My family loves Wendy's

I love the adoption keychain for free frosty. Awesome to see them get involved like that ❤️ & we make sure to come 1x/week to ensure we are doing our part ❤️

Wendy's has some pretty good food. I personally think the salads could be better but that's just my opinion. The nuggets, chicken sandwich, (THE FRIES... They are my fave) the desserts are all very good. They've got a good variety on the menu. You've got to try the fries, you cannot go without tasting their fries.

Just went and got cold food and one of my special order burgers was wrong. After waiting for my food I expected a hot and correct order. After all that I only wanted an apology but the manager in charge offered me full credit for my order once I got through to them. Good job Javier.

Since my last review, I got a new job, and this wendys is nearby. Because if this, we'll go in our creaky/loud van and place our order usually in the mornings. Despite the noises from our van, and my loud husband, the morning crew has treated us kindly and have won us over. Thank you guys so much for making our mornings awesome :) !

The employees and manger are always friendly and professional and making sure that I'm being taking care of with my order and my kids love eating from here too

I love to use the app for mobile ordering. They always have coupons. The chocolate frosty needs a bit more flavor though. I usually get salads and the pomegranate dressing is da bomb

Wendy's are always good, however the one in Weslaco has exceptional service along with their great food choices. We really enjoy their Breakfast menu & look forward to going there every week.

Wendy's in Weslaco on Texas always nice and clean. Cashier was very nice and friendly. She took our order in a very efficient manner an joked with my husband and I, we enjoy her charismatic character. With service like her's, we will definitely stop by again. Plus she also greeted everyone whom came in and thank them for waiting, assured them she would take their orders as soon as possible. This was about 11:30 when rush orders begin.❤️❤️

Never have I once ordered (mobile, drive-thru, or in-store) from anywhere that was able to do what Wendy's did. Most orders I make are large and somewhat complex and usually there's a mistake or missing items. Not here though. They got my order 100% accurate down to the individual condiment counts I request. To top it off, the food was good, fresh, and delicious. Great job!

My GF lived it, only the double entrance is rough, especially when she is on a wheelchair, I can imagine alone. Trying to open one day, let alone two doors alone.

All the staff was absolutely superb in giving us the best dine in experience! I was wondering why my wife wanted to come here. Apparently she had already been here with my mother in law and her sister. I knew right away upon entering it was going to turn out well. Miguel,I believe the general manager and the rest of the team worked in tangent with one another to give the customer the best experience! Mars one of the crew members assisted my wife in a clean up incident we had at our table as a result of our child spilling a drink everywhere. Mars took care of it effortlessly! Everyone was exceptional!

We visited this location for Veterans Day and left happy! At first, we felt the young girl at the front desk wasn't too happy since we made it just in time for the free Veteran's Day breakfast sandwich haha Naa they were nice and surprised us with more food than we thought! I believe it was the manager that came to greet us, verify the military ID, and told them to make the food. My husband and I not only received a free breakfast sandwich each but also drinks and 4 piece French toast at no extra cost! This location is well maintained and clean.

Best salads at a fast food restaurant! Perfect size for every appetite. Half size for small eaters and ful for big eaters. Great price too.

The breakfast sandwiches were great the seasoned fries were very thin and dry, maybe next time I should ask for fresh food. The customer service was good.

Service was rather fast even when inside and drive-thru were packed. Pretty good if you ask me. Salad was fresh, they were out of avacadoes but my avacado salad was still good without it.

Food is good, but your crew needs to clean the tables and floors as soon as people leave because there were many dirty tables and food particles on the floors. That made me not want to eat there again.

Went during lunch hour and only one cashier taking orders with a long line of customers waiting. Parking is not that great because trying to get out is difficult due to the drive thru line that was taking part of the parking area. Other than that it is good food.

Had a small frosty, a Jr bacon cheese burger and small fries. While every thing was tasty the fries were room temp. They've got to do a better job of cooking fries on demand.

Decent food for its price. Service is alright, and the atmosphere is like any other fast food place.

My daughter and myself went to breakfast, we ordered the deal they have for 2 for 3 dollars. We ordered the biscuits and fries, When they gave me the meals it was just the biscuits no fries. When i went to tell them they said, they had no fries. And the way it looks to me the deal that they are advertising, I thought it contain 3 things in the meal. I thought 2 meals for 3. It contains coffee, so I ask if I could substitute it for something else n I would paid the difference. They said no. So I didn't get the coffee and the only thing I got for 6 dollars n change was the biscuits. Not good in my opinion.

