Excellent service, Kim and Becka where on top of it. Never had to wait on a drink. Pizza was really good too. Place was really clean and they are on top of Covid regulations.
THE BEST BAR IN LUBBOCK. Always a go to for Karaoke night, meeting friends, and birthday celebrations. Best bartenders & staff, best drinks, best management.
The one who looks like Dak Prescott is so nice and gives exceptional service! Think it was Grey, Big things for him in whatever he’s doing!
Hands down best bar in the 806. Great staff. Great drinks. 10/10 management…and they have Busch Light on tap 😉
The wings were on point. The staff was friendly and the environment itself was laid back.
Wow! Came here while visiting Texas Tech and had an absolute blast! The staff was amazing, kind, and super quick to make drinks! The crowd in Logie’s was lots of fun to hangout with! My favorite bar in Lubbock!
My go to spot here in Lubbock, Texas. The bar tenders are sublime and the atmosphere is rockin. Great spot to kick it with your friends and have some drinks. Not to mention the $2.50 Long Islands on Tuesdays and $2.50 Adios’ on Thursdays, simply can’t beat it. Do yourself a favor and come to Logies!
Josh Matt Jay were great bartenders and the food was good and inexpensive
After a 6 hour drive with a carload of kids, we stopped at hyatt and walked over for dinner. Definitely a college crowd on a Tech basketball gamenight, but the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They got us seated, appetizers served quickly, and dinner out fast. Waitstaff went out of their way and food was great.
Today is Sunday, June 12. I'm from Michigan. Last night i went to Logies. Goodness Gracious the employees here are kind and attentive. At least 12x someone asked me if I needed anything with a smile. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and 2 Miller Lites; all were pretty good. Nice place, nice employees. G
Up here in Lubbock for work, decided to come here. I’m Glad I did I had a great time. Kaytlin & Lindsey we’re my Bartenders for the afternoon. The food they chose for me was great even if it was just a sampler plate. To me it didn’t matter that this place is a good College hang out place I had a great time though no matter what.
Ethan the bartender must be a marketing major. Always made sure we had drinks. Great service!! Love logies
logies is the best bar in Texas. Love the staff, especially the bouncer name SK. He’s the best and makes me feel welcome. Love this bar
Great place, staff was very quick and friendly. It got very busy in to the night and staff kept up with demand. Prices were average, and great hang out spot. Atmosphere was energetic and fun
Nice bar if a little pricey but maybe that's just my drinks xD Food was pretty good but any food w booze in your system tastes pretty good. Staff was nice as well 😄
I asked Thomas to save my shirt for me when I went into the game. Sure enough he did. Manager was chill too. Good bar
Great cocktails and service. DJ music that wasn't too loud but enough to keep the atmosphere up beat.
Sammy was the best!!! He busts ass making sure everything is taken care of !! This man deserves a raise.
Great place. People act like this place is a 5-Star Restaurant, it’s A COLLEGE BAR!! Don’t expect top-notch food, It’s A COLLEGE BAR! Drink your beverage, eat your BAR food and have a good time. Friendly staff, great environment, and great music. THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT!! It’s a BAR that serves BAR FOOD!!!
logies is the absolute best, bar staff is the best and the bouncers are the absolute best. Mason and TP GOATS
Great place to grab a quick bite and a few drinks before or after Red Raider games
Great time every time! Always provides awesome service and even better Management!! The crowd is a great blend of people from all walks of life that makes for a fun adventure filled with memories! The DJs play the best newest and most popular music along with token throwbacks and oldies that fit perfectly into their sets as it's obvious that they aren't just playing from a predetermined preset playlist. The all around ambiance and atmosphere and staff from the brand-new employee all the way up to the GM provides the best in local entertainment making this location stand out above the rest compared to other nightlight entertainment options. Good times!
The bouncer jake p had great service.. He made my experience so easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting as well
Sammy was the greatest door guy. Made sure our tables were clean busting ass making sure everything was in order!! I’m coming just for him

Classy but they need to hire more bar tenders because it takes an absurd amount of time to be served 90% of the time. They should start doing brunch as well.
Very fun environment to have some drinks with some friends! They also have really good food too. The pizza and fried pickles are a fav! We love hanging out on the patio area.
