Thai food with class. This place is beautiful and the food is very tasty. The sushi’s and Nigiri are very good but I had more fun eating the white rice with the Thai sauce meals, the duck and the sea bass. You will not regret eating there, a bit pricey normal for Miami south beach
It is a big space with a smooth ambience. And nothing is going to be cheap so it better be worth it. And it is! The white fish truffle is completely extraordinary - the flavor combination is dynamic and exquisite. The spring rolls were classy, but perhaps too raw inside. Popcorn shrimp was moreish- and yet there was actually too much. With half the portion you would have wanted more rather than less. The sea bass in red curry was excellent. Really light aromatic curry flavor - slightly let down by overcooking the sea bass. The house recommended wines were very good. And the service was knowledgeable, attentive but unobtrusive. Perfect. Tempted to dock a star for spelling Scotland with two tees - but a great evening so they were let off. Expensive though.
It was nice to be back for dinner after few years; the place it even more beautiful and more expensive must say, however the food quality and service are always top! Must try: A5 Wagyu Tartare, Spring Rolls, NaiYaRa rolls and the one and only, the Skirt Steak!!! Service was efficient. Good thing they don’t have the super loud music anymore!
I loved this place! The ambiance was so pretty and the service was fantastic. The food was beautifully presented and it was delicious. This restaurant is more expensive than places I normally frequent, however it was worth the price.
Excellent restaurant with a fantastic chef who’s an active member of the local community. NaiYaRa puts an Eastern twist to many western dishes, with a menu that varies through the day. The brunch is superb: Duck biscuits, steak and eggs over fried rice. Bottomless drinks too that are well made. The Bloody Mary was perfect. Happy Hour during the week is also great value on food and drink.
Wonderful dining experience in Miami Beach! Everything about the experience was phenomenal. Delicious cocktails, amazing appetizers and an absolutely delicious main course. Service was very friendly and professional, able to squeeze us in without a reservation on a busy Friday night. Highly recommended!
Superb service meets a creative menu in prime location. This restaurant goes the extra mile beginning with the reservation experience, follow-ups, and seamless seating. I was specifically impressed when the hostess greeted me by name upon arrival and took the time to learn everyone in our party. Definitely an experience I was hoping wouldn't end!
Don't know why this place doesn't have better scores - best red curry I've had in US (I've tried a few - love Thai food) we didn't want duck so they changed menu for us. And everything else is awesome - like seriously awesome. Service needs a bit of cajoling maybe but we were very happy. 😊
Definitely one of the best Thai food restaurants in Miami. Prices were not outrageous and service was really good! Food was delicious and beautiful presented.
Sat at the bar. Service, food, and drink were all amazing. The papaya salad comes with crunch shrimp which makes for a nice twist. Curries were large portions and delicious. If you like spice, order extra, heat is turned down for the American palate.
Simply the best experience ever. Each plate was a work of delicious art. Every bite was exquisite. You must experience as you will truly not be disappointed. #foodiebucketlist

Great birthday dinner. We had really nice and fresh sushi roles, a great green curry with seabass and amazing skirt steak. If we go back to Miami, we'll visit them again.
Wow. Chef Bee and his wonderful NaiYaRa are quite the treat. The restaurant is beautiful and simple in decor, with an edge of grunge that makes it trendy. The service is unmatched- especially in Miami. We entered and started at the bar. Juan immediately handed us cocktail menus and offered his time and expertise with any questions. I ordered the mule- which was well balanced in flavor and accompanied by the prettiest little flower. Juan offered us shots of the amazing killer bee frozen cocktail, which had the perfect end note of heat, and which I then had to order a full glass of. We were seated at our table and the real magic began. Our server was lively, friendly, and helpful. We tried a number of dishes, but the standouts that you cannot live without - crispy bok choy, chicken dumplings, and pork belly buns. UNREAL.
