My favorite here is the cod and shrimp, add a fish so I can eat it later! We don’t have a LJS where I live, so it’s a treat to get to eat here. I did get my order served wrong, but it could have been the speaker at the drive thru, and I did not check my food before I pulled away. I called them as soon as I realized I had gotten something else, Mike was who answered the phone, and looked up my order so he could find out what went wrong so it wouldn’t happen again and is replacing the meal the next time I come in. (I had gone on my lunch hour, had no time to go back rt then.) Thanks Mike!!

I had preordered online and scheduled a pick up time which I was 30 minutes late for and they were kind enough to prepare everything fresh when I arrived which I did not expect but greatly appreciated. The crew had a great system in place and were quick, accurate and courteous. The food was great.

We've been come to this Long John Silver's since the beginning of time. It's had it up's and downs thru the years, but tonight's experience was as good, if not the best, we've ever had. Everything was great! Staff was perfect! The place seemed clean enough I could have eaten off the floor! The food? OMG! Everything was amazing! And those waffle fries?!?! When did they get those?!?! I'm so very glad we had the urge for the goodness of what was and found the greatness of what is! We'll be back! :-)

It was all so fresh, and so good. The gentleman at the drive thru was really nice also. I haven't been here in about a year and the last time wasn't the greatest but today definitely made up for it!

This place really has made a change. It was Very Good haven’t had it taste like this in years, brings me back to good memories of . People running it now actually care what they’re doing. GREAT food great service.

I don't live nearby a location, so I try to visit the one in McKinney when I can and it is usually decent. Unfortunately, my most recent stop resulted in my receiving 2 pcs if fish instead of the 3pcs of chicken that I'd ordered. Something that I didn't discover until I got home, 21 miles away. I ate it and it was fine, just not what I was looking forward to eating. This was an anomaly though because I usually do get what I order when I make a trip and is usually hot and good food.

They are a little slow, or maybe it's that type of food and just takes longer to prepare, but my orders are always accurate, food is always hot. The store is older and not super busy but I've always had good service and fresh food. No complaints, good place to eat if you enjoy LJS.

The quality of the food and service at this specific Long John Silver's has gone up exponentially since I moved to this area. Now, you can expect fresh food post much every single time. The employees are really nice. It's just a great, relaxed vibe to come into on lunch break.

This location is getting 4 stars, and all four of them are due to the fantastic attitude and customer service provided during, what must have been, a very trying time for the employees. When I visited, the location was being run by, what I could gather, two people. A sign on the front door indicated that only drive through was available due to understaffed. I was in line for a total of about 1hour. Why would anyone spend that long in a fast food drive through? Because I love my wife and the baby she carries calls the shots. Despite many angry customers ahead and behind me, the employees were polite and provided, what I believe, was stellar service in spite of the circumstances. My pregnant wife will be getting her fish and chicken, and for that I salute the LJS staff at this location. THANK YOU, Leslie Whatever! Whatever they're getting paid, it's not enough.

I haven't had this food for the last twenty years, Just as greasy as ever, But I loved it!

The food is consistent. That's what's most important about a fast food chain. My order is consistently accurate and fresh. The drive thru runs efficiently without a long wait, even though there is a line. This store has some other issues not relating to the food. As I drove by after dark yesterday I had a hard time finding it because there were no lights visible from the exterior. Dark sign, dark store, evan a dark lobby. Only light was the headlights in the drive thru. It was about 7pm, so no where near closing time. Plus the external appearance of the store is grungy, it needs some cleanup and maybe a coat of paint. In a drive thru dependent time like this the exterior is all a customer sees.

Food was fresh and hot, the corn and fried shrimp were really good...it was nice and quiet in the restaurant...but fyi the Mckinney location does not offer the all you can eat on Sundays! I gave it a 4 star because I personally think it is expensive.

