I love it. It's one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it if you want to buy roast chicken. Especially the potatoes—they're delicious.
The good: huge parking lot, fat chickens, well cooked, good flavor, fast service, above fair price. To improve: the attitude of the employees. It's not bad, but it can be polished. Advisable.
It's worth mentioning that Pollo Pechugón is in a great location, very visible, and best of all, they're already serving you when you arrive—it's almost magical. It's as if they already have the chicken ready, knowing exactly what you're going to buy and that you need to buy chicken. Personally, I like it because I only have 5-10 minutes to get there and leave with my purchase complete, ready to go home and enjoy lunch with my family. Without a doubt, I recommend it because I really like Pollo Pechugón, and so do my family. The only problem is that when they're busy, it can take up to 30 minutes to be served, but for the delicious taste of Pollo Pechugón, I'm willing to wait. Thanks, I hope my comment is helpful. Bye!

The place looks a bit run down, but the price is high, which they make up for with the toppings they give you, like papas and tacos tostados. There's no dining room, just a counter.

The good: The packages and promotions, the potatoes, fast service and delivery, good-sized chickens, good flavor. The bad: Prices a bit high, the space is small and there's no shade if you have to wait, and there's no variety of side dishes.
I've been buying Pechugon since I lived in Cancun. It's the best chicken! Here in Merida, the potatoes need a bit more flavor; the original seasoning isn't there. The tacos don't look appetizing. But overall, it's just as good as any other. The staff at the branch aren't very friendly. Good thing they're in Merida now!!!

I just bought a package and they gave me burnt chicken.
The roasted chicken and potatoes taste good. The tacos dorados are pretty bad, as they're just hard, fried tortillas. The prices are appropriate for the product. They maintain normal COVID measures. The cleanliness of the place is poor.
Supervise your staff, as this weekend I came across the appalling audacity of them drinking alcohol.
They sold me a raw chicken. The worst part is that this isn't the first time. It happened to me years ago at the same store. They've already lowered the quality again.
The chicken was awful. They gave me a charred chicken, probably from the day before or even that same day, but burnt to a crisp. I didn't realize it because they don't serve it to you in front of you; there's a small screen covering where they're serving it. I only saw it when I got home. Honestly, I didn't go back to complain because I live a bit far away and only bought it on the go. They don't accept cards, and the chicken alone costs $200. It's not worth it. If you're thinking of buying from them, ask for a chicken that's on the rotisserie where you can see it.
