The best frozen yogurt I had ever tried. The service was really good.

Cool vibes! Good for kids. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Staff goes out their way to make custom made to order bowls, smoothies, and yogurt treats and more. Beautiful presentation and to top it off.

This is always my go to for açaí when I come in to town! The staff are kind and the owner especially cares about each customers experience. The açaí is delicious with big bowls and plenty of fresh fruit in each bowl. I will always be back!

Service was good. There was a young girl working when I went and she was very kind and professional. The cheesecake flavor was amazing. I hope they never remove it. 10/10 would come back again.

The costumer service was amazing. I came in very unfamiliar with açaí bowls and the employee took the time to ensure me I was getting something I would enjoy. The patience and feeling of welcoming made it a great experience, I would definitely come here again.

I recently visited and was impressed by the really good frozen yogurt. The staff was also amazing, super friendly, and helpful! The only thing I would suggest is adding some music to create a more fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a great experience!

I was craving boba so bad … and this is the 3rd time I’ve tried this place and I’m always disappointed . When I say FRAPPÉ , I mean frappé . Ik I’m not crazy , and frappe means BLENDED WITH ICE right ? and every single time … they give it to me watery . Today , the girl gave it to me super watery …. Didn’t ask me what size I wanted , and also didn’t ask me what flavor I wanted mixed w my ginger shot either . If I wanted my boba watery , I would have just asked for it over ice instead don’t you think ? Jesus. Now I gotta drink a hot and watery boba.

Very strict on their froyo proportions and the candy was stale. Seems like it was out for a few days, it was hard and didn’t add flavor to our yogurts. Place was clean but the toppings were disappointing and not fresh considering the amount we got + the weight we paid for them. Wouldn’t come here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely skip this place for another yogurt place..TERRIBLE SERVICE. This team has no idea what time management and communication is.…now I’m another bad review of countless ones. How is this place still here with so many bad reviews?!?

We waited for 30 minutes in the drive through before having our order taken. About five families walked in after we had been waiting and they got their food before we did. The service is extremely slow. I understand everything is made in the store, however, the whole point of a drive through is for quicker service. This is completely unacceptable. Exotic berry is usually my favorite boba place but I guess I’m going to have to find somewhere else since this is not the first time this has happened.

I usually enjoy coming here because it’s close to where I live for a sweet treat but I’m disappointed that the chocolate frozen yogurt flavor is always out or not working. It’s been multiple visits now, and each time I ask, I’m told it’s either down or unavailable. Chocolate is a classic staple — it’s frustrating not being able to have it. I hope this gets fixed soon, because it really takes away from the full experience.

My issue was they gave attitude and your footage may be able to pick that up. If you’re going to hire this young girl make sure she knows to separate her work life and her personal life. Giving attitude to an innocent customer isn’t cute.