I've always liked Long John Silver's, however I feel like they've been becoming a bit lax on their restaurant's appearance and upkeep. While the food and service is still very good, I am concerned the building is falling into disrepair with broken eaves and weathered external appearance. Renovation might be in order so as to make the place more inviting. This is by no means a critique on the food, I feel the food has improved over the years, being less greasy/oily. More seafood options would serve it well eventually.

I ordered a small fish family pack and was very surprised how quickly it was served. The fish was freshly fried and hot. The young lady at the counter was friendly and packed the food to go without hesitation. She even asked about tartar sauce and cocktail sauce giving me plenty for the family meal. In full disclosure, I am a huge LJS fan and think when made right and fresh, they have some of the best chicken and fish anywhere. The food quality at this location was a little lacking. The chicken was dry and seemed like it was sitting around for too long. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the 2 fish and 1 chicken platter. The fish appeared made fresh to order and came out juicy and hot. The fish was delicate and delicious. The chicken was surprisingly subpar, was not visibly pleasing, was warm, not hot, and did not have its characteristic juicy flavor. I had the green beans and corn as sides both of which were tasty. The hush puppies were also freshly cooked and delicious. Still a well above average meal, especially if you are looking for protein for around $10 with a drink. I hope the chicken was a 1-time event, but I would go back to this location. Very underrated and under appreciated franchise.

I've been an LJS fan since highschool and that was a looong time ago. A lot of the restaurants haven't aged well but the fish is still delicious! If we could get a new LJS in Sherman, TX I would throw out 5 stars like crazy!

Would have rated the place better because the food was good and fresh. The problem i had was with service. Cashier seemed he could be less interested in what he was doing the others on there phone. I don't know about anyone else but i find it hazardous that they would mop the dining room while customers in there i slipped twice.

Always love this place as a whole, but tbh food was mid at most. The service was ok, but they didn't listen when I asked for fresh and refried my wives' food. This particular one needs an overhaul as I felt like we were in the 90s

So, Long John Silvers food is what it is...I enjoy it every now and then. Today was a bit disappointing. Only the drive through was open and I waited in line for 10 minutes with zero movement. I finally had to leave as I did not have 30 minutes to wait for my favorite... crunchy chicken planks and hush puppies. I know people are short staffed right now...but I was not the only one who left that line. In my opinion, it would be better to offer more money to employees, raise your prices a bit abs serve people then for droves of people to leave disgruntled and hungry to go somewhere else to satisfy their hunger. I am not sure of the total revenue lost on Sunday afternoon but I am going to guess it was significantly more than a raise would have been for an employee.

I was unable to eat my food. I have eaten at this LJS for at least 35 years. The last few times the food had been extra greasy, and tasted like old grease. But this time the chick breading was extra thick and almost burnt on the outside but gummy on the inside next to the meat. I hope they do a better job or I may have to give up LJS

Found a black metal screw in the bottom of my greasy crunchies. I just couldn't eat anymore. Notified the manager and he said there were no screws like that in his kitchen

As a Muslim we thought it would be alright to order fish only. It is not. Chicken and Fish are fried in the same oil, and we learned that the oil is actually animal fat. NOT SAFE FOR MUSLIMS. Thank you to the staff at the McKinney location who held off on making the order, and explained this to us.

It seems like everything is always either been setting to long in the hot box. The last 3 times we have gone the shrimp was tuff ,fish was soggy with grease, batter wasn't crispy... When we ordered it was on the counter before 3 even finished paying. I believe in fast service but that is just to fast, so you know it wasn't freshly cooked.

It's nothing extravagant to talk about. I haven't actually eaten here in like a few years not this particular location but just Long John silver's in general. I realize that my childhood made food taste a lot better than it does now. I guess I was trying to spark up my childhood nostalgia for a little bit. But upon further inspection, this food chain is just overly expensive and the portions are too small. Paying a little over $6 for a few items is not much and I'm still a little hungry. For one the breading is so thick on the chicken that it's kind of impossible to feel like I actually ate a piece of chicken. That whole Chunk in the picture of the chicken, on the top was just breading. Also it seemed like they found the three smallest pieces of shrimp in the building and decided to use that. The shrimp is dusted with Cajun seasoning but it seems a little too salty for my taste. At least they cook the shrimp decently but it's tiny. The various little crumbs at the bottom are fun to eat but I'm pretty sure my arteries will not be thanking me later. Overall this place is all right to eat once every 3 to 4 years. Back in the 90s this was all the rage but now not so much. I guess I'll go get myself some sushi elsewhere.