Good place for a quick meal they keep the place nice and cold. Food is great and the restaurant was clean plenty of seating. But they might be short staffed at the moment. The railing is gone when you go in to order and yes they have that single dispenser of soda with the touch screen.

Food was good. Workers were very nice and friendly. However the restaurant seemed dirty. The floors were dirty and sticky. The soda dispensing machine needed a good deep cleaning. Didn't even want to put my cup to touch the metal parts. The napkin dispensers were rusting. Didn't go to the restrooms but I can only imagine. Probably won't be back for quite a while.

Nice place to eat, fast and good food. Their only drawback is that I always ask for "toasted buns," sometimes they toast them and sometimes they don't. Food is always cooked to near perfection though. I would appreciate consistency though when it came to my toasted buns, if they did I would add the 5 stars.

They DO have 4 counter seats by window. I am surprised Wendy's doesn't do what others cannot. Specifically a chili cheeseburger. Chili is great... If in a hurry I buy the family sized chili take home and pour over fresh rice, fantastic!

Great job to the staff, it was very clean! All vacant tables were available because they were all clean and ready. The employee who took my order was very nice and made sure I was taken care of before moving on to anything else. The fountain drink machine is the best one possible. Over 100 different choices for your drink.

So prices even though they have been tweaked and not in the consumers favor still seem to be fair.... Food always has the same great flavor. Food was colder than average.. The app i gotta say isn't very user friendly (employees have a hard time with it at times)... Promos in app also aren't as good as they use to be either....

Like every other fast food. Burgers are getting smaller and prices are going up. Fries were soggy. Chilly was hot and I suggest getting there seasoned chilly packets to add to your chilly for a kick of spicy!

Well, it wasn't as good as when it was, when Wendy's first came out. Not to mention that for the quality of the food, and the price we have to pay for a meal, doesn't really justify it in the end. I remember when the burgers were thick, juicy and flavorful. Now, not so much. And it's not just Wendy's. It's everybody. Quality is going down, but prices keep going up. I guess that's why I prefer to cook my own meals. Although, there are times I'm just too tired to cook, or too far from home, and I'm just too hungry to care. And that's when I go ahead and give in and order myself some fast food. So I hope the next time that happens, I'll have me some good luck and run into a place that serves some good food, for a good price. I kinda doubt it but... wish me?

Burgers were OK. Fries were limp. Not the best Wendy's has to offer.

Food was cold and tasted like it was sitting around, especially the fries, they were super stale. My bacon double had no bacon. Chili was okay.

Very disappointed with my small order. Ordered 6 PC chicken nuggets with bbq sauce and got sweet and sour sauce. Ordered jr. Hamburger and got jr cheeseburger. Had to wait for my order in the drive thru and they still got it wrong.

They drive thru took 30 minutes. I could have gone in much quicker. Then they forgot to put some of my order in the bag. They need more help on drive thru.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been. My order was wrong. The burger was terrible. They had no ketchup. The Coca Cola dispenser had few options available. Fries were OK, though.

The guy taking the orders at the drive thru is hard or hearing or isn’t paying attention. The whole drive thru sucks too small. I don’t know why they need three people standing by the window when one person is barely doing her job, she looked clueless and the other dudes were just standing behind her.

Was very disappointed. Had gone to buy breakfast. There was no biscuits available. Got the buns. Do not like the buns with egg, sausage or bacon. The biscuit is what makes the breakfast sandwich great. Would have left but the drive through has the two lanes. But they block the pass lane with waiting customers. Do not think will try for breakfast again. If they had another choice of English muffin instead of the bun. Will not be visiting Wendy's for breakfast again.

Ice!!!!No ice for over 2 months? what is the problem? We go to Wendys at least once a month and for the past 2 months they have had no ice.. Why? Why is the problem not fixed? We will be going to the Mercedes wendys now.. Hopefully they have ice.. Also never fails order is always wrong.. You dont get condiments nor napkins.. I mean you have stations that your order goes through before it gets to you. Maybe slow down and double check the order before handed it off to the customer who is paying for their food and expecting it to be correct when they get home.. A customer should not have to pull over and double check your work....

Meh. The drive through staff was nice but the food was not good. The wrap was falling apart and the chicken was so chewy I had to spit most of it out. Could have been a one time thing but we prob wont stop here again.

