Bōl offers a generally positive dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere, though some find the food inconsistent. Standout service from staff like Manuel, Kenneth, Pedro, Sydney, and Thao is frequently praised. General Tso's chicken and wonton soup are popular.

The Bōl Hollywood inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a great spot for delicious Vietnamese and Asian fusion food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavors. The Vietnamese spring rolls, pho, pad thai, and fried rice are definitely highlights. The service was excellent and the food came out fast, which was perfect since I didn’t have a reservation and was seated right away. They also have a nice variety of crafted drinks. It is super convenient being inside the casino, so you can grab a great meal and then go enjoy the games. Highly recommended if you are at the Hard Rock and craving flavorful Asian cuisine.
My family loved their food. The food was fresh and tasty and came out hot and prepared well. We will definitely come back again. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is very nice. Our server Thao, was very nice, and a great server.
Relatively fast service considering how incredibly busy this place can get! A bit pricey but that's to be expected at any Hard Rock Casino. All in all, a good choice if you're at the casino!
There was 15 mins wait time, but it’s worth to wait, food is delicious staff is super friendly. We had a good time.
It brought my wife and daughter to eat some Chinese food. This was my first time at this specific location. The food was great and service was fast.
The food is ok. It didn’t pack in the flavor like we were hoping for, especially the spice on the spicy wontons, but the service makes up for it. You should expect high prices since it’s in a casino, but that is a given. My kungpao chicken was good. A little bland but had the essence of the flavors and the filling in the dumplings was exactly as expected. We wanted more kick from the sauce. My friend liked her chicken dish. I think she did the orange chicken or general tsao. I can’t remember. I had a bite and it was as expected so you won’t be disappointed. Our server Kelvin was awesome. Friendly and personable and knew the menu in and out.
Always consistent, Always delicious!! Great music & vibes too! I prefer ordering a bowl of beef pho (with extra brisket on the side) over any of the fried options at other Hard Rock restaurants. Great for watching the game at the bar too! I’ve tried other dishes as well like the rice with steak, chicken & shrimp and that was very tasty as well. You can’t go wrong with anything off the menu. Enjoy!
Went to The Bol last night, had the General Tso’s chicken and it was reaaaally good (also the Hibiscus margarita was amazing)— crispy, tasty, just right. Manuel was super friendly and made the whole experience even better.
Really nice restaurant with a nice interior decor. The food was good but my pho wasn’t even hot. The soup was warm but not hot as I expected to be. The other dishes were good and flavorful, I just wouldn’t get a pho next time, not the best dish. Service was good and the vibes were nice as well.
When on vacation we have found it fun to stop in different Casinos and try our luck. While at the Hard Rock Cafe Casino, we stopped in Bōl for dinner. The first thing we noticed was how nice the atmosphere is. The restaurant gives off a "high end" vibe, without being a high end restaurant. The food was great, nothing we ordered was the best food we ever had, but it was all really good. The chicken wings were crispy, and the sauce was very flavorful. My chicken lo mein was great, I appreciated the fact that they did not over do it with the celery. My wife enjoyed her Salmon a lot, it needed salt but that brought out all of the flavors. She wasn't too much of a fan of the bok choy but I enjoyed it! The prices were a little higher than I would have liked to pay for Chinese food that wasn't anything special. Even still we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The service was also great, our waitress was very kind and helpful. If we came back to the casino we would probably try another one of the restaurants first before coming back because there's several others there, but I would recommend this place for some good Chinese or a date night.
This is my family and I’s go to restaurant. The food is always great and everyone is very nice here. We always go for their wonton soup, xo fried rice, and their shrimp pad thai.

Came here with my girlfriend and had the fried rice. the food came out quick and was amazing. Also appreciation to our amazing waiter Sydney who gave us some amazing drink recommendations.
Food was delicious and Pedro was outstanding! Made it a very pleasurable dining experience, thank you Pedro 😊
I had an amazing birthday dinner here at The Bol. Our server Betsy was fabulous from the drink choice to recommended food choices. She knows her stuff! Betsy Boo it was a pleasure meeting you. Keep up the great work that you do! Your pleasant, kind & sassy ways makes dining here awesome! 💜
The service was excellent. Betsy was terrific and accommodated my vegetarian needs and shellfish allergy. they made a special dish i created.. with broccoli, carrots, waterchestnuts and peanuts in a light low sodium soy sauce. Music was great and not overpowering. great atmosphere. Very friendly we don't always see this in South Florida. I was impressed. Betsy especially made it a great experience.
