56 minutes standing in your restaurant waiting for a 12 piece meal, 1 sandwich, and a gallon of sweet tea is unacceptable. Anyone who takes the time to park and come inside your establishment deserves a better effort. SMH

I rarely eat in these days, but going to restaurants like this one, has stood out in the way I look forward to coming back again. The staff are very friendly, and prepared perhaps the best Chicken Sandwiches. The woman at the counter asked if we were willing to wait 10 minutes to get a fresh batch. You can't rush a good thing, so I happily agreed. We all know how good Popeyes Chicken Sandwiches, are, but this visit was really awesome, and it's quality rivals those of upscale sit down restaurants. The fries were perfect, crispy, and nicely seasoned, and I wish I had bought the largesCrispy, great meal , well done, and thank you!

Went in last night. Looked at the menu and ordered a 12 piece family meal and the girl at the register informed me about the 11 piece special. 1 less biscuit and piece of chicken but saved about 5 bucks! I appreciated her telling me about the special. Walked out less than 5 minutes later with supper for the family. Clean restaurant, fast chicken and everything was delicious.

Go there a few times a month. Chicken is good. Drive-thru is reasonably fast. Price is okay. I think the doors are closed after 9:00 but drive-thru is open till 11:00.

If you can't make an item just say NO! Service was rushed. I wanted a ranch but the lady had booted me off. I didn't even see any cars behind me shrugs, oh well. Love that chicken from. Popeyes riight!

The last popeye's I went to was horrible, no seasoning, and as a Louisiana native, I was appalled by the lack of flavor the chicken had. I decided to try a different location the next time. Although it wasn't as flavorful as the ones back home in Louisiana, it was definitely 60% better than the last one. My only complaint was the biscuits are hard and dry.

I had been craving some tasty spicy chicken so I ordered spicy chicken tenders to go. As soon as I open the box, i knew they were not spicy because of the color. Then when I took a bite, it had no flavor and you could barely taste the spice, so disappointing. I gave my husband one and he didn’t even want another one because he said it tasted like nothing. then there were no napkins in the dining area and another customer had to come in from the drive thru to ask for napkins as well. Oh, and cold soggy fries, smh!

The service was excellent and the inside was great but the white meat combo did not taste any Popeyes I'd ever been to. It was bland, the spicy barely had any spice or flavor. The fries and biscuits were good but the chicken was not what i'm use to for Popeyes.

I did a web order a couple days ago, roll in and the spicy chicken wasn't ready, that wouldn't have been a problem except. While they waited for the chicken to fry, my poor little boneless wings and tenders were getting very cold. So be careful to check it all before putting away. And all of us know so well how easy it ISN'T to turn and go back, thank goodness I was headed home, my air fryer warmed them up an they're still the best spicy chicken around these parts. Cold food is the only reason for the food this visit. Take out servers may need better training?

Honestly this Popeye's location is terrible nowadays. I can confidently say that when it first opened, it was the best Popeye's I've ever experienced. They had a good crew of employees that were friendly, the food was great, service was quick and accurate. Sadly those are just memories now. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the dining area looks clean. This location now messes up my order almost every time, they're always missing items, and the service is absolutely terrible. For example, my last visit I went to pick up an online order. I walked in to pick up my order from the counter. The employees didn't even acknowledge my presence for over 5 minutes despite several of them looking directly at me, making eye contact and just walking by. Once I was finally greeted and told them I had an online order, as per usual, they hadn't even started making it despite me ordering it almost 20 minutes ago. They then inform me they don't have the chicken I want, nor the dessert. They didn't offer to make them fresh, they just asked me to substitute them for something else. I was starving so I said ok even though it wasn't what I wanted. When I got the food home it was pretty low quality. Un-buttered biscuits, red beans and rice that was 70 percent rice to beans ratio with almost no flavor. The only saving grace was the chicken and substituted dessert, they were normal. Honestly, I've had so many problems with this location that I'm not going to go anymore, it's that frustrating. I'd rather drive farther out and go eat at a different location then waste my time and money here any further, I suggest you do the same. Corporate needs to come down on this store and get their quality fixed period. Until then I will not be attending.

