Love the newly improved store, looks more inviting and cleaner. Fast ordering but slow cooking they should hire more personnel. It was worth the wait of no white castle for a couple months. Come check it out!!!!

Immaculately clean at midnight on a Saturday night, but they did need more counter and cooking help. It was definitely understaffed for the line that was waiting for food last night. The team on staff did a great job handling it!

I love White Castle , their hamburger is the best , after 37 years , I stopped for a food treat and had cheeseburgers and onion rings. Wow super yummy, had a great time, imagine after those long years , the quality is still the same. I did have fun and enjoyed. I am leaving tonight for the Philippines , and surely , I will miss you again.

I've been to this location a number of times. Recently it re-opened with an entire new staff and COOKS. Early on there was a learning process regarding the "sliders." Since then, about 2 years, they finally produce the tastiest buyers in the world. I recommend this location to ALL!

Very busy because there are not many around. The place is clean and organized. The manager is always there cooking on the grill and taking care of customers. They have an sophisticated screen where you can order your food and pay and it'll be ready in less than a minute. I work close by sometimes and will pop in for a couple of sliders which cost me less than $4 and they are steaming hot and fresh. Staff is nice too. You can order online and they offer large meals or cases of sliders if you ha to bring something to a party or whatever.

Stopped in for lunch at 1 of my top 5 foods to eat. My order tasted fresh, it was hot, and correct.. I eat my castles no pickle no cheese(the only burger I eat without cheese ever!) ... Now, have you ever ordered a burger from somewhere and asked for like no onions, no pickles or no tomatoes(which my fiance is deathly allergic to)? And got your burger and took a bite.. then started checking the burger.. like I said no xyz! Well that's because the sandwich is either not made fresh and they're removing the item or they put it in by accident and took it off instead of doing the right thing and remaking the burger...This is why I give White Castle 5 🌟 they get it right or will fix it. Sorry no pics I ate those melt in your mouth burgers and fries otw home.

They recently upgraded and refurbished this location and it looks fantastic. Their burger's and fries are still the fantastic tasting fare you expect. You can now order food online for pickup. Of course expect a longer wait time during peak lunch and dinner times. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very efficient staff. They appeared to be under staffed today. Two people preparing food and one on the register at lunch time. They were moving lightning speed to keep up with the orders and still managed to be friendly and thorough with the customers. I was out of there with my food much quicker then I expected under the circumstances. I was impressed.

It's White Castle, not a Michelin star restaurant. But, it's fast and the fries were perfectly crispy and salty. And they have Impossible sliders. And you can choose your cheese.

White castle is usually know as murder burgers... but this white castle IS NOT! Great food, fast service n good customer service. This is my kids fac so we go there quiet often and I have yet to experience anything negative.

I’m not usually a fan of White Castle, but my boyfriend wanted to stop here since it was late and we were hungry. I ordered the chicken rings, and he got the sliders. What really stood out to me was that you could see the staff making everything fresh to order. The dining room was also clean, which is something I really appreciate. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely return to this location.

Very clean, well staffed location! We were closer to this location and opted to visit this location and pick up a crave case for the group of teenagers hanging out at our house. We were attended to quickly and our burgers were cooked to order quickly and without error.

What can I tell you that you don't already know. Without the pickles, they have no flavor at all. Never eat more than six: rare advice from my Dad. Clam Strips are Back !! The new 1921 slider is pretty good. Nice patient staff, a big improvement from the ogres I remember as a kid. Should be a National Landmark.

I'm a foodie that drives for a living so fast food is my friend 🤣 So lets start with the staff. I was greeted when i walked in with a welcoming attitude to the young lady's voice. I was impressed. Then i asked to use the restroom first to see what type of problems they would give me for asking to use the facilities without purchase and was hit with a polite "sure! Go ahead" . I happily said ty and once in the bathroom thats when i began to notice how clean this bathroom was. After washing my hands i exited the restroom to the lobby area and also took notice of how the rest of the restaurant is being maintained. The entire store was clean including the food prep area. I am very impressed with service and the new 1921 slider is the best thing for White Castle to do since the release of the chicken ring slider. Home run with this store and new menu.