The food was great porpotions. But the service was ok we had to keep calling the sever over and it was not even busy we were literally the only people there so there was no reason why we had to keep calling her,for things that we needed
We stopped into this place to watch the end of the TX Tech/Houston football game. Of course, it was pretty packed, not too bad though, and it was pretty lively. They played music during commercial breaks (liked that) and service was great. The lighting is a little too dark for my taste, as it reminded of a cigar bar or Irish pub (I like those places, btw). All in all, it's a good place to hang out and eat bar food with friends.
Wing Wednesday .50 wings. Can't beat that price. Was in town visiting my tech daughter stopped in for a drink and wings. Wings came out pretty fast so they must have them ready to go and only needed to add the requested sauce/rub. Nothing fancy just regular lemon pepper wings. Not bad.
Great early on, but as it gets later the music gets louder and service slower. Regardless of when you come the food will take a long time cause they want you to drink more, which was fine by us.
I really enjoyed the drinks and the staff were amazing! It was a little loud so conversation was hard unless you yelled and repeated yourself a few times. Take into account this was a Friday night around 9:30 to 12am. It could be different earlier or later in the night. Would recommend for anyone!
I don’t partake in alcohol, but it was nice to have as much free Dr. Pepper as I wanted! The buffalo wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it was too busy so I sat outside in the cold.

Bar was super slow at noticing us but got drinks decently quick once ordered.
Service was good but the food was not good. Not sure if it's always that bad or not, but talk about terrible. Chicken Strips were burnt and tasted bad. 👎
Charged me 15 for a double and my roommate 3 for a single. Arrogant bartender thought it was soooo funny
It’s March Madness and a sports bar and the employees said they couldn’t change the televisions to be able to watch the Texas game. 1/2 the tvs we’re playing a baseball game- I felt like they could of changed it if they really wanted to. We come here a lot ; disappointing for March Madness and only 1 game can be played! We left to go find another place to watch the games.
The food was absolutely amazing, but don't come here if you are in a hurry. Make no mistake, the staff is not here to work. They're here to socialize, and if approach one of the girls to get you something, you will be ignored.
I was trying to walk outside and this bouncer in a black jacket shoved me. I know he's "in his right", but he treats people like cattle, and makes a bad name for the Logies business. If you're going to block someone, be calm and treat them like a human and use your words. Bartenders are nice and try hard, it's just that one bouncer that thinks he's special.
The food was a joke. The "wedge" salad was a few leafs of lettuce with soggy tomatoes, no red onion and bacon. The club sandwich was missing the aoli and bacon. Dry and a tiny bit of turkey. Ordered tots and got fries. More than disappointed

Look, it’s a college bar but the food took over an hour to come out, the bill was wrong, they lost a credit card, and the service was the worst I’ve had at almost any bar I’ve been to. Was hopeful to have a decent walkable bar but this was likely the worst service I’ve ever received. Even when the place was empty our waitress treated us like we weren’t worth her time. I know I’m not the typical college clientele but was hoping for a quick quality drink and some solid bar food. Won’t be back.

Got shoved by a worker and I got Kicked out. When asking for the name so I could press charges on an uneassary action I was threatened. The manager is very unprofessional and all employees deserve a day in court for assault and or threatening behavior!
Lol logies thought they were superior when they didn’t let me in wearing sweatpants on a Tuesday night. The bouncer asked me if I was wearing Lu lus🤣🤣. Complete joke. Have some self awareness as to you are located in Lubbock Texas and it’s Tuesday night. Garbage.
Me and my homies weren’t let in because “our pants were too baggy” I’m an apparel design major at Texas Tech and I respect a good dress code as much as the next guy but that just seems totally ridiculous and arbitrary to me. Don’t go here
They stupidly through people out so they can make space. Such a stupid of them. 😂 I had no drinks and they said I am drunk no limit of stupidity.
They wouldn't let me in because I was wearing a tank top. It's 90 degrees. What the actual hell?
