Papa Murphy's is a healthier pizza option and has gluten free pizza! Baking pizza at home also provides the opportunity to teach my daughter about using the oven.

As far as I'm concerned, one of the best pizza places in Lubbock. Food is always very well prepared, and when you take it home the pizza is always very good

The manager here at this location is fabulous and he runs a tight ship. This location gets busy on Friday and Saturday nights but they put together an order quicker than what is estimated. Another Lubbock PMurph location closed recently and they have handled the extra customer load quite efficiently. Kiddos love the mini Murphs. The only thing I would ask for is green chile as a topping at this location since we are so close in proximity to New Mexico. Other pizza chain locations offer that as a topping.

I ordered two pizzas. There was only one person working at the time and he was extremely busy. He proceeded to do the job of four people. He took orders, made every pizza, answered the phone, as well as delivered pizzas out to the curb. He washed his hands and re-gloved after each different task. I was thoroughly impressed with his speed, organization, multitasking, and attention to every detail. When I see someone working that hard, solo, to satisfy customers, it renews my faith in employees and the companies they work for. Thank you for such a positive experience. Oh, and our pizzas were delicious!

Delicious gluten free pizza. Was very flavorful and enjoyable. Delivery was fast and somewhat cheap. Other add-ins such as cookie dough and cheesy bread are also very flavorful and colorful in taste. Only downfall is that you have to bake it yourself, but it's worth it!

This is my favorite Papa Murphys here in Lubbock. The staff is always friendly and they get my order right every time! We get pizza here every Tuesday and love it.

We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car. Nick, who couldn't have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. The bad thing about the store is for some reason they don't think it's important to get the front door fixed and so for three months or so they've been dealing with this door. The location is great but the little mini strip mall is a little tight. I'm sure someone came into excited for their pizza which from the reviews seem to be well received. GET THE DOOR/WINDOW FIXED!! The previous location was more ideal and it's a trip to get across town to where this one is but it is well worth it!!

I would have gave it a 5 star if the crust had raised just a little. For me it was perfect because I love thin and crispy. Overall the flavor was excellent. Plus the value was spot on. We will be regular customers.

The Pizza is never done all the way.

Ordered a large half cheese with bacon and other have with bacon hamburger and pepperoni. Got home had no bacon on any of the pizza and no hamburger or pepperoni on the half that was suppose to have those ingredients

Went in to grab a few pizzas for $10 Tuesday. There was a young lady that was in front of me and ordered 2 medium pizzas. The guy behind the counter explained it would be a better deal if she got a large for $10 or something like that. When I approach the counter I told him my order and it rang up to 29 and some change. I asked about the $10 pizzas and he looked at me and said oh ok...then my price went down. I looked at this guy like REALLY! Unbelievable, why wouldn't I have gotten the same courtesy as the customer before? Really disappointed with service...but the pizza was good. Customer service was poor.

Excellent pizza! Got the 5 meat stuffed. Cooked up great! I guess they were kinda training a newbie - took alot longer than usual.

Please have employee's pay attention to orders more,ordered creamy garlic sauce,got red, had to redo my order at pickup wasn't right.an then got the red sauce.

They really do need to work on their customer service if there's a problem with the order they should fix it immediately or replace the order of course management thinks people are trying to steal from them. I chose not to shop here any more due to the fact delete do not honor customer service the way they should.

They do not honor rewards like they should hear

Don’t eat the fake cheese. It’s horrible. Just got a crustless pizza for $20. A waste of my money.

One of the most affordable around. Check out their Specials! We absolutely adore the Jack O Lantern Pizza that comes out in October. The pizza is huge and $10?! I called and the pizza place was helpless and said to drive there to pick up the rest!😳 Seriously?!? WHAT is the point of delivery and paying a driver when they can’t even give the complete order! They forgot my salad, cookie dough, dressing and dipping sauces! The driver was absolutely polite and friendly and the pizza place blamed the driver and said we can’t help you! The driver said he questioned if the whole order was there for pickup bc he saw 5 items on receipt but only got 2 pizzas and the pizza guy said yes it’s all there. It was his “first day” he said. When I drove all the way over there, 3 people working behind counter and they all looked guilty and just put it on the unknown door dash driver😡 No offer for refund or extra items or anything! WORST customer service EVER and will NOT order from this place again! I don’t care if it was his first day or not… there were 2 other people in there with him and they just claimed we make the pizzas and put them on that counter for the driver to pick up🙄 Well…. MAYBE when the driver comes in for order… go grab the refridgerated items and rest of order BEFORE stupidly telling the driver.. yeah that’s all😡
