LaRocco’s Pizzeria in Westchester is a great spot when you’re craving a big, satisfying slice. The pizzas and slices here are gigantic, seriously, the kind that barely fits on the plate and makes you feel full halfway through. The pizza is very good overall, with a flavorful sauce and plenty of cheese, but the crust is a bit too thick to be true New York style. It leans more hearty than classic thin and foldable, but it still hits the spot. The inside has a cool New York City vibe, with that classic pizzeria feel that makes you want to hang out and grab another slice. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service feels quick and casual. If you want a massive slice and solid pizza in the neighborhood, LaRocco’s is worth it.

A rare 5 stars. Cool spot right near Lax. Parking is better in the back, there's a huge lot. Don't try to park on the street. Back in the lot in back and come in through the back door. Good music and even better pizza. I got a slice of pepperoni, a slice of the Angelino, and a coke for about $12. The slices are huge. The pepperoni was slightly crispy, the crust was crunchy and held up perfectly. Definitely a great slice. The Angelino however was fantastic. Each nite was a mix of sweet and salty. The BBQ sauce wasn't overpowering and played in perfect harmony with the rest of the ingredients. Easily my favorite. I'll be back here!

We have been to so many pizza places. It is sort of a hobby to find the best pie. I think I have now found it, it is the LaRocco's in Westchester. The one in culver City is also great, but this one wins. We have never dined there so I can't speak to that, we always get take away. It is always perfect. We call and when we get there our pie is ready. They have everything you could want. They will make you a full pie, sometimes they have slices. They can make it super thin or thick. They can make a White Pie which is hard to get in LA, at least a good one. You usually have to be in Pittsburgh or NY to get a real White Pie. They have it down and it is always perfect. They will make your pie not totally baked and you finish it yourself in the oven, and we have done that, but we don't live far so our pizza is always hot and perfect. The place is always super clean and there is indoor dinning and one day we will do that. It is comfortable inside. They also have pies with toppings my grandson loves, like their mac and cheese topping. They just have it all. We will always try new places in search for the best but as I write this is it and there is no question.

Pretty cool pizza place that feels true to NYC. The guy who worked at the counter was friendly and advised me of the special, $11 for two slices and a soda. The slices are very decently sized, and I loved how they were crispy, not soggy and greasy like some other places. Lots of indoor seating, and plenty of parking.

It's pretty hard to find a great, classic NY pizza slice in LA, but LaRocco's fits the bill perfectly. I come for lunch frequently, and the pizza is consistently great, with crispy and chewy exterior/interior dough, gooey cheese, and lightly crisped pepperoni. Prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and competent, and the facilities are well maintained. It may not be an upscale, elevated pizza experience, but it is definitely worth visits and revisits!

Best pizza in WESTCHESTER! I’ve had em all! Pretty authentic NY Thin Style. The pepperonis were similar to the world famous Prince Street Pizzeria in NY. Delicious! I heavily recommend this spot to anybody in the near by area. Will be back! Thanks again!

I never had a true NY pizza so I can’t compare on that spectrum, however pizza was really good. I only got to taste the jalapeño pizza, but I loved the crunch of the bell peppers. It was crispy from the crust but not hard overall, idk how to explain. It was very soft and nice on the top. I also loved the flavor of the cheese. Cute place too!

pizza was delicious and very cheap prices! Customer service was good. Their calzone was AMAZING! Definitely 10000/10. Will for sure be coming back!

Ordered the LaRocco Special pizza and garlic knots to go. This small pizza place serves really good NY pizza. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. The family loves to order their garlic knots. Dipping sauce is spot on.

Good selection of pizza slices and very tasty. I had a pepperoni and white slice of pizza and both were very good and great value. Not far from LAX and a good quick meal when in the neighborhood!

The food and service here are great. Highly recommend; New York style slices and very flavorful. We had the Italian flag and Whitestone pizza as half and half with pepperoni added. Also the fried mozzarella ravioli are a good starter as well.

