That's right my hometown La Mirada.. Best taco bell ever customer service is the best....Thank you all....
Donna is such a sweetheart! She works with your order to find the best deal! Awesome!
Devan, and Jordan provided excellent customer service, definitely will come back to this place, they deserve a raise
I enjoy eating there with grandson secret ly. A great place to eat a fast meal.
Toca bell is just amazing there QASODIAS and the soft steak to cast supreme burritos omg I just can't and always nice workers to
Clean place. Not crowded staff is very helpful. Always enjoy going there
Always reliable, and it's taco bell! How could you go wrong?
Never had a bad experience here and their food always hits the spot.
Clean, newly remodeled inviting dining room. Quick service, extensive menu.
5 dollar boxes are the absolute way to go and such a nice restaurant inside plus you can order on a screen if busy or anything very convenient!
I love this Taco Bell because the workers are really nice and they always quickly correct any mistakes. They are fast. Food is always hot.
Everything was clean and beautiful inside, food was fresh, they let me bring a Wendy's kids meal in for my son (who is autistic and won't eat their food).
It was good. They served me lots of nacho fries today but they need to be more attentive to customers since they forgot my cup of soda.
The chicken taco sandwich was absolutely delicious. I totally recommend it, but order two because they are small.
Was very good today had a couple of crunchy tacos a cheesy bean and rice burrito and washed it down with some ice cold Gatorade good lunch
Probably one of the best Taco Bell locations overall, definitely the best in a ten mile radius! Consistent food, good customer service.
7/7/20 = 5 star = Forgot one of my order , when i get back to order it again , he didn't charge me . Costumer service is a 5 star , forgot his name . Still coming back .
Good food, fast service, friendly drive-thru employees. Overall very consistent & a good place to stop by for a quick meal.
Always quick to get us in and out of the drive-thru. Great stop if you feel like your stomach needs punished or you really need some cinnamon twists. This place also serves personal pan Pizza Hut pizzas too, oddly, but I think it'd be worth asking to see if they would put a pizza into a taco for you.
It's taco bell. It's one of the only fast food places that I can order good and filling vegetarian food, not just fries. They allow substitutions with everything, their dollar menu is amazing and their 5 dollar boxes are a great value with lots of food
I put in my order on the app. Tried their new Crispy Chicken Taco/Sandwich. It's just ok but probably won't get it again. Quick and friendly service at the drive-thru!
Not all Taco bells are the same. For whatever reason, this place tastes better. The portions are better too.. tiny bit more of everything. Other Taco bells give you a harshell taco with nothing but air inside. They should learn from this one.
This Taco Bell location has some of the best service that I have experienced from any fast food restaurant anywhere. I have been going to this location for most of my life, and it almost never disappoints. Employees (even new ones), are well trained, well mannered, and always get my order right, no matter what the size.
I never thought that all Taco Bell was sane. But believe me it's not. I happened to go to the taco bell in Buena park. So very disappointed. Awful customer service, bland food. We live in La Mirada and we always go to the Taco Bell on Rosecrans and La Mirada blvd. The best, fresh tasting food. We love the bean and cheese. If i ever near Buena park, believe me I'll still go to La Mirada Taco Bell. Customer service is way better as well. So polite. Thank you
Nice staff. One time, my total came up to I think 14.98 or 14.99. They didn't have a penny so the drive thru guy told me he gave me 5c. Small thing, but was a nice gesture though. I would have given it to him, but only realized that's what he said when I drove away. Thanks!
Must Try New Item: I think it's called small tostada It's cost $2 in change. SO GOOD!
This Taco Bell location is always a great stop for a quick bite. The service is fast and friendly, and I never have to wait long for my food. The food is consistently delicious, and I can’t get enough of their soft tacos. The atmosphere is modern, with a clean and inviting space that makes dining in enjoyable.

Used their app to order. It was ready when I picked up. Easy as can be.
I usually stop here on my way home at least once during the week late at night, staff is still friendly and quick.
They have good customer service, good food, and rarely a long wait.
Good fast food. They just never give out enough sauce.
It's what you expect of a taco bell if you're craving a quick bite to eat then just stop by for some crunchy tacos or some nachos always a cheap but satisfying choice.
