4.5 / 5 Delicious roast on a Sunday: beef and chicken were great, portions are ok. Service is friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable (€35 per person, including drinks) Atmosphere is pleasant. Downsides (nothing major): - no cocktail menu / mocktail menu - no kids' menu - wobbly table

Everything was delicious. Ravioli starter and halibut for mains were absolute treats and the cocktails were top class.

Nice restaurant in South Dublin. The highlight of the menu is definitely the meat options which they serve on platters. There are vegetarian options though.

I highly recommend Eleven. We had the beef short rib and duck as our mains and both were incredible. The portions were generous and the cooking was excellent . Both deserts were also 5 star

Such a refreshing restaurant with a chill ambiance. Best part is the deliciousness of the food. From our starters (soreno croquettes) to mains (stonebass & pork neck) to desserts (creme brulee) it was at the zenith of delicacy. Service was lovely and efficient too. Can't recommend it enough.

Fabulous new place above Whelehans wine. Had dinner with my family last night and the food was incredible!! We had two waitresses helping us - Lidia and Claudia - who were excellent and extremely helpful and charming. Everyone was super friendly. The manager, Chart, welcomed and introduced us to the restaurant. Bartender Jesse served the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. The ambience was fab and very relaxing. Although we missed the live music I was still very pleased with the night !

I have had dinner here previously and it was excellent. Food amazing. Service on point. Great wine selection and amazing ambience. But this week we also had a staff function there. The food was again brilliant and the service excellent. No need to go all the way into the city when there is a quality restaurant like this on my door step. I highly recommend!!

Excellent food. I had a wood fired rib eye and it was delicious. My partner had a vegetarian option and the flavor was unreal. We will come back for sure.

Eleven is a welcome addition to a neighbourhood where there is nothing! The decor is comfy and sets a tone. I went for the roast menu and I had high hopes. The food was tastey but I will say the portions were a bit smaller than I expected for a roast but I was full leaving. What made the whole experience 5star was the fabulous barman, Jessie. He clearly cares deeply about his craft and made our time at the bar one to remember. Definitely recommend

I just popped in for a quick drink at the bar! Ended up with the most beautiful tropical Margarita, Jessie really knows how to make the most beautiful and delicious cocktails!

Honestly the best service in Dublin, have never been so well looked after. We were seated in a lovely area for a surprise birthday dinner, they organized bringing the cake out for us and made the whole experience so wonderful. Could not have had a better experience and, on top of that, the dinner was delicious. Highly recommend for an occasion!

We went for a date night on a Wednesday evening, obviously it was a little bit quiet due to the day and time but oh my god the food was delicious. We had the burger and the halibut. Both were equally delicious and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back

Actually attended Whelehans wine tasting (French), went to Spanish last month. Fantastic evenings: fun, informative, social. Excellent wines & generous portions of charcuterie and bread.

Amazing food, and exceptional cocktails! We got all the amazing starters and sat for 3 hours enjoying some of the most original and delicious cocktails I’ve ever had.

Finally got to try out this place but so for lunch so the restaurant was very quiet with no real atmosphere at all but the food was great! We had their special of the day which was a chicken sandwich and also shared a burrata. Both were very fresh and tasty. Had their special baklava for dessert which we both really enjoyed and their coffee was also great. Will definitely return to try their dinner menu and cocktails! Staff equally great, so friendly and attentive without being too much. Well done guys

We had a really tasty meal in Eleven over the weekend, the accompanying wine was great, so too were the cocktails and the service was excellent. The place also had a great buzz without being too loud to have a lovely conversation. We will definitely be back again.

Went for Sunday roast, 2 couples. Quality of food was excellent but portions could have been a bit better and as all sides were together it was a little awkward with making them spread about well. Wine is very expensive but apparently a corkage option will be available soon in line with Whelehans wines downstairs. Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. Newly opened and a few teething issues but no doubt this is going to be the spot to visit around very soon. Look forward to returning.

Amazing Sunday lunch. Delicious beef and roasties, everyone of our group fully enjoyed the meal. Staff quite strict with returning the table once meal was finished, even though there wasn't supposed to be another sitting

The food is very well considered, fresh, clean construction, and unpretentious. Cocktails are playful and delicious. Front of house manager needs to be on brand as a French restaurant and find some buttons up on his shirt. Our seasoned lady server was phenomenal and worked with grace and friendliness. Highly recommend!

We had gathered for a lovely birthday dinner for a friend at your restaurant a few weeks ago..we were five women most of whom had not been to Eleven before. We had a great eve . Food superb..great cocktails..however unfortunately we found our waiter much too overbearing and loud..he talked too much..touched some of us and was intrusive and inappropriate. when we were dealing with our bill..while we appreciate friendliness from serving staff he was too loud too much "in our faces" ..in all left a negative aftertaste and marred our evening.Your waiter would need to cop on that not all your guests want that kind of " over the top" interactions with diners.

Had lunch here yesterday, chicken burger and chips and an eggs royale. Both dishes were smothered in a sauce that left a nasty after taste in our mouths. The chicken in the burger was sitting in a soggy mishmash of vegetables on top of a lettuce leaf swimming in the sauce. I found a hair on the burger bun which I also pointed out to the guy who asked how our meal was, as we had finished our meal having left half on each plate . Never again !