Updated 5/16/2020 - we stopped by Saturday afternoon and we were the only one in the drive thru. They took our order and made the food quickly. However everything was super salty. From the batter to the fries seems saltier than before. Friendly service and staff are constantly cleaning and keep things in order. The two piece cod was made to order which came out hot and crispy. Just the way I like it. The place can use a refresh though.

Run down and dirty looking. The drink machine is broken and doesn't dispense three of the soft drink varieties, so I was forced to drink Diet Dr. Pepper. The food isn't too bad, greasy fare that is exactly what you would expect. The staff are amiable enough and very polite, but I feel for them since it seems that the owner or corporate or whatever has completely abandoned the place since the late 90s.

Ours shut down years ago so i was REALLY looking forward to eating here. The man that rang us up was so nice n helpful. The food he gave us was DISGUSTING. The fish was grease soaked n about 30 percent of the piece was just a burnt piece of the krispy bread on it. It was soggy on the bottom. My daughter said her chicken was nasty too. Hush puppies were amazing. That was it.

Ordered online. Went to pickup at drivethru. The lady working drive through seemed bothered I was picking up my order via drive thru. When I drive up she handed me my order. I was missing my drinks. I asked for my drinks and she said "I dont know anything". She saw I wasnt leaving and I finally received my drinks. No tartar sauce placed in bag after requesting it online. Double check your orders if you do order from this location. Otherwise, avoid this spot.

My third choice, wanted chicken, everywhere else closed or only taking cash hahaha. 15 min wait and once in line you’re stuck. It was fresh and hot but yikes I remember why I don’t eat here lol. BUT the guy at the drive thru window was so apologetic and kind I had to give two stars just for him. ☺️

Lol, it would be great to be able to have tarter sauce and ketchup with my fries and fish. I thought the last time was a fluke but here we are again and left to eat my food dry.

Where do I start? Well when we walked in the door the place stunk no doubt because of the water. Then either the person taking our order got it wrong or the computers are messing up because while we were waiting for our order another man walked up and said his order was wrong. We were overcharged the total of our bill. The person that I assumed was the manager gave my husband back the $3.00 it was the difference for the bill. We have heard from more than one person who goes to one of the DFW Long John silver's that the fish is now greasy and I confirmed that for this location. It looks like they painted the outside of the building on the front, but the inside is run down smells bad and looks like the whole place should just be demolished. On a more positive note: please come to Bonham Texas we want a new fish place. Captain D's is no longer there. 😥😥😥😥😥😥I AM HEART BROKEN ABOUT THIS STORE!!!!!

Went here for nostalgic reasons. used to have a long john silvers where we lived before. This is not the cleanest, their tartar sauce container was empty. They gave us a handful of packets. They're vat really needed to be changed. The food was very greasy. Too much batter on the shrimp. Probably will not go back. Service was very nice. The people all were very very nice.

The food was acceptable but was not very fresh. Once we placed the order the food was instantly available, so we know it was on a warmer. We also found a shrimp tail in the breading for the fried fish. The taste was good though. The restrooms need to be cleaned more often. The interior is a bit dated and it wasn't too clean.

Spent almost 22$ for 2 fish platters got fish and hardly any fries dang near cold as well i usually love ljs but this location don't seem to care.

Food was not as expected. Asked cashier if the same fish on the platter comes in the fish tacos, like before. He said yes. Turns out, they no longer give a full piece as pictured and implied when he answered my question, and the tacos are super tiny, tortillas are way smaller than in the past, and no longer worth the price. I should have gotten a platter as now I'm hungry.... Also, had to ask for tartar and cocktail sauces more than once, they aren't on the ball on keeping condiments filled.