From the moment we walked in to meeting the incredible manager, Tom, everything was wonderful. Anna waited on us and was superb! My wife had the skirt steak and I had udon noodles. Both were a 10! Thank you for a incredible experience! Marty Macdonald
If you're willing to dish out a little extra cash for some of the highest quality, flavorful Thai fusion food, this place is for you. Ambiance is crowded, bustling, and a little loud, but the food makes it all worth it. All the Thai classics like their curries, pad thai, and pad see ew are excellent, but the shishito peppers alone are worth the price and the journey here. We get two orders of them every time we come. You might get lucky and see a celebrity here, as they tend to frequent this place. Never been to the bar, but the bartenders look fast and competent, and are always prompt and courteous when handling takeout orders. If you can take on the prices and the environment, this is some of the best food in Miami, period.
I went to NaiYaRa for the first time tonight and it was absolutely the best dining experience I've ever had. The atmosphere was incredible, elegant, lively and chic. We experimented with the cocktail menu and each drink did not disappoint - the offering is inventive and so delicious. The food is equally divine - you can close your eyes and land your finger on anything on the menu and be delighted with your choice. The presentation of each plate we had was beyond impressive and artful! And leave room for dessert! We got both the milk chocolate pots de creme and the mango tarte which were the perfect end to a great night out. The service was top-notch and we felt well taken care of (Tanya was our server and she was so sweet). We met the chef as well which is always a pleasure to meet the person behind such a masterful menu. I'm so happy and overall incredible satisfied with my experience at NaiYaRa, definitely my go-to from now on! Can't wait to go back. Drinks: lady lychee, straw man, bee sting Appetizer: spring rolls, stake & eggs signature roll Entrees: sweet + sour duck, pad thai
Excellent sushi and Thai food! I love the Sunset harbor rolls and the crab fried rice. Try the killer bee drink as it is a bit sweet with a hint of pepper! Amazing! It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. Just call a week in advance for reservations as they are always full! Parking garage in the mall, only a few dollars.
I actually liked this dining establishment, the food is remarkable, and also the bathrooms were not bad for public. It was a little fridgity indoors, really was not the best. The waiter is great too. I will definitely consider returning once more if I ever land the chance. Me and my pal purchased the combo and we were not let down. My one pointer is to keep the cool outside. Peace!
I just wanted to try everything. The menu is split into Japanese and Thai sections. I had a warm duck salad and red curry. Both dishes came out fast. The salad was tasty. The sauce was perfect. The curry had an attractive flavor of coconut milk, and had a good portion of rice, meat, and beans. If you are looking for quality Asian dishes is the right spot.
Excellent place, food is absolutely delicious. Everything we had was just an explosion of flavors. We sat at the bar and the guys were very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend! Atmosphere is good and overall quality is high.
Absolutely love this place since it first started! Their food is always on point and their happy hour is one of the best of Sunset Harbor. Frenchie, who manages the bar is beyonddd welcoming, loving, professional, sets up a dope vibe and creates excellent cocktails! Please make sure you stop by and experience the best Thai food in Miami Beach, FL!!
I went here for a dinner reception after a wedding and they service us perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly they helped us with our food choices as well as attentive to our drinking needs. You're the best part about this place was the food was fantastic. They have great vegetarian options and was able to cater to the entire family. I would recommend this place for anybody visiting on the beach.
Beautiful service ! Excellent food ! I was by myself and I just wanted to try for a first experience !!!! Miami is not the best city for food and service unfortunately . I always go by myself on the first time to try and check the place !!!!! It was a surprising experience . From the begining to the end I had a beautiful experience. Sofia the hostess , Anna my bus girl, Alex, one of the server , PATRICIA my bartender (excellent knowledge of food ! ....pretty rare for bartenders in this city) they all have been on top ! ...the food is excellent You must try the coconut soup , the skirt steak was succulent and the DORADE !!!!!. Thank you to all the staff and specially my bartender , I was extremely welcome and surprised ! Thank you to Tom and S arah the managers , they came to check on me and make me feel extremely welcome . I ll definitely come back w my friends ,family and clients !! It was an excellent experience , I ll be back for sure . AMAZING FOOD AND TEAM . Thank you to all of you !!!!
