We only order Papa Murphys pizza. It is the best pizza! I love taking it hot out of the oven.

The pizza was made to order and ready when promised. Pick up and payment went smoothly.

Much prefer them over any other pizza in town. They might not deliver but it's so worth having that extra quality in every bite. What's more, is that you can customize everything! Awesome!

We love Papa Murohy's, but ours in Hobbs closed. So, if we are in Lubbock or Roswell, we pick up pizza for dinner.

Food is great. You can choose whatever you like. The pizza is a must try if you haven't been here. The ingredients are fresh and very tasty. Watch for specials....

This is my favorite Papa Murphys here in Lubbock. The staff is always friendly and they get my order right every time! We get pizza here every Tuesday and love it.

Pizza was ready when I arrived, and the employees were very courteous.

We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car. Nick, who couldn't have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. The bad thing about the store is for some reason they don't think it's important to get the front door fixed and so for three months or so they've been dealing with this door. The location is great but the little mini strip mall is a little tight. I'm sure someone came into excited for their pizza which from the reviews seem to be well received. GET THE DOOR/WINDOW FIXED!! The previous location was more ideal and it's a trip to get across town to where this one is but it is well worth it!!

Arrived at approx 3:30pm on June 1st and there was only one young man working. He apologized for being behind and was very kind. He stated he was the only one working this afternoon and would get my order as quick as possible. We left and returned about 4pm. He was still very kind and working very hard. He still managed to get our pizzas ready within the timeframe the APP provided! This young man needs a raise, recognition and some help! He was super busy and still respectful and kind!

I would have gave it a 5 star if the crust had raised just a little. For me it was perfect because I love thin and crispy. Overall the flavor was excellent. Plus the value was spot on. We will be regular customers.

Ordered a large half cheese with bacon and other have with bacon hamburger and pepperoni. Got home had no bacon on any of the pizza and no hamburger or pepperoni on the half that was suppose to have those ingredients

Went in to grab a few pizzas for $10 Tuesday. There was a young lady that was in front of me and ordered 2 medium pizzas. The guy behind the counter explained it would be a better deal if she got a large for $10 or something like that. When I approach the counter I told him my order and it rang up to 29 and some change. I asked about the $10 pizzas and he looked at me and said oh ok...then my price went down. I looked at this guy like REALLY! Unbelievable, why wouldn't I have gotten the same courtesy as the customer before? Really disappointed with service...but the pizza was good. Customer service was poor.

Excellent pizza! Got the 5 meat stuffed. Cooked up great! I guess they were kinda training a newbie - took alot longer than usual.

Please have employee's pay attention to orders more,ordered creamy garlic sauce,got red, had to redo my order at pickup wasn't right.an then got the red sauce.

They really do need to work on their customer service if there's a problem with the order they should fix it immediately or replace the order of course management thinks people are trying to steal from them. I chose not to shop here any more due to the fact delete do not honor customer service the way they should.

Ordered the all meat and got a pepperoni…. Don’t see a way online to correct the error, stuck with it

When I called, I was hoping for some accountability and a sincere apology. Possibly, some reassurance it wasn’t a cooked bug or something awful, but a mistake with a food item. Instead, I was dismissed and treated like a nuisance. I went here weekly and loved the pizza, but when a business makes a mistake and refuses to apologize, I take issue with that. ** I google searched the image below and it does seem to be an olive pit. —————————- Fresh, great tasting pizza! One of the most affordable around. Check out their Specials! We absolutely adore the Jack O Lantern Pizza that comes out in October. The pizza is huge and $10?! Plus, the employees are always so friendly and kind! Highly recommend Papa Murphy’s!

Ordered for delivery. First time customer. They hired door dash driver to deliver and didn’t give him complete order. I called and the pizza place was helpless and said to drive there to pick up the rest!😳 Seriously?!? WHAT is the point of delivery and paying a driver when they can’t even give the complete order! They forgot my salad, cookie dough, dressing and dipping sauces! The driver was absolutely polite and friendly and the pizza place blamed the driver and said we can’t help you! The driver said he questioned if the whole order was there for pickup bc he saw 5 items on receipt but only got 2 pizzas and the pizza guy said yes it’s all there. It was his “first day” he said. When I drove all the way over there, 3 people working behind counter and they all looked guilty and just put it on the unknown door dash driver😡 No offer for refund or extra items or anything! WORST customer service EVER and will NOT order from this place again! I don’t care if it was his first day or not… there were 2 other people in there with him and they just claimed we make the pizzas and put them on that counter for the driver to pick up🙄 Well…. MAYBE when the driver comes in for order… go grab the refridgerated items and rest of order BEFORE stupidly telling the driver.. yeah that’s all😡
