My wife and I really like this place a lot. Smoothies are excellent, bowls are filling, in my opinion. Customer service is always good. They greet you with a smile. Our go to spot when we want something refreshing.

Our servers have been really friendly 99% of the time. We always come in late after the kids are in bed. Yesterday Mr. Deward Y :) went out of his way to get my wife and I a special birthday order. I didnt catch his co-workers name as she was busy cleaning -though she did acknowledge us very warmly. We don't eat out much with rising costs. The quality of customer service dictates where we spend our money sometimes as much, or more, than the product. Thanks guys!

Great employees, and great atmosphere. These employees bust their hump. I see customers get upset with them for their smoothie taking more than 5 minutes to make. Little does anyone know, the person who ordered in front of them, ordered 30 smoothies or probably 200 impossible sandwiches. Have some patience people! Quality takes good effort and time. 😁 Thank you to GM Diana for making me a treat of a smoothie!

I went in to get a smoothie with my mom today and she doesn’t speak English one of the workers I believe Jacky was her name explained everything to her in Spanish it was nice to have her do that for us ! She recommended drinks and over all was amazing awesome workers !

Definitely love this place! Service is mostly good but on some occasions it's not exceptional. It's one of the few places in town that offers healthy options beyond Merced's Fast Food Mecca. I won't ever think twice to head back for Fresh Oaks and Fresh Squeezed Juice. My only suggestion is to offer more soy free options because much of their product has soy byproduct.

Prices have gone up a lot. PB Chocolate is still very good. Edit: Looking back the 3 review was harsh. I did enjoy the drink. "The prices have gone up a lot" was not a reflection or negative comment on Jamba itself, but rather on prices going up in general. I have updated my review to 4.

I love Jamba juice! The only problem I have with this certain Jamba Juice is whenever I bring in my reusable cup, almost every time my order is a little bit different. It took 22 minutes to get one medium drink that was half watery when I finally did receive it. I ordered inside and waited inside this was not a delivery. Update I did get a free juice. They weren't friendly but the smoothie turned out amazing.

I ordered a vanilla blue sky with banana added but instead i got dirty sink water with no bananas and i’ve tried calling several times but no answer. I order from here all the time but this time it really sucked :(

Taking their time. The one who gave us out drinks didn't even have a smile. And it was so stuffy and hot in their. Hopefully just a bad day

I don’t understand how you have a sign up for product and then don’t make it and the oven wasn’t hot because they got there late so it wasn’t ready, seems to be a common issue with that location, I travel to Fresno frequently and never have this problem, I hope the second location in Merced is run better.

There were 6 or more customers waiting to get their orders fulfilled (myself included). We were all there for the promotional items, Jamba's own, "Mangomorphosis" and "Dragonberry Blitz." To our dismay, the male employee informed us that he will not be serving us and has decided to end the promotion. Even though, the promotion was still within the time frame of service. In addition, the store was not close to closing time. There was ample time to take orders and complete them before closing. This left the 6 or more customers (including myself) upset, confused and irritated. The male employee did not care about what we had to say about the promotion still being within the time frame, as he is obligated to fulfill our orders. The male employee gave an attitude of not wanting to work nor cared to work. As a result, 6 or more customers (including myself) purchased nothing. If this is how this Jamba conducts itself, then it will not be receiving any business from me.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but the restroom at this location is super nasty. I don’t think they ever clean that restroom. Gas station restrooms aren’t even as bad as their restroom. I hope this review helps resolve the issue.