I ordered the baked potato with chives and sour cream. It came to me dry w/a tiny thing of butter and no sour cream. I had to go up and ask for it. The skin on the potato was sooo dry that I not only had a hard time cutting the potato but couldn’t even eat the skin. Goodbye Wendy’s!!! #2089 10/17/2024 3:30 pm 20090. Drinks were given to us with no ice, we asked for ice and it was like we had asked her to stay at work an extra hour. They gave us the drinks and there is no carbonation in them…. I’m not going to talk about the food since the drinks were a fail. Quality control not being monitored. I was hoping that for 32.00 they at least tried.

My husband and I decided to take the kids to Wendy's for dinner and a Frosty. When we walked in, I noticed a rather strong odor in the restaurant and I couldn't figure out exactly what it was. But I was pleased to see that there was no line to order, so we walked right up and placed our order with the friendly employee at the register. When we walked over to get our fountain drinks from the dispenser, I noticed there was a "wet floor" sign out and quite a bit of water on the floor in front of and around the soft drink area. I mentioned to an employee that this was a dangerous situation and he brought out a mop to clean it up, so I went to sit down and stay out of his way while he dealt with it. When I returned to get our drinks, I noticed he really hadn't cleaned up much of the water. The floor was still very wet and dangerously slick. Frankly, I was afraid of slipping! Our order was called, so I went up to the counter to get it, careful to avoid the wet floor. Another customer was complaining to one of the employees that the TVs in the restaurant were not on and he told her they were not working. I didn't mind really, as I prefer the quiet atmosphere when we sit down for dinner. Our food was warm and prepared as we had ordered. Other than the wet area around the drink station and the strong smell in the air, the restaurant looked fairly clean. After our experience tonight, I don't think we'll return any time soon.

Me and my family have always loved Wendy’s but today was the worst ever. I went thru drive thru was ordering first thing she said was we have no ice! Ok understandable, but drinks are flat, then I asked her I didn’t want cheese or tomatoes in my daughter order and she did a big sigh like if we were bothering her and she just replied with anything else. I asked for leaf lettuce got no lettuce, fries were cold. And before leaving I asked for extra honey mustard she walked away brought it back and was like was that it but with attitude like I was bothering her. Never again!!

"Fresh never Frozen beef", apparently this doesn't apply to the buns. Ordered the Big Bacon Cheddar and was immediately disappointed to find the cooks used freezer burned Microwaved buns on my burger. Yep, I have plenty of experience with this. The hard chewy bread resulting from over microwaving was all there. I'd suspect the entire burger had been microwaved if it wasn't for Wendy's "Fresh Never Frozen beef" ad. Then again.......... I'll never eat at a Wendy's again, and especially this one located in Weslaco on Texas near Expressway 83. Very disappointed I didn't go to my usual Big Orange W burger place. lesson learned.

You're not at Whataburger anymore let's start with a positive the fries were hot and fresh and good. Let's go with the negative can't make a sandwich if your life depended on it took three times to get it even close to right. The store manager needs to either train their employees or find ones that can either listen or read. 3 for 3 my order has been wrong. Why is it so hard not to put mayo , ketchup, or mustard on a burger. DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER TO BE RIGHT.

I walked in this place and it stinks nasty! Never will come back to this place! Sorry, owner or operator needs to pay more attention to detail. Restaurants needs to be clean and have an inviting smell! And the food tasted crappy I just took one bite of the burger and walked out! I didnt even ask for a refund! Arrived hoping to use promo offers, but cashier said her scan tool wasn't working. Sat in the dining room and saw tables and chairs needed to be wiped down. Floor litter. Burger wasn't prepared as requested, missing dressing (mayo) and trimmings. As I was about to depart to exit; notice one of the employees began to sweep the floor.

Never again ! It was the nastiest and most sloppy burger... Took one bite and left the whole meal ! I thought about asking for something different but I didn't want to interrupt the employees since they were to busy being loud and having fun ! 😒😩😏

Very poor restaurant. As soon as I walked in the restaurant was super dirty no one has swept and mopped the floors and very sticky floors and tables and only one person at the register at the dine in.I walked out because it was so dirty never seen the restaurant so dirty I even have pictures of how it was when I walked in and when i walked out........ I had gone there in the morning at 10:20 before church and it took 15 minutes just to receive our drinks 40 minutes had already gone by and we still didn't receive our food so we left as we were gonna end up late to church

Our breakfast sandwiches were cold, the Swiss cheese looked like a small dab of butter. My husband's breakfast baconator had very little bacon, 3 pieces that equaled one full strip of bacon, and my croissant was nothing like a croissant. Honestly I wouldn't ever go back for breakfast again. The potatoes were good though, that's about it.

