Layla Was super welcoming and kind I brought my 4 year old son in for a cheeseburger after a dentist visit and she was so patient and even made conversation with him. I haven’t been to carls Je in years but I will definitely be back because of the service I received today. She even helped me download the rewards app. Good job with hiring the right talent :) it is a very clean store! oh and my food was delish too!!! Props to the cooks.

Best Fast Food burgers ever! This is probably the best Carl's Jr I've been to. Extremely nice workers. Clean facility. I've been here twice this week and I don't usually eat fast food establishments.

The manager is really kind and explains the items to avoid confusion. I also witnessed her going above and beyond for a mobile order that was missing an item due to technology error not the restaurants.

The price of their meals is a tad higher than other restaurants but the little bit of price increase is worth the quality of the food. I don't eat here too often because it is out of my way but whenever I am on that side of town it's a go-to. Hardly ever a line. Employees are helpful and made a good recommendation to my wife, based on what she likes to order elsewhere, during her first visit. The quality of the food is 100% worth the value, customer service, and generally short to no line.

Carl's Jr burgers have a signature flavor, texture, and aroma that one could easily identify when blindfolded. The restaurant offers a nice range of named burgers to suit a variety of tastes. When I have a hankering for my favorite version, I'll be there ordering the guacamole bacon combo. That includes an order of fries and your choice of fountain drinks. I've enjoyed Carl's Jr since the early 1980s, in several States, and can say their meals taste the same no matter the store, in my experience.

We went here today after visiting the zoo. The staff told us to park in front to wait for our food. As we were waiting one of the staff personally came out to tell us that we were overcharged. She came out with our refund and a smile. The whole experience was awesome. Great customer service means everything to us... and we got it here. Thank you!
