Little Falls, MN. Went there for breakfast the employees were positive and were very patient and informative. This impressed me enough i watched while i was eating Very Professional, getting tough to find in this day. I will definitely keep going there. Thanks.
Great customer service, funny and wonderful couple that are assistant and shift managers, fast unless busy, but great food hot and fresh, even if you have to wait for it, then you know it's fresh, and if you wait long or they happen to mess up an order they are always wanting to fix it or replace it....the place is clean most of the time, but again depends on business and if the kids/crew are having a little to much fun or just not trained enough yet on how important their job is and that they only have a job because of there paying customers that really pay their wages...
This review is for my beautiful wife. She is Vegan, and wanted to try the Vegan whopper. Her exact words, "Its Amazing..." This location hooked us up with the ketchup packets too.
Love this place, food is always fresh and they serve burgers in the morning. Being third shift, i want a burger at 6:00am. I recommend the texas double whopper. Very delicious and a huge meal.
Quick and good service. We go at least once a week. Only one order mix up that was fixed quickly and received a free burger coupon.

I make deliveries throughout the state and usually end up at this Burger King around the time they close. I’m not able to go through drive thru do to the vehicle I’m driving so I always have to use the lobby. Every experience I have had which is at least 10 times has been very good, one time they were locking the door at 10:00 notice me pull in and left it open so I could order. One time they forgot to start my chicken fries, apologized and gave me extra. Food has always been hot and fresh and the employees seem like they appreciate their job and do good work! Thanks and keep it up!

Stopped for quick breakfast while traveling. Typical breakfast sandwiches were consumed. All met expectations.
Drive thru is fast and always done correctly. My bf and I love going for late night shakes. Much better quality than McDs. Inside is fairly clean and comfortable.
The food wasn't bad but the floors were sticky.

I usually enjoy Burger King food. However, the last two times I had breakfast biscuits the bottom half of the biscuit was hard and brittle like a cracker. I assume that there's a problem with their warming tray. Whatever the reason it's disappointing to be unable to eat half of your breakfast.
Wait time isn't ideal considering how busy the location is. With not much traffic flow in this part of town, 8-10 minute wait time is a little odd. Lady dropped my onion rings after my sandwich was ready and I had to wait 7 minutes for them. I can appreciate hot food, but I'd like to know in advance if there'll be a wait on something. All in all, food is consistently tasty
I only order 2 things off the menu since I was a kid and that's not going to change. But people have different tastes than me, I don't like coming to Burger King, but will if other people are in the vehicle.
Good place to eat. I love their fries, especially when I order them "fresh out of the vat". Their burgers can however get to be dry sometimes depending on who is cooking. I am going to try to request a burger made fresh right then and there and no I will not mind waiting if I can have what I need ad I have trouble eating meats and need them VERY MOIST.
When a place says they'll be open at 6:00 a.m. you'd think they'd be ready for business! I would assume ready meaning, biscuits baked, taters in the frier, coffee brewed. Might as well say "We open at 6:10 a.m." if you're not going to be ready!
The one in Little Falls closes much to early. I understand somewhat with the pandemic but 8pm is a bit too early and should have had enough time to work out the help shortage by now, every other food service has seemed to have worked it out.
My husband loves the food here and for that reason we continue to go. Service is very slow & this has been an ongoing experience for us for years. But the food is hot & orders have always been correct
The meat was tough as hell with little bones or and very hard Gristle like it been frozen for a long time, then put into a microwave oven. The tomatoes onions lettuce stuff were very good. The mens restroom, dirty and the stall was out of order and taped off. Was told it's been like that for several days.
Messed the order up last time I was there. S/o went in to request the nuggets we ordered and her drink that was suposta come with the meal. Had to send me back in to get the drink and the nugget sauce after she went in to get nuggets.
They always seem to forget something in my bags... We have 9 people in our family so we always have a huge order so I'm sure it gets confusing sometimes. Some of the employees are friendly and the food is made pretty fresh as far as I have seen. I would recommend going there to people who are just passing through Little Falls.
It's an okay place to eat. Most the time our orders come out wrong or incomplete. There is usually something missing from our order each time. The staff does seem nice and will usually fix it if you catch it, but it is a bummer when you are half way down the road before you realize your order is wrong and who wants to go back to get it fixed. Otherwise it is an okay option for fast food.
They are short on staff, they will say no one wants to work. But the truth is no one wants to work for what they pay. They never put my drive thru order into the computer so when I got to the window after 10 minutes, I had to wait another 5 minutes. Staff was polite and food was hot.
Cashier taking my order couldn't talk up. Being hard of hearing and all the back ground noise she didn't even try to talk louder.
Order was over 15 min wait at the window. The employee looked over worked and was older trying to cat,h orders up. She appeared to be doing everyone's jobs. Its obvious she is working her behind off compared to the younger employees.

