Loved the food. The staff is great and accommodated my every request. The idea of a sharing menu is fantastic so I was able to try multiple dishes which i loved as menu is all a must-try! Best restaurant experience on a Mothers day. Restaurant is also very kid friendly, my son loved the pancakes.
Great food and fast service! We sat outside, and people watched. It was a nice restaurant to end our day with. I loved the ambient lighting it was romantic. Lots of outdoor seating. Bar seating and indoor seating are available as well. I ate before my phone but, get the fish tacos and tuna tartar, it was excellent!
Had Sunday brunch. Great service, clean, neat place with relaxed and cool atmosphere. This is definitely a brunch place and food was delicious! Loved their cappuccino and Turkish eggs! Yum!! Lemonades delicious as well! Hubby had hamburger and kids had mini burgers from kids menu all delicious! Fries were so crispy and good! Would definitely return. The hostess was very accommodating. We wanted inside because it was very hot however, there were no inside tables available. She sat us in a shaded nice spot with big fan on top which made it feel breezy and not too hot. She told us she would transfer us inside if a table opened and within a few minutes one did! She returned to us and gave us the option to go inside which we took. Much cooler inside. The place was busy without feeling packed and service was still fast! Would definitely return and recommend!
A nice bistro style dining experience. Pleasant and prompt service. Good food. Everything you would want. We went for several small plates and that worked out very well for us as we could experience different tastes. Recommended! 👍😊
I had a wonderful meal with my 2 grown sons. Sat outside on a busy Friday evening with a very attentive server. The spinach dip and goat cheese croquettes were tasty appetizers. For entrees, we had fish tacos, chicken Alfredo fettuccine and the skirt steak churrasco. Oh, can’t forget the half price drinks from 4-7! We all left happy and well satisfied.
Had dinner at this great spot in Coconut Grove. It's a Mediterranean restaurant with dishes from Spain, France and other European countries. It is a rebranding from what used to be Lulu at the Grove, now called Hala Lulu. The food is intended to be shared, and that's what we did. We had a couple of salads including the orange salad and one that had beats. Both were wonderful! We had different dishes with fish, pork and squid. They were all beautifully presented and very tasty. We also had a great wonderfully aged New York Stake which was amazing. The wine selection was very extensive, but it was easy to navigate thanks to the wonderful Sommelier. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was great at her job and helped us choose the perfect wine for our meal. Desserts were delicious. We had a Spanish favorite called Torrejas. Also had the chocolate dessert with mango ice cream; great ending to a great meal. Service was very good. We were served by Daniela. She also was very nice and helpful. They have a full bar and a great selection of cocktails. Prices were adequate for the quality of food in this neighborhood. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great table outside which was perfect for beautiful outdoor dining. Everyone was super friendly and made our dinner a great experience. Thank you very much. My pictures actually don't do full justice to the dishes. And some look so good that we ate them before I had a chance to take the picture.
Amazing! We got there early to put our name down since it was brunch and booked online! The staff was super professional and friendly the entire time and took their time explaining things to us when we ordered. Each and every one of the drinks were great! We had the Shake n’ Bacon, the Spicy Cucumber Bloody, and the Man-mosa! The food was fantastic! Tried an omelette, the Huevos Rancheros (even though I really wanted the Huevos Divorciados) and the Chicken n’Waffles! My friend loves it here and now I see why.
Amazing food, great Service and very nice atmosphere! Our server Desiree was very friendly, the live music was great! The truffle mushroom pasta is very good, the steak tartare is amazing and the Branzino is as very well cooked and fresh.
Found this spot while looking for a Monday brunch spot. It was packed. We were added to the wait list and told it would be 25min or more. However we were called about 10-15mins later and told a table was ready. When we came back, we noticed the bar had seats so we opted to sit there. I'm glad we did. The bartender was so nice. She gave us complimentary mango mimosas. We were starving and ordered so much food. The bacon waffle, fried goat cheese, sliders, truffle fries and Brussel sprouts. Everything had really good flavor. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in Miami. Parking was tricky. There is no free parking but I recommend one of the nearby lots for $10.
We enjoyed our lunch at Lulu's. The have a great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff were accommodating. The also have a great beer and wine selection.