Where do i start!! I recently had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the excellent service provided by our server, Adrian. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Adrian’s recommendations were spot-on with every special being neatly spoken over… and he really knew the menu well. the combination of great food and Adrian's top-notch service made for a fantastic evening. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is beautiful, with a very cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, but what really made the difference was Manuel’s service. His kindness and attentiveness made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Had an awesome dinner here! Manuel took care of us and was super chill and helpful. He suggested the branzino and wow — so good! Crispy skin, super flavorful. Definitely coming back for more. Thanks, Manuel!
This was my first time here and I was blown away by the service and the food. Everything was spectacular our server Silvia C was amazing, her recommendations were on point and the food "wow" for sure I will be back. Great job Silvia!
My new favorite restaurant!! Shout out to Sydney she is so friendly and knowledgeable we went with her food and drink recommendations and had the best experience! Can’t wait to come back!
Manuel was our server, and he made our dining experience exceptional! He gave thoughtful recommendations on the best dishes, took the time to ask about any allergies, and suggested some delicious specials. His attention to detail and warm personality truly stood out. The service was prompt, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We left with smiles and are excited to return for another great experience!
My wife and I dined here over the weekend and all I can say is wow. This is a nice spot. The food was great, the drinks were perfect and our server Betsy was phenomenal. She was very attentive and had great recommendations. We will be returning for sure.
Went in for a couple drinks and had a great bartender, Sydney. Excellent drinks, service and experience! When I go again will be sure to make sure Sydney is the one to take care of me again!
The other night my husband and I ate at the bol. Our server Alexis was wonderful! She greeted us in a timely manner with a smile. It was our first time eating here so we had lots of questions but she took it with grace and was so helpful! We started with the Vietnamese spring rolls and for the main course, the new shrimp special and the beef pho! Everything was delicious! It was overall a great evening and we can’t wait to come back!
I had a fantastic dining experience! My server, Izzy, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. I tried the pork dumplings and the Vietnamese rice with short ribs, which was absolutely delicious—the short ribs were tender and juicy, and the rice complemented the dish perfectly. Highly recommend both dishes, and I'll definitely be returning!
Betsy was my waitress and she was so vibrant!! Lived her energy and her service was super on point! Never had to look for her for anything. She anticipated everything that I needed before I could even ask. Loved the steam fish! That’s definitely my favorite fish! Ask for Betsy if you plan on eating here!
Went last night as we heard of the place before. Our server was Manuel and he gave a really good service, he was nice and made nice food suggestions, checking for allergies and explaining the dishes in a good way to understand what we were getting! Hibiscus Margarita was my favorite drink and general Tso’s was amazing as well!! 🤗
Had dinner here before a show at the hard rock live since it was the only restaurant with first come first serve seating and the wait was only 20 min compared to an hour in the other restaurants of the casino. Our server was very efficient, and proactive. Shoutout to Valentina for the great service! Food was very enjoyable and portions were generous. Great spot with affordable prices for the casino.
Went the other night for my friends bday. Pedro was the man. Took my shellfish allergy very seriously which made me comfortable.
I had an exceptional dining experience at The Bol The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly stood out was our server, Adrian. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent menu recommendations. Every dish was delicious, and Adrian's friendly demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!
Amazing experience through and through. Great food isn’t hard to find (although the food here was definitely 😋 👌🏼, but kudos to this place for servers like Betsy. What an intuitive and kind ability to serve as many tables as she did and still do so gracefully with each one. Not to mention, it was definitely a team mind set. Other servers displayed much of that same essence. You can’t go wrong eating here for a nice night out.
I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly stood out. We were warmly welcomed by Alyssa, our hostess — she was so sweet, friendly and made us feel right at home. Our server, Manuel, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He reccomended dishes that were delicious. Big thanks to the staff for making our evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
I was very surprised and impressed with my experience. (Greverly) The server was amazing, she was super pleasant and very kind. I would come again just due to the experience. The food was delicious too, husband and I had the Combo Pork belly. Delicious!
My boyfriend and I come here almost every week and always sit at the bar. The service is consistently above and beyond—Richard and Allison are absolutely amazing! We can’t say enough good things about this place, from the food and drinks to the top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Wow!! Incredible service from the most delightful Pedro!!!! Delicious food with wonderful flavor. The soups are large, great to share or not.. Recommend the extra sauces for the appetizers, amazing! Special thank you to Pedro. He is the best, extraordinarily kind and attentive server you could dream of, he made our entire night! Cheers!