Odered 2 Fish Combo + Hush Puppies + Added Fish - VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of food served. Fish was overly deep fried and FLAT! Barely ANY fish to actually eat. Hush puppies were okay. Service was nice and friendly with a clean restaurant. But those positives were brought down by the discouraging portion of food which was NOT worth the $9.29 I paid for it. Unless, LJS's changes their portions and food quality I will not be coming back soon. There are plenty of better food services close by with better prices.

I went there a few weeks ago and it was dirty. There wasn't a clean table in the place. The floors looked they hadn't been swept or mopped in days. The worst part of all is there was mold in the ice dispenser when I was getting my drink. I had to use the restroom but waited because I was scared about what I was gonna see in there.

Nostalgia hit hard as I eagerly awaited my fried treasures. 🐠🍤 But alas, the ship has seen far better days. 😞 The seats were torn as if they’d endured the wrath of many a stormy diner. 🪑💔 The walls, patched with mismatched paint, looked more like a patchwork map than a proud vessel’s interior. 🗺️🎨 Both the floors and walls were grimy, giving the place the air of an abandoned portside haunt. 🕯️👻 While the food brought back memories of childhood adventures, the atmosphere was anything but inviting. 🐟⛵ This once-proud ship is in dire need of a full overhaul to restore it to its former glory. 🌊 It could once again be a gleaming flagship, but right now, it’s closer to a ghostly wreck. 💀⚓ For the sake of nostalgia and the food itself, I’ll give it two stars, but heed my warning, Captain: this ship is sinking fast. 🏴‍☠️

Service was horrible. Refuse to give me more than 2 packs of tartar sauce until I just asked for a refund. One employee argued with another about managers rules while in the dining area with customers. Multiple people were getting refunds. The cook seemed to also be the lead cashier, manager and only employee with a clue.

Went inside and asked for my 2 piece order to be freshly cooked and was told it all was fresh! Not so, as I could see the guy in back straining the fryer oil so I insisted on fresh cooked no matter how long I needed to wait. LJS fish is fantastic when cooked correctly and fresh. I have had trouble with the lousy attitude of the manager/franchisee in the past over this. When I received my order, I noticed the fish was overcooked and as a fast food manager in past years I could tell he had taken limp fish from under the heat lamp and dropped them in the fryer and recooked them. Doing so causes the fish to absorb twice the grease and I just dumped it and will never go back while under current management. Where is the District manager? Definitely a no star review!

Today was the first time we had went back in over a year. Due to the food not being good the last time. & it's still not good. I had hoped something had changed but I was disappointed again. The fries were soggy the hush puppies hard and the fish did not taste like fish.

This is the second time going to this location this month. First time, the drive thru lady was rude almost throwing my drink and food at me, maybe she had a bad day. This second time I ordered a number 1, the drive thru operator did not repeat my order she said "I will give your total at the window". I get to the window, and it's the same lady being her usual self rude. While at the window she berated another employee helping her with drinks. I get back to work to eat lunch and the food was chicken, I checked the receipt and it was rung up as a number 2. I wanted fish not chicken. If I wanted chicken, then I would have gone somewhere else for chicken. I will not be going back for a third time.

This was the worst seafood that I have had. Ordered the two fish, chicken, and shrimp. Only $3 extra dollars to get a drink, that is a joke. Had to get another piece of fish, it was dried out. Some hush puppies couldn’t be eaten due to over cooking. Go anywhere else for seafood

2:41 pm……. Well, their sign says “Fast Family Restaurant”; depends on what you call Fast…… went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 pieces of fish with French fries and hush puppies and a drink. Was told to go park in “pickup” at front. At 3:01 (20 minutes later), had to go inside and ask about my order. No one would help me, no one working the counter just some one cleaning a table. Had to keep asking for help. Finally someone gave me part of my order and I had to keep asking for the rest of it. Finally out of that joint by 3:08. You decided if it is worth the hassle.