The King is dead, long live the King! (McDonald's). I say this due to my use of a gift card during a recent that they (BK staff) couldn't get to work so, very kindly of them, they offered me a free meal. I accepted their kindly offer, and was assured the gift card would be returned to me in the bag. I was handed the bag and I drove to my favorite car eating place which is classified, top secret information cuz it's my place, not yours. Nope. No Ronald! Now be quiet I'm typing. Anyhoo, no gift card in da bag.. So yeah, and the burger was made exactly opposite of how I ordered it to be made. More like Burger Jester than Burger King. Am I right or what? I guess from here on out my high BP, high LDL, and associated high risk levels causing my early demise shall be caused by McDonald's not BK. Yet I find myself filled with the warmth of gratitude and the machismo provided by capitalism for having the choice. God Bless America. I told mysel i wouldn'tcry this time yet here I go with the waterworks. I gotta run. Toodles y'all.
Takes FOREVER to get your phone, they are rude about how long it takes & the food is always cold, despite the long wait! My family hasn’t had McDonalds for 2 years & now we are about to boycott this Burger King as well! 😡
They said they didn't make a triple whopper in little falls.. Came back to Duluth... And SURPRISE! They were able to put a couple more patties on the bun. (sorry just venting)
They forgot half our meal the food wasnt even remotely warm and the person taking our order didnt even pay attention to our order after having to repeat ourself several times. We ordered full meals and only recieved the sandwhiches and they charged up full meal prices. Not happy.
I don't go very often but every time I go the order is wrong, maximum of 2 people are working and it takes 30 min to get your food in the drive through. Also, tables are always dirty, good food though.
Slow service, made my sandwich wrong after I had to repeat it at least four times for the cashier who obviously needed a hearing aid. When I got my order, half of it was missing and I had to ask for the rest of it. Both sandwiches were made wrong. One I just ate, The other I brought back up, and they made it wrong again. I didn't bother to bring it up again, I just ate it. They were a little busy, but not that bad. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.
This Burger King is ok at best, it really depends who is working, half the time they don't bother salting the fries, you'll wait around forever to get your order and the lobby is almost always dirty. The customer service here is sub par at best. I've worked at several fast good restaurants INCLUDING this one and tbh the only reason I continue to frequent this store is because it's convenient. Dean Baker is the only manager who has ever provided me quality customer service.
Traveling thru stopped at BK drive thru and ordered the #5 meal w/coke, 1 med fries, 2/10 piece chicken nuggets and after miles down the hwy we find out that they shorted us the med fries we PAID for. WHY can't these employees double check orders BEFORE they hand them out to the PAID customer. When you are out of town and down the hwy who wants to turn around and waste time going back that a employee SHOULD have made sure the order was correct. Tried to call but they don't answer the phone so we will put this disappointed review out and maybe they will take notice.
The service here was really slow. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the lack of quick and prompt service, however it doesn’t negate the fact that it took 11 minutes to get our order complete. Building was kind of clean

