My experience at this KFC was excellent. The food was fresh, hot, and ready as soon as I received it. The wings were perfectly cooked; crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned with just the right amount of flavor. They tasted freshly made, not greasy or overcooked, which made a big difference. The sides were also hot and fresh, and everything was packaged neatly, showing care and attention to quality. You could tell the food hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp and was prepared properly. I also want to give a special shout-out to the cashier, Josie. She was friendly, professional, and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the overall experience even better. Overall, great food quality and great service. I’ll definitely be returning.

Anthony help me with my order, the service was amazing! Today I got the famous bowl for 5 dollars and it was delicious. The inside of the building was nice and clean. Definitely coming back here and 100% recommend.

The customer service here is great, and the food is delicious. Everything that Nikki recommended me was so good. Chicken was hot and fresh. The Nashville hot famous bowl was delicious. The restaurant inside is very clean.

This is by far the best KFC restaurant ive ate at! A employee named Noah took my order and was very quick and had amazing customer service! All of my chicken was cooked perfectly as well as my side dishes. I will definitely come back here soon!

I found a parking spot right by the door. The service was good. I was helped right away. The food was good but pricey. The food was done in maybe 7 minutes. I ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket with mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw which came out to be almost $60

I came during a busy day, I even ate inside, it was hot outside and i was just hungry so I seen a line and didn’t hesitate with the assumption of a long wait/line. But was I was SURPRISED. They took orders quickly and Efficiently, I was in the middle of grabbing my drink after ordering and next thing you know they called my name with my food ready. I ordered a 2 piece chicken and they offered me a second side dish and a large drink to my meal for ONLY 2 DOLLARS!!! The sweet young lady who took my order , named Josie on her name tag, is an amazing seller, she even got me to buy a chocolate cake and a coupon book which I will definitely be using to comeback since my experience was so good. It was clean inside, fresh, and relaxing especially the bathrooms which a lot of people lack to keep up with, like popeyes lol(they suck). But most importantly the food was amazing, you can tell it was fresh it was hot and not oily but juicy just perfect, will definitely be coming back, I come all the way from Tracy specifically for this location only because somehow it’s always better than the others.Keep it up guys !

No one was behind us and there was no need except to keep their numbers down. We pulled around anyways. Good was brought out. Both items were wrong. There was corn in the bowl and pickles on the sandwich. When I went in to let them know I ordered no picked. The worker took it back and tried to just remove the pickles. When I said no I need a new sandwich because I can’t eat pickles she hard sighed and then made me a new one this time with out mayo.

The fries were soggy and stale, like they’d been sitting out for over an hour. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. This place is a total waste of money. I don’t understand how people are leaving “good reviews” about this KFC. I’m never coming back again!

Read and trust the reviews save your money and go somewhere else. This puts me off on KFC I want be going back for a LONG LONG TIME IF EVER.....JUST HORRIBLE

When I arrived, the store was completely empty, yet it still took about three minutes for the two employees to acknowledge me. They were both on their phones, which is unprofessional. The bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. The lobby was also very dirty, even though no one was eating there. Overall, a terrible experience.

Went through the drive thru and order 5 chicken tenders meal. When I got home, I had chicken tender scraps in the box... Very disappointing for a $20 meal. Definitely won't be back!

This place deserves to be closed again. Never no condiments is corporate that cheap that cant even please customers with bare minimum. First bite of chicken almost lost a tooth. Chicken had none of the 11 herbs and spice. If Colonel sanders was still alive this wouldn't be one of his locations.
