I got a bag of ice from sonic, but it had a hole in the bag where ice fell out. 🫤. The ice that did make it home was still good tho😋

Food was typical Sonic, which is to say it's good. The ordering system was malfunctioning and the young lady on the other end of the system became rude while I was ordering. I had not been to this Sonic previously, and will not be returning.

Right now at 7:30 there is no line and we are going right through. I’m here with a bunch of hungry girls and we ordered $100 worth of food and they all are drooling and they cannot wait to eat. Of course we have to add extra napkins!

Loved the Cold Brew Iced Coffee and $1.99 (Using the App) Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger. Everything else was not on point. However, service was quick as I preordered via the app and checked in once I arrived at the stall. They seemed to be pretty busy, but I was driving off with my order in less than 10 minutes after checking in.

It saddens me to say, that the craft service has dropped over time. I've always had a great experience when taking my family to this location. I am wondering if the service expectations have been lowered due to the Covid19 scare? I gave three stars because the food was hot and freshly made. But when I was asked if I needed condiments they were not in the bag, and my cheeseburger appeared to have been smashed into the bag. I know they are capable of excellent service as done before. Not upset at the workers, but just would like them to know I'd appreciate a little improvement in the burger making and double check your work. Thanks 😊

First time to sonic and i like it. Nice outdoor eating location and nice employees. However several things are out of order and needs fixed. Having tables clean and sanitised for next customer would be nice as well. And the price..... its expensive for what you get. Trust me! It adds up $$$. Overall, it was a ok first time experience. Ill come ONE DAY MAYBE when they have their half-off prices but don't see myself going back anytime soon.

Poor customer service. Went there 9/13/25 at 6 pm. There was a miscommunication in ordering a blast so we had them change a shake to a blast. The problem is we were waiting for our food for 30 minutes and the blast change only took less than a minute… a woman came out to give us the blast but said to make sure to order correctly as WE WERE HOLDING UP THE LINE when it was them who took awhile. She then shook her head as she turned away after I explained.

I had called prior to showing up because I wanted to know if the ice cream machine was working being that sometimes they have a note saying it's out of service. They never answered... I decided to go and ordered a Sonic Blast. At the window I asked if they ever answer the phones, the attendant said you have to speak to the supervisor and immediately shut the window on me, not giving me the chance to ask anything else. The supervisor comes to the window and after telling her about the phone, she said it was because sometimes they are really busy and short staff. That the ice cream machine was fine.... No duh!!! I had just received the blast, I also told her about the attendant and she also apologized and that they have had to talk to her before. It was just a waste of my time to even continue..... Anyhow, it is a business and the phones should always be answered, what if there is a complaint on orders or other general questions like mine. No one wants to waste their time making the trip, expecting to order the thing you crave only to find out that the machine is out of service or out of a certain something.... Two stars only because I did get the blast, but them girls need an attitude adjustment.

Lady at drive-through window with blonde highlights was very rude and got my order wrong and was mad. I asked her to take it off. I feel it was very rude of her and I hope she didn’t do nothing to my food

I haven’t been to sonic in years; however, we went recently to try some new drinks with the summer heat. We have gone 3x in a week and each time the drinks are made incorrectly. For example, we paid extra for real fruit and the drink were missing the fruit. So didn’t even get what we paid for each time. Each staff interaction has been poor. Management should focus on training staffs customer facing skills and following directions. Needless to say, thanks for validating why we don’t come here.

Only ordered eight chicken wraps and they had me waiting out here for 20 minutes and then after I asked if my foods almost done they had me waiting for another time so I’m really unhappy with that don’t go here on a hot day😖😖😖

This evening, I went to get dinner at Sonic. I ordered a chicken tenders meals and asked my side to be fries. The cashier confirmed. After I paid for my meal and referred to the receipt, he had charged me a side of fries. Additionally, my meal had an unknown $1.50 charged to it. I asked the cashier if he charged me the fries on accident since I wanted it in the meal, and he then notified me that the fries could not be replaced with the meal. I also asked why I was charged an extra $1.50. He, and another individual who worked there, both indicated that it was tax and I was taxed again for the entire purchase. Here's my question: How can I be taxed on a single meal but not the other items I bought? Here's what I'm thinking, the additional charge is because I ordered a 5 piece and so it charged me the $1.50. They could not explain things properly, did not notify me of the additional charges, and lacked the understanding that I can't be taxed twice on my purchase. The lack of understanding their own practices is odd and unprofessional.

Ah man. The worst Sonic I've ever been to. Staff is young and stupid and rude. Never said thank you. Forgot onion rings with a strips meal. I didn't bother going back because of how rude staff is. Look at their ghetto sign saying they don't accept apple pay. I'm not an apple user, but how rude to post that with a crying face instead of "We are sorry, we cannot accept Apple Pay at this time". I wouldn't walk away, I would run away. 1000% do NOT recommend. If the owner of this franchise sees this, then you really need to look at your staff and facility. Gross, disgusting, and ghetto. Food also sucked and everything fried was fried black. Their drive thru screen is broke, asking for a password. So they don't change their frying oil either. If there was a zero star, they would get negative 10 stars.

This was horrible alll the way around. It took them 20 minutes to give me a greasy egg and uncooked tortilla, when I ordered a sausage burrito. I ordered a hot coffee and was given cold brew. Mind you, this is after Tatiana ignoring my order and telling me very rude “I already told you yes” when I asked if they still serve breakfast and her not responding. I know it doesn’t matter, this location stays backed up. Reading the reviews makes me realize how long she’s been allowed to treat people like trash.

Sooooo slowww like an hour wait all summer please hire more people!! Foods is sometime tasty but service is always bad. My Chicago dog was dripping wet with pickle juice and my slider was just slapped together. I sumwhat could understand if there was a line out the door but I was the only one in drive through. We only have so many options here in madera I continue to come here maybe once a year for the variety but never expected much. Fresno location really have it together you guys need to take note. There service is so slow and the workers are obviously over worked because they are never happy the park and order is 9 times out of 10 closed for the wait to be this long. Fresno has way more people and don’t have the same issues as this location.

Two awful drive thru visits in a row. I will NOT be going back to this location ever again. Ordered grill cheese sandwiches both visits and got microwaved white bread with melted cheese in the middle, no butter on the bread and they absolutely never saw a grill (zero grill marks on the bread, no butter either) How do you screw up grill cheese sandwiches? The rest of my order had issues each visit also. Ugh! Terrible luck at this location...
