I never had a problem with the customer service at this location until I came across this chubby monster, who took our order in the drive thru. He had the worst attitude and was acting like he was so irritated with our order. Then we paid extra for salad dressing and he didn't want to give it to us after we handed him the money. That particular El Pollo Loco tends to be crowded. Even the drive thru has long lines. Good customer service though. When they forgot to add my drink during my drive through order, I complained inside and they gave me a large drink without questioning. Quick friendly service while dealing with crowds.

I dont know if this is chicken or charcoal!. Sad to say, I never learned my lesson to this particular Branch. I was hoping every time im buying my chicken will be juicy as i requestd. Also, how will you appreciate the chicken without Salsa, cilantro and onion. I love el pollo loco chicken but this Branch need to improve their chicken.

The pollo loco app and google say they open at 930 so I went at 945. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, after they had told me they’d be back to take my order, pulled up to the window, flagged a worker, asked if they could take my order. They said they wouldn’t be open for another 5 minutes. They are never open at the time they say they’ll be open.

Food is pretty bad and not worth the money. Spend $30 and it not even full and they even missed place an item have to go back and get it.

I ordered 4 dorritos locos tacos online along with some other things for my family, and when I picked up my food I noticed it was 4 normal tacos instead of the dorritos locos ones and they denied changing them because they insited thats what I ordered even when I showed them my online order

They gave me food burnt, last week it was burnt and dry . I wouldn’t recommend now to go .

I am scared to give this one one more go. I had really bad food last time. It was dry, some undercooked. My salad was dry, some stuff seemed rotten, but I am not sure, possibly overcooked, just something was very very odd... I mean I never throw away food but I did because it was that bad. I didn't complain just threw it away. I didn't want to try again. My meal came out scary.

I'm a frequent customer at this particular Pollo Loco location, their customer service is always very good & courteous. I don't want to give the restaurant a bad review because of one person but they really need to work on training their employees in customer service more. Being kind is free & being rude is too. Don't work in a place with frequent customers if you don't like attending to people. I won't post her name out of respect but if this reaches management, hope its brought up to their attention.

Awful portions at all locations lately. My fav is the double chicken tostada. However the double chicken is a joke. It always looks like barely more chicken than the regular tostada. It's definitely NOT double the chicken. It's also up to $15-$16 as if 2025. The family pack large side portions are also a joke. Could barely feed a family of ants. I've decided to stop doing El Pollo Loco. I'm tired of them charging more money$$ for way less food. Not worth it.

Are the Owners and managers instructing the workers, to rip off their customers, I have eaten at over a dozen El Pollo Loco and this restaurant, is the worst one of them all, because these mistakes happen multiple times. Terrible service, Horrible preparation of my food, I ordered on the computer touch screen, so to not makes any mistakes when ordering, not only did they prepare my order wrong, it was incomplete, I order chips and cheese and creamy cilantro sauce, it was not in my bag, so they stolen my money, then they put onions in my Pollo bowl when I selected not to when ordering so I had to throw it away, because I'm allergic to onions, I paid for new shredded crunchy chicken taco, but found out it had to be substituted for somethin else, because they ran out of the shredded crunchy chicken taco, so I told them I will take the Taco Al Cabon which is cheaper and I did not receive any money back for my taco substitution for something more cheaper. I paid for chips/cheese and creamy cilantro I did not receive, so I ended up paying $22.56 for 3 dried Taco Al Cabon with no cilantro sauce.

Save your self a trip. Waited 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through. Just to get this. I'm very disappointed. Cashier was also rude. I had been craving this but definitely won't be coming back to this location.