Nice ambiance. Classy aesthetic. Wait staff was super friendly. The food was fantastic! I had truffle fries and Huevos Rancheros. I also had a bite of the shrimp salad and the Chicken and waffles, which were delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of their fried green tomatoes though. Overall, I’d recommend this place.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lulu in the Grove with my mother-in-law, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. We started with the steak tartare and the charcuterie board, perfectly complemented by our choice of red sangria. The flavors were exceptional, each bite showcasing the high quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen. For our entrée, we shared the seafood rice, which was incredibly tasty. The combination of fresh seafood and well-seasoned rice made it a standout dish. The service at Lulu in the Grove was another highlight. The staff was efficient, pleasant, and kind, adding to the overall positive experience. Lulu in the Grove offers delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful dining atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal.
I came here with my girlfriend for breakfast and it was delicious and I would recommend it. I got the eggs with grits that came with truffle oil and bacon bits which was phenomenal. It also came with a poached egg and manchego cheese. We both got an iced latte which was also great. My girlfriend got the huevos rancheros which she cleaned up and loved it. They have Oreo waffles on the menu which I want to try so badly next time.

If you haven’t taken the time out to try the new and elevated Lulu then what are you doing? Now when you google Lulu the menu is deceiving because it’s the old menu before they reopened, and the new menu can be a bit confusing but other than that we had a great experience. From what I learned they just reopened about 2 weeks ago. The new Lulu is now Mediterranean cuisine and it’s absolutely worth exploring ! The menu has a fusion of foods from Spain, Italy, France even Japan! Some of my favorite things were the orange salad, their version of a chicken sandwich with influences from Japan called the Torisando, the fish in pil pil sauce which is their version of a branzino (which was DELICIOUS btw!) their calamarata pasta, and for dessert the chocolate coulant! I was so intrigued I barely took photos but I mean that says a lot right?! The ambiance indoors and outdoors is incredible, the service here was beautiful and hours passed by before we realized it was time to go! That is how comfortable and pleased we were ! This place under its new management and new elevated cuisine is definitely worth visiting!
I highly recommend this restaurant. They offer a delightful array of meat-free dishes that are as visually appealing as they are flavorful. With its inviting ambiance and impeccable service, it's a visit for anyone looking to embark on a culinary journey that's both nourishing and delightful.
The rebrand and renovation came out amazing. Food and drinks were great! Our server was very nice and recommended we try a few appetizers that were awesome. I would definitely go back, can’t beat the location!
All staffers, and even my fellow guests, were super polite and engaging. And the food was amazing! Best fish tacos I've ever had and I loved the way they prepared the vegetables. Awesome atmosphere and great overall value. I'll definitely be back!
I’m only sorry I didn’t take pictures. The service was great, the decor lovely and the food was truly amazing! I had roasted peach and prosciutto appetizers with citrus salad and replaced with shrimp! DELICIOUS!!!
The service was amazing. Raul was wonderful and recommended the best plates! The Chef Paola made the dishes taste exquisite! Great place for brunch and dinner! We ordered the manchego croquettes as an appetizer and they did not disappoint! We then ordered the skirt steak and two Lulu’s burgers and again, they were delicious. Great experience! Definitely recommend
Delicious food, thoughtful service, and cool ambiance. We sat outdoors and we’re immediately greeted with ice water and menus. Our server was refreshingly honest about the food, and her advice did not disappoint. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the Lulu Benedict. There was probably a little too much sauce over the Lulu Benedict for my taste, but it was unique. I’ll definitely be returning for brunch! Also, it’s dog friendly which is always an added bonus.
I grew up in Miami and the grove was the it place way back when ! It is still one of my favorite places for a Sunday morning stroll and brunch. Lulu has become the place my kids enjoy the most ! And you can see why, The food is always great and if you seat outside in a not so hot day, you can people watch while enjoying the waffles !
Excellent place for dinner. Very nice atmosphere to eat inside and outside (dine out if you go with kids) Short menu but with excellent European-Mediterranean options. Very tasty food (a little greasy for my taste) I loved the presentation of the dishes and how they highlight the ingredients on the plate. I recommend the calamarata pasta. Very friendly and competent staff. Delicious cocktails. We will definitely come back
We used to be regulars of the past. They changed their menu! Pleasantly surprised....order beets appetizers, orange salad, and the burger. A couple of guests came for chicken wings, but they no longer have them. Desiree, explained items on the menu was pleasant and energetic. Great server! We look forward to coming back for brunch!
Nice place and service. We dined outdoors, the fans saved our late afternoon. Desire is amazing, kind and professional. She recommended a dish that exceeded my expectations, rice pork something. Will come back on another time. I declined the coffee and the tea, still wanted to review.