Food is mediocre. ...service? ?? If you "have" to eat here use the drive thru, it's apparently their priority as they consistently give your order to fill cars while you wait 20 minutes inside a near empty dining area (7 including my family of four). This... on a Sunday, @ 6:20 in the evening.
Food good for most part, they need to prioritize their duties. 2 for grill 1 for drive 1 for front and 1 to put orders together. I believe the team is very unorganized, I worked at a McDonald's 10 years ago that was faster then this bk, hell even DQ in Royalton know to be very slow is faster then BK little falls. suggestion for improvement probably retrain your managers of proper procedures or get rid of the ones that just do what they want to get a paycheck.
Went inside, there was too much mayo on the chicken Jr. And wanted the order to go, got dine in, told her was to go and got handed a bag do it yourself. Employees needs to be trained better

Ordered a shake, something was wrong. I believe someone didn't fill it, they had to refund my money for that. My Whopper Jr, was almost non existent on the burger portion, and in my opinion to expensive for what I received. Does anyone remember the original Whopper?? You know the one you needed both hands to hold on to and eat??
If you have dogs and have to clean up there accidents with a steam vac, you know the smell of emptying the tank after leaving it sit for too long... the bathroom smelled like this. After gething my whopper then using the rest rooms, my usual magical experience of flame broiled goodness was ruined
Ordered 2 burgers and 2 small fries, paid got a bag, I open the bag, everything is spilled around an just 1 portion of fries. You guys are getting $15 / hour....... just get the damn order right and dont mess it up. Simple right?
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!! Forgetting a sauce is one thing but a whole sandwich! Person over the phone was able to get me a replacement next time I'm in (which is rare). Fries and mozzarella sticks were cold. And again WAS MISSING A WHOLE SANDWICH, which was the main part of course.
food is usually pretty good and well made, but i can’t count how many times they have forgotten many items in my order. after paying for a meal, id expect it to be included in the bag, but so many times ive gotten home just to discover they didn’t include the main thing i ordered. happens almost every time, very frustrating. hope this issue gets worked out soon, if not, we’ll just find another place to go. not worth it tbh
I feel bad for the staff. There are only three employees working. People parked all over the parking lot waiting for food. Orders messed up. I ended up having to drive back around and get a refund and go somewhere else. If this keeps up I'm sure they'll shut down.
Our chicken sandwiches had Mayonnaise and my bf Is allergic to it. after he told them to make sure they used different gloves they still didnt. And they tasted nasty they mustn't be cleaning their fryers. Very bad experience and this isn't first time. Wont ever go back.
Dude at the drive thru had too much to smoke on his break! Waited 7 min for fresh fries, my kids fries were seriously cold and limp! Never stop here again.
This Burger King is one of the worst I've ever been to, it's Saturday Evening and I went through the drive thru at 8:30 pm and they said sorry were closed. I've been there another time and asked for a chicken sandwich and they were out if those style buns so you couldn't order one.
Horrible. Had to wait on manager to finish talking to this young employee about getting drunk. Seems like he was flirting with her. His shirt was unbutton very on professional looking . I was the only customer in the place. Looks like a bunch of trash running the place. Wo t go back.