Obviously not a fancy restaurant but it is calm inside and the customer service is great. I recommend trying the loaded nacho fries 😋
Very conveniently placed next the UFC Gym with ample parking and clean surroundings. The establishment itself was somewhat clean, the order was taken right away with no line and food was good.
The pe theople are always well mannered and nice and easy to get along with and they take your order as fast as they are there able
Nice Taco Bell, it's definitely a newer restaurant, so the inside is really nice. The drive through is also really long which helps. The food is good, but I think breakfast is the best.
This is one of the nicer Taco Bells I've been to. I might have even mistaken it for an upscale coffee shop. The food is standard Taco Bell quality, nothing special, but still very satisfying for a late-night meal run. Service is good and the employees are willing to customize items for you if it's slow enough and you're nice to them.
I haven't been to this location for a while. Now this place has been remodeled like a modern Cafe atmosphere with a kiosk replacing a live person. The online ordering process was easy but it took a while to get my order ready as it wasn't ready by the time I got there for my take out order. Nowadays it is normal to expect some delays getting your online order ready at the store.
The place has been remodeled since the last time i have visited, more modern look and feeling of a wide space. There is also a self order kiosk inside now. Usually empty mornings till noon inside. Straws given usually within bags now
Fast food that fills the beast with a fiesta like feast. I know what I'm getting it's going to be good. And it's going to be affordable With a large menu or something for everyone. Inside and the drive-thru are usually not too busy, unless you're there when the high school across the street lets out around 2:45 p.m.
Not a major Taco Bell fan usually but idk… saw the commercial for this one and couldn’t get it outta my head for some reason! Dipping tacos review: so good. But the sauces are a little redundant (more cheese?) and bland (chilie taste like watered down & very mild enchilada sauce. Maybe it was not correct sauce though, read on). Nice crunch and overall flavor… Not sure if it’s worth almost $4 though! Also, they made my first one with their cheap a$$ ground beef, so I had to go back and order *another* one to try their new shredded beef, and taste how the new taco is actually supposed to be made. So, maybe check your order before leaving!
Fast, friendly, convenient and clean. This location used to be one of their Corporately owned ones where they used to sell everything Taco Bell used to make whether it was on the current menu or not. While this isn't the case anymore, it does retain a great deal of the customer service.
This is one of many Taco Bells that always disappoints. Not a single one of the restaurants I have ever been to have had a "Taco Bell" on the menu. Really I have checked every single one! I still don't know what a Taco bell is, or what it tastes like, but their marketing has me still wanting and needing to know. Iam loosing faith and don't think I'll ever get to eat, let alone ring a real "Taco Bell" Burritos is good.

It was freezing cold in the dining area. Brand new remodeled, but no one was cleaning the tables. Short staffed.
Lines so long in the drive thru, went in. Must order yourself on the touch screen. Such a long wait time for everyone to have to wait. No real customer connection.
Usually have had very good and friendly drive through service. Ordered a pizza and was asked to wait. Had to go inside and get rest of meal, drive through worker had gone to lunch!
Waited 15 minutes at the register before anyone came to take the order. Other than that everything was like any other taco bell
Taco Bell is another one of these fast food places that's been giving you less for more I don't know why why they can't just be more honest and what they're doing but the changing of the package size and charging the same as a higher price just really sucks.. I think that's okay used to be good and it's definitely not good anymore it's just okay
Never consistent quality at this spot. Tonight was a new experience though: order a crunchwrap and chicken quesadilla - receive a crunchwrap and 3 tacos. Not to mention, there was no nacho cheese and very little meat.
Pretty good, $5 box was $5.99 and $1 menu items were $1.29, which is annoying. I prefer corporate, a ten minute drive can save you a few bucks. Also didn't like the drive thru, it was designed very poorly and is highly inefficient. Parking also had zero shade, overall looks like the owner didn't care much about planning this location.
They seem to run out of everything here often. This was the first time they were out of chicken and it was only 11pm. Definitely an opportunity for older, more experienced employees to step in to help with inventory management responsibilities.