This place is hands down the best Thai food in Miami and we have been to many others that just don't come close! The restaurant was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint at all. The flavors are just amazing and the food is quite authentic Thai fare. We tried several dishes and some of the highlights were the Spring rolls (not your average spring rolls at all), the Thai street dumplings and for an entree, the Red Curry Duck was possibly the best duck dish I have ever had. It was really crispy with a very complex red curry sauce, with red and green peppers and pineapple. It's just an incredible dish and is not to be missed! We finished off our dinner with a chocolate Pot De Creme which was the perfect finish to this delicious meal. Overall, this restaurant is 5 stars all the way and the service is equally as good as the cuisine. Do not hesitate to try NaiYaRa the next time you want to experience truly exceptional Thai food!
Awesome Asian fusion style. Went here for a client dinner and was thoroughly pleased. Staff was great and food was amazing. The curry was on point and from what I could tell you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The sea bass on the curry melted in my mouth. Delicious.
Nice restaurant. It is combination of Thai and Japanese food. Each and every dish are so yummy. Specially shrimp popcorn is too good and that is addictive😀. They have special arrangements for kids too. But, Thai food is better than Japanese food for sure. They take care well their customers.
I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my friends here. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Their manager Sarah was very hospitable and attended to all our requests. I believe it is the best Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Miami! Thank you!
Great restaurant, Japanese tapas and Thai food, the food comes fast, incredible location, not in the middle of South Beach, but close enough. The music is also great. You guys will have a blast. You have to try the Green Curry (sea bass with coconut sauce) Highly recommended!
Amazing, amazing food! Highly recommend: Naiyara Roll - it is salmon with truffle oil drizzled on top and is insane! Also highly recommend the Busy Bee drink if you like a little spice in your drink. The service was a tad slow and unprofessional (reaching over my plate to serve another guest's food, leaning on the back of my chair and over my shoulder to serve water to 4 different people, etc.)
5 star service and food. I was a first time in town guy and Nai ya ra was recommended by my hotel as a great place to visit in first trip to area. I walked in at a slow time and the staff jumped to offer outstanding customer service. It was just me and they treated me wonderfully. Sarah (manager) made a point to talk with me and offer awesome combinations. Thank you Sarah for the white fish truffle. Explosive taste in a great display. Thanks again Sarah, chichi and team. 5 star experience.
I am IN LOVE with this place! I visited short-term from Michigan. With that being said, when you are on vacation you usually like to try new places out, right? Nope, I had dinner at NaiYaRa 3 times! The employees are so welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend getting the Pad Thai. I’m picky when it comes to my dishes, especially spice. The cook nailed the spice just perfectly! Ask for Sal for your server. He provides great service and entertainment!
Excellent food/plating, service, drink menu options and ambiance. Try the popcorn shrimp, spring rolls, fried rice and Sriracha wings (in that order). Whomever manages this place created a good flowing team. I noticed how cohesive they are each time I visit. There are also brunch and lunch hours. -@ChloGotFlo
If you go to Naiyara try their green curry, just one word to describe it, "WOW". I wanted it to never end. This was delicious. The place has a nice ambiance, it is good to take your significant other on a date or even with friends to drink some exotic drinks have a nice meal and just talk. Would come again and again.
Beautiful food served by smiling, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was my husband's birthday and they made him feel really special, with sparklers and shots and songs! Perfect! We had the spring rolls and street dumplings following by Khao soi and massaman - I can't fault any of the food at all, the wine was delicious and our server was an absolute sweetheart. If we lived in Miami, this would be our regular place, 100% :)
MUST GO DELISH...arrive on time this place gets packed! We were celebrating my best friend's birthday and couldn't have been more pleased! All the credit to Sarah Percy who made the night EXTRA SPECIAL, she absolutely went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Chef came out and greeted us, and we raged on and on about the amazing food! Our favorite had to be the fish which I have added photo, as well as the blanched bok choy (order extra, it's addictive).