I went to this location to pick up a delivery order for a customer. A female employee in the kitchen told another employee they don't do doordash orders and then left me standing at the counter waiting for over 30 minutes. She never once explained anything to me. I will never come back, I will not recommend this location to anyone I know either. Also, the female in the kitchen needs to take some customer service classes because she is unprofessional and not fit to serve anyone.

This place appears to have changed owners sometime in the past year or so. It used to be on target every time and now it's run by people who don't know how to manage a restaurant business. I ordered the cod meal and the bag smelled like rotten fish. I thought maybe it was just something that got onto the bag itself and not the food. When I got home and opened the box it turns out that it was the cod itself that smelled like it had been rotten to the core for months and then fried up and served. It was not even close to being edible, unfortunately I live more than 20 minutes away from this location and so I didn't return it to them. It's not like they would learn anything anyway, check out all of the one star reviews from this place since the new ownership took over. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

Every time I go here with my family, either the order gets wrong, or we leave unsatisfied with either service or the food not being fresh. The people aren't very friendly 75% of the time, or we get served fish that still has frost hanging off of it. And the price for what you get is stupid. Are the plates expensive or something, bc the food quality is terrible.

This value and quality of food has took a dive on this, particular longjohn silvers.I have been to others always fresh hot value portions.I went the other night to get a shrimp and fish basket combo food was barely ,warm super small shrimp. A total count of 5 stale waffle fries I was upset literally I can go down the street get better portion for less will not recommend or ever go back if you value your money avoid this place not long john silvers this place greenbeans at this place are also nasty flavorless and the fish is all soggy full of oil not even crispy just disgusting

I get there at 6:30 PM on a day they close at 9:00 and the doors were locked but there were people in there eating. No worries, so I go through the drive thru. Makes the 2nd time in a row I did not get my coselaw. I looked in the bag before I pulled away and it looked like it was in there but it turned out to be a cup of tartar sauce. I'm 20 minutes away and not going back. I tried calling but no one would answer the phone. Get home and everything is overly greasy. Employees need to quit goofing off and pay attention. $15 - $16 for one combo is too much if you're not going to get everything and have poor quality of food. I use to love going here but something has changed.

Been here many times, my wife loves the fish. Most times , for me, it mediocre. On 8/11, it was not edible. The manager was rude to customers at the drive up and very loud. We ordered and out food was served immediately...usually that's a sign that it has it is already fried and ready to eat. In this case, it was a sign that the food was old, greasy and cold. We each ate less than one piece and left. Usually, for awful food, I will confront an employee and ask for my money back. I should have, but I felt sorry for the people working for this "manager". We just left, never to return....

This is 3rd time I have been there and the middle eastern man that runs the window is the rudest person ever. The food was horrible. Fries under cooked, fish over cooked and stale! I have never in my life not been able to eat my food from LJS except for today. The general manager/owner of this location needs to step up and get this place under control! I will be reporting this location to health department as well. For the prices you pay here the food and service are UNACCEPTABLE!

I went to the drive-thru there was three people ahead of me but they had already ordered. I pulled up to to order and no one came on for about 4 minutes then every 3 minutes or so someone will come on saying I'll be with you in a minute. All the cars in front of me left l. Was in line for a total of 16 minutes in the same spot not moving. I reversed and pulled back into the spot still nothing so I left.

Good bye to this location, I have been there twice and an older lady at the window is so rude. I pull up to drive thru menu and my boyfriend and I were figuring out the menu and deciding what we wanted. The rude lady spoke and are you going to order or not! I told her I would like to have some extra tartar sauce and she said no! I was only allowed four total packages for two large orders of fish dinners and shrimp! She said manager on allows two packages per order, I went there a while back and she refused tartar sauce, ketchup too. I told her I placed a big order, but she still wouldn't give me any extra! And then blamed it corporate when I said I would talk to the manager. She acts like the tartar sauce comes out of her check! What's an extra package or 2 for a customer spending good money! Ridiculous! I'll never go back.

