Small, clean, and chill Shake Shack location off of the iconic Rodeo Drive. Even though it’s expensive for fast food, it’s definitely a good “cheap” option compared to the much more expensive sit down restaurants that are in the area. The quality of the food is consistent with all other SS locations I’ve been to in the past.

The food was OK and I loved the ease of ordering but the food was so tiny! For the price of a full size cheeseburger I feel like I got a tiny slider from white castle. The Creamsicle shake was amazing and worth coming back for. If it was twice the size it would've been even better!

Small and clean place. Prices are high but the choice is wide and the burgers, particularly the smokeshack, are spectacular. The fries are very good and the service is fast.

I had the 2 for 8.00 hot dog deal. My goodness!! They were delicious!!! The fries and the vanilla shake were scrumptious as well.

Staff is very kind and attentive! I received my meal quickly, and I was checked on while sitting on the patio. Didn’t have to ask for ketchup or ranch because the staff was quick to offer! 100% the best service I’ve ever received at a fast-food restaurant. Food was amazing as well. Great vibes on the patio, and super clean too! Shoutout to Alex and Benji — made our experience awesome.

Burger was great. Truffle fries weren't that special. Milkshake was okay considering shake is in the name, although I think I should've ordered one of their special ones. Had automated ordering machines.

I went here during my visit in LA from Humboldt on the way back home and got the cookies and cream shake which was insanely good, definitely one of the best i’ve had in a while. The store was super clean even with how busy it was. The staff were extremely helpful and kind when my mom’s boyfriend left his phone in the bathroom the day we were flying back home. We had literally gotten to the airport before he realized it was missing. We called and they offered to ship it back to us for free. We’re all extremely grateful for the honesty and the helpfulness of the manager who was working that day. Thank you so much Shake Shack! Will definitely visit again if I get the chance. 😁

The burgers taste like any other shake shake - pretty good. The seasonal sugar cookie shake is too sweet. The location is located right next to Rodeo Dr. Service is quick, tables are clean, and washrooms are clean.

Nothing great. Super expensive ($12+) for a burger, $5 crinkle cut fries. The shake was "ok" at best. With all the burger places in Los Angeles there is zero need to ever return here. On the plus side, service was great.

The shroom burger was super good! Service was subpar but the food made up for it. Sad part is I think a manager was waiting on us.....

Second time in a week that I had this issue. Only the previous time it was much worse. I did not ask for 'well' done previously and was met with a literally uncooked patty just beneath the surface. It was so bad that I asked the server over and even he was in shock at how red and 'bloody' it was. He immediately took it back and had another prepared. I did not want to be 'that guy' at the time and post photos online about it and was willing to let it go. But this time, I had specifically asked for it to be 'well' done to avoid the same issue from my prior visit and what do I get. Better, but I should not have any pink at all when I made this request.

We had a guy ring us up for half of our order then be a jerk to me when I was visibly upset. He was training someone, and clearly wasn’t competent. Thanks I guess. Everyone but him was absolutely stellar. Updating because it turns out when I had to go back to order the other part of the meal, he had already misrang us before. It took him 3 tries to do a simple order and then he was aggressive and rude. Yeah sorry stars go to one for ego guy.

came in and ordered 3 Dubai shakes due to recommendations from an instagram influencer and was very displeased in fact everyone of us whom I purchased it for hated it I called an shift manager by the name of JERRY he reassured more than once I could come the next day to get a full refund of 32.98 once I came back to location and I live in Lancaster ca but visiting my ill mother in Compton ca and he was aware that I did not live in area I was under dressed so I had my niece go in and get the refund for me he denied saying any of this to me over the phone I came inside immediately humiliating myself because I was under dressed and customers were looking at me he then proceeded to lie to my face and gave me the contact card to the general manager I emailed the general manager JUSTIN MARTINEZ no response so I called TODAY and he refuses to help me out completely because he said he believes and is confident in his staff and feels my altercation with JUSTIN when I came back to the store for the refund he promised ME I guess was inappropriate I gave him pictures of the shakes in full also in dumpsters I gave him timing I gave him more than enough he could run cameras back and see I was under dressed and embarrassed I feel very racially profiled!! I also emailed CEO

I placed an order days before for a catering. I told them that the food needed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. for pickup they sent me a text at 3:30. Telling me my order was ready so I got there at 4:00. It was not ready. They were still making it. I did not leave till almost 4:30 making me late to drop off to a school function. Managers don't know what they're doing and very rude. We'll never go back there. I suggest the one in century City or Santa Monica is a dream