Everytime I go to burger king, I go through the drive thru and order pretty much the same thing. A whopper jr meal with either 2 or 4 of the m&m cookies. When I order 4 I only get 2. And today I ordered 2 and didnt get them at all. I understand that things get crazy in fast food, but everytime? Especially when I order the same thing every time? Come on
This Burger King is the worst this is the 3rd time I have gone there this month and the never ever get my full order it is always missing a sandwich or fries or wrong soda the only thing they do right is charge my card. I have lost over 20.00 dollars
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. They didn't have in stock the food we ordered but they waited a long time to tell us that, preventing us from the realistic possibility of going elsewhere.
5 min. Into the drive through was pulled ahead to wait for food. 15 (checked per receipt and current time) minutes later our food was brought out and half was fresh the other half likely from 15 minutes ago
This place has the most rude staff have ever seen in a fast food restaurant the girl in drive thru today was absolutely not friendly at all we were waiting a long time to get thru and then to have the person taking the order bot even say thank you is totally unacceptable!!!! Dried out fish and original chicken sandwiches were horrible!!!
Looking for A place that completely disregards the customers existence? Look no further. Food may be “okay”, however that doesn’t make up for there TERRIBLE customer service. Wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to waste their time or money at this location.
Went tonight because I haven't been in a long time and it smelled so good!! I pull into the drive thru the the gentleman on the headset was super rude. Every word he had to speak and listen too seemed like a chore. Repeated my first sandwich order back incorrectly incorrectly I politely said "no I don't want bacon." Then he let out a loud huff that fuzzed up the speaker. i didnt even get to order my first sandwich before his attitude completely threw me off this location for good. People shouldn't be made to feel like they are bothering you when you are at work! Find another job or show some respect and decency to the people who come to order food from your restaurant. If your work is such a chore than please find somewhere else to bring that energy.
Hit or miss. Its either great or horrible depending on the day. Today she only let two cars through and made everone wait. As a car left she took the next order. Dont come here. Checked her phone before bagging our meal. 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches.
Went through drive up and I was told to move forward. I was only car there. I was then told that the lane gets graded for speed. Your message to me was, your way or the highway and genuine service didn't matter as much as an illogical goal set to judge time customer waits. Resteraunt should focus on the quality of the food firstly. I drove to place of next appointment. Opened the bag to a soggy nasty bun, french fries undercooked and cold. Place of appointment was only two blocks away. Disgusting food, service and overall experience I've not gone back.
We waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes waiting for our food. We got to stare at the disgusting and neglected outside area of the building the whole time. Yay. When we finally pulled up to the window, again we were greeted with a disgusting view of the inside. They messed up our order, and when I opened the bag there was a big balled up bunch of napkins that looked to be used. For funsies I opened my smushed sandwich (I ordered an original chicken sandwich) and it was full of wilted, yellow/brown lettuce. I just wasted 40 minutes of my life and $20.
Husbands bun was dry, lettuce looked not fresh/bad. He said it didn't taste very good. My burger wasn't very hot. Cheese wasn't melted. Will not be dining there again.