Worst bar in Lubbock bartenders are trash rude and disrespectful and this particular bartender made a racist comment and then said do all black people in Lubbock drink Hennessy because I'm African American and asked for Hennessy and stated this is a all white college bar we don't sell Hennessy here! White people don't drink that! They are trash and very rude and disrespectful worst service ever my coke was flat just disgusted!😡🤬
In the past I’ve had good experiences here. Looking at others reviews I now see where they are coming from. I wouldn’t consider this bar a “sports bar”. Being from Kansas and moving to Lubbock for work I enjoy going out and grabbing lunch and some drinks to watch the Cats play. When coming here today the manager was fine with splitting the screens to show the Tech/ISU game on some TVs and the OU/Texas game on the others. Which is fine in my opinion, but once the OU/Texas game finished the KSU/TCU game was following on the same channel. The manager requested that all TVs show the trailing Texas Tech Raiders on every TV in the bar and refusing to show the KSU game, even though the tech game was at half time. My point is, I spent $60 on food/drinks and intended to spend more if I could have watched the KSU game. I hope the manager at the time is either going to school for management or for a career that doesn’t deal with business. He would rather lose money and show a losing Tech football game than to accommodate all guests enjoying the sports bar atmosphere. I don’t know his name, but if he happens to read this I would suggest to him on following whatever pursuit he is going to school for, change his major if he is in Techs Business school, or learn how to accommodate all guests at his bar. It’s also important that I note that both the waitress and the 2 bouncers that took my request to show the KSU game. In short, the manager working lunch on 10/10/20 needs a quick lesson on how to manage a bar. I would be more than happy to take a call for him with any tips.
Got kicked out without a good cause and all staff was very mean. We’d been consuming and paying (5 people) and all of a sudden they decided to kick us out.
The worst management, when u wanna complain about a bartender who is joules of u talking with girls , they kick u out in a humiliating way … and they want to know ur origin on order to discriminate u…. E carful guys as the manager has other things in his mind…I think it is the worst decision for me to go to a bar… ulisss the management is different I won’t go there anymore
The most racist place in Lubbock. If you don’t believe me, pls see the other hundreds of negative reviews this place has got. The fact is that the authority won’t do anything about it. The bouncers are totally unprofessional. If you wanna have a good time, avoid this place at all cost
I have gone to this location twice and both times my experience has been horrible. I have had to wait 20 -30 min for our bartender to come back and check on us. Had to get ahold of other staff members to get her attention. All the employees seem to only care about talking to each other behind the counter rather than serving their guest. Will not be coming back.
Bouncers and managers are on a power trip, the bartenders carry this place on their back. Not worth paying to get inside barely worth waiting in the 30-45 minute line.
Service is absolutely terrible, they are more interested in feeding college students as many drinks as they can then serving Travelers didn't see anyone for 15 minutes she finally took my order and then I waited another 30 minutes, I finally got so fed up but I said cancel my order at which time they rushed to the back and brought my food out it wasn't even correct order they refuse to refund my money I paid for it gave it back to him and left if you're there to sing karaoke blaring and drink until you're passing out it's a good spot for you otherwise skip it.
In town as a presenter at the 2023 Southwest Petroleum Short Course, and tried to walk over to Logie’s from the Overton for a final nightcap with some industry friends, and I wasn’t allowed in due to wearing leather sandals (i.e. open-toed shoes). Um…. this is just a sports bar located in middle of Lubbock, TX; not some formal dining venue in middle of Downtown Dallas. 🖕🏻Logie’s
Horrible experience. Do not go here. Staff is very rude and act like they own the place. Our first time here as we were staying at the Overton. Will never return. We are on several Texas Tech pages and will warn everyone to stay away
Staff stood up for an overly drunk guy who told my friend to “move b*tch” while she was waiting for her drinks at the bar and minding her business. Unprofessional and rude staff.
I am 49yr old mother of 4 kids, 1 graduated college, 3 in college. This is WORST experience I have had with all of my time with any of our kids at a college bar. The 32 yr old manager should NOT be a manager, he is as rude and arrogant as they get and needs to learn about customer service and learn how to resolve problems if he is going to be in a leadership position. Skyler the bartender cut my daughter off because she was somebody she didn't like not because she was over served and then was claiming she was sorry the next day via text to all of their mutual friends. The place is full of bullies that work there and this is looked up upon and from what I saw literally encouraged. I wouldn't step foot into this place EVER again if my complete tab was paid for let alone to spend another dime there. The owner might want think about a reboot of staff if he doesn't want to ruin the business he has........
I wouldn’t go unless your a certain demographic or a member of a very prominent racial group….they didn’t seem to be very welcoming otherwise in my opinion
I have never been to a bar that kicks people out for blinking. Their people have no training whatsoever and are clearly not qualified for the job especially the bouncers. So go ahead waste your money if you want.
Our first time here. We were staying at the Overton and saw this place across the street. Staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. It is not what you say, it’s how you say it. No problem with their requests, but it was the pompous attitude towards us. Will never return. As a freshman parent to a Texas Tech student, it was very disappointing. They need a training class on customer service. Hoping things will turn around as we love Tech! But there are better places to go…..
