Tip: Mix everything in the bowl before eating to get the best flavor. Consider skipping the honey if you prefer less sweetness, as the acai base is already sweet.

This was my second time at OAKBERRY. My first experience was alright, but this second experience was amazing just from the atmosphere alone! Karina & Moe At the century city mall location gave a warm welcome, were attentive, quick and packaged my bowl nicely! I watched Karina make my bowl (I wasn’t aware it was mine at that time) and she took her time, made it neatly and packaged it up and put it in the fridge! This was a pleasant experience. Thank you OAKBERRY.
Oakberry is my favorite açaí in LA. For me, it’s the closest to the ones in Brazil, which makes it just perfect. The texture is smooth, soft, and pairs so well with the toppings. My personal favorite combo is peanut butter, paçoca (peanut butter crumbs), coconut, cacao nibs, strawberries, and banana. This time, I went to Westfield Century City location. The staff was very friendly, and the smoothie I ordered was delicious. My only note is that the açaí could have been made with a little more care, especially with the layers — they weren’t as well done compared to the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square location, where the service, speed, and presentation were a lot better. Still, Oakberry remains my number one açaí place, and I always come back. No doubt, it’s my top spot for açaí in LA!
I popped in here while in town for a business meeting. The gentleman working behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the menu and suggesting options. Although they didn't have any mango lassi left, my acai bowl was still amazing without it.
My first time trying Oakberry and was very impressed. The bowl is layered according to what you picked and the toppings are unlimited. I think the best way I found was to mix everything in the bowl before eating. I ordered whey protein added to the bowl and it’s added in powder, so it’s much better to mix it before eating. Delicious and thick acai bowl!
Loved this place! Great açaí bowl with all toppings included, so you can craft whatever you want to eat. I especially liked the peanut butter crumble topping - super unique!
Tried Oakberry for the first time — and wow, this isn’t just a snack, it’s a full meal in disguise! Packed with fresh fruit, granola, and nut butter, it’s rich, filling, and definitely calorie-dense (in the best way possible). Perfect if you’re skipping lunch or just want something deliciously satisfying. Highly recommend!
So happy with this new store! Already a fan of Oakberry's açai, really made my day when I found out they just opened this beautiful store in Century City. Also, tried their new OAKmeal (oatmeal with natural açai powder), just DELICIOUS! It's already sweet due to the açai powder, so no need to add honey or any syrup. Had lots of toppings on it and it turned out to be an amazing meal and lunch.
I love acai bowls, and I was curious to see how the bowls at Oakberry would taste. Needless to say, the bowls didn’t disappoint. Came here on a Thursday evening around 7:30pm and got a classic bowl. The cashier was very sweet and explained that we get a choice of size (I went for the classic) with unlimited toppings. If you need it to-go, you can get a lid and cup holder (for multiple orders). No indoor or outdoor dining for the store, but there’s general bench seating in the mall. It’s located on the 2nd floor, right next to the CottonOn. When deciding where to park, Eataly may be a good landmark. Garage parking is free for the first hour (note that there’s no parking validation here). Overall, it’s a tasty, (relatively) healthy treat and I’d recommend this spot!
Oakberry has the best açaí I have tried so far. The base of the açaí is pretty much the same and you can choose to have as a bowl or smoothie and it’s just super nice and fresh! The staff are always so friendly there, the ingredients are of the highest quality (I love the peanut butter crumbs, the cacao nibs, the fruits ), they have plenty of topping options (can be unlimited depending on the size of the bowl) and it's a healthy snack/meal alternative (really filling and satisfying , it helps me when I’m craving sweet). And it’s considered to be a superfood . I’ve heard the açaí is imported from Brazil and contains no other fruits, just the açaí The flavor is unique I love it and I’ll keep coming back

god bless the poor kids working in this location; it so tiny but they hustled to get the people in and out of here quickly. Glad I got a bowl (it's in a long cup btw) it tasted good and was far better priced than the other places that sell acai bowls in the mall
Poor white young man had to deal with a terrible lady at 12/6 at 12:00PM . Management needs to do better because that boy was being disrespected and being told what to do step-by-step and the customer was being so extra and so picky giving him a hard time Please report that bad lady that was treating your worker terribly. She should not be able to tell him how to do his job the way she was never said please never said thank you She was wearing some cartoon pants and was chubby. Check the footage I am not lying. I opened the door for her around 1155AM
Came here because the Kpop group cortis seems to really like this place they even said that they order here basically everyday and I’m so glad I came bc the açaí here is so good!!

