Works great with the app. You get your order pretty fast, unless it's busy, but even then, it's still fast. I'm going to be honest, though: the biscuit minis are not great simply because the biscuit is not biscuit. Which then made me notice the biscuit on the sandwich too. This biscuit is like more bun than biscuit. Anyway, I don't want to carry on. It's not an issue specific to this location. Staff here is great. the place is super clean. Great store.

I wasn't sure if this Chick-fil-a was open for dine-in, since the app said carry out only and Google maps said no dine-in, but I went to check it out and it is open for dine in. I just ordered carry out and then found a place to sit. However, seating is limited and a lot of the seating is those long high tables that multiple people/parties sit at. I went around 3pm and barely found a seat.

Unequivocally the best Chick-fil-A we've ever been to in the city, Manhattan or Brooklyn included. Super fast order. Food was great. Restaurant, and even the bathrooms, were spotless. Bathrooms consisted several separate "family" bathrooms from what we saw. Service was outstanding, with two people separately going above and beyond of their own volition. Restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Even restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Restaurant is kid-friendly. Large restaurant, clean store, and plenty of space for families. Not hectic when we visited at all.

Possibly the best fast food experience Ive ever had. They were so fast, like no line up even though the place appeared to be full, took my order and they had it ready for me before I could even grab a napkin. With it coming so fast I thought maybe it wouldnt be fresh? Wrong. Hot and juicy freshly prepared. I couldnt believe it. Also the cleanest spot I ate at probably all week in Manhattan. Amazing! And of course, it was delicious!

Very high level of service as well as delicous food. This was our first visit at a Chick-fil-A as we were visiting from Denmark - but definitely not our last visit. All the food was tasty and not greasy as in many other fast food restaurants. The staff forgot all about our order but Clark the manager sorted everything out in a very satisfying manner and also offered us complimentary gift certificates to be used at any Chick-fil-A restaurant - so thank you, its highly appreciated.

I walked into this establishment expecting them to live up to the chic fil a standard. They did not disappoint. A FEW MINUTES AFTER ORDERING, i received my order and after I thanked them, they replied “my pleasure.” It was exactly what I expected from the chic fil a culture, so five stars. It is a busy location, but the cashiers are pretty quick with taking orders. There is not much seating for it to be located in this area. People are good with letting you share a table with them. I was able to enjoy my lunch and relax for 20 minutes after.

Excellent service and fresh food! This is my first time ever writing a review for a fast-food place, but Chick-fil-A truly impressed me. I’ve never experienced such outstanding service at any other fast-food restaurant. The entire night-shift crew on 6/6/2025 was great, but I want to especially recognize the staff member working in the dining area. He wasn’t just cleaning, he made sure the space was welcoming, checked on guests, and worked with such a kind and service-minded attitude. His effort really stood out. If I could give more than 5 stars for this location, I would!

I came alone and at first I thought there was an extra dining area on the 2nd floor but no. The cashiers was Kia, a very polite and sweet young lady. This was THE BEST fast food restaurant I have ever went too! The employees were all super competent and really friendly. I got my food like two minutes after ordering and they gave me a free treat card for it being “late”. Faster than any other place is late for them that’s how great their standard is. My friends who went somehow got their food near instantly. Also the floor and tables were super clean and constantly being cleaned. Food was yummy as well. Would recommend 10/10 I think all restaurants should try to be this standard.

It's my first time in this Chick-fil-A. As soon as I got on line, there was a server with a menu in her hand and a tablet to take my order. After placing the order, I was directed to the cashier. I paid for the order, and my food and drink were ready in less than 5 minutes. I noticed there was a pleasant young lady cleaning up tables constantly sweeping the floor and emptying full trash bins. I liked the feel of this Chick-fil-A. I definitely will be returning.

Since I work in the area I get greeted by cashiers Stevie and Josh often. They are the sweetest. 10/10 customer service always making sure I’m taken care of. Retail is hard especially at 34th but they enjoy what they do and the people they serve. Give them a raise! You boys are the best!!!

Most Chick-fil-A’s provide great food and service including this location. The pickup was pretty fast, and the food was good. However, when comparing this Chick-fil-A with other locations, it lacks just a bit. The pickup went by slower, despite having less people. The location has amazing seating and is spacious with many tables and chairs. The walls are decorative and add to the aesthetic. It was not too busy at around 4pm.The location is near Herald Square and K-Town making it very appealing. It is located near the 1/2/3/A/B/C/E/D/F/N/R/Q trains, m34 bus, LIRR, and PATH trains.

