Great location. Parking is right beside the restaurant so don’t drive by and miss it. Burger was fantastic, fries were great with the house sauce to dip it in. My son always gets plain and it’s impossible here because the put onions on the grill but he said you couldn’t taste what few were on his burger. Definite go to and then go stroll along the water after.

The smashed cheeseburger was very good. The char on the smashed patties were very good. The sauce along with pickles and cheese paired well and wasn't overwhelming and flavorful. The fries were decent. The staff was super friendly and nice and the service was fair. There's seats around the shop that is mostly outdoors or exposed and there's also parking.

Decent sized burgers 🍔 for a smash burger. The bun was soft and it overall wasn't soggy with the house sauce it comes with ( I got the double cheeseburger). I kind of wish it had lettuce I felt it was missing that crunch but overall a good burger. The fries were also good and I highly HIGHLY recommend the local strawberry hand spun shake, it was absolutely delicious and amazing. There was seating on both sides of the counter as well as on one side of the building. There's a small parking lot and street parking but you'll definitely struggle finding a spot later in the week and weekends.

Epic smash burgers, truly brilliant. Chicken sandwich was good too, fries are solid. Ketchup sachets aren't needed, but they lob a ton in the bag anyway. Very popular so at certain times of day expect it to be busy and there to be a queue. It still moves quickly all the same. Overall, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better burger in the area.

Foods great, fries are kinda bland but everything else is great with food. The service is amazing the workers are very nice and never sound annoyed. The seating is usually full and the environment is good just gets boring after 3 times

Solid smashburger spot with a location near OC in Long Beach. I've heard a lot of hype around their burgers and shakes and they definitely live up to the hype. The vibes are great with a pink exterior and there is a small free parking lot next to the shop. The smashburgers are delicious and served with thick cut pickle slices which are a plus for me. The cheese is also just the perfect amount of melty gooey goodness. I do which they had some tomatoes or lettuce added on, but for just meat/cheese/bun, it can't be beat. The strawberry shake was fantastic and had more real strawberry flavor than most burger shops. Hope to try it again when strawberries are in season. The fries are solid but nothing to write home about. Similar to McDonald's fries but crispier. Definitely will be coming back to try their chicken sandwiches which I've heard great things about as well.

One of the tastiest smash burgers I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant has a 60 minute limit parking lot around the side of the building offering around 15 spots. The burger-8.5/10 The fries-9/10 Their shakes I hear are amazing! The overall price for the meal-8/10 Highly recommend trying this burger joint off of one of the busiest streets in Long Beach.

Win-Dow Restaurant in Belmont Shore, LB has quickly become one of my go-to spots. I am genuinely addicted to their cheeseburger and their strawberry shake — both consistently delicious, fresh, and nostalgic in the best way. The whole place has this fun 80’s-inspired vibe that feels casual and effortless, and I love that you can watch the kitchen crew build each order right in front of you. It adds such an authentic, behind-the-scenes charm. The staff is always friendly, but this week something truly stood out: I stopped in for my usual shake, and the cashier greeted me by name. It completely surprised me and made my day. That level of care is exactly what makes a brand memorable and loved. If I could make one small request, it would be a rewards program — especially for the shakes. Keep up the great work. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

The Window is my go-to spot for smash burgers in Long Beach. The burgers are thin, crispy on the edges, super flavorful, and just hit every single time. Fries are great too.The vibe is super casual—kind of like an old-school drive-thru where you just walk up, order, and chill while they make it fresh It’s a simple menu, quick service, and really good food. If you’re craving a solid smash burger, this is the place.

I’d give it 10 stars if I could! So far the best burger I’ve found in Long Beach. We’ve been here maybe 6-7 times in the last month, mostly for burgers, sometimes just ice cream and every time it’s been above and beyond delicious! Their prices are super reasonable considering how great the food is and how wonderful the service is! Online ordering is easy and it’s always ready on time. They’ve got a small parking lot but we’ve always been able to find street parking within a couple blocks. Fun atmosphere. Attentive and kind employees. Love the onions on the burgers. Also love the 3% extra charge for the employees. We will come back again and again and are thankful for such a wonderful neighborhood spot.

Easy direct short menu to order, beef, chicken or veggie burger, they do have salad and a grain bowl with fries, slaws and dipped cones. Make to ordered so abit of waiting and the price is good. Taste wise, good nothing special. Just abit of too much of sauce for the burger (should request on aside or less). Fried chicken sandwich was tasty and moist but not crunchy. Fries are great, tasty and crunchy..perfectly make. The place is more of outdoor but with a fun, chill vibe. Service was good & nice. Overall, not bad.

Great little burger that has a powerful flavor. I liked it. It's affordable and not too long of a wait, I mean with a small crowd, I think it's a fair amount of time. I had the normal cheeseburger and thought maybe 4 solid bites and it's gone. But good bites. I took away 2 stars from service because the guy taking my order said he can't cut the burger for me, but can give me a knife. Which is fine. But when I get my food during a packed crowd and get no knife and these guys disappear back into the kitchen area. Hmm, yeah these are the things I tip for. So hopefully, a little more customer service and this place is brilliant.

When I walked up to the ordering window to place my order, it wasn't too busy for a weekday visit. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I got my double cheeseburger with fries and an iced tea. The smash burger was delicious, flavorful, and the perfect size for my appetite. It might be on the small side if you have a bigger appetite. The fries were average but still hot and crispy. Fantastic milkshakes and vegetarian menu options are also available. There is plenty of outdoor bar-style seating, with a few seats inside the order/pick-up area. However, this won't be a great place to dine in during the rain. I noticed many people ordering take-out or picking up their online orders at the window on the left side of the building. The staff at The Win-Dow was helpful and efficient, especially during the busy lunch hour I visited. There are a few parking spots in the adjacent lot, but plenty of metered and free neighborhood parking is nearby. I question the 3% "Happy and Healthy Surcharge" added to the bill, which you can request to be removed. I just wonder why the customer pays that. Oh well. I enjoyed my meal, so I may come back again.

Ordered the s'mores shake, completely worth it, get it! 9.2/10. Location is outdoor seating only. It's small. Would visit again but not going out of my way.

pretty good! their buns are really soft and good! the service was immaculate. i’d definitely come back. just try everything tbh. was it the best burger ever? no, but it’s definitely a burger i’d crave and bring my friends to if they’re hungry.

Husband was excited to finally catch a day when line was short. Ordered: 2 double cheeseburgers, kale salad, and lemonades. The kale salad was the best item- reasonably fresh, good flavor. I love good burgers but this was extremely salty. The burgers were moist enough but between their salt and the sauce, and the runny cheese? Not sure why these are popular. As far as atmosphere- all the benches were unclean, and people were vaping weed in line, plus outside their cars in adjacent parking lot. The smoking was frequent enough that I had to move twice and inhale the burger and leave. Just saying, its part of this location. Better to try these as uber eats if you want your smashed salty burgers!