Lulu's is not just a restaurant, it's an experience! The location is perfect. It was an easy walk to our hotel. Christian was an amazing host. He was attentive and friendly! Our drinks were true "adult beverages" (yummy) and the food (sliders and Greek salad w/ Chicken) was DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend.
If you feel like eating tacos on a Wednesday, go for it and call it #tacoanyday! We had a great first time experience @luluinthegrove the goat cheese croquettes were delish and the guava sauce that it came with was the bomb that I ask if I can have it to go pls lol Tacos were delicious, pasta was delicious, as you probably can tell already we will be back!!!
We had a fantastic dinner! Sat outside with our golden. Very fun and casual with great sax player and backing track. Delicious drinks spiced passion and rose, warm olives and shrimp apps and a branzino with roasted vegs and rice. Yum yum!
Great Surprise! Under new ownership! We have not been to Lulu’s in Coconut Grove for years, the new owners have changed the menu and and has improved the dishes. IT’S GREAT!! We had appetizers for dinner, loved it! Weather is fantastic in the evening and Danielle our waitress was excellent! Come back and try it again, it’s definitely worth it, we will. PS happy hour specials were wonderful.
We came to celebrate a romantic dinner for our 15th Wedding Anniversary, the food was delicious. Beautiful presentation of the dishes, delicious flavor. We ordered divine cocktails. I recommend the Senoyret Rice and the Branzino in a stupendous White Wine reduction. Cristian served us with super good attention. We will return soon
I started my meal with the Coconut Grove Cocktail and it was delicious! Shortly after, I order the Lulu Burger (Medium Rare) with truffle fries. I also washed down my food with a Brooklyn Lager. I was not disappointed with my choice. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is down to earth but classy and an ideal brunch spot.
"LULÚ in the Grove is a brunch paradise! From the stunning terrace to the impeccable service, every detail wowed. Their French toast is a delightful treat, while the Huevos estrellados are simply sublime. And let's not forget the star of the show—their mocahino is unrivaled in Miami. A brunch experience that hits all the right notes."

Lulu is awesome! The indoor and outdoor space is beautiful. The restaurant is located in beautiful Coconut Grove, near parking and shopping, making it a great location. We started with the goat cheese croquettes with a guava sauce. The sweet salty crispiness of these delicious bites are heavenly. The fish tacos were yummy, but the salmon robata skewers blew my mind. They were marinated and grilled to perfection. Wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
I came to this place because a friend recommended it to me. I honestly thought it was going to be pricey because it is located in Coconut Grove, HOWEVER, when I came with my boyfriend we ordered a drink for both of us, crispy calamaris, and pasta Alfredo with grilled chicken for both of us, and everything was under $100 (including tip). The food was a A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Being a pasta lover like I am, I have to say that this was the best pasta I've ever tasted.
"I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant Lulú, which recently launched a new menu inspired by the fusion of Spanish, French, and Italian cuisine with a Japanese touch. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the exceptional service I received; honestly, it was the best service experience I've ever had. The cocktails were a delight to the palate, with unique flavors that perfectly complemented the gastronomic experience. Each dish presented a combination of carefully selected ingredients that created an explosion of flavors in every bite. It was truly a spectacular gastronomic experience that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to Lulú restaurant in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience.
I went there for brunch on Sunday with my fiance and it did not disappoint. We were seated in about 15 minutes, but you could download an app that told you where you were in line for a table (I loved that!). I had the huevos rancheros and the cinnamon bun, both of which were excellent. A bit pricey, but still a great experience. I'll be going back again soon hopefully.
Omg! This place is so good and deserves more stars. We had the goat cheese croquettes, steak skewer, fried green tomatoes and Mediterranean sampler. They were all phenomenal. We also had the Coconut Grove Mojito and The Main cocktail- both excellent! Fast and attentive service. So good. Will be back!
Lulu, can't believe I'm able to yelp a review on this hot corner spot located in coconut grove. I've been going here for years. Can't ever decide if I want to sit in or outside. Being the reason because outside the view of the trees, breeze and people walking is great. Inside theres a fun, modern, glam, trendy look. Perfect spot for a first date, birthday celebration, brunch, or a nice bite. Totally love it. FOOD: must have roasted dates which are my favorite that I've ever had, ahi tuna tartare, goat cheese croquettes, and crispy mini tacos. Lambs ribs, fish tacos, burrata. This place is a special little spot. Its a comfortable, sweet, hot spot. Hope you all enjoy.
