This whataburger has gone down,I'm assuming, since there was a change of management. I brought up their tea tasting watered down as well as it tasting bad, almost like they haven't cleaned the containers. I asked if they could brew a fresh batch and have it cleaned. Only to get the run around. I don't drink soda and am a huge tea person. Will not be visiting this particular whataburger anymore.

Hadn't been since I was a kid (40 yrs ago) and I can remember like it was yesterday! They are STILL the best burger you will EVER taste! EVER! They are always freshly made! I took my grandson for the first time and he absolutely loved it! He is a "cheeseburger with cheese" connoisseur, by the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Was out and about on the expeessway and made a quick stop. I know all WB's are the same, but my breakfast here tasted better than the location near my home. 😄 Food was cooked and packaged well, guy working curbside was very nice. Coffee was 🔥 - fortunately the bottled water sizzled my tongue and taste buds a bit 🤭

For the first time my burger was actually made the way I actually asked for it. Although it was busy upon arrival, they did not mess up my order. Not only that, it was delicious. Keep up the great work!!

Amazing food made fresh and very fast, the staff was amazing and greeted me upon arrival they even offered various promos and shakes to see what I could get started on but I did notice the lobby was very clean and we'll kept they did update it and the new lobby does a justice as this store just feels so perfect and modernized The Food was very good and worth the money I'd give Five Stars Based on everything it's really a great eatery all around! 5 Star's!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We just enjoyed a most pleasant dining experience here at the La Feria Whataburger. First time in, too. The burgers were HUGE, and pretty tasty too!! I'm not used to food being served to me, with choices of salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, napkins, etc. the older gent who delivered to us was most polite and represented quite well. We were overall well pleased and absolutely will come back! 👍👍👍

I love this whatnurger becazue they are always polite , friendly ,welcoming and warm . Ypu can't find that just anywhere.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had here. Really happy with the employees attentiveness and friendliness. Def a place to stop by again to enjoy a nice hot meal.

Friendly and engaging employees, location was clean including restroom. Tables were clean. Lobby was full of customers and my order was out quickly. One of the better experiences at Whataburger. I did dine-in, employee stopped by twice to ask if I needed anything.

A slight mess up in our order number sequence, I accidentally got a policemans order, which I didn't mind cause a fully loaded burger. Staff quickly corrected my order plus apology.... everything else is 5 stars, courtesy, personality, politeness, friendly, very fair & professional.

Be ready to wait, I havent been at this location without a wait. On a good note I do go to this one beause i belive they prepare the food better and are friendly. I didnt like my visit yesterday and had to ask for every condiment even though i did let the associate know.

They couldn't get the order right. All I asked for was a sausage Breakfast on a Bun. They asked if I wanted the meal, and I said no, only the sandwich. They gave me the food and a cup of gravy, which I was charged for. They took nearly 10 minutes to get the food for the car in front of me. Today was the first day back to school, so maybe they were swamped earlier. Not the typical quality I've grown to expect from Whataburger

The cashier was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, it took 15 - 20mins to get my order. I'm comparing this store to a store at another location where it takes 5-10mins. Is that expectation too much?? Different area, different employees. What do you think?

Food is always hot and freshly made. I come here for a burger and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and professional and work extremely hard to get orders correct in a timely manner. Usually busy during meal times but worth the wait.

The food was as ordered coffee was fresh burger on point and friendly. I just cant believe how many places are becoming like McDonald's and wont give napkins or ketchup unless asked for or, offer if they know you have fries.

The food was great I got a Mushroom Swiss burger but I did not had lost off Mushroom it had like 3 or 4 piece so i had too go get more good thing he did not charge me and yet i was ready too pay good place

Good food but prices are getting more expensive, the atmosphere feels bad after the remodel and it feels more corporate and worse, drive thru is awful and more than likely they'll mess up your ordee

They forgot to put bacon in my burger. They fixed it. The only thing that I was annoyed about was, there was a worker cleaning the lobby and she looked annoyed and I felt uncomfortable eating and it was not even busy at the time I went.

Arrived right after breakfast hours, so okay, ordered a lunch but wanted a coffee. They said they DON'T CARRY regular sugar!!??? What's with that?! Dumbest thing I ever heard. Ordered a combo meal without the bun. They failed to provide utensils plus forgot the fries. Had to remind them on both! The good is standard/ good but lacking in service and NO REGULAR SUGAR!😳🙎‍♀️ 3 STARS IS BEST I can do here today! Not a regular location for us anyway but they were polite!