My husband and I came to hard rock live to watch counting crows but we decided to eat at bol prior to the show. We were greeted by Jose and rich both were hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu. Jose didn't skip a beat taking care of us and also the rest of the guest he was handling service like I had never seen someone do. I was amazed on how efficient and effortless he made doing so much seem. Will come back just for them. Food was good and fast.
Pedro did a wonderful job of making it a memorable experience. We are really enjoying the HardRock. We came back and everything was better than ever. Pedro outdid himself
Pedro was really attentive to all our needs, even before we realized we needed anything! Warm n enthusiastic, thanks for a wonderful experience, Pedro!! Great food, great vibe, wonderful experience !!
Excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmospher,we’ll definitely be returning!! They also have a very nice Gluten Free menu.
We wanted to say service was great and food as well. Our server, Alberto went far and beyond to make sure our table was clean and our order taken and that my husband had a view of the sports on TV. Very kind and professional. Never had an issue with any of the servers, they are all on point.
Title: Late-Night Chinese Delights at Bol, Hard Rock Cafe Fort Lauderdale! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Bol at Hard Rock Cafe in Fort Lauderdale is a hidden gem for late-night Chinese food lovers. With its vibrant ambiance and friendly staff, Bol offers an extensive menu of delicious Chinese dishes. The Kung Pao shrimp is a must-try. Plus, the best part is that Bol stays open late, making it the perfect spot for a late-night feast. Don't miss out on this exceptional dining experience!
I had such a great time at The Bol! Manuel was super chill and made me feel right at home. He recommended the soft shell crab and wow! it was crispy, tasty, just perfect. I also tried the hibiscus margarita and it totally hit the spot. Great vibes, awesome food, and Manuel really knows his stuff. Can’t wait to go back!
I had a great dinner at this restaurant! The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent. Manuel, our server, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — he recommended the soft shell crab special, and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. Thanks to Manuel for making the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Food and service was great, very tasty The presentation was boring, but like I said it was tasty.
My family and I had an amazing experience here thanks to our waitress Betsy. She suggested the perfect choices for a group of 8 and all were happy. Very surprised but overall great experience at The Bol.
I recently visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and we were all absolutely blown away by the service. Silvia Amaya was our server, and she made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Silvia’s recommendations were spot on—especially the sweet and sour chicken food! Every dish she suggested was a hit, from the appetizers to the main courses. I personally loved the , which was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will definitely be back soon, thanks to Silvia’s exceptional care and the fantastic food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience!
Dropped by The Bol last night before the concert and honestly, such a good move. Manuel was awesome — super chill and knew exactly what to recommend. Food came out fast and everything tasted 🔥. Perfect spot to kick off the night. Will definitely be back.
L We got their early around 7pm so it wasn’t terribly busy, when we left it was Packed! Recommend getting their earlier to avoid the rush. Izzy our server was fast and attentive. Food was great ! The pork belly tho, wish it was in sliced smaller pieces since they were the fatty kind . But still delish!
Amazing experience at the bol inside the hard rock. Great food, fair prices and the best service in town. Be sure to ask for Emma. She was amazing and made everything even more enjoyable. Be sure to ask about their special menu as seen in the pictures. Best restaurant in the hard by far. Will be my new go to spot.
Although I have been a resident of South Florida and actually work in the Hollywood location, I'd never been to the Hardrock Hotel & Casino. My date decided to introduce me to Bōl and we had an amazing time while dining. We were seated by the Hostess and directed to a 4 seat table. The lighting is subdued which makes the atmosphere romantic save for the music, which that night was more hip hop. We laughed about it because we do love 90's hip hop nonetheless. Our waitress was very professional, she told us about the day's special and served our water while we explored the menu. Once we were ready, our bottle of wine which was delicious was $45 and was brought to us to sample first and then nestled in its ice bucket. A roughly about 10 minutes later our waitress refilled our glasses and a few minutes later our food arrived. My date had the Salmon with white rice and steamed vegetables and I had the house special fried rice (without onions) which was so delicious. We had enough food to have to-go box in my case and the whole experience was memorable, especially when the manager came to greet us as well as everyone else at each table..very nice touch. My date mentioned he would have liked candles and music that matched the beautiful space. All in all it was 5 ⭐
The food at the Bol is always a taste sensation. Every dish is better than the last. Tonight we shared the wonton soup, egg rolls, house fried rice shrimp and pork, then the shrimp with asparagus. Unbelievable, beyond delicious. Always a great night at the Hard Rock. Don't miss out on the Bol.
