The Mercedes Texas Starbucks is my go to place for a quick coffee and muffin for the kids and I before school. They keep the area super clean which is respectable since the other parts of Mercedes need a massive clean up coming in and off the expressway. Keep it up Starbucks Mercedes and I will be highly recommending you!

Always SUPER friendly and service is so quick. For the exception of the people who sit at the drive thru and "ponder the menu". Usually order online and drive right up. Less than 3 minutes!🫶🏽

There's not much options on food, but drinks are good. I drank an orange juice bottle, organic, great flavor. The place it's comfy, the service was good enough. Nothing extraordinary but good.

First of all I would like to thank management for rejecting Marian’s friend, Max, application! The staff is amazing and always friendly I doubt max would be able to provide the same amazing customer service as they do, so kudos! Nice place to do homework, & not as busy or loud as the other Starbucks!

Very crowded day. The employees were very friendly and went the extra mile to help every customer. The place only has 2 high tables and one low. It's a small Starbucks, but it could use more chairs and tables. Even outside there were not tables and chairs, unless you go to the food court.

I go to Starbucks (a different location) multiple times a week and get the same 2 drinks. I have been to this new Starbucks 3x now within a month, and all 3x the drinks have been weak and watered down. I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The location is great, building nice, but drinks are lacking big time.

Unfortunately, the drink tasted very bitter and did not follow the instructions I clearly provided while placing the order. I specifically requested certain customizations, but they were not followed, which significantly affected the taste and overall experience. I am quite disappointed, as I usually enjoy drinks from your location and expect orders to be prepared according to the instructions given.

Lowkey disappointed I wasted 10 bucks on a coffee that these lady’s couldn’t even get right tasted more like water than anything and my pumpkin sweet cold foam wasn’t even added on the order yet I got charged for it
