Excellent 1921 burger with romaine lettuce. Better than Queens. Though not so nice on tap water which you had to pay.
I enjoy the Castle and this is a well run White Castle. Food is hot, fresh, and they always get my order correct.

If you love White Castle, then you know, this Lynbrook location I've been coming to for 30 years, there's a female employee there that's from the original layout before the renovations she is amazing, I love her on the grill she's been doing this for so long ,she can do it with her eyes closed, this is my favorite location. The Manager is a little less hospitable, there's definitely room for improvements
Love love, being N.Y love the food this was one place we needed to hit up missing it in Rockville ctr Nassau county. The best. Just dont get a smoothy the female that doesn't it doesn't blend it well and the taste is off but all n everything else is great.
I know what your thinking. Its white castle. Seriously though the bacon egg n cheese slider was great! The bacon was pretty close to if not real bacon! Also ordered the sausage egg n cheese and Hash brown nibblers. The grease in fryer must be cleaned often. They were crunchy and tasty. I have ordered the same thing twice now and both times I was not disappointed. I used DD to order.
I was there on Wednesday after enjoying the day on the beach and had never been into this White Castle before. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean andwell-kept everything was. Other places I had been to in the past were certainly less than what you’d hope for. I immediately took notice to Carlos, who was making food at the prep station, but then came over to take my order when he saw me at the counter. He then proceeded to help his other coworkers, and overall had a charming personality, which made me happy to be there, and I’m sure his fellow staff were feeling the same. He handled the ordering process, along with checking in with me as I waited, and finally presented me with my food when it had finished. The entire time, he was very professional, positive,and always smiling. If it wasn’t for his uniform, indicating to me that he was just another employee there, I would’ve thought he was the manager. He very clearly has management talent and skills that I’m sure will open doors for him one day very soon.
The people that work with this White Castle are really good people. They even let you know if you're going to be paying too much for something instead of getting some kind of a meal deal or some other kind of special, the food is made prompt. It's fresh nobody's mean or freaking out. I recommend to anybody that goes there to always try the 1921 Burger. I have no complaints at all about this White Castle.
I haven't had White Castle in 10 years. I was driving by and saw this location and I couldn't resist. The tiny fluffy square burgers are just like I remember. Thanks for the throwback White Castle!
I miss White castor so much and had to make a visit in my recent trip home to NY. Nostalgia is king. This White Castle was clean, well lit, staff was super pleasant and friendly even at 11pm. The napkin dispenser tickled me while I waited.
This White Castles is the best on the island. The food is super fresh and I swear by it they have the BEST breakfast sandwiches ever for a fast food chain!! Definitely you need to go!!

Always Fresh Fries and The sliders are delicious ..always clean and nice most definitely coming back
Very clean. Nice staff. You can watch them cook your food. The vegetarian impossible burger was a hit with the family. I only gave it 4 stars because I personally don't care for veggie burgers to imitate meat in how it's prepared. However it is a good alternative for those who want to transition. The onion chips were decent.

Stopped by after a movie. Food was okay, nothing crazy about the flavor. Paid about $25 for about 8 or 9 sliders and some fries.
If you're looking for a sliders then this one is good for you. whenever I am in New York I always get the Bacon Cheese Sliders.
Love White Castle burgers. Purchased on two separate occasions from Brooklyn & Lynwood stores. The food was delicious. The crave box is a family favorite as it satisfies every time. I suggest you stock up on the frozen kind for when the craving hits!
I went vegan in January 2018 and wanted to try their Impossible Burger because it's a nice option to have for fast food. It tastes great, sometimes I get a crave case and freeze them. White Castle also sends me coupons to use on their convenient app for money off the case and the ability to order ahead which is nice for a crave case.

It's ok....i like their shakes, but i think I grew out of liking their food....plus their mozzarella stick breading makes my insides feel gross, but that's just me ^^; my bf LOVES it as a late night snack run
We're a vacationing and in town and had never been to a White Castle.. So our car swerved and brought us into the parking lot, so we had to stop in and check it out. The rating is based on it being a fast food restaurant. It was certainly unique. Basically, the options are all different sorts of slider sandwiches. They were tasty, although the meat itself could not be any thinner. About the thickness of a fruit roll-up. But it did taste good and came on a puffy bun. Next time I would customize the ingredients. I assumed it came with ketchup, mustard, and pickle, but I was incorrect. It came with ketchup and a heavy amount of onions. The fries were warm and of the crinkle cut variety. Won't hurry to go back again, but was cool to finally get to one given its history.
I’ve been coming here for years since it’s the closest White Castle near me. They always make the cheese sticks fresh as well as my fries. But they always mess up on my burgers or forget half the things I ordered. I never leave without checking my bags. And every time I tell them they messed up, I get attitudes and they either have to check my food or receipt to correct my order. Not the greatest service, but it’s fast food, so I don’t expect it to be.

Discontinued the impossible slider at this location. It is still on the White Castle corporate website but not at this location incredibly disappointed. When I called to ask they told it was discontinued but offered me other meat burgers. Why would I care if you have those if Im asking about impossibles?
The new woman in night shifts sucks !!! Has a very nasty attitude !!rolling her eyes is just the tip, when asking questions she answers sarcastically … Clearly doesn’t like helping her customers. I’m actually tired of her taking our orders .. she’s unhappy please take her off the cash register