I love their chicken when it's fresh and ready to go. Recently every time I go they don't have any legs ready and they make you wait. Which I don't mind waiting because usually my whole family only eats legs so 8 leg order can take a while, I guess.. but today I went and we ordered only 2 legs and AGAIN it was a 15 min wait at 2pm. Like come on, you literally are a fried chicken restaurant and you don't have 2 regular chicken legs ready?? Edit: its been 2 years since my first comment. I'm now commenting Nov of 2024. They STILL never have legs and there's now at least a 20 min wait for them. 2 days ago I ordered 3 classic legs and I had to wait 15 mins then a short hair girl came out and told us it would be another 15 mins ontop of what we already waited. I ended up just getting spicy but this is a common occurrence. You are a chicken place, how do you never have enough legs??

At this location they take you payment and make you pull up and forget about you. You will have to go into the restaurant to get your food. I'm not sure what is the point of having a drive through window.

Today I paid over $60 for chicken tenders and sides. The chicken needed to cook a little longer. My main complaint is the size of the tender was half of they were the last time I purchased them. Paying the same money for 50% of the size of chicken is not right. I needed to double my order to have the amount of chicken needed. They were packaged in a box half the size of previously purchased orders. We should expect better from our experience. Please do not respond with your standard reply. Please reply with the reason why the portions were half the size and when did this change happen. We will consider other options.

Literally been to this place six separate times thinking I'll give them one more chance, they can't mess up every time', people are gonna start thinking I'm insane if I do it again. Literally every single time I've been to this location they mess up our order. Like.... I can see if it could be an accident sometimes, but literally every time? Even today we ordered dessert after eating in for dinner (which, surprise surprise, they gave me the wrong sandwich and tried to substitute a large side we ordered with a regular) we ordered dessert and.. they managed to get an order of 4 pies wrong. I literally cannot emphasize enough, it sounds unbelievable because it is so ridiculous, they've never gotten our order right. Whether eating in or to go- Drinks are always missing, we miss sides or our sandwiches are mixed with other people's. Sucks because we love the food here.. but seriously?

Normally we buy Popeyes here, never had issues with them. Until today. My daughter order a family meal, and waited for almost an hr. Had 5 managers and too many employees and no one acknowledged her until she kept saying excuse me. And then they said ,oh waiting for an order ,she said yes. Oh here it is. And all they did was talk about their schedules and who goes home at what time. Instead of helping out the customers. Not even sorry for your wait. They need more communication and focus on customer s. Especially managers need to learn to focus on customer,helping them

Order at a kiosk which is fine but order was still wrong. No one greeted me when I cams in, employees just talking behind the counter. Forgot to put 6 piece wings in the bag. I noticed in the parking lot and went back in and they had it sitting on the counter. No one came out to give it to me even though they knew they didn't give it to me. I came to this Popeyes location during this past week on my lunch break from work I have to say the food wasn't bad but my one negative that I have is the service when I ordered the new daring dab ghost wings it didnt come with the last dab ranch that was advertised, then yesterday on friday I asked for the same thing that I had a few days ago it took about 20 minutes for our food to be ready and when my number was called and I got my food off the counter and I took a look at the order my guys order was correct. But when I looked at my food it wasn't actually what I ordered they gave me 6 pc classic wings and buttermilk ranch in which I didn't asked for because I told the guy at the counter Daring Dab Ghost wings with a side of biscuits and some last dab ranch and didn't get it so that blew about $30 on half of a order that wasn't right.

