also requested hot peppers but that request was clearly ignored. Terrible food and way overpriced for the literal $&@! you end up with. $30 down the drain! Never again.

Worst Potbelly I’ve ever been to. We frequently eat Potbelly, but this location is off in every possible way. The girl working the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend that she gets some customer service training. There are proper ways to let someone know that you’re unable to do something rather than rolling your eyes, shrugging, and giving attitude. Also, she did not provide any napkins. Seriously? This location needs to get it together.

I ordered online via the app for delivery. When my food got here the delivery person did not knock, didn't get an app alert, they idn't ring the doorbell, or anything. So by the time I got my food from the porch because I didn't know it was there it was ice cold and gross. So basically I paid like five or six extra dollars to have crappy food.

This has to be a joke. This is my order after ordering on door dash. I don’t understand why people are so damn lazy.