Showed up to order at drive thru to get a quick breakfast before work and was attended, but I asked for a moment bc I was still looking at what else to pick from the menu, when suddenly a worker comes up to my window from outside and tells me the store is closed. But how? When It was clearly @9:30 am… Disappointing.

Called and asked about the free drink special with purchase of breakfast sandwich. They said yes until 10:30 am. IT IS A COMPLETE LIE. They require a coupon which . WHOOPS, now manager says no coupon necessary. I get it mistakes can happen but corporations try to cheat people out of money every way possible.

Everytime I order online they get the food wrong but there's no way to request a refund or report anything through this or their website. So after multiple times of paying for food I'm not getting, I'm just going to stop eating here

Manager was obviousl with any knowledge about the wendys application. In his words he said "I don't know anything about that. And the other 2 older ladies were no help whatsoever. Got there at 1220 and they didn't have our food till 🙃 1245 all we needed was assistance and we didn't get it. Haven't been to a Wendy's I'm 32 yrs and this reminded me why!!! Worst experience ever!!! Wasted our lunch time there what a waste of time!!

Disappointed with the service I received yesterday. Completely unprofessional drive thru employee. She had a rude attitude for no reason handing me back my debit card with a bad attitude. "Here's your card" with 😒 look on her face. If you're having a bad day it's not my fault. Go check yourself. Secondly, I paid for extra fries and didn't get them. My fries were soggy and old. And the box of fries was not full. I wanted regular chicken nuggets and got spicy instead. And the napkins were all greasy. I expect a full refund! You have no excuses!

Your drive up people are so very rude. They ask us to drive up to wait for our meal and they take a very long time while cars behind us get helped and even drive away before us. Plus it was only plain burgers and fries that we ordered. Nothing special. We asked for ketchup and the lady at the drive up said that we should have asked for that ahead of time. It seems like it's always a problem ordering when you guys are busy. Get people who are friendly, positive and can actually do the work while valuing the customers. Employees reflect management. Maybe the manager needs to be replaced.

if i could give this place a zero, I would but unfortunately google doesn’t allow that. I showed up to this wendy’s, that has never let me down in the past, for the infamous Wednesday meal. I can’t explain to you how excited i was to get my meal and watch the show. When i got there, I ordered the meal and an extra raven milk shake and a 4 piece nugget for me and my brother. I was asked what sauces i wanted for the extra 4 piece and I asked if i could get the Wednesday sauces and they told me yes. I was then told that they were out of milkshakes and so I replaced the milkshake that came with the meal for a dr. pepper. When i got to the window, I saw frosties sitting next to the dr.pepper i ordered. Suspicious and weird? i think so. With excitement i opened the bag after driving off, and there were NO SAUCES!! We were even given the Wednesday spoons meant for the frosties despite not having them!! SAYING IM DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! However, I didn’t give up there, I was determined to get my raven’s shake, so I drove the Donna Wendy’s where, surprise surprise, I was also met with disappointment.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had bad experiences and I’ve never written a review before but this one definitely takes the cake and I’m super disappointed. My sister and I asked for the Wednesday meal and asked for extra sauce and they ended up giving us no sauce and they said they didn’t have milkshakes but yet they just tossed in a spoon. And it seemed like they just didn’t want to give us the milkshakes because they were too lazy to clean the machines because we had saw one of the milkshakes at the drive thru window and the lady just oddly noticed and moved it away from us. We had left super excited for the meal and ended up getting home with the vibe completely killed

I came in for breakfast and waited for someone to take my order. The 2 ladies working both saw me standing there, but I was never acknowledged. One lady was cleaning the fryer and the other was in the back stocking. I kept waiting for the fryer girl to say anything to the the other lady, but nothing. Another gentleman came in and he was never greeted. I told him I'd been waiting for one of the ladies to come to front. After 5 mins I told the other customer I was leaving. He also walked out with me. There was no one else inside and no drive thru customers. I took my money elsewhere. The owners need to crack down on this!

Place is getting worse on their standards.Went to get something to eat they didn't have half of the stuff i wanted. No Dr. Pepper no Chile no root beer. They also got my order wrong. I also asked for #3 BBQ burger and burger looked nothing like the pic not even close. Don't know if the store manager even cares on his store standards. THIS IS WHAT I GOT FOR $7 !!!!
