We ordered Haoyun chowmein which was delicious, not too oily and salty but lot of meat and veggies. 150 Mx Pesos We also ordered Sopa de wonton. It look small but lot of chicken, wonton and delicious soup. 175 Mx Pesos. I think Haoyun derserved 5 stars in Matzalan. We spend about 20USD with 2 soda drinks

I think Chinese restaurants are pretty common these days, and to some extent, this type of cuisine might not seem so appealing anymore. However, in my opinion, this place changes your perspective. I was just passing through Mazatlán, so I didn't have much time or money to be looking for or browsing restaurants, and I stumbled upon this pleasant spot. It's quite spacious; I doubt it gets crowded since it looks small from the entrance. They offer takeout, and believe me, the service is really good. They have a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price considering the location. Personally, if you're really hungry and short on cash, I recommend reading the menu and choosing a combo meal at the end. As you can see in the photos, it was enough to fill a very hungry stomach and was totally worth it. Don't just take my word for it; visit the place. Finally, I'll just say that I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars.

I had high hopes given the rating of this Chinese place near my apartment. Those hopes were dashed pretty quickly after we walked in. The dining room stuffy and smelled highly of cleaning product (which I’m happy they clean but it was overwhelming). Our server was very pleasant and put up with our beginners Spanish. However despite being the only table there it was hard to get anything to the table. We didn’t get our soft drinks for quite a while. Then we were long finished with our drinks by the time our meals arrived. We ordered more soft drinks and that took another ten minutes. The food itself was bland and overly breaded. I don’t imagine we will return.

Nunca había comido comida china tan simple y desabrida, el precio ya de por si se siente exagerado, pero mientras comes llega un punto en el que sencillamente te sientes timado. Pedí un paquete personal para probar varias cosas diferentes y cada platillo hacía más difícil comer el siguiente. No es que sea un sazón malo, es que sencillamente el sazón no existe

Poorly served, little rice, little stew, the flavor is decent. This type of restaurant lives off tourists because I don't think locals will return.

Bizarre food. I ordered the meal for 1 and it came with a bunch of stuff I've never seen before in any other Chinese restaurant. Definitely would not go back.
