I’m a huge fan of Starbucks’ Vanilla Cold Brew — it’s the perfect mix of smooth, bold, and just sweet enough. The coffee itself has that rich cold-brew flavor without the bitterness you get from regular iced coffee, and the vanilla adds a creamy balance that makes it super easy to drink. I love that it gives me a clean energy boost without feeling heavy or jittery, and it stays refreshing even after the ice melts a bit. The texture is silky, the aroma hits before the first sip, and the flavor stays consistent all the way through. If you’re someone who likes your coffee strong but not overpowering — and you don’t want to drown it in sugar — this is the one. Whether I’m grabbing it on the go or sipping it during work, it’s become my daily favorite.

Jordan and Victoria always have a smile on their faces and remember your name and sometimes the last drink you got. Reminds me of the cafes I use to go to in Chicago. Best Starbucks location in the RGV.
Mercedes Starbucks next to the stripes is the best in the valley. We have tried many locations, sometimes more than once to give them a chance, across the valley and they don’t always get our drinks right but this location does.
The Mercedes Texas Starbucks is my go to place for a quick coffee and muffin for the kids and I before school. They keep the area super clean which is respectable since the other parts of Mercedes need a massive clean up coming in and off the expressway. Keep it up Starbucks Mercedes and I will be highly recommending you!

The best Starbucks location so far! The staff is like family, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed, and they are always on point with their drinks. Love this crew!!!
Always SUPER friendly and service is so quick. For the exception of the people who sit at the drive thru and "ponder the menu". Usually order online and drive right up. Less than 3 minutes!🫶🏽
There's not much options on food, but drinks are good. I drank an orange juice bottle, organic, great flavor. The place it's comfy, the service was good enough. Nothing extraordinary but good.
First of all I would like to thank management for rejecting Marian’s friend, Max, application! The staff is amazing and always friendly I doubt max would be able to provide the same amazing customer service as they do, so kudos! Nice place to do homework, & not as busy or loud as the other Starbucks!
Drinks and food are ok, the prices are ridiculous. The staff is pretty nice.
Stopped by the stores and while there I picked up some coffee, excellent staff, there was a line, we were served quickly.
Very crowded day. The employees were very friendly and went the extra mile to help every customer. The place only has 2 high tables and one low. It's a small Starbucks, but it could use more chairs and tables. Even outside there were not tables and chairs, unless you go to the food court.
I go to Starbucks (a different location) multiple times a week and get the same 2 drinks. I have been to this new Starbucks 3x now within a month, and all 3x the drinks have been weak and watered down. I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The location is great, building nice, but drinks are lacking big time.
Unfortunately, the drink tasted very bitter and did not follow the instructions I clearly provided while placing the order. I specifically requested certain customizations, but they were not followed, which significantly affected the taste and overall experience. I am quite disappointed, as I usually enjoy drinks from your location and expect orders to be prepared according to the instructions given.
Oatmeal didn’t have enough water so half of it didn’t cook.
Lowkey disappointed I wasted 10 bucks on a coffee that these lady’s couldn’t even get right tasted more like water than anything and my pumpkin sweet cold foam wasn’t even added on the order yet I got charged for it