We were looking g forward to trying their ‘Sunday Roast’ offering however we were disappointed with Elevens offering. Service was slow, the food was bland and some items didn’t arrive until asked for halfway through the meal. The roast pork of offer was actually a large pork chop?? Roast potatoes were overcooked, beef was sparse, stuffing didn’t arrive at all and we were served two small dishes between 5 people. The team apparently forgot to bring all of our food. Most of the team were very nice but inexperienced. In my opinion, those in charge need to assist more on the floor to make sure that what they are offering is actually delivered. I feel they should also take a look at what a traditional Irish ‘Sunday Roast’ is, how it’s presented on the menu and delivered on the day. Sorry for this bad review but I’m sure Eleven can & will get better with greater attention to detail and ‘fully commit’ to an Irish Sunday Roast…

The food we had was very good and the staff very friendly but there were a few real annoyances. Firstly the only soft drink on offer was Coke. Next the scallop starter two of us wanted was sold out, this was at 12:45 on a Sunday. They also have on their lunch menu to ask about steaks, I asked and was told no, they don’t have any. It’s a nice room, the staff are friendly and the food we had was lovely, particularly the roast beef. But they need to up their game on stock:

We were really looking forward to our meal, a rare night out. We arrived right on time but our table wasn't ready so were seated at the bar. No problem with this, we were in no rush, but we were then ignored for 30 mins. They had clearly over booked. If we had been seated at the bar, given water and ordered a drink, we'd have been happy to wait. Had to get someone's attention just to get a glass of water. Asked for a cocktail menu which never arrived. Were brought to a dirty table which we then had to go ask to be cleaned, at which point cleaning spray was doused all over the table, us, and the table beside us who were mid meal. The lady beside us even had to lift her plate to shield it from the spray! It was actually a comical experience altogether. It was well over an hour before we got our starters. Which in fairness we were not charged for. The food was absolutely top notch, we had tuna tostadas, tempura sole and steaks, all delicious. Asked for dessert menu which also never arrived so decided to just have dessert and coffee at home. Overall, great food, but 2.5 hours spent mostly trying to get staffs attention. Front of house needs some refining, insincere and over friendly. Rest of staff were lovely, just seemingly inexperienced.

The best thing about our visit to eleven was the waiting staff. They were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only thing good about our experience. We had to wait a long time for drinks and the food was not good. Hake had a soggy skin and the potatoes were watery. Mussels were included but not mentioned on the menu. Burgers seemed OK but to be honest we were so looking forward to our visit to eleven that it did not live up to expectations. Sadly we won't be back.

Had a meal on Friday 26th August with 2 friends and was very disappointed. The 2 waiters that served us were very friendly and very efficient although when asked what was in certain dishes they said they did not know had not been briefed. I had Hake for my main course was not cooked skin was soogy should have been crisp potatoes not cooked. Desserts looked as if they were bought in not what I wanted very bad menu it was a pity as I was looking forward to going there definitely won't be going back. Also very noisy and very uncomfortable seats

Do not recommend. Food is overpriced, particularly the cauliflower ’steak’. Very uncomfortable experience due to a male member of staff’s constant touching - unacceptable behaviour. Saturday lunch. No atmosphere.

Very overpriced, service from staff was pretty appalling we sat waiting for our starter for 40 mins and during that time nobody even came to us to see if we wanted an extra drink, the after the starter another 25 mins until the main courses came out ( I got a steak with chips - the chips arrived when I had one piece of steak left) then they cleared our table when we finished with no offer of a drinks menu or dessert menu - we had to pull someone over to ask for it , last thing that bugged me was their bar in the middle was just covered in dirty glasses most of the counter tops had dirty and used glassware/plates- so the first thing you see walking is a load of used plates etc

Steaks were fine although a little over the medium rare I requested. Service superb with friendly staff. However, the problem is the noise. Really bad acoustics and too many tables. This is not a quiet dinner for two, but more like a riot on a roller-coaster.

In August, I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend. Since I live nearby, I had always wanted to try the place, so I decided to take him for a nice evening out. We started at the bar, where the bartender was making some impressive drinks. While enjoying our beers, we grew curious about a specific cocktail and asked about it. The barman prepared two different drinks for us, saying they were on the house and wouldn’t be added to our bill (we asked twice to make sure). However, when the bill came, we were charged for three drinks we didn’t order and also a very expensive restaurant for average food. We felt completely cheated and will never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

Wanted to love this place as local to me and very handy for a night out but so disappointing- could not hear conversation at the table due to overpowering music more suited to a club, extremely limited menu and actually no desert menu at all just one offering of crème caramel-take it or leave it! Very awkward waiter who only poured wine and had to relay anything else to another staff member. Starter failed to arrive and only materialised after several prompts to staff when the rest of party had finished theirs. Portions small and overpriced. I had a tiny portion of fish, however my friends did enjoy their lamb - not enough to redeem this place though, never again.

We have been looking forward to trying Eleven for some time now as we are very local. Sadly, the atmosphere is very poor for a restaurant. It is so loud between the music and the guests talking over it, we couldn't imagine enjoying a meal and left before ordering anything. It was also extremely hot, to the point it was unbearable despite being in a t-shirt, in both the main room and the room behind the bar. The staff were visibly sweating, yet the heat was blasting out of the ceiling. If the atmosphere was decent, we would have stayed and had food despite the very high prices. But with such an unenjoyable atmosphere, we weren't willing to spend €50+ per person (excluding alcohol) for a roast dinner.

Limited food options and a very weird setting. Lots of staff standing around having really inappropriate conversations about dates they’ve been on etc… were felt super uncomfortable and left to see the chef feeling up some girl in the car park 🤣 safe to say we won’t be back!
