This delightful open air restaurant has been transformed from the previous dingy bar that was here before. Tasty original food selections paired with a good selections of beers and wines in a comfortable and cozy open seating area. Service is excellent, friendly and supervised by the owner's dog! A fun place to relax and recharge.

Can’t say enough about the people and food! Father’s Day meal was delicious , great huge Charcuterie Plate. excellent IPA and Shira. Pup, Ama, was too sweet as were the flourless cake and giant marsh mellow covered in dark chocolate/almonds. Host was patient with my newbie deliberations, let me tast the IPA’s. Would highly recommend but I don’t want it to be known! Stay local

Beerwood is one of our go to spots in town! I have some of my very best times here enjoying a beer and food with friends. The owners, Alex and Annie, are amazing and their staff is wonderful. Big shout out to Jules running around delivering food and keeping us entertained, Kevin for his friendly wittiness taking our orders and pouring us delicious beer and all the other amazing staff that work hard creating a fun experience for everyone visiting this amazing place!

I absolutely adore this place! I used to come here a lot after my work shifts to enjoy some lunch by the farmers market on Mondays. The quality of the food and the variety on the menu is great! My favorite plate is the chicken flatbread with a side of fruit!

Came for the annual queerwood event and was instantly met with a welcoming and warm community space. We got the rainbow grilled cheese and vegan bisque. Both were extremely delicious and truly impressive! The sourdough is so soft and the grilled cheese was the best grilled cheese I have ever had! Highly recommend this place!

Beerwood, aka Queerwood is a great spot to hit when out in Los osos. Daily special is always awesome, great selection of beer and wine and the outdoor patio is nice to sit in and enjoy the beautiful weather.

What a fantastic spot for food in Los Osos! New favorite spot. Our food was excellent and the outdoor seating was fantastic. Could not have been better in any way. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Beer was cold and service was extremely helpful and friendly. Super excited to bring more of our friends here. Not enough good local spots like this on the central coast. New favorite.

Such an AWESOME place!! I had the sliders and they were AMAZING! The atmosphere is very cool, mainly outside and dog friendly. I can see where if busy there could be long waits but to me it would be worth it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back when in the area!

My girlfriend and I, along with our two dogs made a stop here after exploring the many trials of Los Osos has to offer. We built up an appetite. Open entering we were greeted by our host - the place had a very cool vibe, he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile, he immediately offered up a water bowl to our dogs - this was b4 we had the chance to ask him if the establishment was dog friendly ✅. We were lead to the counter where we placed our orders. Tri-tip French dip, chicken salad and a couple cups of pozole + a couple glasses of wine. Seating was plentiful and comfortable but mostly outdoors. We found a table and waited for our order, both our dogs got their own seats :) The ambiance at this place is awesome; very cool art, fun and edgy decor and awesome music - we heard mostly 90’s: alt and hip hop. Rage against the machine comes to mind. The food came out quickly and with a smile. Tri-dip dip dip was insanely good and made with gluten free bread, chicken salad was on point and the pozole was hellza legit; it also came with a side of their sourdough which was extremely good. Beerwood is a wonderful establishment. Will plan another visit next time I’m in town

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This is my regular spot to take guests when they come into town. This year I got to help decide on the restaurant for our work Christmas party and Beerwood was my first choice. We had a group of 13 with several people that are gluten intolerant (one celiac). Alex was so great to work with in the planning stages and was great about knowing how much food would be about right versus too much. The food presentation blew our team away, and everything tasted FANTASTIC! The service was next level with them making sure we were taken care of, and our teammate with celiac disease had no issues! The team is definitely wanting to go back!

Great vibes, but I went at a very busy time, Sunday late afternoon, and it took a long time to order and to receive our food. The food was good, but the grilled cheese sandwich was amazing. It was served on Bike Bakery bread and made with several cheeses including parmesan. I would definitely order.that again.

Incredibly kind staff, good beer and amazing food. Came here for the first time and the staff treat everyone like they’ve known you for years. Annie’s breakfast burrito with chorizo is absolutely off the chain delicious. If you’re looking for a chill spot for beer, good food and conversations with friends and family, look no further.

If you’re a huge fan of horseradish the mustard on top of the bratwurst is bold! For me it was too much - you have to love horseradish.

Passing through; local recommended. Loved the friendly vibe. Ordered grilled cheese on gluten free bread. Woke up next morning throwing up and suffered food poisoning for next 20 hours. Clearly NOT gluten free.☹️
