It’s a really beautiful location in be like we have really high stores right next to this restaurant the design and layout and you on this level is very nice and it’s right clean and modern. Love the big screens right in front too.

If you’re ever in terminal, Tom Bradley, you definitely need to hit up Gilbert and Miss Mary. They will take care of you. They are amazing charismatic people that will put a smile on your face, regardless of the type of day that you’ve been having between the food good food Great drinks. It definitely takes the edge off flying.

The main part of restaurant was closed due to a private functions however take out ordered were available. The only difference is the meals came in containers instead of plates. And there was seating in the general area of the restaurant adjacent to the bar. I ordered the beef with broccoli 🥦 with a side or fried rice and a sparkling mineral water. The delivery to the table took about 20mins. They forgot my water but when I flagged it with the server, one was brought straight out. The portion side was generous and my meal was really good. Great flavour, fresh and the meat and broccoli cooked really well. It’s super pricey though even compared to airport prices. My meal cost around $50 with taxes and automatic service charge of 20%

A good spot to park while waiting for your flight. Located a level up, with plenty of table and bar seating. Order by QR code. I’ve been to PF Chang’s in LAX Terminal B twice. Had the Singapore noodles my first visit which were decent. The second visit I got the kid’s noodles - only wanted a small meal before my flight. The noodles were tasteless, but I suppose that’s by design. I don’t have kids but I’ve heard they can be picky eaters and simple is best. So if you have kids, this could be a winner. Prices are NOT friendly at all. 20% gratuity included in the bill. Service is mid. I suppose this place is slightly a cut above, but it’s slim pickings in Terminal B.

I was shocked when I was told no more waiters. Scan the menu, order on line , pay and some guy walks out with a plate. Nothing on the tables, no one asks if all is well. In fact, of course the taste was there but it was only warm and the rice was ok but also not hot. Sad to see jobs going out the window. The place was not full so maybe other people felt like me

Half of the menu was not available. The dish sizes were really uneven between the customers at the same table. Eg. with add-ons the dish was smaller than without and the plate was also smaller. The food itself was good and the waitress was nice (3 stars not about to her).

The Airport version of most restaurants are almost always worse, same is true for this P.F. Changs located inside the Tom Bradley Terminal. I got the Asian Pear Mojito which was way too sweet for a mojito. For food I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken which tasted like something I could buy in the frozen aisle. The Pork Dumplings were the best thing I ordered, satisfying in flavor and not reminding me that everything I'm eating is precooked and just heated up. All and all the service was pretty quick but not overly friendly. Not a total skip as there are few other options in the terminal, but maybe consider other options.

This has gotten so bad and it used to be a good place. You seat yourself and order from a QR code. You can’t order water or speak to a live person if you have questions. The food was OK but very expensive. They add a mandatory 20% fee that is a tip by another name on top of the bill in small print but encourage you to tip as well. On our return through the terminal a week later we went to the food court below the restaurant. Same wait time for our food and we all had a decent meal. This PF Chang is a food court experience with fine dining prices. Skip it.

Unfortunately, this P.F. Chang's experience was lack luster. I usually love this restaurant and I was excited to see it as an option during my LAX layover. Took forever to get service, the food was dry and tasteless, my old fashioned drink was uninspiring, and there is a ridiculous amount added to your bill for tip and then another expectation to tip again during payment. The whole experience felt like I was being taken advantage of because of where I was. I would have been more satisfied eating in the food court.

Heavily overpriced and certainly not worth the money experience. If you are unlucky - you may be for a long wait to get a table, so I beg you go and find some other place you will not regret this decision. We ordered spring rolls and Buddha Feast - it wasn’t tasting very well , it wasn’t seasoned properly and then similar to other customers had some stomach issues. Food took forever to arrive, almost missing the flight. Service is quite rude and not making much efforts probably because of 20% gratitude included in the bill which by the way is not specified anywhere. Just go and spent your money somewhere else and you will be happy!

Wait!?! You want me to tip 20% for having to get my own water? Also, to place my own order online? And all before or as I sit down and have not even experienced your “service” or lack thereof! All in a state where the minimum wage is far greater than that of place like Japan where tipping is not accepted! Also, on a menu where per person you would spend at least $40. Get your crap together!

Nice location but that’s it. The food was atrocious. Think mall Chinese but 4x the price and comes cold. We ordered teriyaki chicken, won ton soup and edamame and the soup and edamame with edible - the soup was the word won ton I’ve ever had and the edamame can cold. The teriyaki chicken was deep fried and it didn’t say that on the menu. They have your order on your phone and pay before the food arrives so when you point out why you didn’t eat an entire dish they don’t care and won’t give you any money back. Oh and you are auto charged 20%. Over $100 USD for one dish, one cup of soup and one edamame order. Insane

I ordered chicken fried rice for $30 and it was the worst I’ve had in my life. It was so sour and tangy and tasted more like rice mixed with spicy vinegar. No one even bothered to check on us or give us water to drink. I had to ask for water. Left whole plate of rice uneaten. People- Panda Express is right below it. Please save your time and money and go downstairs to eat.

This corporate enterprise has taken what is generally a dependable nice place to eat and turned it into a fast food mess. You order from a QR code. You clean your own table. It's really disgusting. If you have a good memory of eating at PF Chang's, this is quite different. DON'T DO IT! BLECHH...

I didn't think airport food could get worse, but this place accepted the challenge. I dropped over $60 for a Buddha’s Feast that consisted of lukewarm, gelatinous tofu chunks and 'crunchy' rice that definitely needed more time in the cooker. The spring rolls tasted like they fell into a bucket of five-spice. If you enjoy bland-yet-salty food and wasting money, this is the spot. Otherwise, eat literally anywhere else at LAX."

I have tried multiple locations but the food at the airport location was cold, and the oil tasted stale. The servers seem to be working hard but the overall experience was quite below the bar for PF.

Food is lacking. Service is minimal at best. And on top of it the Order to pay at the table and forcing you pay 20% is not what tips were meant for. Tips are for quality of service, good experience. I saw the server twice. Once for a drink and once for food. Other than that no interaction. I understand why the restaurant is lacking customers.

This is the craziest restaurant. They don't have staff. Seriously, you seat yourself. No one will greet you. No one will take your order. There are menus, but you can only order from them if you pay cash. There is a QR code on the table, but the menu is super limited. The restaurant also charges an extra 10% fee because it is expensive to run a restaurant at LAX and wages are high. But there is no staff. And they are adamant that the extra 10% does not go to the few staff that are at the bar. I would have run out of this idiocy, but my wife wanted to eat so badly that we stayed. I do not recommend coming here.

Horrible Service, they pre charged you for tips and being greedy for additional tips, while they don’t even offer water unless you specifically go to them and require so. Noodle has a sour taste, rib tastes good tho. In all, find another restaurant at airport if you could, here is expensive and less pleasant

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I arrived, the hostess instructed me to sit at the bar, as the tables had a 25-minute wait. That was not a problem for me, so I headed to the bar. Surprisingly, there were nine open tables there. The bartender who served me did her best despite being responsible for both making drinks for us and for the floor. Unfortunately, the other two bartenders simply observed her busyness for a solid 30 minutes without offering any assistance or support. They only approached her station to criticize her for not having certain items. I witnessed five employees watching her work while they did nothing to help out. Additionally, the garbage was overflowing, and the bar top was not properly wiped down. The two male bartenders seemed more interested in the TV than in providing attentive service. It's disappointing to expect upscale service at an airport P.F. Chang's only to experience this. I would suggest going downstairs to Panda Express or finding another bar instead. It's not worth it.
