Visited the store at the behest of my granddaughters. Cannot express how interesting even the story is. The heater heat starts around 830 for the bookings, but the in-house jalitos, the temperature and snacks available and the beverages really give you a fill. The topping is always at the Pizza. Counters, the lines are big next only to the chocolate lines. For the kids, the wine varieties. The power pasta varieties are simply amazing. Today was a 50% off across a lot of varieties. And it was fun just to see this store for the first time. I'm planning to take my granddaughter for her 10th birthday do we enjoy cannoless? This is a very unique item. I am trying to make the canoeige myself. But she wants it from Eatalyand looking for a good deal from this very, very interesting store, totally impressed right from the entry on the 2nd floor where the flowers were displayed to the actival places. Which house's the vines? With all the different varieties, amazing place simply sore spoils you for choices

Is the greatest place to eat a very good Italian food, or bay a nice gourmet food from Italy, wonderful selection of Cheeses and Salumi from Italy, the best Italian Espresso you can get in LA.

A fun place. We've eaten in two of the restaurants, and they were fine, though nothing special. On the other hand the selection of diverse italian foods, the bakery with breads, the butcher shop and fish counter and cheese selections are excellent as is the coffee bar. There's also a huge wine collection that is almost overwhelming.

A little odd to sit and eat in the middle of something like a mini supermarket BUT it's all worth it. The pizzas were AMAZING! They literally melt in my mouth. It's a must try

Great place went for brunch but ended up ordering for the menu wish they have more dishes with less meat and pork. Really tasty and fresh.

Visited the restaurant in the back and was able to get a table in the balcony area on the shady side. Food was tasty and prepped nicely and the service was pleasant. It seemed the price has gone up quiet a bit, since a yr or two ago. All in all, it's fun to be here and easily kill an hour or two. They do not validate parking, ended up staying for 2hrs and had to pay $7.

My family and I absolutely cherish our visits to Eataly LA, boasting an unparalleled selection of Italian gourmet and grocery items. Their fish market stands out, offering unique finds such as Dublin Bay prawns that I haven't spotted elsewhere locally. The array of wines is impressive too, featuring prominent labels like Barolo and Barbaresco, along with a diverse selection of Chiantis. For those feeling peckish while shopping, there's the option of grabbing a freshly baked pizza on the premises or indulging in a custom-filled cannoli at the pasticceria for dessert lovers. Definitely not for your day to day grocery shopping as you need to be prepared to spend a bit more. In my opinion it's (partially) justified for the authentic Italian culinary experience these products bring to your table.

Omg! It surprised me in my first visit there. The restaurant and all around to see (chocolate, bread, ice cream, a lot desserts, and much more...). A beautiful place to enjoy with family and friends. Don't leave without taste the ice cream! Delicious!

Eataly never disappoints. Desserts bar, coffee bar and ice cream bar are a must visit. If you like Italian food, you are in for a treat. 3 restaurants inside Terra, La Pizza La Pasta and Capri. Terra is rooftop good for seafood Capri- seafood and some pizza pasta La Pizza La Pasta- good for pizza and pasta. We ate at La Pizza La Pasta. The best pizza i have eaten in my life. Pastas were overpriced and portions were small. Salad is minimalistic but delicious Their Cheese is unbeatable

came with a friend for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! we got the sausage and broccoli pizza which was AMAZING. Along with the zucchini pasta which was also to die for. Not busy at all at the time we went around 2-2:30 pm, so service was fast and the food came out fast. Was very satisfying and not as heavy as it may seem. Very fresh for a full carb meal. highly recommend for a lunch date!

A true Italian gem in the heart of LA 🇮🇹✨ The staff was so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel special. I had the Margherita pizza and Cacio e Pepe — both were incredible! You can taste the freshness and quality in every bite. It’s the kind of place where you just want to sip wine, relax, and enjoy the moment. Highly recommend for a true Italian vibe in LA!