Food- 4.5 Service- 2 Very cute place! Service for us was lacking. I had to grab a different waiter to get ours. By then didn’t even need what I wanted. And even after getting the to go box it took awhile to get our check. Got the house waffle which was yummy! I even liked the syrup which was on the thinner side. I’m usually a thicker syrup kind of gal but theirs was good! Ham and cheese omelette with potato’s and bagel! That was good too! BF got the Lulu burger and that was great! Love the fries! The food was great altogether! Very happy
We came on a very busy day, Father’s day, the wait for the food was long, the house offered us Prosecco free, but our waitress Stephanie was nice, a girl with all the patience and gifts to deal with the public. Although we are not from the demanding public, your attitude relieves our wait. The food was delicious and so was the atmosphere.
In A Nutshell: -Lulu in the Grove is a nice place to grab a meal while people watching in Coconut Grove. -They do have indoor seating, but everyone was sitting outside in the beautiful, breezy weather along the corner sidewalk. -The menu is fresh & updated frequently. -The chicken wings are super sweet & tasty, plus they way they are presented is amazing w/ lots of chunky chicken meat. -The Caesar salad was nice & flavorful too & paired perfectly w/ the wings. -The service Einath was very friendly & she provided some good recommendations. Overall, I recommend grabbing a quick bite to eat here & sitting on the sidewalk!
Amazing food and vibes! We got our meals pretty quick, but it did take a while for us to get our check. The food was super full-filling. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is my steak. I asked to have it cooked medium but it came out close to raw. I ended up taking it out and had to microwave it. Aside from that, it was a good experience.
Sunday brunch till 4pm! Cute corner cafe with plenty of seating indoor or outdoors and a menu with a variety of dishes. We enjoyed the chicken & waffles and the spinach feta omelette...delish!

This place was delicious and we got to sit earlier than we expected. The service was nice but not very attentive towards the end when we were trying to get our check. The bathroom was very clean and the decor is very cute. The s'mores waffle was amazing and you should for sure try the goat cheese croquet as an appetizer.
Update: not a fan of Lulu. Came back because I was given a $25 gift card for the bad service the first time and this time wasn’t any better. The food was cold this time and we still had to wait a long time. I’d rather not take the long drive for it. Original post: Came here for brunch with my dad on a Saturday. It was no wait to be seated but our food did take a VERY long time to come out. I appreciated the manager and waitress apologizing to us immediately. I give it four stars because the food was ok. The goat cheese balls were very delicious and the guava sauce on the side was very good. I had the Nutella waffles with bananas and those were ok. I would give Lulu another shot and try something different.

Beautiful location, perfect for sitting outside in nice weather. Service was not good. Very aloof and inattentive. Not the type of place that will refill your water or coffee, or ask how your food is. When asked about the menu, the waitress didn't know and really didn't seem to care. We asked if they could ask the chef, and they walked away. When they came back "I forgot to ask them, are you ready to order?" The food was ok. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Willing to give it another try based purely on the location.
First visit. The staff are friendly but slow. Made reservations online for a party of two. We started with the slow cooked lamb ribs with a spice sauce. $12. It was good. But that was the hi light of the evening. I ordered the Lulu burger with truffle fries. The fries were good. Can’t say the same for the burger, I ordered it medium well and it came well done, under seasoned and dry. I asked for mustard which came really late. It was $16 with $2 extra for the truffle fries. The second dish was the fillet mignon, which was the most expensive dish they have $31. Asked for it medium and it came medium rare and rare. Also under seasoned, which is a shame. Added salt for some flavor. With soda the total came to $68 with tax. To be honest don’t think I’ll try it again. Try the green street which is opposite to it. Street parking available
I went for brunch this past Sunday and I liked: Their amazing Oreos waffles so much!!! I actually dedicate this 3 stars to that. So moist, fluffy, and with the right amount of oreo. I didn't feel it was too sweet. The service was good too, but I didn't' like at all the benedicts, we tried 2 of the ones they have on the menu and they were ok, the bread was not as I'm used to, and the presentation was not what I expected either. Overall, was a good experience at a very nice place.
Charming spot in Coconut Grove. They offer a different menu that most restaurants and I love them for that. It is not on their main street but its worth coming to this spot. Their food is decent to me but their location and their crew is the selling point. Its defiantly worth stopping by. Their sliders were my favorite!
Staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the outdoor dining and live saxophonist. However, the new menu was underwhelming with what felt like less options and more expensive. We had the burger and chicken sandwich and two glasses of water and the bill was $65 (for lunch). The burger was tasty. The chicken sandwich wasn't dry but the sauce overpowered everything in an unappetizing way (definitely not worth $25!). We work in the Grove and will not be returning for lunch. We left disappointed with the food and cost. It's unfortunate.
We were disappointed in the reopening of Lulu's after their remodel. The menu is completely different so it's not even the same restaurant but they kept the name. The Asian steak salad is gone and they no longer have their specialty Bloody Mary's. We spent 75% more than we would have spent in the past and left hungry. The taste was mediocre and automatic gratuity is added to your bill. A major disappointment and after going there for 14 years, we will not return.
Came on a Sunday for brunch and was packed, which is fine, but no one enforcing masks outside(people walking around) while they are talking over people eating outside. Server was nice but it was almost 15 min before anyone came to our table. They didn't have the 2 items I wanted to try the most (steak skewers, sliders). The food I did order was good (spinach artichoke dip, goat cheese croquettes), but since the kitchen was backed up food took really long. The waffles I ordered were good, but really cold. I don't ever post bad reviews but I felt this was a lot for one outing.
Don’t expect a friendly treatment. The waitress seemed angry or upset. She was not attentive and negligent. I asked her some question and suggestion and her answers were vaguely and not helping. The food was ok but not best quality price you can find. Moreover, it took years just to be served my food. Even a coffee took like 15 min. I ordered a desert and when I asked about it (because it took so long), she never passed the order to the kitchen and instead of a nice apologized, she just didn’t care that much, told me that I didn’t ordered it. The place seemed nice and I expected more, it’s a shame. I would not recommend this place.
Yesterday I for Father's Day I decided to take my husband for brunch at lulu's. This was not our first time visiting the restaurant. When we arrived, we asked for outside seating for 3. My husband asked for a table at the far end as he wanted to smoke a cigar after eating. We were seated at the far end far from another guest. The restaurant wasn't very busy or full when we arrived. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. I am upset for a few small details. First food took over an hour to get to the table. Our waiter offered to us a free glass of prosecco for the wait, that was very nice of him. I wasn't very upset for the wait as we were not in a hurry. Once the food got to us, I really have no complaint like always the food was great. Second detail, the table next to us had a dog. The dog was given water out of the drinking glasses. That is unacceptable as those are the glasses given to customers. And lastly, the hostess was rude and definitely doesn't know what customer service is. She decided to get into an argument with my husband over the cigar. She informed us that we had to leave because he couldn't smoke outside because there was a baby a few tables down. Mind you not we were there for around 2 hour and that table had just arrived, but we had to leave because of the baby. My husband confronted her, and her response was that " That is not my problem". I don't know what happened to lulu because as far as it goes the previous owner Silvano would never hire such person. Customers always come first. Management should definitely consider hiring more educated people for service.
Our dining experience commenced with service provided by a waitress named Desiree. Initially, she appeared to be in a rush whilst taking our order. Interestingly, we were the only patrons seated in the outdoor area. Subsequent to the delivery of our order, she did not return to our table to inquire about the quality of our meals. Upon completion of our meal, she promptly presented us with the bill, neglecting to ask if we desired to order dessert or coffee. Furthermore, a gratuity fee of 20% was already incorporated into our bill. Once we had settled our payment and she returned with our change, it was inaccurately calculated in her favor. When I stood up to address this, she responded with a dismissive attitude, arguing that it was merely a dollar. I asserted to her that regardless of the amount, it should be correct. We cannot help but speculate that the establishment may have switched ownership, as our previous experiences here were more satisfactory. Regrettably, we will not be returning in the future.
This place is normally great as it's part of an experience of walking the neighborhood of coconut grove and all its little shops. It lost a star today because of multiple disappointing points. We had breakfast and the eggs were made with a significant amount of unrequested salt. Also they were dry along with a dry plate of bacon and dry bread. This is unusual for this place. The coffee and service were great though. Update: So we had breakfast here again a few months later. Looks like the eggs are salted again, the mimosas were super flat (which were way over priced because they just poured weak pre-made glasses. The service was not super. Updated my star rating 😎.