Christmas in NYC, near Macy's on 34th St. Line was long but handled so very quickly and efficiently. By the time husband finished paying, food was being delivered to our table. CFAs and nuggets hot and delicious. Fries hot, soft and a little salty, just like I like thm. Peppermit shakes delicious! Staff friendly, attentive, handing out napkins and clearing away quickly. Marco, the manager, and all staff very friendly and engaging. Definitely eat here!

My 2nd Chick-fil-A visit in 8 years (due to non-chicken eating family members). The staff member (Fuchsia) patiently helped me choose my entree, and after finding out why my family member only wanted fries, she informed me of the vegetarian wraps and that one could request to skip chicken in any of their salad options. We met the Chick-fil-A cow and witnessed the moo competition🎊, and look forward to our next visit as my daughter loved the waffle fries and milkshake🌟

From the moment I walked in the e restaurant was full of people but I didn’t have to wait at all before my order was taken ! Richard took my order and ask for my name so he can call my name when my food ready instead of a number on the receipt! As soon as I get my change back my name was call it was literally less than 3 minute for them to fill my order! I was amazed ! I love the fried it was hot and crispy not too salty the sandwich was good it was nice and hot!! After I finish with my sandwich the employee walk around hand out napkins it was perfect timing !! And as soon as I finish my drink the employee would walk over told me there is free refill!! The service here is outstanding and unexpected for a fast food restaurant!! I was there almost every day getting a strawberry milkshake during my time in America and I’ve never been in Chick-fil-A before. I was made to feel welcome and treated really well, the staff worked constantly to keep the dining area clean and was always asking if customers needed anything. I miss my strawberry milkshakes, I wonder if any of the stuff remembers the name I was giving them (Milton) and then eventually (Milly). I’ll be back next year!!

After a week of eating my way through New York City, I walked into Chick-fil-A with low expectations, hoping only for a decent chicken sandwich and maybe a place to sit where I wouldn’t stick to the seat. The tables gleamed, the floors were pristine, and the whole place smelled like it had been scrubbed clean by a team of angels. It was almost too much to process after a week in the gritty, grimy reality of New York dining. I had just spent the past several days dodging everything from mysterious puddles to the ever-present aroma of city life creeping into every restaurant. New York, for all its culinary wonders, has somehow turned into a giant public restroom in the process. You’d think I’d have gotten used to it by now, but no amount of nostalgia can prepare you for the state of the city’s dining establishments. Walking into Chick-fil-A felt like I had crossed into a parallel universe—one where the staff smiled, the service was efficient, and the floors didn’t have that layer of dirt you could skate on. I sat down to enjoy my sandwich and almost forgot I was still in New York. Unbelievable. In a city that’s turned into a toilet, this was the cleanest spot I’d found all week. Between the juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken and the immaculate surroundings, I had to wonder: how did Chick-fil-A pull this off? It’s a fast-food joint, for crying out loud! Yet somehow, they managed to outshine some of New York’s “finest” eateries in both service and sanitation. Now, if only the rest of the city could take a page out of their playbook.

First time coming to this Chick - Fil - A on 34St and I bought grilled chicken nuggets, Grilled chicken maple bacon sandwich, Mac n cheese and a milkshake. The sandwich was very sloppy but other than that I enjoyed the nuggets and the side of Mac n cheese. The service here was pretty good the worker that took my order was very patient and friendly; however, this had to be the smallest Chick - fil- a that I’ve been too. Heading upstairs towards the seating area was very very small and half of the tables were dirty and I just felt like I ate in filth when there was worker upstairs doing absolutely nothing while he should’ve been cleaning the tables.

Good for quick stop by. We visited this place on 4th of July. Food was okay! We ordered some fries, spicy chicken meal, a peach shake. Fries were too large and not fried properly. Chicken was okay and peach shake is good but not as good as oreo or other shakes. We asked for creamy salsa and they charged us additional. This is the only place I saw charging for creamy salsa so far. As its 4th of July, unfortunately we didnt get any discounts or perks which we felt really bad. I mean its bare minimum we can expect on 4th of July. Overall experience is average, may be because of busy spot and hurry to finish orders somehow they are missing the real Chick-fila-A taste and originality. Wish they can keep that because its tourists from worldwide visit that.