I go here often, 75% of the time it's fine. Today the drive thru kid, after I came back because he forgot half my order the first time, tried to gaslight me about my order while I was holding the receipt. I read it to him and showed it to him and he ultimately took it. Deflected all responsibility until he couldn't fight hard evidence. This isn't the first time but it was the worst time. He should be fired. He kept the receipt. But he was working drive thru 9:50 to 10:20 on Thursday April 14, 2022. FTP
We visited the Taco Bell on Imperial and Brea in Brea yesterday and walked out of there very disappointed. First of all after waiting line we were told to place our order on the computer by the door. Several seniors walked in and they too were told to use the computer, one of which didn't know to use it. Secondly, since we had ordered enchiritos my husband asked for a knife. The woman behind the counter said, "we don't have knives, we are a fast food place not a restaurant." Is that rudest thing to say or what? I can assure you we'll never set foot in that Taco Bell in our life and we will spread the word.
They used to give me so much cheese. Then they didn't. I started asking for extra cheese and I still don't get enough cheese. I ordered on the kiosk and paid for extra cheese and I showed them a taco that had no cheese on it. They offer to put cheese on it I said" we tried that already just give me my money back you can keep your cheeseless tacos."
Food was cheap but eatable, but that is why I go to Taco Bell anyway. The server was very nice and helpful, but sadly, like all fast food businesses, they are losing a good atmosphere, but I can't fault them too much for the industry standard.
The wait to pickup online order was too long but the store is not well staffed. They focused on fulfilling drive thru orders. Those ordered online were waiting for their orders. The food was okay.

Not only do they never give you napkins, I don't live far, right around the corner, every time I get home the food is cold, every time
I love the cheesy bean burritos but sadly they have gone from $1 to $1.29 plus tax in La Mirada is 10% so almost $4.50 which is way too high
Staff couldn't be bothered to speak to customers in any capacity. Food was good, service was deplorable.
Sorry Taco Bell is just something to eat when convenient..... so so food with really bad cheese... when did they stop using real cheese on their burritos .... weird
The people working here are so slow. It's been 2yrs. since I've been back to this location and it hasn't changed. Won't return to this location to order inside.
Food is way overpriced for meals. Service is meh. Only good thing is open late to curb your late night hunger
She gave me attitude just because I asked for sauce. Even said please. Yeah never coming here again. So rude this early. The guy taking my order was nice.
I ordered a number 1 in the drive thru and Jesslyn couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to my order. I repeated it to her at her behest 3 times still didn’t get it right and then directed me to the window. When I reached the window I asked her to repeat the order, it was wrong. In lieu of remaking the order they up charged me, broke my taco shells and threw tomatoes on there I specifically asked to leave off 4 times. My wife and I were polite the entire time. I’d rather leave a bad review then argue with a person who clearly takes no pride in their work. General Managers should work evenings every once in a while to catch the total lack of customer service that goes on at night. And to the rude cashier, you being miserable to people is a choice. Choose wisely.

I ordered 2 orders of 4 rolled chicken tacos and they gave me 2 orders of 2 rolled chicken tacos. I checked the receipt and they charged me for twice what I received :(
Waited in drive thru for 30 mins at 1 am just wanted food breh
4th visit for that steak nachos as it is my sons favorite. Every order I ask them not to put the pico de gallo and what do they do? Seriously, come on.
Worse experience here been waiting for about 30 minutes now for my food like other people here and they been waiting a while also cuz the guy excuse is they are short staff not a well prepared staff here and there drive through is full of cars waiting to get place there order
Why did you put the guacamole only in the bottom of the burrito? Also you missed a couple of the ingredients and put in some stuff that wasn't supposed to be in it. And I haven't even tried the rest of the stuff I ordered. You goofy bro
What the hell has happened to Taco Bell. Why does it look and feel like a train station? The ordering process sucks and it is not fun to go there anymore.
Very poor service. Only letting customers use the kiosk. Didn’t want to take our order otherwise. Will not be back.
Got rude customer service for no reason Leslie was hella rude and ignorant as soon as I ordered thru the drive thru. It’s not my fault you’re middle aged working at Taco Bell on a Saturday night
I ordered from the kiosk and they said they couldn't find the order, I showed the receipt and they said no way, they couldn't find it. Waited for half an hour for the order to show up, their service attitude is very poor.