This is a great place for every kind of Italian food. Their pastry selection is exquisite. We got some desserts there after eating at the food court. I have bought pasta and other essentials there in the past. While they charge premium prices, all of their food is excellent quality. They have a coffee bar and all kinds of other stuff available too.

This place is truly a piece of Italy in terms of Italian food and products. You’d find all kinds of pasta, olive, olive oil, balsamic, jam, bread and pasta. They have small stores in the market where you can buy freshly baked bread, meat, salami, pizza and pasta. The taste of food is amazing. You wanna eat at Century City go here instead of the food court.

I’ve eaten at Eataly’s restaurant Terra a couple times now and have been consistently satisfied. The crudo plate was amazing- the freshness and flavor was spot on. The mushroom skewers I’ve enjoyed multiple times, as it’s delightful and the fire cooked flavor combined with the chosen balsamic is fantastic. Also, really liked the branzino! I’ve also tried the swordfish and grilled calamari, though I preferred the other dishes we ordered. Have gone back and will continue to go back!

This place is genuinely amazing. It is my little home away from home; I live very nearby and I walk here almost every day. When I come here all of the employees are extremely welcoming and personable, I've even become friends with several of them. They have a diverse array of products that will inspire not just your next Italian meal, but may very well unlock your hidden passion for quality. Every sip of wine carries with it the essence of what it means to be alive, every bite of immaculately prepared food a reflection of the natural essence of Italian pursuit of perfection. Educate your soul and feed your heart with the amazing energy of this incredible wonderland of Italian goods.

The food, service, and atmosphere are always top-notch at Eataly. I have eaten at locations in Chicago and Las Vegas and have never been disappointed. If you love Italian food, then give this place a try. Let’s eat!!!!

If there is an Eataly we will find it! This location in LA is one was great. A little smaller than some of the other locations we’ve been to but definitely packs a punch all the way around! We stopped in at La Pizza & La Pasta and it once again hits on so many levels! The pasta was perfectly cooked, the pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked as well! Make a reservation and enjoy!

We were at Eataly for Thanksgiving. The Italian part of the menu (appetizers and lasagna) was too delicious. The turkey part was good, but not as tasty as the other options. The service was excellent. Our server was outstanding. She suggested a wine and a dessert to die for. We bought some Italian delicatessen, and everything was delicious.

Eataly, despite some flaws, is still an absolutely amazing hub if food is a passion for you. Yes, I wish the prices weren't as exorbitant. And I wish the place wasn't set up to be a hub for influencers. It feels a lot like a status symbol instead of a market. But, with that out of the way, it's an amazing market. There are tons of ingredients here that feel like a cooking show pantry. Truly a place where you can get hard to find, elevated ingredients. Snake River Farms meats, fresh fish, hundreds of imported cheeses, obscure produce and mushrooms, and imported goods from Italy (obviously): it truly is a pleasure to browse the offerings. Add on top of that 3 different restaurants and a few quick service cafes, and it's undeniably earned its reputation as a food culture hub.

EATALY is a fantastic destination for anyone who loves authentic Italian food and high-quality ingredients. The selection of fresh pasta, artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and imported olive oils is impressive, and everything feels premium and thoughtfully curated. The produce and bakery sections are equally delightful, with plenty of unique items you won’t find in typical grocery stores. Prices can be on the higher side, but you’re paying for quality and specialty products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is vibrant and inviting. Whether you’re shopping for a special meal or just browsing for inspiration, EATALY is well worth a visit.

Eataly Century City is an absolute gem for anyone who loves Italian food, top-quality ingredients, or just a beautiful culinary experience. Whether you’re here to shop, dine, or just wander through the market, it delivers every time. The marketplace is incredibly well-stocked with authentic Italian products — fresh pasta, cheeses, imported olive oils, wines, and more. It’s a foodie paradise. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help with recommendations or cooking tips, which adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurants inside are fantastic, too. Every dish feels thoughtfully made — from perfectly wood-fired pizzas to fresh pasta and seasonal specials. You can tell they prioritize fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Even the espresso bar and bakery are worth a stop on their own. It’s clean, organized, and feels like a little escape to Italy right in the middle of LA. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite, doing gourmet grocery shopping, or planning a full dinner, Eataly Century City never disappoints.