If you love White Castle, then you know, this Lynbrook location I've been coming to for 30 years, there's a female employee there that's from the original layout before the renovations she is amazing, I love her on the grill she's been doing this for so long ,she can do it with her eyes closed, this is my favorite location. The Manager is a little less hospitable, there's definitely room for improvements

Also ordered the sausage egg n cheese and Hash brown nibblers. The grease in fryer must be cleaned often. They were crunchy and tasty. I have ordered the same thing twice now and both times I was not disappointed. I used DD to order.

I was there on Wednesday after enjoying the day on the beach and had never been into this White Castle before. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean andwell-kept everything was. Other places I had been to in the past were certainly less than what you’d hope for. I immediately took notice to Carlos, who was making food at the prep station, but then came over to take my order when he saw me at the counter. He then proceeded to help his other coworkers, and overall had a charming personality, which made me happy to be there, and I’m sure his fellow staff were feeling the same. He handled the ordering process, along with checking in with me as I waited, and finally presented me with my food when it had finished. The entire time, he was very professional, positive,and always smiling. If it wasn’t for his uniform, indicating to me that he was just another employee there, I would’ve thought he was the manager. He very clearly has management talent and skills that I’m sure will open doors for him one day very soon.

The people that work with this White Castle are really good people. They even let you know if you're going to be paying too much for something instead of getting some kind of a meal deal or some other kind of special, the food is made prompt. It's fresh nobody's mean or freaking out. I recommend to anybody that goes there to always try the 1921 Burger. I have no complaints at all about this White Castle.

Good food but as I was sitting here, I saw fruit flies.

They've renovated this particular location in Lynbrook and its definitely improved. It's more of an open layout, where you can clearly see the cashiers, but now also the kitchen and cooks. Very clean, organized, and the random homeless person or sleeping drunk has been replaced with a more family friendly environment. Definitely a better atmosphere.

Great renovations to this White Castle, it's very clean with an open view of the whole kitchen. It really adds a lot. There's usually a couple people on line, and the parking lot can get full sometimes. Don't worry though, there's plenty of parking nearby.

First time back since they renewed the building. They have the same great burgers and fries and coke soda. The new look on the inside opens up the process more for you to see your food being prepared. The seating and condiments area are upgraded.

This was my first in a white castles. I know that's crazy but they don't have them in south Carolina. It was ok it seemed as if the cheese over powered the taste of the burgers. The restaurant seemed slow for a Friday. Just not sure if these style of burger is for me. But I would like to give them a second chance one day.

Clean and well managed. Just went through a major renovation so everything is new. It has a wide open view of the staff preparing your food which is unique for fast food. Who doesn't like a sack of squares once in awhile?

It's very clean and the staff is nice. I like that they have the newer soft drink dispensers so you have more options for variety. The parking lot is small though that is my only complaint. I went there for a free combo from tmobile. Was well worth the trip I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

The newly remodeled White Castle is very clean and modern. I like the new layout and design. You can see them preparing your food, which is always good with fast food. The service was prompt but the wait was lengthy due to the amount of customers. The burgers and sides were very very good. I will be making the trek from the Rock real soon!

The food at this particular White Castle is always good if they get your order correct AND on time with both happening only about 75%-85% of the time. I don’t recommend ordering anything from here through a third-party delivery service as there is no recourse when your order arrives totally wrong. White Castle is our “go to” late night spot when we can go inside and check our order before leaving.

I only gave it 4 stars because I personally don't care for veggie burgers to imitate meat in how it's prepared. However it is a good alternative for those who want to transition. Love White Castle burgers. Purchased on two separate occasions from Brooklyn & Lynwood stores. The food was delicious. The crave box is a family favorite as it satisfies every time. I suggest you stock up on the frozen kind for when the craving hits!