Food is good and the dine in experience is nice, although their renovation made the place worse. And the drive thru is awful, half the time they get my orders wrong and it's very frustrating

The girl that took the order had attitude. While waiting for the order that same girl campus to the dinning room was cleaning I asked her a question and she answered with an attitude. She needs more training. I appreciate trying to give us more on the shake but it was overfilled not closed correctly and leaked all over my car. 😠

Unfortunately this location has been mismanaged for a long time. Too many times I have stopped here and the wait is borderline ridiculous. I waited 35 mins for my order. I'm patient and understand being short staffed, but things can be handled better.

The food was fresh and good but 95% of the time that I've gone to this location in La Feria they've messed up on my order. Always cheek your order before you leave! 4 out of our 5 burgers were wrong, they repeated/confirmed the order correctly. It just gets frustrating giving them the benefit of the doubt that they'll get my order right but instead just end up disappointed.

Probably the best run chain hamburger place in America. We are fortunate to have them in Tulsa, our summer home, and we are fortunate to have this one, 300 yards from our winter home in LaFeria. The food is always good, the service is great and we always look forward to eating there. Update: this place has really gone downhill! Our recent experience was totally bad. We are not gonna go back.

Early morning visit. Manager working the window sold us burned coffee. Freaking horrible and foul tasting. Our cinnamon rolls were hard as a rock. We asked they be warmed but I don't know how they got so hard. Only the 2 deepest layers were edible. He is not a morning person. If you were in a great mood just looking at his sour face kills your whole happy vibe.

The drinks were watered down terribly. How did the water taste like it had some washed out flavor. I cannot recommend when not even the water was good.

The whataburger in la Feria , TX. Is horrible, the cashier handles the money then turn around and messes with french fries with out washing her hands also I seen the person that handels the fries doesn't changes gloves after touching his hair,beard and scratches his face and on top of that he kneels down to open the small refrigerator where they keep the fries but then he touch the floor to support himself gets up and didn't change gloves but opens the bag of fries and started to fill the baskets with his dirty gloves , I told the manager about it and all she said was I'll talk to him thank you for letting me know . The food quality has gone down , i don't know if is because another company has taken over or what but is not great like it used to be

I order Whataburger at least 3x a week after work and I never complain but whoever the girl that works drive thru during night shift needs to be addressed. She always has an attitude and ALWAYS forgets something I paid for. Unless the manager stands behind her, this happens every single time. It has become a habit and I just want it addressed. I love Whataburger, it’s honestly just the night shift usually when I order.

If you only have a 30 min lunch break, don't bother. The speed of service at this location is around 20 minutes. Fries will be cold and entrée will be mediocre at best. I've learned to go across the street to dairy queen as they will make fresher more quality food and they won't jip you out on ingredients in the sandwich. Only reason I come back is because I do love whataburger, but this location will disappoint every time.

Showed up at 10:45 am on 3/20/25, ordered breakfast and went to get a table. Plenty of empty tables but they were all dirty. Cleaned our own table. When our food arrived at the table they didn't offer any condiments & our food was cold. The cheese on our "Bob" wasn't even melted. Second time we have had poor quality food from this location recently.

They always get orders wrong and food is always cold.

As usual, this location always disappoints. Missing bacon on burger, no tartar sauce on the side, and cold fries. Onion rings were fresh at least. We try this location every couple years and have always had issues. Mercedes or Harlingen locations will remain our go to’s. Rockport and Aransas Pass never mess up either. Sux that La Feria location can’t simply do their jobs.

Ordered drive tru and i was cut off and didnt finish ordering what i wanted to order i wanted 6 chicken strips a coke zero no ice and i was gonna continue ordering when the lady just priced me and told me to move foward there was no one behind me i was gonna order a few more items but i didnt want to piss anyone off ive had really bad experiances with this so i just took off i felt rushed and as if i was bothering her Gonna add a new experience i just order and with my order i ordered an ice coffee no ice. I have asked for this same thing at mcds and bk and even wendys and they always give me a full cup today they gave me 3/4 full. This is stupid i payed for a full cup not 3/4

Not only did the food order took over thirty minutes, they charged me twice the same amount. When I called to fix the situation the managers attitude was the worst, instead of trying to help out she pretty much just said oh well we can’t do anything contact another department. Luckily is not a big amount but the attitude is what annoys me the most. Someone needs to speak to that manager.

Almost 20$ for 2 cheeseburgers and onion rings burgers were cold and looked like someone stepped on them love whattaburger but will never go back for cheeseburgers this one in laferia has no customer appreciation terrible

Food was cold. The only thing that was hot were the fries. The restaurant is extremely small, smaller than most whataburgers. There were too many people just sitting there and not eating, just hanging out for some reason. Never seen anything like that. Who goes to hang out at a whataburger? Too many kids just hanging out a goofing off. Some were even throwing food around.