It’s a wonderful spot for both grocery shopping and enjoying a meal. The market is spotless, with everything looking fresh. You’ll find every kind of pasta noodle, even fresh-made pasta prepared daily. We dined at Capri, the restaurant inside the market, and the service was outstanding. The food was absolutely excellent.

My first experience at Eataly was in Las Vegas; I was hooked and excited that there were other locations. The one Im rating in So Cal, Century City. While the service was awesome in the restaurant, I can't say the same for the gentlemen pouring wine in the store area; he was rude and off putting; absolutely no customer services skills. It was a turn-off. Had I not had to rush off to the airport, I would have complained to management. Other than that I enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice (Terra).

Eataly is such an amazing place! I’ve been to a few of their locations, including the one in LA and at Westfield Century City, and every visit is such a great experience. What I love most is how versatile it is — you can go grocery shopping for authentic Italian products, enjoy a sit-down meal at one of their restaurants, grab a quick slice of pizza or a freshly made sandwich, indulge in dessert, or even pick up fresh bread and home essentials all in one spot. The food is always delicious, from their pastas to their pastries, and everything feels fresh and authentic. I also love the ambience — it’s lively, yet welcoming, and there’s something really special about being able to enjoy a glass of wine while strolling through the marketplace. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend hours exploring, tasting, and shopping. Eataly brings a little piece of Italy to the city, and I always leave happy (and full!). I go there all the time, and I recommend it 100%.

Can't really say enough about Eataly. The entire time is an experience. The quality of ingredients is better than 99% of local grocery stores. Very late post. The wait was long but expected for last minute reservations. Highly recommend making reservations in advance. Seating and view were nice. Our table a bit small for 2. We really enjoyed our mushroom appetizer we ordered it again. But unfortunately our actual meals didn’t taste nearly as good. They fell a little fist for our taste. My dessert was good. I would still go back and try other things on the menu.

This place is massive! Located at the Century City Mall it has a full out grocery store dedicated to a whole bunch of Italian ingredients and products. The restaurant itself is on top and has good views of the area. We came here for brunch and enjoyed ourselves. I had to try the pasta so got some of their Spaghetti which was cooked al dente with a well-balanced sauce and cheese. The Breakfast Plate was okay, but nothing special. Service was friendly and helpful too. Would come back another time for the store! Unfortunately no validation either which is common at many places in the mall.

We are lunch here and it was no more expensive than a lot of other places. The (relatively) new staff here is and always was exceptional -- especially for a NY place that had so much hype here. The gentleman below is the manager who walked us to the cafe area. The servers were also professional and welcoming, patient with questions. NOTE: There is such a variety of cafe, restaurant and we saw yesterday a common table where they cook in front of you a lot of the same dishes on the menu! Expensive, impersonal and muscular interior, ambitious staff and did I mention expensive products. Fun samples!

Nice specialty market. I come here whenever I need a hard to find ingredient, or high quality produce, especially wild mushrooms like morels and chanterelles. The prices are astronomical, but you're paying for the exclusivity, just be warned! I like the layout as well, the departments are well organized and each are mostly staffed with knowledgeable workers that are able to assist with recommendations, etc.

Each time I go, the sandwiches on display just draws you in. I was specially curious about the focaccia breads and the square ‘pizzas’. I had the Farcita Pochetta - that was very very average. Cotto Straciatella was also quite average as it tasted pretty flat and dry. The pochetta dish however is one I ❤️..

Eataly LA never disappoints. The pizza options are next-level — super fresh ingredients, crispy crust, and that perfect balance of chewy and flavorful. You can tell everything is made with care. The Margherita is a classic, but the seasonal pizzas are worth trying too. The small plates and hors d’oeuvres were awesome — light, flavorful, and perfect to share while hanging out. The bruschetta and cheeses were especially good paired with a glass of wine. The whole place has such a fun, energetic vibe — part restaurant, part market, and all-around great experience. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff, which made the meal even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA for Italian food done right.

