We love our big plate family! They have such a plethora of affordable kitchen and business products, but if they don't have what you need, they will help you find it and order it. We are so glad to have them here in Lubbock!

Big plate is so awesome!! One sales associate that stood out to me was keaira, she helped me with everything I needed and was the sweetest helping hand. Big plate knows how to pick their staff and they did a good job with her. I love everything in the store!!

Amazing selection of products for amazing prices. The staff and owners are very helpful with finding whatever you need - and if they don't have it, they'll point you in the right direction to another place that will have it in stock. I hear that they're working on a selection of kitchen gadgets like the (sadly closed now) Gourmet Pantry store. Stay tuned!

Anytime I need a tool, a new pan, some accessories or appliance, this is where I go. They have absolutely everything and the people are so warm and helpful. When our relatives are here from out of town this is one of their must-go shops! The prices are very competitive, and the West Texas service is a big plus!

They have a great staff and are always super helpful, we get all the bakery supplies we can here! They have a great variety of tools, and if they don’t have something in shop, they offer ordering it from their vendors. Super convenient and always reliable!

What a great find! we moved and needed to restock our food trailer but there is no Restaurant Depot within a 2 hr. drive. Big Plate had all of the utinsils, cleaning and sanitizing materials, knives and serviceware. It is well laid out and a fun place to visit!

We are so lucky to have a restaurant supply store like this in Lubbock. The selection is huge and we always find what we need. The staff is beyond helpful and always happy. The prices are reasonable and comparable to online, so it's easy to shop and support local business.

Was a bit worried they'd be annoyed with someone shopping just for home use, since I wasn't buying in the bulk I assume restaurant owners do. But they were very friendly. And the selection was awesome. I'm a kitchen gadget addict so this place is amazing, and I will be back!

I love this store so much. Everything I've ever purchased from them has been top quality, durable, and effective. Sometimes, I just go there to look around. They have a large selection of gadgets for the home cook, and well priced professional level stuff. Most of their inventory is online, so you can pre-shop before you get there!