It would seem as if at this point they just don't like me and intentionally mess my order up...they can't get a simple order of only mustard and pickles correct...they repeat the order to me correctly then mark it only pickles and put too many pickles like an FU for asking for only mustard and pickles...I had to finally call and complain after months of wrong orders and long wait times...I could spend 10 bucks and cook a better meal at home if I didn't have to cook for one, I would but they don't even value the customers 10 dollars since they don't care to make the food with love

It was so bad. I waited 15 minutes for a medium coffee and the wrong change. I don't like to bash on WB and I'm a silent customer that just waits. I'm writing this in defense of the others that came after me. Every single one of them got their orders screwed and they were in a hurry. I wasn't. I was humored with my 15 min wait and short changed. WTH!

Hate hate hate this location. They ALWAYS take a long time to get orders out, when they get them right. Employees are nice but look lost most of the time. I'm not from La Feria but I'm sure they would appreciate shorter lines and faster service. This location is in a desperate need of an upgrade.

Terrible service. Very messy and won’t keep track of your order. Very long time to wait too. Ordered just one chicken sandwich and they somehow finished a whole order for a car behind us. (They also managed to get our order wrong too.) I would’ve understood if it was a one or two time thing but we’ve been here a countless amount of times and they always get something wrong.

Didn't want to make this review had the regular hot coffee recently 4 different times in the 8 am time frame every single time the coffee was burnt dark horrible even when I asked for "fresh" coffee. It's un drinkable.

Thought since it was a small town and not as busy as other whataburger locations. Thought they would be faster 🤦‍♀️ I was so wrong. The young girl at the drive thru after I asked to please repeat my order since I figured she didn't get it correct mind uou only change I made was Mayo not the special sauce and drink was half lemonade and sweet tea . As I paid no welcome to whataburger or a thank you, I was just given my debit card and window closed. I checked my order and since I corrected her on the order taking I assumed it was correct. I was soooooo wrong I think the drive thru needs a little more training.

Long time LOVER of Whataburger, this one was a major disappointment. I ordered a Swiss mushroom melt on texas toast with bacon, a power rade, & spicy ketchup. 1. Spent 15 minutes in drive thru while 3 cars that went after me got their food quickly. 2. Bread was only half toasted. 3. No spicy ketchup, no straw 4. Power rade completely watered down. Never eating here again

used mobile app so food would be quicker however the place was dead with only 2 customers in the restaurant. waited 10 minutes in curbside and no one came out to deliver the food. had to walk inside and still waited for the food. got the food and was told i was waiting for pancakes and that why it took 15 extra minutes to get my food. got home and no syrup for the dang pancakes. this Whataburger needs to improve their customers service.

This location seems incapable of preparing orders correctly. I've had to get my order remade here so many times it's absolutely insane. They're also incredibly slow, taking half an hour after being reminded more than once for an order of JUST fries. Even worse, when when you politely tell them you did not get what you ordered they give you attitude.

Some of the employees they have were fired from other restaurants in the same area for good reasons. The current staff they have talk loudly and negatively about customers and just stand around gossiping. Anyway my last visits I just felt uncomfortable because of the same rude always being there and being super passive aggressive so I won't eat here anymore .

Good food but orders took way to long today. Customers waited more than 20-30min to get food. The guy that ordered behind me got his 1st so I had to make a counter visit. I saw 2 other customer complain to manager about food time and they looked fully staffed but so unorganized. This WB used to be my go to...sadly not anymore👎. Was supposed to dine in but took it to go instead. Unsat.

For it being slow they have slow service and gave me extra burnt hash browns in my bread burger. The hash browns were no edible. The burger itself was plain and dry like they overcooked it and didnt put the sauce that comes in the breakfast burger. I didnt make my order complicated, I simply ordered it the way it comes and they completely ruined my breakfast and took forever to cook the food yet the food cane overcooked meaning they're not watching how long the food is cooked. What a terrible experience. I ate it only because I didn't have time to complain and make them remake it since I had to leave immediately after

Worst experience ever. I have visited Whataburger for many years. All the orders on photos were incorrect. Salad was at point of spoiled due to chicken was hot when placed in it. Burgers not even close to ehat was ordered.This is the time for management to notice the sub par quality of the food and customer experience and make changes to improve or just start dismantling the business altogether. They are losing customers left and right. So sad the state of affairs within this once awesome business. Will shoe you the examples of yhe horrible food now being made by individuals that do not care. Maybe if they see this on social media and see themselves doing such a terrible job, that might just "influence" them to do better? Good luck Whataburger. I wish you well...