I went on Saturday night that 1:40am when Google maps has them closing at 2:00am and they said that they close at 1:30am. I think that the employees are just milking it and do not want to work
Yesterday I ordered my wife a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce, they didn't put any inside the burrito, this was terrible service
We always come here but today this Taco Supremes were not even tacos it was all lettuce literally I don't know whoever made this in the kitchen need to be retrained on how they make their food this was literally a waste of my money and time I could do this at home just grab a tortilla and put veggies in it if I want to be in a diet look at the bottom portion of this taco you can see how much meat was in his taco. Do you guys need to redo this order.. on top of this my hand is bigger than my burrito supreme this embarrassing whoever is the owner. Are these other Taco bells that I've been to before have bigger and better
They gave me the completely wrong order, gave me someone's online order and never gave me a receipt by the time I got home and saw that nothing I had ordered or paid for was in the bag it was too late to return as they would be close. Contacted them to let them know and have not heard back from them.
For the past month I've been ordering a double stacked taco with beans instead of cheese, (Double Decker). I've been ordering it at this exact same restaurant. I went in two days ago and was told they could not do that for me, because it would be another item and they do not sale that item. Decided to not order and went elsewhere. Best way to show any business you don't like their practices is by not patronizing them.
Poor customer service. No attention to detail. Sauce and napkins would have been nice.
Doors are wide open for business and the app let me place an order and I walk in and the entire place is full of construction materials, but they took my money.
Went in the drive through and they told us the things that we wanted for online only, ordered online, took 40 mins to get our food with only 2 cars in line. Ended up messing up our order and forgot two of our potatoes. Really poorly ran
UPDATE: The main store manager (short, overweight light-skinned latina lady wearing a lot of makeup in her early 40s that drives a black honda sedan) is RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY. I ride an blue and black scooter that folds up and I obviously bring it inside, always put it under my foot, out of anyone’s way, and sit and eat my food while on my phone/tablet. Today, 09/20/2024, the store manager sent one of her goons to tell me that the store manager wants me to leave my blue and black scooter outside the store while I eat, since she apparently doesn’t want anyone using the wall outlet (I have never charged my scooter inside by the way). I didn’t argue, as I was just finishing eating anyways and was about to leave. My guess is she sees that I have a ruso-armenian pride flag on my scooter, and takes offence to it, even though we should all be free to express ourselves, as long as no one is getting hurt, right? After the employee tells me this, she goes back to the store manager who’s at the cashier station, and the store manager starts saying racist and discriminatory language in Spanish specifically talking about me, even though they don’t know that I actually am fluent in Spanish as I lived in Madrid for 4 years. On top of that, there’s been more than 10 separate incidents recently this summer where a bunch of high schoolers from La Mirada High come into the Taco Bell together (usually 4 of them) and they come inside the store with 2-3 huge electric bikes and 1-2 electric scooters, and they’re usually loud and rowdy and play pranks on each other while inside. Yet from the moment they come into the restaurant with their big electric bikes and sometimes loud and rowdy and pretend wrestle each other (they’re teenagers), to the moment they all leave, with the STORE MANAGER BEING PRESENT AND WITNESSING EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIMES, she nor any of her employees NEVER end up telling them to leave their multiple huge electric bikes outside the store while they eat, nor did she ever tell any of those teenagers to lower their voices or not wrestle inside in the restaurant, NOT EVEN ONCE DID SHE MIND OR SAY ANYTHING TO THOSE TEENAGERS, and surprise surprise, those teens were all white except for one light-skinned latino. To top her racist and discriminatory attitude towards ruso-armenians — a few weeks ago, 10 minutes after I had entered the restaurant and was sitting down waiting for my mobile order. This teenage white couple ask for a free water cup and fill it up with soda and sit inside for an hour, and the racist and discriminatory store manager NEVER SAYS NOR SEND AN EMPLOYEE TO SAY ANYTHING TO THEM!!! I will be reporting this store manager’s unprofessionalism and discrimination to Taco Bell Corporate. Absolutely unacceptable!!! They locked the doors of the dining room 10 minutes earlier than the closing time of 10pm! I wasn’t even there to dine in, just for a take out order of one chalupa supreme I placed online on doordash. Yet, multiple employees laughed at me. The rudest one that laughed the most was a young, mid 2late 20/30 latina woman with black hair tied up in 2 buns. Thankfully, the next day, I walked in with my two friends, and two employees; one skinny gentleman with glasses and another filipino gentleman apologised and gave me my doordash order complimentary. I would like a discount or free coupon on my next order. I am an active member of the Taco Bell rewards app and almost always use the kiosk.
