The service was the only thing that left a bad taste in our mouths (it was Sunday evening and not a particularly busy one) because first you ask us what we want to drink and the appetizers (fried), but the sandwiches arrive first and the fried foods take a few dozen minutes to come out of the kitchen; other than that, the food is really good, nothing to complain about, we didn't try the beer because we were all driving 😔

A historic Mantua pub...an institution for piadinas and an excellent selection of beers! The service is also fast and perfect. The only flaw is the "fried" foods...some, like the chicken fingers and potato croquettes, are the same as those commonly found at the supermarket and unfortunately aren't up to par with the sandwiches and piadinas they offer. But otherwise, it's worth returning time and time again, especially considering the reasonable prices.

A very nice and welcoming place, with very friendly waiters. The menu offers a wide selection of beers, on tap, craft, and bottled, so there's something for everyone. As for the food, there's a nice selection of piadina sandwiches and panpatata, although I'd personally also try the focaccia, which goes very well with the wide selection of ingredients. The air-fried fried foods are also very interesting.

The quality of the piadinas and pizzas is truly excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that make for a pleasant dining experience. However, I encountered an issue with the gluten-free sandwiches: there was cross-contamination, unfortunately making them unsuitable for those with celiac disease. This is a shame, because those who need gluten-free options should be able to eat safely. If you have celiac disease, I recommend choosing something else or asking for more information on how to prepare them to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

I don't really know where to start, I went with my girlfriend for a drink and a bite to eat. We had G&Ts (Gin & Tonics for the ignorant), but I'll get back to that later. First, the food. I asked for a tuna sandwich, a piadina (the bread was cracker bread), but the best part comes now. I asked for MIXED MEATBALLS. Do you know what arrived? Frozen chips from Penny (I know because I buy them for home). At first, I gave the waiter the benefit of the doubt, thinking I was the dyslexic one. I asked the waiter for mixed meatballs. What arrived? (Ooooooo) POLENTA! I wanted meatballs so badly, my mouth was watering all night, so I decided to drink to forget, but even then I wasn't satisfied because I still remember everything! Nine gin and tonics and a Campari spritz (I asked for Aperol) and I was completely sober. I can't explain fake alcohol. The goal was to forget about those delicious meatballs that never arrived, but to add insult to injury, I remember everything perfectly. Granted, it left a bitter taste in my mouth, literally. Now I'll cook the meatballs at home to satisfy this desire and go get the bottle of REAL Gin to confirm my theory. See you next time!!!!

Returned to the place after several years with fond memories. The place is still as I remembered it: beautiful. I can't say the same about the food and drinks. Not up to par with the price paid. The piadina was tasteless and had very little toppings. The beer was good, but really small...small, but costing the same as a regular small beer. Basically, for two piadinas and two small beers, I spent almost as much as eating a pizza and a medium beer at a pizzeria I know. The service was average. So if you want to see a nice place, okay. But as for the food, I've already expressed my opinion.