I've been on a lifelong tour of NYC style pizza slices in Southern Cal (and well, the whole world really) so was excited to try LaRocco's when I was heading to an event at a nearby bookstore. The good news...it's legitimate NY style slices that you might find in the city itself (the NY city that is...). It's better than all of the major pizza delivery chains and there are a variety of styles and toppings to suit your tastes. The staff is also accommodating and friendly. We tried three different slices...a cheese (of course....the litmus test for slices), a mushroom and a spinach. All of them were okay...not bad, and again a step or three above the big chains...but not quite as crave worthy as many of the other unique NYC specific slice and pie shops around SoCal. It could have been the prep of the slices...of course when you order slices you're getting reheated slices from already cooked pies...in this case the reheating may not have been enough as the cheese was not quite remelted enough and they all tasted a little under done. If I was in this part of town and didn't have a lot of time to explore other options I might try this one again...but on the great NYC pizza tour of L.A. (and beyond) there are many more satisfying options out there.

I had a nice slice of Margherita Pizza at LaRocco's. One slice is so big! Great value and nice margherita. Except the basil was a little toasty and I prefer fresh.

Larocco's has a decent NY style pizza. This location is 20-25 min from me. If I lived closer I may visit more frequently. Check out their daily specials. They have some good deals! The setup is very nice!

I'm not from New York but people that are from there come and grab a slice here all the time. That tells you something. The slice was soft, thin, hot and flavorful every bite. For a NY style pizza you cant go wrong here. Friendly staff. Nice and clean insides. Bathroom decent. On a Friday afternoon it was steady inside but no crazy wait. They have a few drinks on tap and a small selection of soft drinks. Seating is somewhat plenty. Parking in front maybe hard but you could find space in the back. Would I come back yes. Price is steep per slice or per meatball if you just try the meat n the sauce... Overall good experience.

Ambiance: Simple and straightforward design, nice and clean with plenty of seating. Bigger inside than you'd assume by looking from the outside. Service: I was the only person at the time, but the person was very sweet and helpful. Took no time to get my food. Food: I loved that they served pizza by the slice, but I wasn't really impressed with the flavor of the pizza overall. They were a great size, really nice crispy crust, but I just didn't find the pizza to be really memorable.

Big slices yes, but, no cheese at all nor enough pizza sauce. I had to add more cheese to it when I got home, samething with the sauce. Needs improvement. QA Aerospace/Aviation inspector's opinion. I'm going back to Walmart and get two large 🍕 pizzas for the same or even less price. Good luck Mr. Deroco's:(

Horrible experience—ordered a meatball that arrived stale, dry, and without marinara sauce, making it inedible. I had to throw it out. The pizza was also cold and stale, as if it had sat under a heat lamp all day. I even threw out the salad because the other food was so gross I didn’t trust it. Spent $30 on a disappointing meal, with a misleading website adding to the frustration. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered my food through DoorDash. I ordered 12 wings and got 7. The picture of the wings had sauce out wings had no sauce and were undercooked. They added garlic knots that were burnt at the top and soggy at the bottom. My order was cold and The Brooklyn Special Pizza was ok. The sauce was well seasoned but rest of it was not good. We couldn’t finish the food, it was gross. I called the restaurant to inform them that our order was missing wings and the added garlic knots. No one answered, I called twice. Don’t waste your money, you’ll be highly disappointed.

I just had the worst pizza (delivery) from LaRocco’s Westchester. I should have realized something was wrong when it came in under 15 minutes. The pizza crust was like cardboard-I suspect this pizza had been sitting around all day and when our order came in, they threw it in the oven for a few minutes and then sent it out for delivery. There was very little sauce, so between the cardboard crust and flavorlessness, I will not order from them again. And not cheap!

New owner, that poses as manager, is whack. Set a meeting via email to talk about fundraising for our school. The workers said he wasn't there, then called and said the owner was coming. We had the meeting and he them said he had to ask the owner. Never contacted me back. Also was our go to, but no longer will do business here.
