I believe we had a fairly new server and she was great. Very attentive and friendly. Checked on us often. First time patrons. Honey glazed 🥐 were brought prior to us ordering. Two people ordered the sweet tea drinks and they were very pleasing. We ordered appetizers and two salads. There were four chicken tenders, chips and salsa, and queso as well as Spinach dip on the appetizer. I also ordered onion rings. The two people should have shared the salad it was so massive and filled with chicken. The onion ring stack and rhe appetizers were plenty for us and we took plenty home for the air fryer later tomorrow. Honey mustard dressing and the ranch were very tasty. Over all experience was muy bueno.

Service wasn't too bad as it was a bit crowded however could have done a little better. My fiancé and I went here on a dinner date all in all the food was divine. My fiancé said his burger was a little burnt but still ate it. The chocolate hot fudge Sunday cake was delicious and it's definitely shareable ❤️❤️

What a great dinner experience with my family! Great customer service -Ryan our Waiter pays attention to detail! Great atmosphere! Reception service is superb! Greg server is awesome with his charisma in speaking with customers! Waitress Alicia was so willing to help and checked on us knowing she was not assigned to our table, but working as a team member to assist customers. Manager Thomas gave great credit to his TEAM and recognized his TEAM for their success! The coconut shrimp n chicken, chicken tenders, fried chicken dinner, and the chicken Alfredo entrees were exceptionally delicious! Definitely a place to visit and enjoy! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Manager Thomas- your leadership is truly reflected by your superb team members! Thank you!

I went on Friday and Saturday back to back days in the middle of dinner rush. Wait was as expected about 15-20 minutes. Friday food was fantastic and hot. Saturday however as seen in the pictures we received cold food. Steak was not cooked to order and and chicken tenders were cold and chewy. I hate complaining but my wife did and a manager quickly had our entire order redone. It was perfect that time. However I would have docked a star but my wife said not to because my appetizer never came and our waitress was scarcely seen. We finally received our chips and queso after our 2nd re-cooked dinner came out.

Everything was very delicious. The steak was a little over seasoned in my opinion. It was a little strong and over powered the meat flavor. The meat was tender and was cooked to medium rare with that pink center. Very good. I highly recommend trying the Spinach dip, it is creamy and tasty! The atmosphere was very nice as well!

Cheddars is my best restaurant here in Harlingen. they make everything from scratch and it's always hot and delicious. Can't stop going there. You must try.

The restaurant was extremely clean and the waitstaff were incredible. service was prompt and the entire staff were extremely accommodating even with such a large group.

Great last minute dinner after a long day at hospital. Ordered and food came fast n hot. Staff was on point. Got a table fairly quickly. Got the croissants and they were delightful. Son said hamburger was amazing.

Here's a review of my recent dinner at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Harlingen, Texas: My recent dining experience at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen was largely positive. The food, for the most part, was fantastic. My steak was cooked exactly as ordered – a perfect medium rare – and the accompanying steamed broccoli was also spot on. The sweet carrots, however, weren't my favorite part of the meal. They were a little too sweet for my taste. On the other hand, the potato soup was quite good. My only wish is that Cheddar's offered a wider variety of soups to choose from. My Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, but unfortunately, it was overdressed. Next time, I'll definitely ask for the dressing on the side. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, the overall quality of the food was great. Additionally, the service we received was very good. All in all, I had a pleasant dinner at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and would definitely recommend it.

Typical Cheddars restaurant. Food was ok. Went in mid afternoon and not busy. Took a few minutes to be waited on after being seated immediately. Server took our order and then..... waited about 25 minutes before being checked on no food. Another waitress asked why we had not gotten our food. After another few minutes, food finally arrived. Was never asked for anything else or even refills, desert or whatever. Not a good experience today. Food was typical for Cheddars.

I stopped by during lunch and ordered the beer-battered fish from the lunch menu. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The beer batter was more like chicken tender breading. Well I had a order to go for our son he wanted to sirloin steak and chicken tenders. I told the server and he wants the steak cooked medium so when I get home, I give it to him, he gets mad, because his steak was overcooked dry as leather y'all need to teach y'all cooks how to make a steak better because if they can't grill a steak right they are not chefs they are line cooks.I will not return to your restaurant.
