Fries were hot but still somewhat soggy. The staff is always nice here. Still always delicious food with standard chicken sandwiches and hamburgers. Onion rings are the best.

Waited 10 minutes for the burger, and it was cold. On the good side , French fries were nice and hot.

Usually have great experiences here so don't take this as a reason not to go, just using this as a platform for someone to see and to maybe get things changed. The manager was not so nice. They did make the food hot and fresh. But the way the manager basically tossed the food in our car and the tone she used telling us it's all fresh and in the bag and sorry for the wait was not very nice. I would appreciate the apology if it had seemed sincere. Idk why I expected more from a fast food place tho 🤷‍♀️

Foods good but 4 years ago it was 22$ 6 mouths ago was 26$....... Now 35$??? That's just ridiculous for fast food. With the same order it's been for the last 4 years!!! While that might be a good deal for you million airs around here I think I'll just go to a nice sit in dine in place for the same price just about and the food with be fresh 🤣😂

Our food was cold and made completely wrong. We had to keep asking for stuff we didn’t get, and the gravy was watered down/old. Won’t be back

I placed an order for pick up through the app and they got it completely wrong. I paid for extra Garvey for my chicken strips but got no gravey at all or toast. When I called I was told they were too busy to talk to me. To call back later.

Went to this location on my way through town not too long ago and the service was horrible, they overcharged for a double cheeseburger, and once I got both of my orders and got down the road, one of the burgers didn't even have any meat on it 🤦🏼‍♀️ will not be coming here again after this experience.

The food is good but we get charged .75 to add cheese which gets left off EVERYTIME.....customer service is HORRIBLE....no personalities whatsoever ever, customers are treated as if they are an inconvenience and interrupting the staffs playtime....sit in line for about 30 minutes for 2 meals while watching the staff horseplay throwing food and trash at each other....corporate needs to send in undercover people to check on management and staff, it's sad to see this world losing good customer service.....if they don't enjoy serving people, they should NOT be in this line of work....I don't usually give reviews but after contacting management at the malakoff store then corporate and getting nothing but unprofessional ignorance, I am hoping this review will catch the attention of someone who actually cares!!!!

Service was not the best ordered fountain drink sprite tasted like the nozzles haven't been clean got a tea instead however already had bad taste in mouth. I was OFFERED ketchup at drive thru both regular & spicy didn't receive either only gave me ONE NAPKIN with my order I won't be going back to many other options at places that treat customers with care plus clean their soda machines regularly all the manager did was tell them to replace spirit it wasn't the spirit it tasted dirty I've worked in fast food I know how surgery drinks make nozzles it's gross if not bleached and sanitized daily.

If you like your burger a certain way do not stop at this location. My simple order no onions, no lettuce, was entered as no lettuce only onions. If this was a teenagers first job I might be sympathetic, but this was an adult...