We had 6 people, 2 tables to fit all of us. The management removed one of our tables AS WE WERE SITTING AT IT and had been for 2 hours and they told us someone else needed the table and made the rest of our party stand for the remainder of our time here. Poor poor management. Poor experience. I’d rate it a 0 if i could. The ENTIRE staff and management both were absolutely horrendous. Embarrassing on their part.
Place is trash. Music too loud for an empty establishment at 4pm on a Thursday in the summer. Service doesn’t exist. You have to visit the bar for every single thing you need. Food and beer sucks. Everything about this place sucks. Won’t ever be back. Also take note of the lack of responses on this review and other reviews. Logie’s as an establishment doesn’t care.
For my 23rd Bday tried to go here for the end of the night. Showed my ID and was immediately ushered out. No reason given and entirely rude. Robbed their bartenders of great tips. “Oliver Anthony” looking guy working the door. Completely unprofessional.
This place has so much potential. The location is in a great place. The service was good. The only thing that I have to complain about is the drinks. I ordered a chilton a very popular drink in Lubbock and wanted to try it out at this place. First off the drink was horrible and it’s so simple to make one of these drinks. I then ordered a beer and the beer was flat. I should of ordered a bottle. Big mistake there. Overall experience was okay. Hopefully drinks will improve and be known for a place with good music and great drinks!
I have been to Logies a couple of times and each time I’ve been every single worker has been unnecessarily rude and aggressive towards costumers. You ask anyone a simple question and they basically yell at you in response. This bar has so much potential to be great, but the poor attitudes really ruin the experience. Bars on Broadway are more worth your time.
Was excited to spend parents weekend with my son out at a bar he told me he regularly goes to. (And don’t get me wrong I know he spends money here FREQUENTLY). We waited in line for about 30-45 minutes just for us to get up to the bouncer (who clearly had no clue what was going on) and he proceeded to tell my 21 year old son his IDW was a “fake”. Trust me my son wouldn’t be going to this “hole in the wall” if had a fake and had to sneak his way in.
Got thrown out for no reason, and they hurt my wrist. I am well over 21, and just grabbed me, and kicked me out for no reason, they hurt me phisically as well. Any bar willing to hire people that will physically hurt you is no place that should call themselves professionals.
Worst bad in Lubbock. Cut me off for buying my table a round of drinks because I “bought too many drinks for one night”, which was followed up by an employee named Greyson Murchison being extremely aggressive toward me and my elderly parents. Would never come back here.
Belive the reviews. Awful customer service. The bartenders are rude. They start tabs and then leaves themselves tips. They make shots and don’t even mix the drinks. They are so busy in their own conversations to even help you. They also get mad when you ask for water or drinks. Just super rude. The place looks nice though.
My family and I were excited to go here after my little sister's graduation ceremony. We were a big party, no one welcomed us and we sat ourselves, we even had to move our own tables together. We did get menus after seating ourselves but no one came by after to check on us so we took the liberty of approaching the bar for drinks. After drinks still no one came by to take our food order. A whole hour went by & they never checked on us. THUMBS DOWN and guns down :( Terrible experience to celebrate my sister.
I haven’t had the opportunity to experience the services offered at this establishment. I was turned away at the door by the bouncers due to “my neck tattoos” and the “gang affiliation” they could potentially represent, is the explanation I was given. Mind you, I am an active Registered Nurse. I have no gang affiliation. My tattoos are roses. The stereotype this establishment expressed is unfortunate.
Logies in Lubbock has lost me as a customer forever! I have been going and getting wings every Wednesday. One Wednesday they said you have to get a drink okay that’s cool. Then it was you have to get a drink and pay a Togo fee….okay the wings are worth it. Then tonight the bartender was rude and told me I cannot get Togo wings at all!!! I live out of Lubbock (work in Lubbock) and I have kids. Logies is an over 21 bar and grill. I always ordered a drink paid whatever fee they wanted and tipped well over 20% when getting wings. Very disappointed in Logies! Basically now no families can enjoy their wings that have kids…this is dumb!
WORST PLACE EVER. Apparently you get robbed while being there also. And when ask for footage or to cooperate they don’t want to. It’s kinda sad they’re right next to a very nice hotel and area and they have this kinda activity going on. The bouncer is very very rude too HE WILL THROW YOU OUT TO THE CURB. Got robbed and almost jumped and they don’t care. This place needs to be shut down.