The food did not taste good at all! It felt and tasted like it had been left out. The food also had random pieces of other types of food. Everything was dirty and stained, with what felt like a layer of grime on top.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. I got an order of fish and chicken and it was burned so hard. This is not the first time this has happened. Maybe I just went too late the last few times. I really hope they pull it back to the way it used to. I wish I took a picture of it.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. Came in about 12:30pm on Sunday Feb 5th. They no longer allow you to substitute fish for chicken even if paying more, but whatever. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. The only hot items were my corn and cheese bites. The fish and shrimp were cold. The team working acted like they could care less. I walked out without getting any food after paying $19! The most expensive Pepsi I’ve ever bought. I will NEVER visit this location again and I would warn you not to either.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and we sat there for a minute, finally the lady comes in and asks if we want to place an order? So we go on to order our food and she tells us they don’t have any drinks but tea. We get up to the window and finally get our food, and it’s cold and over cooked. My hush puppy had a hair cooked into it. I will never go back to this place. It’s HORRIBLE!!! The lady was also rude!!!!

i ordered from this location tonight through Uber Eats. I called the store 6 times before they answered my call. Once answered, I told the guy my order # and requested if he could put a lot of tartar sauce in the bag. He said he would definetly do that for me. He didn’t even end up giving any sauces. He also did not pack my hush puppies. This location has awful customer service. Hire better, honest people.

Didn’t try the food because the cook girly had bad vibes with her rude remarks and attitude. There are plenty of jobs in the dfw area that aren’t customer facing, boo. The other men were helpful & nice.

Customer service is just direct. Not welcoming and NOT friendly. Did NOT make eye contact with me before asking me what I wanted and what else. I Thanked him twice after he took my order and money, yet I got zero response. I do not want to do business with a company that clearly does NOT WANT My business. 😒

Terrible service! They filled my drink with ice all the way to the top and just a little lemonade and when the server handed to me, the drink spilled all over my hand, arm and on my car door and on top of everything instead of apologizing and offer napkins and replace my drink he started laughing! He did not asked at gave me any sauce and on top of that he did not ensure my order was complete, he did not gave me my cheesecake I ordered and pay for it!! I called the location several times when I got home to talk to a manager and to inform them and no one answered! I am very disappointed! I will call tomorrow to have my money refunded for the cheesecake I purchased and they never gave me!

Food was horrible. We had a craving for LJS last night so decided to grab some. My shrimp were hard and tasted like they had been out for hours. My partners fish was the same. This morning my partner woke up sick. Won’t be eating here again.

We have been here three times. First time the food was good. Not too greasy and it was hot. Went back the second time and the food was poor. It tasted like it was sitting there. Today, we went for the last time. Their prices have jumped up and heard another lady placing her order who mentioned the same thing. Over $21 for 2 people to eat fast food greasy fish. French fries weren't real hot, fish was hot but very greasy. I had one piece that was so thin, I was wondering where the fish was. The coleslaw was good. No ice in the drink machine, no iced tea, and the salt in the little packets were damp for some reason, as the salt in all the packets clumped together. No military discount. They used to. All in all, totally disappointed in the service, the food especially, and overall cleanliness of the inside. Sorry, my last trip here. And I don't want to hear from management, unless they want to refund my money. They always sugarcoat their answers and say they will or they are working to correct the issues brought up.

I've gone to this particular Long John's a couple of times throughout the years. Usually the food is always decent with no complaints. I won't be returning because the lid for my drink was covered in mold. Mind you, I didn't notice this until AFTER I'd taken a few drinks. When I turned the cup to put it back in the cup holder I noticed what I initially thought was dirt under the lid. Upon closer inspection, it was clear the lid had been wet at some point as the mold was growing in between the plastic where the lid had began to separate. I understand that greasy fish and fries isn't the healthiest, but no need to add a side of mold with it.