Visited Eataly in LA and had a nice overall experience. We ordered the meatballs, salmon, and a few pizzas. Everything tasted good and satisfying. The meatballs were flavorful, the salmon was well-cooked, and the pizzas hit the spot. Service was quick, and since some items are prepared ahead, they reheated the food for us efficiently without compromising too much on quality. It’s a convenient place if you want good Italian food fast, especially when dining with a group and everyone wants different options.

Food was delicious. Drinks were good and creative. I had lasagna. Others at my table ate the Calzone and pizzas. Everyone's food was delicious. The only issue was that they brought my lasagna and nothing else. I sent it back and asked them to keep it warm until my 3 guests received their food. That was almost 6 minutes later. While our waitress had apparently mentioned something about the timing when I ordered, I didn't hear it. Regardless, it's a restaurant's job to serve all guests at a table at the same time. If I wanted to eat by myself, I would have gone out by myself.

Great place to visit, but not so good to dine at. Shopping > Wow….a really interesting Italian food store, lots of interesting food items, nice displays and lots of variety. Some items seem to be priced very reasonably and then you can pay a lot for seemingly very high quality items. Dining > The Pasta restaurant was nice, but the meal I had was way overpriced for the amount of food served. Pea/ricotta ravioli was $27 for maybe 10-12 ravioli, and the bowl it was served in was unnecessarily large for such a small amount of food. The Italian cola was pretty bad, cost $6 and tasted like cheap Pepsi. But the Tiramisu was fantastic, so good and was worth the $17. Recommended for browsing and shopping.

The market itself is fantastic. I come often to buy ingredients for my own baking or cooking. They have great selection and the vibe is great! The restaurant tho… not the greatest. We ordered two pastas, and they were both way over cooked! i couldn’t lift a single noodle without them breaking apart and splattering everywhere. Felt smushed, almost like one giant glob. Had to stab for pieces, instead of lifting small portions to have a bite. Impossible to share. The sauce is decent, just overcooked noodles.

The place is lovely! The food wasn’t anything special, but the seating, view, and service were great — and the drinks were tasty too.

I love this place. I rarely share an opinion but I am just sharing to make sure they change something which I have been buying for years, every year. I have ready to spend $30 to $40 for a panettone because it was unique, fluffy, tasty and more. I have been waiting every year for it and offering as a present too. It was that good. The last few I bought this year are far from being the same. Sadly. Trader Joe’s was better at least than $10. I mean sadly. They lost a client today unless they do something about it from their supplier or this is life and I will change my bad amazing tasty habits.

Disappointing Experience – All Style, No Authenticity Eataly in Santa Monica looks like an authentic Italian spot, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The pasta lacked flavor and tasted bland, which was surprising for a place that prides itself on Italian cuisine. The pizza was also underwhelming—not the authentic taste I’ve had at other Italian restaurants, even in Rome. While the atmosphere was nice and had the feel of an Italian eatery, the food simply didn’t match the quality I expected. It’s more about the look than the actual taste. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a true Italian dining experience.

Being from NY I love this place, I recommend to everyone I know BUT today something being allowed really bothered me. As I was shopping 3 different dogs went by me. Being in the food business for 52 years I know this is against the health department codes. Only certified companion dogs are allowed in NOT everyone's pet. Eataly should have a noticeable sign at the entrances stating such and backing it up with a verbal as needed. This is not a park, it is a food establishment that should adhere to health codes for public safety and sanitary commonsense.

Love Eataly but struck out this morning at opening time. Sandwiches all looked great but was highly disappointed. The bread was chewy and lettuce was soggy, definitely was not made this morning. Chicken was greasy and fried pieces that didn't even have meat in it. The other sandwich was dripping in oil. Stomach full of disappointment and grease.