The food itself was also good, but a bit pricey. I would’ve given 5 stars but the prices were the only problem really but that’s just a New York thing. Ate chicken strips. It was tasty and surely the best in all QSR competitors. The staff is great and they ensure top notch customer service. Not seen in many other places. This usually a busy place. Acces to clean washroom . Free WiFi access was helpful as my travelling sim stopped working.

The most bitter pineapple dragonfruit lemonade I ever purchased from any chic fil a. No sugar or sweetener added. Waste of money. Staff said thats how it should taste and Ive ordered the same drink at many locations. This one was the worst. Great service!

Not good compared to the other locations I’ve visited. I didn’t receive the quality I’ve been taught to expect. :( Fries weren’t fresh. Lukewarm and kinda soggy. The deluxe chicken sandwich was not fresh. Lukewarm. Bread relatively stale. The vanilla milkshake started to taste kinda sour…then I looked at it and saw it looked like this 🤢

Don’t know what it is about this location, but they need some QC. 2 out of 3 times I purchased an chicken sandwich here, the chicken had woody breast syndrome. Very unappetizing. Additionally, the 2 times i bought hashbrowns here, they were not cooked correctly. You could tell the oil they cooked them in was not at the right temperature (not hot enough, the hashbrown absorbed the oil). Two stars since at least the service is as expected of chickfila.

Usually this is a great place but for some reason the food got my wife and I sick. We both had the spicy chicken southwest salad with avocado lime dressing And a water. Both were feeling like crap on the way home. Threw out the salad as soon as we got out the subway from the fear of continuing to eat and get sick.

There’s always one rude person that makes me feel uncomfortable when I enter this store. I stop at this store or Starbucks on my way to my ft job after getting off my pT job. I have about 2 hrs in between so I buy something to eat and/or a coffee, make calls, send emails and charge my phone. Two ppl in particular were very rude on multiple occasions. A young man who seems like he’s apart of the lgbt community and a young lady who I never seen before.the guy is promise every time and speaks with an attitude and is very dismissive. He go around offering other customer things like napkins, dispose garbage if needed and refills. I have to ask for these things and it’s the same way all the time.

I bought salad and I mentioned to the manager that the lettuce and tomato are old. The cherry tomatoes are testing different so the manager told me that it’s fresh. There’s no way the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh because the color was different and it’s not my first time eating lettuce. I don’t think I will keep getting the salad from here anymore as you can find it anyway more fresher.

As I am a MTA worker I thought about visiting while working in the area. I was pleased when greeted by a friendly young lady, to expedite my order. When it became my turn to approach the counter I was greeted by another woman, who asked my name and located my order. I paid via cash $20. She left the counter to assemble my order and returned, simultaneously she bid me good Day. I kindly alerted her that she did not give me my change. She replied that she doesn't remember not giving it to me. She called for another employee wearing a blue shirt, unlike her uniform Who informed me that she would be verifying her drawer. I waited, and the server followed. Upon opening my bag of food, I saw the receipt for the transaction. I waited approximately 7 minutes. When the two employee's returned they gave me my change. I received an apology However, I don't think it's good policy and procedure to put the receipt in the bag. Customer should be given change in their hand courteously. Perhaps this incident would've not occurred and ruined a good establishment visit. I was not offered anything other than an apology as my food was cold. Blessings to your establishment, I have visited in Atlanta and a new restaurant in Nassau County and I pray that management at this location will hire competent employees, that will represent you well.

This review regards to MOD DESTINY, poor & disrespectful behavior. I ordered a breakfast bowl, and some nuggets on the side. The breakfast come with a side of hash browns, Destiny hands my ordered, immediately checked and noticed hash browns are missing. Destiny, insinuated that I took the hash brown, saying the hash browns are there, I prepared the order myself. I replied, you do not what you are doing because hash browns are missing. Instead of correcting her mistake, she checked the system the took another few minutes, comes back with my side hash browns. No apology, just silent. Extremely dissatisfied with this location and treated like that by Destiny. Corporate should re-train her, and revised her behavior towards customers. Breakfast bowl, also half empty, the portion is totally incorrect. Waste of time at this location.