First time at this location. I'll start with the positives. The bread seemed to be bread. The spicy sauce was spicy, and drive-through attendant was pleasant (the only reason I didnt give 1 star for service). I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didnt go inside and, as I said, the attendant was pleasant. Aaaand for the bad. For starters, this is the first location that wouldn't let me up size my side. Annoying, but I let it slide. I get home, and if I hadn't looked over my sandwich first, I would have gotten a side of paper with my first bite. I'm guessing someone didnt pull it off the cheese. My concern is, if there is subpar attention to detail at a restaurant that serves chicken, someone is bound to get sick from it being undercooked. Then, guess what, a few bites in and I hit a chunk of flesh so tough I couldn't continue. I pinched the piece of "chicken" as hard as I could when I was pulling it out of the sandwich and it just compressed and bounced back like rubber. I should have been able to tear through it. I cut through it with a knife and it just felt and looked wrong. I don't know what they think they sold me, but it wasnt chicken. Needless to say, I will never again return to this location.

How could a simple Reg. Freshly Cooked Fry order go. Seriously I do not mind the wait I do not need anything else. The staff is a sad case they want to throw whatever and anything out their drive Thru window. No I will wait then I get an attitude because I chose to wait and the bag as it came out to me look like it was thrown away and then reused like why.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever visited in my entire life. I would give ZERO stars if I could! I placed a mobile order, and when I went to the cashier and gave my name, she said they were working on it. I noticed that people who came in after me had gotten their food. When I looked at the time, 20 minutes had gone by. When I asked about the status of my order, the cashier stated that the receipt was never printed and they had never started the order. I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time left, so I asked if they could just cancel the order, and she said they cannot cancel online orders and give them 8 minutes for blackend tenders. When I mentioned that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and didn't have much time, she LOUDLY said it was not my fault, so don't be mad at me; the system did not print your receipt, and we are understaffed. I immediately asked for the manager and voiced my concern, and she pouted before vanishing into the back of the restaurant. I was amazed at how the staff expected me to gleefully accept subpar service. When I get my order, which at this point I had to carefully watch being prepared, the server throws it on the counter and walks away. She deliberately put three of the wrong sauces in the bag to top off her callowness. I was so shocked that I attempted to call corporate before even leaving the store. That is a whole other story, as you cannot get a person on the phone and you can only communicate through text. Needless to say, I will never visit that Popeyes location again. I'd rather eat nothing than subject myself to this type of service.

i placed a doordash that was completely messed up to the point it was not edible, i called the store spoke to Eduardo the manager (he was amazing) he helped me out and offered for it to get re made. I called the store to get it re made and one of the employees named Carla i believe, answered the phone, and immediately hung up on me before even speaking, then has the audacity to call me and say “i got two calls from this number and then you hung up in my face which was rude..” whenever she was the one who hung up on me. the amount of disrespect she gave me before even hearing me talk, and after i explained she hung up on me, is crazy. at no point during any of this process was i ever rude to any of the employees because i’m a very understanding person. looks like carla needs to grow up and learn how to speak to customers appropriately.

The chicken we got looked like it had been under a heat lamp for days. When we took it back to the counter the manager got mad at us. I frequent Popeyes and this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had at their franchise. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Please don't go to this place. The chicken was dry and over cooked. This was odd because service was slow. The restaurants ac wasn't working. The dining room did have ceiling fans but most were circulating in the wrong direction. I was able to get a chair and switch the circulation direction but that really didn't do anything. Finally, I asked the gentleman that I placed the order with if I could get napkins and he gave me two. That works with a party of two. The other person in my party also asked and was given three. What ever you do Don't Love This Chicken.. PS The biscuits were hard as a hockey puck. I think I am going to mail it to Dallas to use in the NHL playoffs. PSS if either my son or I get sick this is a record. I am not kidding this place sucks..please be careful. Thanks

I arrived with some friends and had a tender combo with a chilled lemonade. I wasn’t given my cup, my drink was wrong after the fact and input improperly. I was charged a small drink, and the cashier was chewed out, but I still got the wrong size. We were for 25 minutes just waiting for two sandwiches. The cashier couldn’t seem to identify a nickel for four minutes.