Had a really nice dinner here before seeing Kenny Chesney at Hard Rock Live. Both our entrees were great, but the Vietnamese spring rolls were amazing. Would go back for 4 plates of those! Also, our server Emma was very nice and super friendly! We don’t have any allergy restrictions, but she was very thorough about explaining that the sauce had peanuts and any other kind of allergy info which is really nice for if you do have a food allergy.
Very good food & priced affordably for the Hardrock. But the best part was this very elegant server named Emma. Ask for her , because she gave us great options & explained everything. Was always taking care of us with a big beautiful smile & it made the experience just perfect. Will go back.
My husband and I visited last night to celebrate his 66th birthday, and we had an amazing experience. I ordered a few of the specials that Kamilah recommended, and the lobster and fried shrimp wontons were absolutely delicious. Our server went above and beyond to make sure my husband had the best experience possible. Kamilah made our visit extra special she greeted us with a warm smile, let us choose our seat, and recommended her favorite dishes. Thank you, Kamilah, for making our night so memorable. We can’t wait to visit The Bol again!
Had a great dining experience here this evening! Our concert show was cancelled and they sat us within 25 minutes even though the place was packed! Lots of choices including vegetarian and gluten free options. The cook on the vegetables was perfectly crisp and the sauces on the dishes were not overpowering, but wonderfully flavorful. I highly recommend!
Excellent experience overall. The food was very good, and the service truly stood out. Pedro took great care of us, attentive, friendly, and professional. Definitely a place I’d return to.
From the very first visit, Kenneth the manager greeted us with such a positive and welcoming attitude. He reserved a semi-private space for the bride and groom’s wedding lunch and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. As a wedding planner, having that kind of support is invaluable.Yesterday the day of the event, everything went smoothly. The servers were attentive, friendly, and even ready to assist me with the setup of the table. Throughout the lunch they continued to be supportive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. All of the guests, including the bride and groom, were very pleased and enjoyed the experience. A big thank you to Kenneth and his team for making this special celebration such a success. I highly recommend this restaurant for any event or gathering!

Sydney makes the bar a standout bar. How she keeps a full bar happy all by herself - I have no idea! She makes everone feel like her only customer. I have been there many times and Sydney is a consumate professional. This reataurant and Sydney are the hidden gems of the Hard Rock dining experience!
This is one of the restaurants inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. They serve Vietnamese and Chinese food. We were not staying at the hotel. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken for my main course. It was very good, seasoned well, and in big chunks. My daughter ordered Chicken Pad Tai and was pleased with it. Our appetizers were Dim Sum Dumplings and Pork Dumplings, pan fried. They also tasted good. I tried the iced Vietnamese coffee and liked it! Our server was attentive and welcoming. However, the young men removing the dishes were in a hurry to grab our empty plates. We barely finished eating, and they were there at our table. One of them was so quick to remove a plate that he knocked a dumpling out of my daughter's hand as she was moving it to her mouth, and it went flying into the main aisle! He quickly left but didn't pick up the dumpling on the floor. A manager lady was nearby, and we called her over to tell her what happened. The manager picked up the dumpling but didn't replace the dumpling. Awkward. After the dinner, we stopped by the slots for a while. The Bol is across the aisle from the slots and gaming. The best way to reach it is to drive to the Seminole Parking Garage, head for Valet. You can valet for $40 or drive just a short distance to the free self serve garage. After you enter the Casino, go left a short distance to The Bol.

The BoL is located inside the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. In the mood for soups, I sat at the bar for quick dinner and sake. Bartender’s recommendation was the Beef Hue Soup aka Bun Bo Hue (one of my fav dishes). It soup was very rich and flavorful. It’s served with all the toppings (pork bones, pork blood, flank meat) I would give the flavor 4/5 for authenticity. I enjoy this place over all the other casino foods cuz I’m just a soupie.