Every time I've asked for barbecue sauce or any extra condiments its never in the bag. The last 6 times I've asked and the only time I got my barbeque is when I had to drive back to the store. Employees try to artificially keep their drive thru times down by moving you to a parking spot and walking food out to cars even when you're the only car. Buns and lettuce are routinely soggy, tomatoes usually green, and bacon isn't even warmed up(they let the patty warm it). Edit: decided to try again and go into the store. Was the only customer in store with manager taking break at one of the tables. Stood for around 5 minutes listening to cashiers conversation about their boyfriends and was not acknowledged once. This place is a joke. Will never go back to this location.
If I could go no stars I would. It's not an option. I have given them multiple chances and they constantly disappoint me. Orders get messed up 7- out 10 times. Randomly closing during the day. overcooked chicken sandwiches. bad attitudes, absolutely dirty lounge. Super long wait time. They will make you pull ahead anytime they have to cook something, and just to shut there drive through timer off. This place is poorly run, and needs new owners. It is a joke. Every time I give them a chance, something weird will happen. Its too bad. I have nothing positive to say about this place and hope it goes out of business, and someone else buys the location.
Totally not impressed with the customer service. If your menu outside says your new frozen drinks are only $1 then you should probably make sure you only charge them $1 each. I waited in line in the drive thru for 10 mins and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Then when I finally got to the window all he said was “ I’ll be with you when I’m all caught up on my orders”. I waited for another 5 mins and then left. Seriously! 15 mins in the drive thru and I didn’t even get my order taken.
Price increases are hidden. They don't match their advertised/displayed menu price, and management is unwilling to adjust what comes up on their register. So watch out for this.
Chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. Slowest service. Sat at speaker box for over 5 minutes before getting my order taken, and it still took 10 or so more minutes. Girl running drive through had unkempt messy hair, not professional or sanitary.
Sorry but my rating went from a 5 to a 1 when I walked to the entrance and was raced there by an employee so they could lock the door before I could get to it. I asked her “are you serious?”, no smile, no words, just a cold turn of a shoulder and stomped off. I then pull to the drive thru where I had been waiting on a line with just 3-4 cars for about 15 mins when I seen the same employee who raced me to the entrance to lock me out step out the back and puff a cigarette. Very distasteful and 100% unacceptable. It’s sad as I used to work at this location managing and it was so busy, customer service was excellent and food was hot and fresh. Oh and we didn’t turn customers away for smoking breaks!!! Sad really.
I am sorry. But this is one of the worst experiences I have had a Burger King. Our chicken sandwiches were not done. They had soooooo much mayo on them and under cooked. They were slipping and sliding everywhere. Brought them back and got an attitude over it. I dont get it. It is not good thw customer isnt happy and you want to have an attitude over it and not offer to make it right.Aleast the birds got a good meal. Never again at the store ever
Waited 20 minutes for my food. I asked for my money back and they refused. I watched the lady at the counter hand out my meal to a customer that just walked in of course he happily took my lunch to go people are so rude! then once I complained I was pretty angry they told me not to return! Also no free meal for mistakes 😔
the workers here are the meanest people ever. there was a complication with the order and the workers were not helpful instead they decided to make snarky comments, roll their eyes and act annoyed at the fact they had to do their job. i don’t understand whether it’s the minimum wage they get paid or the fact they hate their job. either way they don’t treat customers like decent humans, and they always forget things in the order. i wouldn’t be surprised if they spit on the food. all this to say the food is good.
Cashier was extremely inexperienced with the register and took a very long time to even get to the next person in line. Would have overlooked this had she not cleared her throat and coughed all over my onion rings. Not to mention that one of the items was incorrectly made, the employees were constantly yelling. When children (i’m hoping related to the cashier) arrived, she began yelling at the to sit in opposite corners of the store and to not move, as well as saying this to another woman in the store. To be completely honest this was the most terrible, grossest, worst environment Burger King I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating in.
Shitty service shitty food and there was 6 people inside while I was waiting for 10 mins waiting to get my order taken
Part of our order was 4 bacon double cheeseburgers with no ketchup no mustard and no pickle and we got 4 double cheeseburgers and it had no bacon. Went in and they corrected the order and we looked again and now they have bacon but they added mustard. Went back in again while all the rest of our food was getting cold. These people have no idea what they are doing. Happens all the time. Horrible place.

The food was fine I was there a couple times in the past week the first time I sat in the drive through for over 45 min it was a min ten min between each car order.. and the lines wasn't long and barely any body inside then the third time the manager didn't even greet or say hi or even boo . And I was standing at the register for more than ten min and there were employees just standing around and one other person In. The restaurant. Cmon u guys I love burger King but I hate coming to this one because customer service all but one manager were not very personable. Or welcoming .get ur crap to gether service staff?,,,,;:;*&%
I was on my way to DJ a wedding, so I was on a schedule, and I walked into the lobby, there were several people standing there, waiting with nobody tending the front counter. I walked up to the gentleman at the front of the line, and asked him if he had ordered yet. He said no. I asked him how long he had been waiting He said at least 5 minutes. Then I hear a voice from the lobby chime in... "he has not been waiting 5 minutes" it was a uniformed employee, who was very rude, she was sitting in the lobby eating with a bunch of people who did not work there. I'm unsure if she was on the clock or not, but she was representing the store and in uniform. I said well it appears that they might need some help, she replied "they don't need no help" I said well if the person at the front of the line has been standing there for 5 minutes and nobody's taking their order, they probably need some help. And I walked out. While driving away I saw an employee out back with a trash bin who was having a cigarette and playing on his phone. This location is very poorly managed.
I was passing through on 371 past Little Falls. Thought I would stop for lunch. It's been a while since I have had Burger King, about 4 years. I ordered two cheeseburgers and onion rings. The burgers were not good at all, I have had much better burgers from a gas station. The onion rings were crazy greasy, yuck.