On Tuesday, December 19th 2023, at about 9pm I arrived in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. Upon pulling up to the drive thru window the young man that greeted me confirmed my order and handed me a bag containing only a portion of my order. Unaware of this mistake I drove forward near the side door to check my order and discovered some food was missing. I then reversed and returned to the drive thru window to request the rest of my order. When I notified the young man of my missing item I immediately felt uncomfortable as he displayed frustration towards me for requesting my full order. After retrieving my full order I decided to park and check my food for freshness because in the past I have encountered cold food from this exact location but decided not to bother going through the hassle of returning the order. After checking my order I noticed one of my food items was cold so I then decided to return to the drive thru and request a fresh order. I purposely requested the manager to alleviate any unpleasant encounters with the drive thru employee since he previously showed signs of frustration towards me. With hopes that the manager would be able to accommodate, I was sadly mistaken and instead she told that there was no way my order was old since both of my food items were from the same batch. Had she taken the order back to verify for herself she would have been able to visually see the difference in color and texture. It’s not very hard to tell if fried chicken is old or fresh, warm or cold. She was remorseless as she retrieved my food and told me that a freshly made order would take 10 minutes. I agreed to waiting for a fresh order and within seconds of her walking away the young man working the drive thru as well as another young man whom I assume was tasked with working the front counter/lobby instructed me to drive forward near the side door before closing the window. I hesitated to pull off and sat parked at the drive thru window because of the discomfort I felt as they all collectively went back to prepare my “fresh” order. I felt like they might’ve been attempting to tamper with my order so I just wanted to keep an eye on the process. The three employees including the manager were all hovered over the food prep station which led to my suspicion. After a couple seconds the two young men (cashiers) returned to the drive thru window, not asking but instructing me to park near the side door. I expressed to the pair that I would like to wait where I was since I was the only driver in the drive thru. The front counter/lobby cashier rudely told me to park near the side door while my order was being re-made because their “drive thru time is more important than my order being remade, according to their district manager”. I was baffled and deeply offended by his statements but however decided to oblige. After several minutes of waiting, I received my order. However, due to my unpleasant encounter I no longer felt it was safe to eat. My personal experience at this Popeyes location was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend anyone who cares about quality food service to eat here.

I placed two different orders. I ordered at 11:15 am. I requested my order be ready at 11:50. I pulled up at 11:45 and One of the orders were ready. I explained I had two separate orders with drinks. I noticed the first order was ready at 11:45 with the drinks made. They asked me to pull up and they would bring out the orders. After sitting there until 12:05, I went in and asked about the order.. The lady working on orders said basically wait my turn. I tried to explain about the orders, but she was training a new guy and was so very rude. Basically I ordered the order at 11:15 three dinners and at 12:10 the orders were still not ready. The staff was rude. The scary thing was there were literally 3 people in the restaurant and nobody in line. Wonder why?

Ordered in the drive thru. Got most of my order wrong I live a decent distance away so I couldn’t get it fixed. I submitted a complaint online which I got no help with. They didn’t give me a receipt and failed to give me the right food but they can’t help out. No refund no offer of something free to replace what they didn’t give me. Stay away from this location usually kids in the back fighting too calling themselves slurs. Like people at the window can’t hear smh

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I work nights at a hospital down the street from here and they never have fresh food when I come. When I ask for my food to be fresh, they claim the fryers are always down at night and that they have already made chicken for the night meaning you’re getting 2-3 hour old food.

Walked in on a Friday night for dinner…. Business was slow, they have the new kiosk take our order (we are against using those). We asked the employee if he could take our order. He said NO you need to use the kiosk… We walked out . I guess Popeyes would rather lose our business than to just simply take our order. Whataburger got our business that night.

Picked up chicken at drive through waited on food. When I got home chicken tenders were completely cold hard as rubber called and spoke to manager and they did nothing about it. Lesson learned, I will never return to this location repeatedly messed up order puts three sauces for a 16 family meal and makes you wait for cold chicken. How is everything warm but the damn chicken. Trash location!!!! Take the drive avoid location. Waisted almost $50 dollars for old nasty chicken.

Always horrible experience at this location. Slow employees, food that tastes old. Order never right. Just tried to DoorDash and our dasher waited for 15 minutes and said they’re out of fried food… it’s Popeyes isn’t it all fried food… this location needs a re-evaluation of ownership and employees.

