As always the customer service is top-notch! Either through drive thru or in the lobby. Today I went through drive thru, I always get the 15pc Spicy Tenders and the 18 Gizzards with a gallon of sweet tea. Got home and everything was nice and hot.

Being that it was only 30 minutes before closing I have to say the food and service was amazing. I was waited on at the drive through by Josh and I only came back again because everything was so good the night before. Josh waited on me the night before also. My . Anyway Josh was very polite and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to get such excellent service and food 30 minutes before closing but I did. I should have took pictures but I guess I was too hungry but I will next time. I dont know if Josh was the manager but if not I hope the company realizes what a great asset he is to the company and can hopefully see he is definitely management material. Thanks Josh for the excellent food and service for the last 2 nights. Everything was perfect!

Sent the wife to get me a fish combo add a fish. This cost me almost 30 bucks. I asked for fried fresh and would wait for it. What i received was fish put back in the oil. The store in Lumberton is bad and I don't normally go there to eat. I go to the one on 105. I am deep disappointed with this store and it will.be my last time there. I know what fried fresh taste like an this wasn't it. Do better Lumberton store. Order was made at 5:53 Sunday January 11th and was a waste of my money!! # 267******* Update Chicken E honored our order and made it right so Thank you to management! Keep it up .

Ehh it's ok. The catfish breading was oddly mealy and had way too much corn meal but had a good flavor and although the chicken was crispy, two of my three pieces were hot and cooked all the way through and the third was not, it was totally inedible. The fried okra was good, the French fries are not. The sweet tea was the best part. I'd come back for that and maybe something other than the chicken. Wasn't impressed.

Check your order before you drive off. Even if you asked, is this in there? No one over the age of 20 working.

I have been here many time before but recently the service and quality of food have been going down hill the kid took my order like I was being rushed through there was no traffic or rush hour did not ask me wht sides I wanted or if I wanted a drink get to window to pay money and asked about fries so the girl asked if wanted 2 or 1 I said 1 she did not charge me then I stopped at parking area to check order and food was dry and cold like it had been out all day I did not have time to go back in and complain I was late for work you would figure a multimillion dollar industry would have better competent people running their business to make the customers happy instead of hearing bad reviews

As a loyal customer of Chicken Express, I’m deeply disappointed by my recent visit. While I’ve always enjoyed the food and service, this time was a letdown. I witnessed kids in the kitchen horseplaying, being loud, and carelessly tossing around equipment. Worse, I overheard them cussing and talking inappropriately, which was shocking and unprofessional, even for fast food. It made me question the cleanliness and safety of the food prep. The staff seemed oblivious, and no one stepped in to correct the behavior. I’ve loved this place for years, but this experience has me rethinking my next visit. Management needs to address this immediately.

Awful service. I was nice and respectful and they couldn’t give a damn and said nothing to me. I went through the drive through it took them forever to take my order and it wasn’t even busy. My food was burnt and wrong. I work in the food industry and this service is horrible.

I have ate here since it opened and the fish was always cooked too profection except today. No breading what so ever very grease and over cooked and had a burnt taste to it as if the grease hasn't been changed. I will from now on give me business too other restaurants that offer the same product.

Will never eat there. Ordered a 3 piece dark meat and when I got home I had 1 thigh a wing and a breast. I don't eat white me so I didn't get what I paid for and the 1 piece of dark meat I had was not cooked all the way so I threw it all in the trash. I will never recommend this place to anyone

I went got some gizzards got and.over half the meat was green and good could not eat so I call up there let them no they was like thanks for letting us know ...not hey can I give some back r hey do u wanna try something else on us rain check get some thing at another time just straight ok thank for letting us never go back thanks