I went vegan in January 2018 and wanted to try their Impossible Burger because it's a nice option to have for fast food. It tastes great, sometimes I get a crave case and freeze them. There needs to be a system in place for online orders like, I don't know, checking to see if the person who placed it is there to pick it up once it is ready. I told two different people I was waiting on an online order, about 5 minutes apart. I had to mention that people were ordering and getting their food while I was paid and waiting before the second person I spoke to ( for the second time now) went and pulled my food from the warmer. Disappointing since I went through the trouble of downloading the app. Thankfully, my order was correct and the food was as expected.

We're a vacationing and in town and had never been to a White Castle.. So our car swerved and brought us into the parking lot, so we had to stop in and check it out. The rating is based on it being a fast food restaurant. It was certainly unique. Basically, the options are all different sorts of slider sandwiches. They were tasty, although the meat itself could not be any thinner. About the thickness of a fruit roll-up. But it did taste good and came on a puffy bun. Next time I would customize the ingredients. I assumed it came with ketchup, mustard, and pickle, but I was incorrect. It came with ketchup and a heavy amount of onions. The fries were warm and of the crinkle cut variety. Won't hurry to go back again, but was cool to finally get to one given its history.

I’ve been coming here for years since it’s the closest White Castle near me. They always make the cheese sticks fresh as well as my fries. But they always mess up on my burgers or forget half the things I ordered. I never leave without checking my bags. And every time I tell them they messed up, I get attitudes and they either have to check my food or receipt to correct my order. Not the greatest service, but it’s fast food, so I don’t expect it to be.

The food here is pretty abysmal. Had the #1 combo and the bulk of the meal is just bread. The beef patties are paper thin. The flavor of the sandwiches is pretty non-existent. Fries were soggy. Honestly, you're better off going to McDonald's. The staff was nice, the food just manages to be something that's edible and not much else.

January 28, 2019 a Monday will be the last time I ever even eat at this White Castle. The service was fine, employees were well mannered, but the quality of the food was terrible. Been here twice before and food wasn't cooked properly, and on this occasion the burgers were soggy, undercooked and left a sour after taste. Several hours after consuming I got extreme food poisoning, to point were I almost passed out while I was on the toilet with one of the most painful bouts of diarrhea I ever had in my life. I literally paid $10.75, just so they could make me uncontrollably sick. There has to be an unsanitary issue with whoever is handling the food prep. I felt like I needed to go to the hospital.

I thought this store was great at one point but after today horrible service today. Everyone looked at me like I had five heads just because I said they gave me the wrong thing. When I asked to be refunded they wanted to refund the whole transaction. Then charge it again the right way. So they are double charging me for an error of 2.79. Store owner did not work with me at all. No customer service Etiquette at all.

I have been going to this location since 1975. NEVER had a bad experience since they built they the third building on this property. Why they build it, I have no idea. Any Way, since this new building, I have NEVER had a pleasant experience here. It seems to be where they only hire from the "Work Release" program and each parolee stays for almost 2 weeks, thus insuring you an inconsistent and unpleasant experience every time you go. Well, Guess What... Was just there and walked out. Some dude wanted his money back because he was there a very long time and just wanted to leave. Everyone else just looked miserable!! Well not everyone, those behind the counter were having what looked like a party. I was at least a once a month customer at the Lynbrook WC for Decades. Since the new building, I try once a year and it SUCKS every time. So Sad!! Breaks my high cholesterol heart!!!!

I’ll be quite honest in saying I’ll probably never go here again. The night I came I ordered probably about the most simple thing you can get. I was lucky enough to get there pretty early into the building crowd of impatient hungry people. The girl at the register was quite rude that night to all customers as well and watched the world burn down without care for her team members behind her. The team was very unorganized and extremely inefficient in getting orders out. Most of us had small orders and there was a point in time where nothing came out for at least 10 minutes. It was very disappointing and I won’t be coming back unless I’m desperate.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this store robbed me. I paid for an order using my credit card and was told that their system is down and my charge did not go through. I was then asked to pay with cash which I did and asked for a receipt. They again, said their system was down and could not provide me a receipt. Few days later, I see a charge from White Castle for the same amount that I paid in cash that went through, not pending. I called White Castle about the charge and they could not find it.