Just ordered a 12 piece spicy family meal and as I got home and opened the box, I wondered why they even bother to ask what you want if they just give you what they have ready and is convenient for them. Very disappointing and will not return to this 1488 location. Poor service and careless employees!

literally just left the store and they didn’t have nothing and they supposed have to close at 2 and at 1:08 AM they told me they were closing just bad service

After working a 12 hour day, it would have been nice to get a hot meal that wasn't tough. I'm not sure what management has going on here but this is absolute trash. Customer service is crap, rude as hell. Do better. I'm tired of giving this place chances. Fall in line with the location or close your doors.

Love the chicken - but customer service is fail. Only one in line waited over 10 minuets before getting someone's attention to take my order. Then the boy-manager just walks off while i'm trying to pay. I just walked out.

Reheated food. Burnt food and sometimes no food at all. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but my last 4 experiences have been really bad. Rude customer service, especially from the assistant manager. Reheated old chicken, burnt biscuits and if I order via Doordash, items are always missing. If you’re the store manager reading this or the franchise owner, please fix the situation. Everyone is noticing how drastically your service and quality has changed for the worse.

Went through the drive-through no other cars in front or behind me ordered 3piece chicken strips got to window after paying I was told it would be about a 5 min wait. That was fine. Pulled forward. Waited 15 min as 5 other cars came n went. Finally went inside and no one new what happen to my order Never again will I go here a little acknowledgment for passing me over would have gone along way

UPDATE: 10/25/24 I was craving Popeyes and decided to give this location a second try. Unfortunately, it was not good. I was dinning in and it took fifteen minutes to get my food. I avoided the bone-in chicken after my last visit. The thickest chicken strip was under cooked. The fries were over cooked and had to pick burnt ends off of them. They also had a funky taste being burnt. The biscuit and mash potatoes were good. Overall, I regret giving this location a second try. I don't understand how one Popeyes location further away from me always has great tasting food ond this location not great. I there on 06/27/24. The chicken smelled rotten with a hint of it in the taste. I ate the sides and left. I will no longer be able to eat this location again.

On multiple occasions they have always messed up my order. Case in point today I ordered online tonight and ordered 5 meals with drinks and to my surprise I did not get any drinks. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that comes with pickles and mayo when I took a bite into my sandwich it was dry and plain as the Sahara desert. I then called to ask for my drinks and a replacement for my sandwich and all I got was a busy dial tone keep in mind I was on the phone for 15-20 minutes. Popeyes you have failed me today 🫃🏻

The last 3 visits at the 1488 Magnolia location has shorted chicken. Today I ordered 10 piece and get home and received 8 piece. Three strikes and you are OUT. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Horrible costumer service. I was waiting for my order for about 30 min outside they told me to pull forward. Macaroni and cheese is disgusting. Taste like they got old from the trash can. Never again!

I just bought a 10 piece chicken and it’s very dry. Highly disappointed. There was 8 wings and two breasts in the box, disgusting. It tastes like the chicken already had been cooked and sitting there for hours.

Kim at the front desk was absolutely rude and slow and apathetic and every customer in there was commenting. They were short staffed. The woman throwing food in the back was working her ass off. Kudos to her. Meanwhile Kim could not have been slower if she was asleep. It's disrespectful to the employees working their butts off to have such a poor representative serving customers. Will not be back. ETA: In response to the owner. I used mobile ordering. I waited until the app said my food was ready to go inside. I went inside and it clearly wasn't. I politely asked how long it would be because I had a kid waiting in the car and wanted to know if I should come back in later or it was almost ready. Kim refused to answer or even give me a ballpark. I asked if I could just get a refund. She disappeared to the back to get a manager who never actually showed up. She was moping around. The other customers were equally as confused as to how one employee is working double time and another is barely existing. The whole experience was a poor representation of any business. You don't need to make it right. I'm not interested in compensation. I won't be back. But seriously. Give the other woman a raise.