Nicely crafted acai bowls/smoothies with a good selection of toppings! It can be a little bit of a wait since they had only one person working both the register and making the order. Nonetheless, they were done well and had a good ratio between the acai and toppings! It's in the Century City mall on the upper floor. So, perfect for getting a light snack while shopping here. I ended up getting two of their classic bowls. The chia pudding was really tasty and provided a nice contrast to the acai. I also got classic items such as granola and fruits which is just what I needed! Overall, a good addition to the mall scene and would hit up again!
It was delicious acai bowl you can choose unlimited toppings and it was fun and easy to order. It was too sweet though, maybe because of honey. It doesn’t taste like 100% honey but more like honey syrup. I don’t recommend to add honey because the acai base itself is already sweet enough. My friend added honey on her small size acai bowl and it was quite too sweet. It was my first time to eat acai bowl with peanut butter, and it was a great combination. My favorite toppings were peanut butter, almond, banana, cacao neaps, and blueberries. I personally think it’s slightly overpriced than other acai bowls, but it’s acceptable.

I love it. The Acai Bowl is super delicious. I wish there were stores in Germany. Absolute recommendation.

The Google Maps drop point is INCORRECT! This is NOT inside the food court as the map indicates. I spent 20 min walking around in circles trying to find Oakberry. It is across from the Container Store on the other side of the mall. Fix your MAP!
Swung by Oakberry hoping to relive the magic, but the açaí just doesn’t slap like it used to. The texture and flavor felt a little off — not as rich or bold as I remember. Still fresh, just not hitting the same. But shoutout to the girl working — she was shy but really nice, super polite, and made the whole experience better. Sometimes a good vibe at the counter goes a long way. Service: 10/10. Açaí: room for improvement.
Oak berry was good not great — I wanted sunlife but they were closed as it was July 4th. The cashier at oak berry wasn’t the friendliest, but that’s okay I can understand. The taste of the acai was super sweet and it felt like it was a typical commercial bowl that markets as healthy but actually is loaded with sugar. I’ve had better acai bowls for sure but this was an okay snack to have. The fruit was fresh and all and the acai was overall a little too sweet than my liking for an acai bowl. Would probably not come back

This women closed just to clean, driving customers away. Not good for the image of the business. We got the berry smoothie kind called berry something and I don’t know if the girl rushed it or not, the little seeds didn’t blend enough and came in chunks. Also it’s full blown sugary yuck! And blue berry and strawberries weren’t blended yuck :/
Seems they don’t have education or don’t know how to treat a customer, they don’t greet customers they are so lazy and seems they don’t wanna be there doing that job As a customer I felt that was so disrespectful not coming back at all
One staff on during a Sunday and took 8+ orders at a time. With one entrance/exit it seemed like a fire hazard. If you’re just trying to grab something quick and walk around, this isn’t the spot.

Don’t get me wrong. I love oakberry - their menu is great. What isnt, is stopping by at 12:21pm to see that they put a “see you later sign”, have an employee tell me they will open back up at 1:30pm Come back at 2pm to find they are *still* closed even though operational hours have the store open til 9:30pm AND when I look around, I see 6 customers with Oakberry acai in hand, freshly made. Disappointed and confused.
I have no idea how this place is rated so highly. My bowl came out in a cup with next to no toppings (with no explanation) and unmixed protein powder in the middle. I was super disappointed since this business is rated so well. For the price I will never return.
