My favorite coffee place. The drinks can be overly sweet, but if you ask, the staff can tamp that down for you. There is an expansive menu for anything your heart desires and recently they added more food options. The staff is always fun and friendly which is awesome. There are free stickers on the first Wednesday of every month! The rewards app is great and easy to use. This particular location is the fastest location and well managed.

I got the Picture Perfect Dutch Freeze (Medium). Good size, tasty, just right for a hot afternoon. Tastes just as appetizing as it looks. Drive-thru didn’t take very long and had good customer service.

Typically I have fantastic service, but this time it was not! I went for my birthday 🎂 coffee, and ordered on the mobile app 15 min early, when I got there they hadn't even started it yet, and I had to wait a other 10min, the only plus was the server was really friendly and totally chill

They're nice people but they're playing loud music and it seems like they miss details, for example, "light ice", that should be automatic for the new items with boba, considering the fact that there's less space for liquid and ice you're kinda getting ripped off. Also the boba should be poured in first, so it can be at the bottom. A lot of it is stuck at the bottom with ice and i finished the drink.

I always feel bad leaving negative reviews but this Dutch Bros was easily the worst service I've ever had. The girl who took our order was actually rude to us, and after making uncomfortable remarks about myself and my partner and dismissing my partners questions about drink flavors she didn't tell us our total or cash us out, just walked away mid-conversation. We were able to get it figured out at the window, but they were not happy to be cashiering and we paid with the app, so there was no reason for us to have to pay at the window. Everyone also seemed really rushed and grumpy. I don't know if it was an off night, but I don't think I'll be visiting this location again.

$17 for 2 small coffees is wild. Even worse, the night employees tipped themselves without asking. That’s not okay. Love Dutch Bros in general, but this location needs to do better.

The late night workers tip themselves a couple dollars here and there instead of asking the customer if we would like to tip them or not. Ordered a couple hot chocolates for my siblings and what usually comes out to $6 turned out to be $9.

Ok there is one girl who is always so rude and just miserable with her service , not welcoming , not engaging and definitely not inviting , she is short , brown hair and always seems to be working the late night shift, I work in customer service and this girl definitely doesn’t care that she is a representative of this location/company, her attitude when addressing us is always very cold and bothered. She needs to be addressed.

Is there some sort of race to take orders now? being fast isn’t a bad thing but when you’re cutting me off mid sentence saying anything else while i’m literally telling you what else i wanted is rude. The atmosphere here is extremely tense and ruins my experience. It’s always the same girl too. She is the rudest dutch employee i’ve ever met on multiple occcasions. She’s a brunette with pale skin.

The girl taking our order was great, which is why I left her a tip. However, the coffee and bagels were sub par at best. The bagels were cold, flat, and looked like they could have been pulled from the refrigerator isle at any grocery store. No, in fact that would have been a better choice. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this chain.