I hate using a kiosk because I like to select which pieces of chicken I want. It seems that Popeyes is going to all extremes to keep from talking to customers. I’m done! Onto another chicken place! Oh, the biscuit that used to be so good is not anymore. At least yesterday’s biscuit, maybe older.

The employee Christian was beyond rude at the drive through today. He was continually asking “is that all?” and had the worst attitude. I asked for jalapeños with my order and he reacted like I had just asked for a million dollars with my order. I will not be returning.

Small pieces of chicken, I am sick of corporate chains forcing customers to use a kiosk. By the time you muddle your way through the 26 screens to place your order lunch time is over. Best part is if you pay cash and employee has to take care of you anyways

I was 2nd in line to order food, and when I was next the cashier just walked away without explanation. After 10 minutes, she came back and told us to order at the kiosk. We needed to customize/ask questions about some choices and had tried to do it at kiosk to begin with. The cashier was very rude and unapologetic. At end we didn’t get our food because of their behavior.

Update as if 1/5/26— still no refund to my credit card. I was given $$ as a gift card which I have no use for. The original gift card amount was $30. The app forced me to add funds from my credit card to the gift card in order to use the gift card. I want the additional $75 I had to add returned to my credit card. Again I did not cancel this order. This was an error on the merchant. I do not want store credit. The error that was not my own. Seems like the owner of this location cuts and pastes the same response to any negative reviews and doesn’t actually address concerns. I have issues every time I get food from here but tonight took the cake. I arrived to the store at 4:15 inquiring about my very large order that was scheduled for pick up at 4:45. I was ignored for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The staff told me they could not see my order status. I showed them my confirmation and was told they couldn’t see the order bc it was too early but that it would be ready at the scheduled time. I left and came back only to be told that again my order could not be found. I spoke to a customer care agent and was told my order has been voided. I received no notice of the order being cancelled. I also was told I would not be refunded the money from my gift card that was used for a portion of my order. I checked my credit card and I was indeed charged. I do not understand why I received no notification of the order being cancelled nor do I understand why the staff told me to return if my order was not showing up.i ended up having no food for our new years eve celebration.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Everytime I am here, there is a problem! Unfortunately my son occasionally asks to come here so I decide to give it another try. My order is never correct, food is always cold, even after having to wait in the drive thru for 5 to 10 mins waiting for my order to be prepared. I never mind waiting for fresh food, but when you wait that long and it is still wrong, cold, and nasty, that is unacceptable! I went back this time and asked for my order to be corrected. The staff was very nice and remade my order. I should not have had to come back, and if this incident would have been the first time, I would not write a negative review. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years, and i give a lot of grace.

I would like to ask a question… Do you really listen to what people say when we write these reviews I went tonight to pick up two orders of your two piece biscuit combo meals, and I ask for my order to be all chicken legsand wanted to purchase coleslaw but I was told oh we are out of coleslaw tonight so I said well give me two of your strawberry pies. I was told to pull up to the mailbox and wait for my order. So I pulled up and waited about five minutes and the young man came out with my order and I looked at him and ask now is everything in the bag as I ordered and he said yes ma’am, but I’ve been really suspicious because every time I go here the order is never right. So I opened my bag laid it all out on my seat and sure enough there were no pies there. I opened the boxes and there were one leg and three Thighs. I gathered up the bag of food and went inside and said to the young man the order is incorrect. He asked what was wrong. I said well, I asked for all legs. He grabbed the bag and went to the back, where a lady stood that took the order because I recognized her voice because she had an accent, and they both looked at me through the open slats of the chicken counter, and the woman said I gave her what she asked for and when I heard that I said no ma’am, I was very specific and what I ordered because I ordered the same thing every time and she said well I guess I didn’t hear you. Very smartly! And I said, and I did not get the pies that I ordered and paid for the strawberry pies. So they were talking about my order and I said just give me the food. I need to get home with the food. Give me what you packed up give me the two pies and let me go so I left I get home and the pies were not strawberry, but they were apple very disappointing so my question at the beginning was do you really listen to what we are saying because you have employees that are more willing to stand around joking than paying attention to what people are asking for this order was $23.55 and I still didn’t get what I wanted. We have a new chicken place that opened up around the corner and I guess I’m done with you. I think I’m going to be changing and giving my business somewhere else so my question is… Are you listening to what your customers are saying because your reviews for this store location on 1488. Magnolia are not good. My order was on 1221 2025 at 4:48 PM order number 695.