Located inside the Guitar Casino at the side entrance we didn’t see it until yesterday November 17, 2023 Surprisingly good food but little harsh service They have very limited varieties of drinks and only one kind of sake !!! The waiter wasn’t friendly neither professional probably because of it’s location inside the Casino The light is very dark inside and furniture need a major update also the waiters ,,, lol Overall it’s not bad for a casual meal
Place is very nice and clean , the menu has quite a few items and not only Chinese, but also Vietnamese cuisine. The price is not chip, but reasonable.Vietnamese Roll was $13, Beef Pho $19 and Hot tea $6. The food is nicely made , but Pho could use more flavor (on my opinion). I am giving 4 ⭐️ because of two things : 1. Even tho it was lunch and not busy at all I was waiting to get seated for about 10minutes . 2. Restaurant use food runners , so everything coming out quickly and it would be a great thing except by the time I was able to finish my rolls soup was barely warm. Other then that everything was good and I will recommend this place especially if you don’t have much time to eat .
Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was very good. The service was just okay. Our main entrees were ready just minutes after we got our appetizer so we had to rush since there wasn’t enough room on the table for all of it (table for two). I ordered the pho noodles with beef. Very tasty with lots of fresh add-ins served separately. I would like to visit again :)
Took a drive down to the Hard Rock Casino and stopped in here for lunch. Service was both pleasent and prompt. My wife started with an order of three spring rolls which she enjoyed very much. I got two large egg rolls and was pleased with them as well. For the entree my wife ate more than half her Beef and Broccoli with white rice. She may have finished it had I not kept sampling it myself....so that's on me. I got a very large bowl of Wonton Soup. Which includes noodles and a hearty broth. I would get the soup again next time and try not to eat my wife's meal as much as I did....sorry honey.
The food was really good. The service was quick and the server was polite and helpful. We had crispy pork Bao bun as our starter. It took a long time to come to our table but it was really good. We had the Singapore noodles and the combo of crispy pork and char sui pork with rice. Both meals were good as well. The prices are what I would expect in the Hard Rock Hotel. Its a good spot to try if you are going to a show or staying at the hotel.
Came here today for a birthday dinner for the first time. The casino was crazy busy tonight, we didnt have a reservation and we were seating right away suprisingly. Our server was very nice and attentive and let us know about the daily features. The food was ok. Pork dumplings 6/10. General Tso chicken 6/10. So the chicken entrees come with white rice, Unfortunately they don’t allow You to change the right rice out for fried rice even for up charge which I asked about. I’m not really a fan of white rice so I Went ahead and got a whole portion of fried rice to go with my meal . It was okay. Really kind of bland. 6/10. All of the food was okay really could have been better in my opinion. Lychee martinis 7.7/10. Overall the service and the atmosphere was really nice. Everyone has different expectations for asian food so if you want to try this place I say just give it a try and see how you like it

We had the longest wait..literally like 50 minutes. The place is covered in smoke, wall to wall, because it’s in the hard rock. I would have had a better experience if the smoke wasn’t there. The tables were super close and the place was packed. Everyone was nice though. Parking was tricky because you have to park in a garage and walked unless to do valet. BTW The food portions are large but it’s not authentic Asian..like a step up from PF Chang.
I ordered the Pork belly with bok choy and jasmine rice as well as the orange chicken. There was no issue with the pork belly, it was crispy on the outside and lightly salted, but unfortunately the orange chicken was very dry. The showroom itself was pleasant and service was good enough. If you select your food options better than I had, your time will be worth it here.
Perfect restaurant for the hard rock casino players also this is one of affordable restaurants at the hard rock casino and it is open past 12AM with hot and fresh food. I would not recommend steamed dumplings they are not at all good!! Again I don’t know your taste, you may like it. General Tsao’s chicken is soooo good, to spice up things you can try it with hot sauce. Max all kinds of booze is available. The place is affordable with good ambiance and service. The service was the best!
Pretty okay Asian restaurant. Nothing extraordinary for a gambling resort. What ever happened to red carpet? No red carpet here. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Service was descent. Chicken was juicy. Salmon was just as juicy. The food was cooked to 90% perfection. Small bites of my chicken were too dry. Lychee drink was pretty good, but not worth $16. Could have been a 4 or 5 star, but the food misses the mark. Atmosphere is not Las Vegas worthy.
This is the place for fancy, expensive Americanized Asian food. The build out is strange as the dining areas are separated into rooms that are cut off but the decor and art is very tasteful. The food is not amazing and the service is even worse. The food comes out fast, but the servers were nonexistent. If you can spare to leave the premises, I would suggest yougo down the block to Dragon City. Your bill will be 1/4 of the bill here and the food will be 100 times better. 😁 If you must eat here, the xo fried rice and the snow pea tips were probably the two most decent dishes of the bunch.
