I've been buying Pechugon since I lived in Cancun. It's the best chicken! Here in Merida, the potatoes need a bit more flavor; the original seasoning isn't there. The tacos don't look appetizing. But overall, it's just as good as any other. The staff at the branch aren't very friendly. Good thing they're in Merida now!!!

The roasted chicken and potatoes taste good. The tacos dorados are pretty bad, as they're just hard, fried tortillas. The prices are appropriate for the product. They maintain normal COVID measures. The cleanliness of the place is poor.

The chicken was awful. They gave me a charred chicken, probably from the day before or even that same day, but burnt to a crisp. I didn't realize it because they don't serve it to you in front of you; there's a small screen covering where they're serving it. I only saw it when I got home. Honestly, I didn't go back to complain because I live a bit far away and only bought it on the go. They don't accept cards, and the chicken alone costs $200. It's not worth it. If you're thinking of buying from them, ask for a chicken that's on the rotisserie where you can see it.