This popeyes has staff changing all the time, recently the crew has been pretty bad and has gotten our order wrong everytime since they've been here. They have no manners and look at you like youre doing them a disservice. Ill update my review once they have a better crew

It's a typical Popeyes. This location always gets order wrong or misses an item when I go drive thru. Make sure to check your bag even if the employees seem annoyed.

Really I cannot stress enough how bad the service is here. They have multiple times put people on hold in the drive through for extended amounts of time. We’re talking 5-10 minutes of waiting just to order. This location also started putting very specific requirements on their food. They no longer will let you order their classic dinners which were served without a drink in an obvious ploy to eek more money from their customers. Awful. You can’t even reach them on the phone to talk to a manager, they refuse to answer. I don’t think I’ve had so much trouble from any business in my life.

I placed an order online. The order was incorrect. Wings instead of boneless wings and missing both biscuits. Used online chat through app. Credit 300 points for the biscuits but no credit for the incorrect chicken. Pretty crappy way of addressing a customer issue.

Nothing I ordered was fresh. Biscuits decent and I got four, 6 piece boneless cold with sauce thrown on them, fries cold and touch, and I had sriracha dippers that where old and chewy. Highly disappointed never stopping there again.

Husband went through the drive through last night at 9:45 pm and ordered a couple of box combos. He asked for freshly made tenders and was told that the fryer was off. THE. FRYER. WAS. OFF. At a fried fast food restaurant that closes at 2 a.m. He responded and said that it didn't make any sense for the fryer to be off so many hours before closing and the girl didn't even respond. She just went silent. This location always has issues. Whether it's getting the order completely wrong or just the pure laziness and incompetence of its employees. We're done with this location. Horrible, ordered thru drive thru 16 piece spicy with mashed potatoes and red beans, got to the window and they you ordered 16 piece classis with mashed potatoes and fries, I said no I want spicy and red beans , I than have to wait 15 minutes, get home and I have classic not spicy. the chicken is old and soggy, biscuits raw and sides were small, never going back. Hopefully an owner sees this and fixes the problem, it and cheap, should get good food and what I ordered. I was there on ,8/15 at around 530, now you can see who was manager at the time to tighten up her employees and do some quality control

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. It was the worst thing I ever tasted. The meat looked raw almost i only had 2 bites and I could not eat it. They need to check health violations in this restaurant. Please do not eat here. All the people giving 5 star are probably employees.

I order online every single time I come here. No matter how far in advance I order there’s always 5-10 min wait. I never complain always assume maybe they’re short staffed since they usually explain they’re finishing up cooking and give me an estimated time wait. Today I was told to pull up to the parking lot and park by the large store sign and it’ll be brought out to me in a few. I did that. At this point it had already been about 10 min since I placed my order. I sat and watched 5-6 cars pull up and drive off with their orders at the drive thru. I waited I had a small order so I know it couldn’t be taking this long. After waiting for an additional 30 mins I pulled back to the drive thru when I got there my food was sitting there. When they grabbed it handed it to me I realized it was the same bag that was at the window when I pulled up. They handed me the cup and it was dripping with condensation because it had been sitting. As I’m pulling out the parking lot I looked down to find a straw to sip my drink…there’s a BUG in the drink! I was already upset about everything prior so I just told myself forget it I’ll find something else to drink at home. My drive home is only a few minutes away. I get home all of my food is cold, hard and dry, which confirmed everything had been sitting that whole time. Highly disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others don’t either unless you enjoy extra insect protein and having to microwave and rehydrate “freshly” made food.
