Worst Subway in the area. They are always out of something every time I have been in there. Whomever owns this location or manages it needs to do something to make this place better. The place is always clean but always out of products.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Subway I have ever been too. They are ALWAYS out of stuff and the workers are awful. We have been in this place 3 times in the last month and a half, and they are always out of chips and the soda machine is either not working or the drinks are flat. Today it was no chips again and out of lettuce at 3:40 pm.

Watch how they overcharge you read to the end and then behind that she is keeping worth more of the food back from what she was supposed to put on the sandwich. Then she asked me if I wanted anything on my sandwich and I said no and she still put roast beef on there and charged me for it and then did not give me all of the roast beef. She only gave me a small portion on the sandwich to keep for herself and then she put some other meat on there. Wish you was supposed to put the full portion on there. She still did not do it. My sandwich is flat and full of vegetables. It was not a Subway sandwich as I supposed to be. I won't go here anymore while she is there

Every time I come here they never answer the drive through! I pulled up to the window to pick up my mobile order and since no one answered I pulled up to the window the man working tonight signaled to come inside. I don’t understand why they never cater to drive through. If I could give a zero star I would.

Got food poisoning from this place today. Late last night got dinner from here. In the morning…. My stomach was feeling off, but my 10:00 AM I was puking and having super frequent bowel movements. Will never eat here again

I ordered from the website and went to pick it up, but the system voided my order and I was charged for the order. I went inside the store and showed the clerk that the order was voided by the system and the charge on my card off my phone. Using her phone she was using her phone to translate to me that she couldn’t do anything without the receipt. I ended up ordering it in the store, but at a higher price than online. I have been calling the store all morning to talk with a manager, but no one is answering the phone! I went through the website and had to chat, but still no response. I’m very frustrated with Subways response, and though it is not much money, I still want what I was charged back! I also usually give positive Google reviews, but in this case, I will not leave a positive review unless I hear from someone!

Ordered two sandwiches for pick up, my wife and I thought they literally forgot to put the meat on there. They basically half assed the entire sandwich by missing the correct servings. Where is the meat??? No wonder this location is ALWAYS EMPTY, I found the worst subway!!! I’m never coming back to this location!!

4-6-24 the food they made was disgusting. They put the wrong ingredients some sauce. I don’t even know what that sauce was not only that, but the bread was broken in pieces. I don’t know what kind of liquid they put in there. The bread was soggy, and once I opened it up fell off the two black African ladies in the front are rude and very unprofessional. I’m a customer who paid almost $30 for their meal and they seem to have a problem with me complaining to them about it. This is what I paid for and they said somehow I’m beingoverreactive

*****I felt the need to record the encounter because certain situations are so real, and some people deny any wrongdoing. Despite my respectful demeanor, the woman was speaking to me disrespectfully, so I recorded the interaction to illustrate her behavior professionally.***** I work for Uber Eats and was picking up an order at Subway. While waiting for the order, I asked to use the restroom, but was refused because I wasn’t a paying customer. I explained that I was there for an order, but the employee became disrespectful. There were no signs indicating a restroom policy. I felt discriminated against and believe the employee’s behavior was unprofessional. I hope this feedback reaches Subway’s corporate management to address such incidents. I'm considering posting the video on social media to illustrate why certain individuals shouldn't work in a restaurant environment if they can't maintain a professional demeanor. It's important to highlight instances of poor customer service to encourage better practices in the industry. The racism/ situation I experienced is completely unacceptable. Moreover, I haven't mentioned yet that they even called the police on me, though I remained polite throughout the interaction. Such behavior, while rude, should still be addressed with professionalism."

I’ve been here a handful of times to grab lunch for my boss and I but I’ve never had such a bad experience. They are advertising that there under new management too which makes it worse. The employees were rude and putting what looked like old wilted vegetables on the sandwiches to the point that you couldn’t close the sandwich making them soggy by time you can eat them. I tried asking them to put less and was ignored.. not going back to this location again..

Shut the place down!! I’ve given them chance after chance and I really wanted to like them but they just don’t care about food presentation or customer service. My protein bowl was given to me wrapped in plastic wrap because they didn’t have any lids and then my meat was whole instead of chopped up. The person that’s over this particular restaurant need to retrain all employees. Every week that I go here it’s always something.

It's 3:25 Dec 17th Saturday afternoon. Whoever is working this shift ran up to the door and locked it as I was walking up. Seems suspicious you have employees locking themselves in your store during operation hours. Get better help. Multiple customers driving away.