We literally paid for extra cheese and extra protein in multiple items and we also paid extra to swap some items to chicken. Let’s just say we wasted our money because none of the requests were actually honored and it was quite possibly our worst Taco Bell experience ever. We would appreciate getting our money back because that was ridiculous. It’s not the first time this happens at this location either. As someone who is a frequent Taco Bell customer, the usual standard we are accustomed to for our usual food. That’s how we noticed the difference not being better but actually worse…the worst part is, we were the only car that was there for the order. It was dead there, We assumed extra detail would be given. Given all this, a refund on the order Is what I’m looking for.
Got a taco and a bean and cheese burrito. Taco was greasy and barely warm. The burrito was about the same temperature, but at least it wasn't watered down like bean soup. I blame the management for this. Only good thing is that the place looks clean and recently remodeled. Oh yeah bathroom door doesn't lock properly. An employee walked in on me lucky for both of us I was finished with my business.
I did not get.what I ordered a steak power bowl..I was given a ground beef and charged an upcharge for extra beef! The meat taste like a variety of upchuck! The salad did not have romaine lettuce as previously advertised, beans were.scortched and every bite of the rice had hard rice grains in it..tooth breaking hard! I did not eat but the vegetable and the guacamole because the rest was inedible. My did did not want it. Tomorrow I'll see if my chickens will eat it...
Just ordered lunch for me and my son. $30.00 and had to go back because they forgot a food item. Burritos were supposed to be grilled but were not. Quesadilla was missing from order and the pepsi tasted like the machine it came out of. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.
They take too long to give service. Not once do they acknowledge you that you are there as you wait. Me being one person (hint small order get them out of the way) once you’ve help your previous guest. Nope after I said if she was going to take my order the girl still told me to wait. Finally after four cars I left. FYI it wasn’t even busy inside or drive-through when I had arrived. When I left there was a line. So uncoordinated.
Walked In this taco bell at 2pm on July 2nd and it was walking inside a sauna. It was so hot you can smell the heat. Cash register indicated only cash accepted and only option was the screens. Asked for to be turned on and got a rude no. Walked out instantly. Taco bell corporate it's summer fix you damn air conditioners. Billion dollar company can afford a proper working cold air.
La Mirada Taco Bell will not accept cash unless exact. They round it up to next dollar. I'm sorry! I would like my change, especially when my bill was $11.08, and they charged $12.00!! Not going back!! That is stealing in my definition. I asked for a receipt, and the guy at window apologized and said he had closed transaction, with his manager standing right behind him!!
Had a bad experience today the food needs to be more on point lack of training in the kitchen. I paid too much for very little food. Not satisfied we had other places to choose from but we chose to go there and for us to get the food and not being how you're supposed to be serving it I don't know what's going on but when you serve food You're supposed to be with the meat feeling the tacos and not the lettuce and tomato hopefully management could contact me so you guys could redo this order I tried calling no answer.
me and my boyfriend gotten food poisoning from the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries please be aware
I've never received the first order. ( delivered by grubhub ) so I let them know. They charged me a second time for the reorder. I'm out $36. I've tried working with taco bell and grubhub. Nothing was resolved.
OMG! Just had the worst experience here, my total came out to 6.01 j had 6 dollars in my wallet so I thought perfect the drive thru guy would be fine with that but NO he said he needed the penny, I was like dude, one penny! Are you serious? As many times that I have been there they can’t let one penny go? Is Taco Bell hurting that much for money? If they won’t let a returning customer go for one penny then Del Taco here I come! The drive guy made me pull out my debit card and pay him one penny! Unbelievable! They just list a customer!
I bought a $5.99 "Burritos Supreme". It was this tiny little thing that was nothing (NADA) like the advertized photo. Stay away from that place, or if you must go, DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU'VE CHECKED YOUR FOOD! .......(5 days later) Okay, I wrote a complaint to headquarters and they responded positively. So, my advisory isn't necessarily against all of Taco Bell's numerous outlets, but, at this point, just against this one. Check your food before paying, if you can. If not, then check it when you get it, and be ready to ask for a REFUND right on the spot! If they won't do that, email a letter of complaint like I did.

Very horrible service.. they erased my order before serving me. I add to ask about it , waited almost 10 minutes .. this lady response was oh sorry .. do you still want it. ..
How about you charge half price for half tacos? Beware ppl! This is how these guys treat u!