Ordered 2 pieces of fish and coleslaw they gave me chicken wouldn't have been if the chicken was good. It was OLD AND I MESN VERY OLD AND TOUGH. Now they won't answer the phone. This place is horrible avoid at all cost!!!!! Not clean on the inside and food left under warmer for hours!

Hours on door say 9pm Web says 10. Drive 45 minutes to get there to have doors locked and no admittance at 840. Bad way to do business. Shame on you On 1/24/25 I tried again. We had dine in. Our meal fir 2 totalled $31.57. Our fish and shrimp were good. However, the hush puppies were doughy and the French fries were so old they were dry hard and cool to touch. After order was taken and processed all employees just stood around. In kitchen they were chatting, drive through and front end standing staring in to space and yawning. This used to be a favorite go to ,sadly the desire of employees to do their job proficiently and with pride has made it where customer service is terrible and food is not what it should be. I suggest cleaning the restaurant and possibly re-staffing with someone who actually will care about their job

Looks like this location has closed down. I thought this concept may have begun turning it around, but not in McKinney, apparently.

Very unprofessional. The guy at the front desk is taking my order then all of a sudden cuts me off to talk to a friend for a min as I was standing there. I thought it was rude but said nothing and allowed him to finish taking the rest of my order. Then they tell me they have no bags and had to carry it out in my hands...all 6 boxes and sauce lol. They weren't even apologetic. I had to go across the street to Kroger just to get bags to carry the order. Less than a star for me

I usually have good experiences with LJS, but yesterday was the exception. The employees were fine, but the food was NOT GOOD!! It was the first time I didn’t finish my meal. I didn’t get sick, but had horrible heartburn later on. The fish breading was nasty, and the waffle fries were stale.

I want my order remade or something done about this. I ordered 5 pieces of fish on Wednesday around 2pm . one extremely Burnt so bad all the others tasted burnt as well and not fresh . Terrible. I couldn’t even eat it I had to throw it away. Waste of money. Please respond to this so I can get a new order FRESHLY made and not burnt please.

Nastiest place i have ever gone inside to eat at. If the dining room is nasty then I wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen. I had to get someone to wipe the table and my seat just sit down. This the last time I ever go here.

Food was greasy and not fresh. Not sure why LJS has waffles fries now, but if you dont make them fresh to order, they are inedible. The lady on the speaker kept rushing us to order when I needed to look at the menu first and no one was behind us. I won't be returning.

Just came through the drive thru tonight and the staff is incredibly rude. The person taking our order kept rushing us and there was no one else in line. Then the lady at the drive thru kept giving us dirty looks and literally didn't say a word. Customer service is non- existent here. Go anywhere else. Don't stop here.

Absolute horrible service absolute horrible service. I ordered the fish, shrimp and chicken combo for my grandmaand decided I wanted to try the new red velvet cheesecake off bat the lady told me they were out and gave me other options. I told her I was OK and I’ll pass and then she stated “ I think we have some in the back “ and then went ahead to charge me upon charge me. She realized they didn’t have any. they then proceeded to make me pull around the front of the building to wait for my food and my refund after about 15 minutes of waiting she walked out and told me to get back in line for my refund where I waited in additional 10 minutes behind a white truck being that I was so heated after she gave me my refund for the cheesecake I asked for a refund for the entire meal she said she couldn’t give me a refund for a meal that I already took with me. I told her I never got my meal to begin with. she apologized and offered to remake it since I told her I knew that it was probably cold by now it’s almost like they didn’t want to give me a refund not to mention all they gave me was tartar sauce in the bag I asked for ketchup, hot sauce I mean, it’s more than just fish in this box to give someone just tartar sauce. This was the worst customer service. I believe I’ve ever experienced. My grandma said she enjoyed the fries. I haven’t been here since I was Literally a kid. I just never remember it being this bad of a place. Most likely won’t come back