Consistently impressed with the food here. Be prepared to spend $75 to $100 per person, but rest assured you will leave with your mouth watering for more. The vibe of the restaurant is young and energetic, can be loud at times. If you're looking for an intimate date spot, this is not your spot. But if you're looking for a place that's fun and lively, you will be entertained. The food presentation and level of service I receive is consistently good. The chefs seem to care about presentation and flavor, the waitstaff is always hustling to bring you want you need. I never hesitate recommending this place to friends and family.
Great service! Top notch food quality! We arrived, greeted by the hostess, have seated and our server was amazing! Food item selected from the menu was explained well and even offered another dish to try. In addition, we were given comp dessert since we celebrated special occasion. Impeccable service indeed! Looking forward to coming back very soon!
Had this restaurant on my bucket list since moving to Miami Beach. The food was really great! We ordered the beef jerky and the lobster with fried rice. The food tasted delicious! The service was average, we waited quite some time for the server to make initial contact and take our drink order. The prices, in my opinion, were kind of high, even for the area.
Super cute decor inside—but it was very dim lit so they had to adjust the lighting above our table. Came here for dinner Sunday night and it was noticeably fairly empty. For the hot appetizer, the Sticky Spare Ribs was tasty, well flavored and the portion was a lot! For entrees, we tried the Pad Thai with shrimp and the Massaman Curry with chicken—both good, I liked the curry dish better. The cocktails were okay, tried the D’Lychee and Eden Crush—they were pricey, $18 a drink. Overall, it seems a bit overpriced for some of the food & drinks here.
Great ambiance, great service, and good food. We ordered the wagyu sliders, pad see ew, and pad Thai. The dumplings tasted amazing (probably best we ever had), but watch out because I definitely burned my mouth eating them. The pad see ew and pad Thai were fantastic, just very salty. Those dishes also don’t come with a protein, which is a rip off. I’ve never been to a Thai restaurant where the protein didn’t come with the noodles. Overall, good experience.
Dropped in for dinner and we almost overlooked this place—so glad we didn’t! Our waitress was super sweet and helpful with what to choose to eat. I love colors. Presentation was on point and everything was so light and refreshing. Definitely not!
This time we tried NaiYaRa in Sunset Harbor, it is a Thai & Sushi restaurant, we went for Happy Hour which is from 5 to 7 pm every day, the menu has $7 drinks & bites. The HH menu is more concentrated on the Japanese food and that is what we tried, I know that HH is easier with those dishes but, it would have been nice if there were also some more traditional Thai dishes, I know, we can order those from the regular menu but, if you just wanted to have a bite size to try it out I think it would have been good to have it the HH menu too. The bartender Ciccio, really great guy, told us to go back on Thursdays on Ladies Night for free Margaritas 🎉🎉🎉 Oh yes ! we will 🎉🎉🎉 So here is what we tried, the Veggie Spring Roll was great, Bok Choi Tempura, Ceviche of the Day also very good, Popcorn Shrimp and Half Roll Spicy Tuna, all with good Prosecco and to finish a Covid shot, yes that is what it is called 😉 For sure we will go back on a Thursday for Ladies Night and to try out some Thai dishes too @naiyaramiami For more of my favorite restaurants, places and more, like my Facebook page Naddia’s Favorites or follow me on Instagram @naddias_favorites
Ok so the raw sushi was impressive. I mean truly impressive. The quality of the fish was paramount and all of our rolls were excellent. The only issue I had was with the lobster roll which I felt was left in the fryer for a bit too long which gave it a slightly burnt taste as well as overcooked the lobster, making it a little tough. I asked our server if they are usually this well done to which he quickly replied yes and walked away. I wasn't going to argue with him because the service was excellent and the staff was very attentive but I'm still not entirely convinced that's how a $45 roll of sushi should look and taste. Despite this, I would return.

