This is the greatest coffee shop in Miami. Simple as. The food and coffee is fantastic and the service is second to none. Great for work, hanging out, or just getting something to go!

A regular here, come everyday !!! I love it so much, the pan de bono is amazing, and the croquetas too (I’m Spanish so I should know). Also the freshly squeezed orange juice is my guilty pleasure. Ambiance is cool and you can come eat something and work on your computer.

I love this place so much. I used to live in Kendall and frequented Macondo over there and was super excited to find that they opened one up so close to where I live now!! I visited for the first time today with my cousin and we chit chatted with the barista for a little and she was so sweet and so caring about her customers. I wish I remembered to ask for her name. She was the highlight of the experience here. The quality of the coffee, service and location was incredible. I highly recommend this place!

I think the Chai is the best in my life. I usually avoid to drink coffee so I often drink Chai. The price was about $9 so it was expensive but the quality was so good. I like interior design and colors ( based on yellow and orange) in the coffee shop. I definitely go if I have chance to come back.

This place is so, so good! I had to leave a review, and I don’t often do this. I am from out of town and somewhat of a matcha snob. Look at these pictures and imagine my happiness. It’s really hard to make a matcha with oatmilk look pretty, but when its taste is as perfect as its presentation, well! What more is there? Also, I am always looking for a good place to sit and write. The atmosphere here is perfect, and the people are amazingly friendly. I’m only in Miami for two days, but I’ll be stopping in at least 4 times. Yes, it is THAT good!

We were looking for a coffee shop to sit and wait for our cruise, and loved our time at Macondo Cafe! They were pulling fresh pastries out of the oven when they opened, and after having a couple decided to go back for seconds! My late was amazing as well. The atmosphere was casual and cozy. When we were on our way out, Dana, Ro, and Sebastian helped us secure our luggage tags, and slid me another late and pastry on the house! Amazing customer service the entire time. We will definitely stop in next time we are in Miami again!

I was expecting something special for a coffee shop in Miami. May be a gorgeous cake or yum-yum pastries, but not, the most looks rancid or musty, like food in a dollar store or in some "bodegas" in NYC. Bathrooms were clean.

Short haired employee with glasses first spills hot coffee and it some fell on me while in line, no apology. After ordering and sitting, received empanadas with no Ají and when requested she advised there was a fee. What kind of Colombian restaurant is this? They should advise when ordering the empanadas. Place is great but that specific employee attitude and willingness to help needs to change.

A few minutes past and someone from the kitchen walks out with a to-go bag, she walks behind the counter where the other 2 ladies are, they began to laugh and giggle, all while she’s holding my order in hand. I paid over $23 for a sandwich and coffee, that’s not inexpensive, I should have my food handed to me in a reasonable manner not after the people who work there finish conversing and giggling. Very poor experience. I threw my sandwich away because I did not feel comfortable .

Ordered food for delivery. Two egg ham and cheese croissants and a happy cow. Sandwhiches came destroyed and missing the cheese and ham and the happy cow portion is significantly smaller than when in the store. Will not order again if the employees are careless about getting the order correct. Ordered through uber eats and was denied my refund.

I usually come here, but after what I’ve witnessed, I won’t be returning. On two separate occasions, I saw an employee pet a dog and then immediately go back to preparing food without washing her hands. That is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. It honestly seems like this is something she regularly does. Both times it happened, I specifically told her not to prepare my food because I had just seen her pet the dog and not wash her hands. Instead of taking responsibility, she insisted she had washed them when I clearly saw that she didn’t. I complained both times this happened, and instead of addressing the issue, they just argued back and forth saying she did wash her hands. Nothing was corrected, and no one seemed concerned about basic hygiene. That response was just as alarming as the behavior itself. Proper sanitation is the bare minimum when handling food. The fact that this continues and management refuses to take it seriously is extremely disappointing. I won’t be back.