Very frustrated. We had a tab. My daughter closed out, not putting tip on credit card, knowing we’d tip cash. Before she made it back to our table the bartender/manager had the bouncers/security tell her she had to leave. Very strong armed. Over a tip!! When did gratuity become a requirement of service. We left. I gave a $120 tip on a $189 tab. Someone with power tossed someone bc of their fear of not being tipped. If you tip share, maybe explain bf just tossing or maybe you don’t want servers to get cash. Shame on all this establishment. It was great till a bartender/manager. Save your $$
Patiently waited 2 HOURS for 10 wings. When I mildly approached the manager about it, he yelled at me and kicked me out when I gave him the same attitude back. Horrible service
Id like to give no stars if i could. As soon as me and my partner walked in (No dress code posted anywhere) said we cant be in there in our tank tops. But they were letting women in that were almost wearing nothing for a top. If your a sexist homophobic establishment just say that.
I just moved here from Arkansas and decided to go out with my work friends for drinks before we went to our event. As I was handing the bouncer my ID, he stated my Arkansas ID was fake. I had to show the bouncer my Snapchat (for DOB) and pulled up my marriage license to verify my age. It was so embarrassing and a GREAT introduction to Lubbock! It truly ruined the experience for me. I hope Logie’s develops a better system to monitor for fake/real IDs than the ignorant human eye.
This place lacks diversity and acceptance. I would NOT recommend coming to this establishment if you have a “contemporary” look according to old Bible Belt expectations. I absolutely enjoyed this establishment until they implemented arbitrary rules on the appearance of folks that “should” attend their establishment. If you have tattoos on your neck or above the neckline they WILL deny you entry. I’m extremely disappointed in the diversity they want their image associated with. Boo on you and your establishment. I’ll have you know the person you denied entry with neck tattoos makes more than what you can in an hour due to their artistic abilities.
Love this place but the staff needs some work. Very rude and arrogant when I asked a simple question. Was also told I can't get a to-go order unless I were to order an alcoholic beverage which is unbelievable considering the fact that there's a day called "Wing Wednesday." Crazy to think that I can't enjoy the wings there without ordering alcohol. Won't be going back anytime soon.
It was wing Wednesday and i understand that it gets super busy here I’m okay with waiting, that’s not the point. We got our food and it was half lemon pepper and have mango haberno. My lemon pepper ones were covered in the other sauce. And then our fries had a really long hair in it. Which is just disgusting. This is why logies is never my first voice but I thought, hey maybe it changed. Also, when I asked if it was okay to get more fries the bartender which was a guy which was really rude to me. Wouldnt go here on a regular day and spend your money here
No stars if I could I literally saw her go up to a table of 3 and completely skip us a table of 12 guess we are too Spanish we are celebrating my sisters masters degree and have no service Emily and Stephanie I guess Emily gave her name but the other one did not

We waiting in line to order wings and they took over an hour and a half LITERALLY. I understand that it gets busy but the lack of organization is deeply concerning. They lost our order and had to remake it and we had to wait at least another 30 minutes. They also got our drink order wrong I was trying to give them grace but the customer service here is unacceptable.
The employees at Logie‘s are always stuck up and seem to hate their jobs and always seem to have an attitude , Just recently went To order food from there And they had to charge me extra to take my food to go , but it gets worse they end up taking money out of my account The next day without even letting me know, charging me extra When I wasn’t even there. I asked to speak to a manager Grey was the name he gave me And I was greeted with the worst customer service ever saying he wasn’t worried about my complaint and didn’t help me with anything I asked , He had no clue how to do his job. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY, WANNA DO THEIR JOB
They have a new bartender. I found out her name is Kiki. She was banging on the ladies’ room stall doors, which caused commotion and arguments amongst some customers in the restroom. I witnessed a fight break out because of it. Management should be trying to avoid fights among customers, not encouraging it that is very dangerous behavior for customers in a bar. I would suggest going elsewhere to protect yourself from behavior as such.
The exit door who was wearing a red poncho between 9:00-9:30 told me that I could walk outside and take a phone call. I proceeded to walk outside and take my call and when I proceed to ask the gentleman if I could come back inside he said no. I had started a tab and asked if I could at least get my card he told me that I would have to wait in line. I informed him that he should have told me this before I left which he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have to. This is utter nonsense and makes tn establishment look like a bunch of liars. But it’s all ok though because I’m planning on opening a restaurant soon nearby and will run this place out of business. Their rating is at a 3.1 and is currently frequented by mostly college kids. That’s ok, but I think it’s time that these college alumni’s and kids get the chance to experience something that truly values the ideologies of hospitality and what customer experience means.
