The manager here was a badass. I would never do a review of a KFC but this guy made me want to give them 5 stars. He was a salesman of the next echelon and made me want to buy a sandwich. Great service.

The chicken is so delicious and crispy and your order is up quicker than you can make your drink and bring it back to the counter, service is great! Love that the KFC is located inside of two other businesses too.

The mac and cheese is the only edible thing on the menu. The fries, chicken, new fried pickles, anything you get tastes like its been sitting on the hot line for 2-3 hours. They definitely need to be on top of the food safety

Prices have skyrocketed and going one can easily spend upwards of 60$+. Not really worth 60+$, but to each their own.

The company needs to bring back the original popcorn chicken. This stuff sucks and makes me not wanna go. The chicken is way too big to even fit in your mouth. Not ideal and you get like four pieces .. service was great though and food was hot

Placed a mobile order, when I arrived for pick up I was ignore by an employee hiding by the sinks playing on her phone. It was very obvious she was not attending other work related matters as I could hear a video playing. When she finally came to the counter so I could receive my order she addressed me by saying “yes?” In a very poor manner regardless of being friendly on my end. When I left and opened my order in the car I was missing multiple parts of my actual order, and was given no silverware even though they have none available on the other side of the counter.

This location is notorious for getting your order wrong. For the past three times I've ordered here, my order has been made wrong. It doesn't matter if I order at the counter, the kiosk, or the mobile app the employees always get my sandwich wrong. Each time I've ordered, I've gotten the spicy chicken sandwich combo meal without pickles. Every single time, the pickles would be left on or the spicy sauce would be replaced with regular mayo. Normally, I wouldn't even bother writing a review, but at this point it needs to be addressed by someone. Most times there isn't a line, I try to be as pleasant as possible, but dang man, can y'all just get my order right for once?

New KFC in town. Ordered through the drive thru. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the original chicken, so I went with crispy so I didn’t have to wait. When I got up to the window for my food they told me it would be a 5 minute wait for a biscuit. They offered me a cookie, which I accepted because again, didn’t want to wait. Food itself was decent.

Ordered 2 bacon twisters, one spicy, one regular. Went to pick it up and the guy behind the counter looked up at me 3 times before coming over to hand me my order. Got home and they must've missed the fact that they were BACON twisters, because there was no bacon on either of them. Looking at the kid you'd think he could roll a twister as well as he rolls his blunts but guess not. The wedges were damn near burnt and the two sauces that come with the meal weren't in the bag. I get your job sucks but so does spending money and not getting what you ordered.

People avoid this place. Got chicken little combo as a snack well bun was burnt chicken microwaved the mayo tasted like tarter sauce the fries were over cooked and so salty couldn't eat them. The trip before all the chicken was dry biscuits were harder then hockey pucks. Y'all make your own determination but if ya like horrible food ans salt then this place right up your alley

* Z E R O S T A R S * Staff couldn't have cared less and showed no consideration for any of the customers. I went in and ordered tenders and fries. Very simple order. Was told it would be a few minutes. As I waited for almost 15 minutes, I watched most of (but not all) the staff screwing around, throwing food at each other, behaving in the most unprofessional manner I think I've ever seen. They knew I could see them and didn't care. Finally, a guy comes out to the counter to tell me that they actually dont have any tenders right now, and that if I wanted to wait, they could take some out of the freezer. So I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and was told "just" another 10 minutes. I said fine, because it was for my 9 year old son. After a total of 25 minutes, I got my food. The tenders were actually amazing. But the fries were so disgusting we couldnt eat more than one. They were dry and crusty, with no potato inside. This place needs a complete overhaul as far as the staff is concerned. It's absolutely disturbing that, immature, unprofessional and hygiene lacking, people are handling food.