I have been getting take out food here for several years, easy walk from my apartment. Understand a new owner. Last two times I tried to call order as I normally did and phone didn’t work nor did the online application. After walking to restaurant noticed almost nobody there and they didn’t have a few things that I wanted that were on the menu. Obviously this restaurant is in some sort of transition. Also the prices had increased for the items that I ordered and the portions were much smaller. I would avoid what was a good restaurant in Coconut Grove.
This is my first-ever review, and I usually don’t take the time or care enough to write one. However, today, I couldn’t ignore the need to express my disappointment. I’ve been a loyal customer of Lulu’s since they first opened, and it used to be one of my favorite restaurants. We used to come here every Sunday, and everything about it was delightful – the food, the service, everything. However, since the new owner took over, the quality has significantly declined. I’ve been six times since the change in ownership, and each visit has been disappointing. The first time, the new owner was at a table with friends or family and completely ignored the other customers, including us. We practically had to beg for service, and it felt like a hassle for them to attend to us. The second time, there was no one at the front desk, and the waitstaff walked past us without acknowledgment. We had to go inside and ask the bartender for a table. Then, the food took forever, and they informed us that the kitchen was closed, and we could only order drinks. On another visit, they had a loud DJ playing reggaeton music, which isn’t suitable for a relaxed Sunday brunch in Coconut Grove, where most customers are locals. Today, I visited again, primarily because my boys wanted the cheese croquettes. However, it will be my last visit unless they change management. The churrasco was overcooked, even though I ordered it medium rare. The service has consistently been mediocre. There was no hostess at the front, so we had to wait for someone to attend to us. A lady, who I assume was the manager, came to our table after the waiter told her about the overcooked meat. When she asked how everything was, I mentioned the issue with the meat, and she responded with a bad attitude, asking if there was anything else. I genuinely believe the management needs better training or may not be suited for this job. I miss the days when Silvano was the owner. Goodbye, Lulu’s.
I had high hopes for their recent renovations. Make no mistake, it was only aesthetic. The pasta was cold and the drinks are weak. Nothing to see here. Edit: the pasta took 30 minutes and we called for a manager multiple times and the only thing server offered was a drink on the house. So bad.
Sat down for dinner with my family. Waitress pours our drinks. I watched her pour a glass of water that clearly had a huge lipstick mark on it and hand it to us. No way she missed it. Disgusting…. Giving guests literally dirty used glasses…. Never will eat here again. Also sat there for a good 10 minute nobody even asked us what drinks we wanted
The servers are really good and the atmosphere is great. The food taste good enough. The portions suck, I mean they really suck. Did I said they suck? Yes they suck. It’s close to $40 per main course. Not for a scarce or exclusive ingredients. Just rice and pasta. To charge $40 dollars for a common folk cuisine is a scam. You’ll finish in 1 minute and you will be disappointed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. It’s actually enraging 🤨 I feel scammed paying close to $200 for this.
We ordered steak and eggs for breakfast with capuccinos and some juice. I commented the server that I like to deep bread on the eggs…he brought us our order and the bread …. Can you believe that they charged 10 dollars for the 2 very small pieces of bread ??? ( nowhere in the world they will charge for bread ) omg so money hungry this place !!! , the most notorious is that they noted in the check “bagels and creme cheese “!!! ( it only was 2 small pieces of baguette )!!! also the forgot to bring my second cappuccino …plus 20% on tips !!! total bill ? $108 just for breakfast for two !!!! We could have a full barbecue lunch with wine for same money including bread and tips anywhere else !! Not recommended !!
We looked forward to enjoying Mother’s Day, but unfortunately, our experience felt short. While the food was decent, it didn't exceed expectations, and we were disappointed by the high prices relative to the portion sizes. It's clear that the management needs to reassess their pricing and portion strategy, as this could be contributing to the lack of customers despite the restaurant's prime location. Attached are photos of our meal and the receipt for reference.
Service was awful. Waiter was in a hurry, completely apathetic and unfriendly. Silverware was DISGUSTING. Woman who greeted us was not friendly at all. Took forever to bring us WATER. Nobody seemed to want to take our order. Everything was extremely dirty. Horrible experience. Not coming back and definitely not recommend anybody this place.
I recently visited Lulu in the Grove with my family. While the food was decent and the service was good, our experience was marred by an unacceptable health hazard – the bathroom hand dryer had mold all over the inside. My son used it before we ate, and I only noticed the issue when I went with my daughter later. Despite sending two emails and trying IG messages, there has been no response. This situation significantly impacted our overall experience, leaving us disgusted after an otherwise expensive meal.