For years I have come to Lubbock Texas. Went to college here, visit here and pass through when traveling. I’ve been to some bars here in my time, but this one took the cake. Absolutely the worst service you could ever experience. The bus boys were great, but the waitresses couldn’t handle a simple task of getting the check or a single water. When you wait over an hour for a burger you know something is wrong. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. It would be an absolute waste of money. The parking enforcement at Tech have better service than these people.
Went with my significant other for the first time yesterday since moving to LBK due to it being recommended by a friend. Upon walking in there’s no host, so we sat ourselves with not more than 2 other tables occupied. Blonde college girl server comes over almost appalled that we sat ourselves and gave us no menus until she saw me pulling it up on my phone.. not even a smile and no communication. Such trash attitude, and would disappear for so long the bartender started serving us, which her hospitality was way better! Stale bread that resembled a hockey puck and old fryer oil being used to the point the food was inedible and we just asked for the check. I’m never the type to send food back or complain, so we just had to get out of there.. don’t waste your time unless going for a drink and even then, find somewhere else. ☹️☹️
Every surface is sticky, bartenders will actively ignore you, no decent activities the pool table is children’s size, can’t hear the TV which doesn’t have subtitles either. All the customers are obnoxiously drunk while I can’t even get my first drink.
We had drinks on the patio and enjoyed a beautiful evening until 6 kids aged 3-10 were allowed to throw a football around the patio, hitting patrons with it while the parents drank inside the bar. Saturday they have a ridiculous loud outdoor DJ until 3am right next to two very nice hotels and several aoartment buildings. I counted 30 people total attending. If you want sleep on a game day, dont stay anywhere near Logies
This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Just a a bunch of kids running around being rude. The food was terrible. Ruined our night. I would give it Zero stars if I could.
Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a one star. We waited an hour for a drink and didn’t even get served and we were sitting at the bar and it was not that busy. If u want to drink don’t go here
The employees here act like they have a million things better to do than talk to you. Would chit chat and smile with their coworkers but treated me like asking for a drink or my food was a chore. When I tried to ask about the wing flavors I was told would you like a menu with an eye roll. This service was slower than any bar I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to bars all over the world, and I’ve never had an encounter with a bar with as bad as bad as this one.
Yup listen to the bad reviews. They're definitely racist we went here and as soon as we sat down at a table they dropped literally 1 menu off without even saying hi. We were a party of 12... but as soon as a 3 white males come in the servers Emily and Stephanie suddenly know how to smile, offer drinks and shots, plus check up on them. Very ugly personalities. Their excuse for not attending us was "well y'all came up to the bar to order" we literally had no choice because they never asked us for our order
If you enjoy waiting next to the bar because there’s no where to sit and then be completely forgotten after you order food, while standing next to the bar in the same spot you ordered but see the girls that ordered behind you receive their food. This is your place! Congrats! Sarcasm, yeah, never going back. My drink as good though, glad I ordered a double because lord knows I needed it after being completely forgotten for over an hour. Had to have a friend get a refund for me cause I was almost late to work waiting on food.
So, I recently had a wild experience that left me completely baffled. I walked in, ready to enjoy a drink, i simply went to the restroom & stated to my friend “dang they don’t have any napkins” a bartender so happened to be in a stall and said “you act like your at a 5star restaurant” i simple laughed and payed it no mind. Next thing I knew, I waked out of the restroom and the bartender is standing there with security and I was being kicked out! Honestly, it was such an overreaction that I couldn’t help but laugh. Definitely not the kind of service I expected, after a big win wont be going back anytime soon!
I had a very concerning experience here. I ordered wings at the same time as my friend, but my order did not come out with his. After waiting, I had to go up and ask the bar about my food before it was finally brought out, roughly 15 minutes later. There was no explanation for the delay. Within about an hour of eating the wings, I became violently sick with repeated vomiting and diarrhea. The onset was extremely rapid and intense. Given the delay, the fact that the wings were only slightly warm, and how quickly I got sick afterward, it is hard not to question how the food was handled before it reached the table. This was not mild discomfort. It completely ruined my night and left me dehydrated for the rest of the day. I hope management takes food safety and order handling more seriously so this does not happen to someone else.
