I haven’t been to Rubio’s in a while, but I decided to stop by and enjoy my favorite fish tacos. From the moment I placed my order, through the wait, and while I was eating, one crew member—Joseph—was constantly hustling. He was taking orders, helping prepare food, and assisting customers without missing a beat. Team members like Joseph are what truly make a difference in any organization. I will definitely be back to this location.

This place is just amazing, seriously a gem. I have never and I mean never been disappointed when I’ve came to this Rubio’s location. The staff is very attentive and makes sure they get your order right. The food is delicious and the prices are surprisingly not that bad compared to other places offering similar food. I don’t know about other rubios but I can’t recommend this location more. 10/10 every time

Had a great experience here! Almost ate at a place where we weren't greeted as we came in, didn't have any fresh options and the establishment looked bleak so we left and came to this Rubio's. They were everything the first place wasn't. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable and great fresh food!!

This Rubio's is on the corner of Haun Rd. & Newport Rd. in the Party City shopping center near Pieology. Plenty of parking, lots of seating and a nice patio. Shout out to Ryan who was very attentive and helpful with the menu. We tried the California Bowl w/Chicken, Shrimp & Bacon Burrito and a side of Nachos. Everything tasted fresh and was very satisfying. We did struggle to find a wiped down table but wasn't s big deal at all. Overall we had a good experience at this location.

Good food and good staff. The food is tasty and after eating here several times the order has always been good and never had a problem. Good amount of parking with other eateries and shopping in the area. Indoor and outdoor eating along with a laza for the kids to run around when the state allows then.

Was impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients. Meat was properly cooked and the shrimp were also on point. Would have given them 5 stars but my tortillas were cold.....UPDATED REVIEW.....Gave them the 5th Star, on the next visit they redeemed themselves with the Steak Burritos and Fish Tacos. 3rd visit in 5 days, looking like we may become regulars.

You need to explain what $3 off a entree is. I tried to do the $3 off and it said my meal wasn't a entree?I didn't have time to go searching to figure that out

I placed a take out order per the app. Easy process. Food was very good however I found the portions of grilled onions to be very very small. Overall very good exoerience

Food was good and service was great. Restaurant is showing some age so an update would be nice. Thought the burrito was a little unbalanced as far as ingredients but I still enjoyed it.

The food tasted good. They had a few more real fruit drink choices than most other restaurants. But their service was a little slower than I expected, probably since they make all of the food to order. And Its dining room has more bar height tables and chairs than most fast food restaurants. But I like it overall. And I recommend it.

Ordered two chopped chicken salads and a container of soup. Salads were great (besr we have had in a long time from there) BUT the soup was so salty couldn’t eat it. I have always liked the soup here but this was not the typical seasoning from past visits.

During a recent visit to Rubio’s, we ordered fish tacos but were mistakenly served Mahi tacos. My wife approached the counter to inform the staff of the error. An employee named Bill responded courteously and assured us he would correct the issue promptly. Shortly afterward, a manager came to our table and addressed us in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. He questioned whether we had used the term “Mahi Mahi” when placing our order. The concern was not the inquiry itself, but the disrespectful tone and accusatory approach he used while speaking to my family. His behavior significantly diminished what should have been a simple and pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, due to this interaction and the lack of professionalism displayed by management, we will no longer be dining at this Rubio’s location.

The chicken here is gross, rubbery, hard to chew and definitely not freshly made. As a long time customer I wanted to give this place another chance but thats twice in a row I’ve had the same experience. The customer service is always good but I wont be returning.

Worst Burrito I've ever had. Chopped up Crawfish Chunks(Langosgtino)? Chewy and tough.. Too much rice and beans as a Filler, not good and it cost 15$. Carne Asada is Dry and over cooked, tastes like Pot Roast.. Never again, Rubio's is Lacking!!

Who in their right mind pretty much closes off the whole inside restaurant 30 mins before closing. The atmosphere just felt super uninviting. They ask if we wanted the food for here or to go lol… we looked around like and sit where? You have the whole inside looking closed off. We get it you are closing soon but not for another 30 minutes. Who comes up with these ideas? I could understand closing half of the restaurant close to closing but the whole restaurant 30 mins. Makes absolutely no sense
