Love coming here. The staff is very friendly and even when they are busy, you get your food quickly and the food is always fresh. Everything is 100% gluten free and they just expanded their menu for the 2025 year. Best food option for a quick and easy healthy meal option.

I learned about the grand opening bc one of the staff members walked in the clinic I work in to give out small sample bowls! It was so yummy I had to attend the grand opening! It’s in Logan square. During the grand opening they had all their staff greeting us, some nice games to win some of their merch. I got the fortune to win free bowls for a year!! A year!! I usually don’t win anything so this was huge for me. The food- needless to say its so freaking good & sooo healthy! My favorite is the sweet potato noodles and korean bbq beef. Ive tried all of their proteins and you just cant go wrong! The staff is great, kitchen is visible and looks clean, food is yummy & they have some good lemonades, I suggest the passion fruit lemonade 😋

Looking to eat healthy? Bibibop Asian grill is the place. They are all about well-being. Amazing & fresh food that never disappoints. It’s a vegan dream too! $10.99 for a tofu bowl loaded with all the fresh veggies & noodles & rice is the best deal in town! Oh, if you go to the Roscoe Village location. Ask for Jade. She makes the best bowls 😋!!

I was very excited when this location opened. I frequently go to the bubble tea spot next door. I attended on opening day for the Roscoe village location. I was one of the lucky winners to actually receive free bowls for a year. How amazing. My review is based on going to this location at least 5 times. I have tried multiple bowls, Lemonade and even both types of cookies. This location is gluten-free and they actually make the cookies on-site. I would say my go to bowl is the steak bowl: Purple rice, sweet potato noodles, roasted broccoli, black beans, roast a potatoes, cold corn, kimchi, Cucumbers, Red cabbage and some sprinkle cheese. I also like to get my sauce on the side because I don't typically end up eating the whole bowl. On another occasion I deconstructed my bowl and made tacos out of it and that was also pretty tasty it was enough to do small tacos. My husband likes the steak with sesame ginger sauce. The staff here are nice and they keep the dining area clean. Tip: sign up for app to get deals

I was soooooo glad to attend the grand opening today for the very first time. I wish them many, many years of success here in Chicago. We where offered great hospitality today. And I actually tasted Asian food for the very first time in my life. Healthy eats that's a 10/10 and must go.

My wife ordered take out online. Only 2 custom bowls. Got back home to realize they forgot sauces and rice for both items. When I went back to get the items after telling cashier what happened she didn't even apologize to me until I stated it was a long way driving back. There was no compensation or anything. This was our first time ordering. Food was good, but service was very poor.

My rice is so dry, hard and cold. The portion they serve doesn’t deserve the money they ask. Should be the half price of it. Honestly it feels disgusting

I went in at about 3:30 PM on November 6. I am strictly vegan and told them that, but there was a piece of meat in my bowl. They were going to take forever to remake it, and could not get a refund working in the system. I kept telling the young woman working that I was late to a meeting and asked them to give me cash or a gift card back instead. They refused, saying it had to go through the system because I paid with a credit card. Then I never got a refund. They gave me the manager's number, I called 3 times and texted and they didn't call back. And 8 days later, still no refund! Now I'm on with the credit card company disputing this FRAUDULENT charge! I will NEVER go back here. What a shame because I liked the food...

Terrible just terrible portioning. I’ve been to many different BIBIBOP and for 15 dollars per bowl on fathers day they decide to fill up each bowl not even halfway. I just wanted a good meal for me and my dad and this is what they do. Highly do not recommend this ripoff. Might not ever go back again if this is all I’m getting.