Placed a to go order to bring to my room. It was general Tso's. The chicken pieces were huge, previously frozen in my opinion based on the breading, and very dry. The sauce was tasteless. It did not taste like General Tso's at all. Person who took my order said 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes I went back up to the counter and that person finally found my order. Was waiting there the whole time and no one brought orders up to front and said here you go.

We are very disappointed. We have been eating here for years. They have cut the portions to what seems like a third. We loved to eat here but can’t believe how small the portions are now! Very sad!

worst customer service ever bartender during lunch was extremely unhappy and not willing to assist with anything very disappointing wonton soup was very good though
I placed a to-go order in person for the Pad Thai and the House Special Fried Rice. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The young lady at the counter lacked friendliness and didn't smile, despite my efforts to be polite and engaging. I had high hopes for the food, but it fell far short of expectations. The Pad Thai was tasteless—calling it terrible feels like an understatement. Even frozen Pad Thai from Costco tastes significantly better. Save yourself the time and money; this place is not worth it.
Had a great time enjoying my meal with my date. I paid with my debit card, same as the two couples that sat adjacent to me. Only I was asked to present an ID. When I brought it to Jonathan-the manager’s attention. He proceeded to explain that it was a new policy. If so why weren’t the other guests that I showed him were also paying with cards are not being asked. If you do it to one than you must do it to all. Needless to say this will be my last time attending the restaurant and it’s staff.
my first bad review ever. fake fine dining asian fusion restaurant. food tasted okay, but unreasonably priced. service is quite fast, but i wouldn't trust it. heard from multiple employees that there was a rat problem, and that the chefs would openly talk about peeling shrimps after using the restroom without washing their hands.. dining experience feels rushed, not a comfortable place to hangout for drinks. it seems that all they care about is people coming and going as quickly as possible.
Whelp. I had high hopes. But the food is bland. Borderline disgusting. Place is dirty and loud. Smells like cigarettes because of the bleed through from the casino. We all returned our food and we were offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Stay away. Lol. #thebol #hardrock #casino #asianfood #fortlauderdale #miami
Never got a chance to taste the food. #refundrequested #dinner #partyof5 #weareallgreattippersbtw 👀 🤷🏿♀️ HOWEVER!.... ☝🏿 I plan to MAKE TIME for a review in the next week or so. The bartenders Allison and Alexa were extremely rude and need correction. I'm guessing I need to go to the corporate level because 0 out of 3 Managers on duty were very reluctant to do so. Not a good look from a CUSTOMER SERVICE perspective. 👎🏿
We had been here once before and it was good. This time it was not. You could not cut the chicken in our General Tso and Sweet and Sour chicken, it was super tough and dry. The server never came back to ask us how things were, so I mentioned it to the manager and he took my meal off the bill. Honorable, however, we won't be back. The music was so loud, we couldn't carry on a conversation.
The pork fried dumplings had no flavor and the dipping sauce was way too sweet. My son and I ordered the General Tso Chicken and the sweet and sour Chicken. We also special ordered fried rice. The fried rice had what we asked for, egg, scallions and onions only, but it seemed to be in a sauce or gravy that made it brown. My son’s General Tso’s chicken was good but a little tough. My sweet and sour chicken was tough, the sun dried tomatoes were tough, the pineapple was not fresh and the core was attached, it lacked flavor and the white rice was way too mushy. The manager did stop by to ask us if our dinner was enjoyable, I told him the chicken was tough and he offered to have it remade. I declined as we had a show to attend. He was very kind and concerned. When I tried to tell the gentleman who took our plates I tried to tell him about the pineapple and how the center part was tough. He only understood the word pineapple. Considering the price I don’t think I’ll be eating there again. And considering it being a Friday night they were not as busy as the other restaurants in the casino. I was really disappointed.
Unfortunately Was the only option open at Hard Rock. See the picture below and is self explanatory. I ordered shrimp steam gyozas that were OK, not bad but not good. But the soup I ordered was nasty, extremely salty, fatty and the taste horrible. The pig foot was only the bones and no meat. $150 dollars lunch of the worst tasteless food. I didn't review the comments before. This is a nasty restaurant. The other dishes we ordered were bad as well. But this soup, Beef Hue Style, was the nastiest ever.
