Not Just Bagels

Four stars only because these are best bagels in area. What happened to good bagels? They are three star bagels at best but they get an extra star because the people who work there are nice.

Breakfast sandwiches are so good and tasty but the place is not as clean as it should be. 5 star for the food 4 star because of cleanliness

Well breakfast is breakfast any where the different is how you are treated and how the food tastes on here 😋 is great and one more thing the prices are even better

After repeating my order 3 times, the lady taking my order didn't write it down and still didn't get my order correct. I didn't really enjoy my meal, to be honest. Spoiled milk was left out for coffee and tea, no substitutions as in almond milk ect.

The food and bagels are great but the two woman who work the counter are incompetent. It’s near impossible to get your order correct and when you bring it to their attention you get out at the back of line . Waiting over 30min for BEC is unreal.

I’ve been to this place a few times because it’s on my way to work so it’s convenient. There’s this one woman that every time I go in there she gives me nasty looks and she over charges me every time she takes care of me. one day I bought a platter of home fries and bacon Another Woman charged me 4.75. The next day I go in and the lady that doesn’t like me takes care of me and for a platter of home fries, bacon, and one fried egg. She charged me $12. I asked him how much they charge for one fried egg she said $6.25. That is ridiculous. I know the egg prices went up but almost 7 dollars for one fried egg that’s ridiculous.

Had a few run ins with this place…the first was about a year back. 1. I was meeting a friend there and when I arrived he had already ordered and I walked in with a Poland Spring water bottle. My friend got his food and we began to walk out. Soon as we made steps towards the door, everyone behind the counter started screaming that I need to pay for the water I walked in with! As the place was full, it was thoroughly embarrassing. 2. Next time I walked in there there was two people ahead of me and about 3-4 people working. They took the two orders and I literally stood there for 10-15 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. Food was good though. 3. About a week ago, similar situation as before but, this time it was 15-20 minutes of ZERO acknowledgement. So I walked out. I’ll never go there again. I give the hot food a 6/10. The bagels are mediocre at best. Customer service is a dumpster fire.

This place sold me a veggie tuna on a cinnamon raisin bagel. 1)it was $7, too expensive 2) did not taste good 3) Today was Wednesday, special of the day was $0.65 cent bagels. Why was I charged $7 for a 65 cent bagel and tuna that didn't taste good 🤔. NOT going back

I'm sorry to say, but the bagels were terrible. You'd get a better bagel at Stop and Shop. The coffee was room temperature. I ate a 1/4 of a 1/4 of the bagel and threw the rest (along with the coffee) in the garbage.

This is the worst deli I have ever been too. Never try and get food from this place because you will be sorely disappointed. I have now given this place three chances and every time is worse and worse. The first time I went their I asked for a Bacon egg and cheese with hotsauce. instead I got hotsauce with a little bacon egg and cheese. the sandwhich was drenched in hotsauce and it made it uneatable. the second time I went their I ordered two bacon egg and cheeses and got stuck sitting their for like 25 min while other people who were ordering after me were in and out in 5. very slow. no organization. now today makes the final straw I ordered two bacon egg and cheeses on a roll like I always do. and I get two bacon egg and cheeses on a bagel. then I call to complain about and the guys response is just "yeahhh" and I was told twice the manager was not in before I got to speak to whoever it was. horrible place horrible people working their. I rate it 0 stars if I could and I am never going back. theres better bacon egg and cheeses other places! forget about not just bagels. worst deli in Nassau. DONT GO HERE 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
