Every time I go in, I have great service, sometimes i go in minutes before closing and they are all very friendly! Even been there at 8:59pm and still received amazing service!

They are alway friendly and extremely fast in preparing my order. They also make sure to put mine in a bag when they see me pull up on my motorcycle!

Caring compassionate people, wonderful products. Smoothie King in lufkin is my and my wife’s favorite place for a cold refreshing healthy meal. Kathy you have done a wonderful job with your store you should be extremely happy. We hope you have a long and wonderful life. God bless you everyday.

Service was amazing brook and jen hooked me up. Give them raises haha. I paid for a medium but they gave me the excess in an extra cup so I got all my protien in. Smoothie tasted amazing and the protien is high quality. Recommend

I come just about everyday for my smoothie! i’ve tried other smoothie kings while being out of town but nothing compares to the environment of walking into the lufkin location! They make me feel welcome, treat me like family and make me the best nutty super grain i’ve ever had! Those girls behind the bar are absolutely awesome, sometimes I enjoy going in just to socialize with them! They rock!

I tried something new today and am very happy with it. Mango ginger metabolism boost. It has protein powder and spinach. Tastes creamy, fruity and spicy. The ladies working are friendly and professional. Very quick service.

I always receive excellent service from every single one of the employees at this Smoothie King location, and my order is consistently made to perfection. You can tell that the team here really love what they do, and seriously care about their customers.

When they made our smoothie, after the 1st attempt at blending, my smoothie was not completely to the top of the cup but very close. It would've been good enough however, on their own they added more and reblended to make sure it filled the cup 100%. I was very impressed. Thanks guys for attention to detail and not accepting anything less than 100% before serving!!

Great smoothie selection for this area if you want a healthy option vs. fast the food frenzy around town. I get the vegan options and all three are delicious. I especially like the one with mango and kale!!

First time here and the customer service was aloof and dry. It was pretty spendy as well. We ordered 4 kids smoothies and 2 regular smoothies. The smoothies were great though!

Smoothie was great but the employee taking my order (name on receipt is GMartin-Kibbey) was rude! I have never had problems here but I didn’t get a “Hi, how are you today?” or anything like that. Not even a smile! :( she might have been having a bad day but come on…

We are battling a cold in our home right now. We have been to Smoothie King for the last three days, ordered the exact same thing each day, and paid a different price each day. They could do better.

Staff was extremely rude when we went in after 8:00pm. All I wanted was a Smoothie and the woman working chastised me for coming in so late even though they were not closed and did not close until 9:00pm. If they do not want customers after 8:00pm or what ever time they should adjust the hours. I already am paying a premium for a smoothie the rudeness is unacceptable. The woman was not wearing a name tag but at the bottom of the receipt it said "Johnson". If you do not want customers then please let us know by changing the hours. I have spent 1,000's of dollars at Smoothie King of the past few years. I do not know if I will be back.

One of my friends went there to get a smoothie after a long day, and she walks in orders her drink, and while we're waiting, we can audibly hear 3 female workers talking to each other saying "she looks homeless" and judging us just off our appearance. I would really like this place if it wasn't for the disrespectful staff.

I did call the store while inside to make sure it was ringing. It did. Neither of the 2 workers moved. SAD.

I went in there to redeem my coupon for a free smoothie and the person at the register told me in the rudest way possible that she couldn’t accept it. Mind you I was being very nice and friendly. She gave off a very low energy and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. And I never got asked if I wanted plastic or foam for my cup.