2nd time here and we like it overall. It is very pricey and some of the plates I was not a fan of. We had a sushi roll with tuna belly which we didn't like. It was overly fishy, had maybe 6 pieces of sushi, and cost $55! If you go, I would recommend the spring rolls and Pad Thai. The tuna pizza is good if you like truffle oil. Worth a try.
Good spot. A bit overpriced, but portion sizes are all big enough to share and enjoy family style. Sushi is incredible. Thai dishes although very good, are not noticeably better than a traditional Thai restaurant (despite being 2-3x more expensive).
Food is good but it tastes better if you Order Delivery via Amazon Restaurant Order/Delivery App. The grilled meat churrasco style strips, Fried okra, sushi roll, and salmon tacos are worth the $$$. Eating at the restaurant will increase the $$$$ and even though location looks good inside , it's always really loud and ....it doesn't smell good ... some sanitizer/ smell. Best Experience: order for takeout/ delivery or go at night ~ ask for outside sitting available at the adjacent Sunset Shops Courtyard.
I went here to check out the food as i had heard good things. I love Thai food, and this restaurant has some tasty food. I wouldnt say the menu is strictly Thai or indeed that orignal when it comes to authentic dishes. Its more of westernized thai flavours with a twist on some classics. The restaurant itself was cool, busy with a nice vive and cool decor. My waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, all in all a good pkace to go for dinner. The crispy pak choi is excellent, and the Sea bass green curry doesnt disappoint. The prices are a bit high but thats what high end location does. Worth a visit, book a table.
Took my girlfriend their to celebrate her birthday and the experience was excellent. Be warned it is on the pricey side but worth it. The ambiance is great for a date night dinner, great mood lighting with a Japanese garden feel with blossoms and lights throughout the restaurant. Our server was attentive and patient. My only knock was the octopus which was my least favorite in Miami but everything else from the shrimp appetizer to my duck red curry( expensive but honestly the best I've had, flavorful, large portions, and spicy) was amazing. The wine was high quality and reasonably priced per glass. Finally the DJ was awesome. Definitely gives you the going to a Thai restaurant on the beach. Fancy but cool place. Love this place and will go again. Highly recommend.
The place is very cool, good decor, not too fancy, but quite nice. The drinks here are decent, but I wouldn't call them stellar. The service was very good, they were right on time with our reservation, which was early. The bar was packed. All of the food was very good, somewhat creative twists on classic Thai food. They were very accommodating to my 4 year old Niece and made her food she enjoyed.
This restaurant was good but a little pricey in my opinion. The ambiance is not bad although the music made it a little hard to here my husband. Service was pretty good. We had the spring rolls and pad Thai which were great and then the spicy duck red curry which did not blow me away. I wouldn't get the curry again but I would for sure he other two dishes. This is not a $$ restaurant like it shows when you look it up on google maps, more so $$$. We only had 2 cokes, appetizer and 2 mains and it came to $83 before tip.
Definitely one of the best Thai food restaurants in Miami. Prices were not outrageous and service was really good! Food was delicious and beautiful presented. A real Miami vibe. Every item perfectly cooked. The sushi is probably the best in Miami. Out door seating available. I Miss Chef B
Food was good, the Som Tun (papaya salad) could’ve been spicier but I can understand catering to an American palate. The sauce for the fried chicken dumplings was amazing!! Pad Thai was good as well. The only issue is that they allow dogs in the restaurant nothing more uncomfortable than having a dog shaking and scratching while trying to enjoy a meal. They should implement a dog section if they’re going to allow dogs as a courtesy to other diners. The service also wasn’t the best and they weren’t even busy it was a Tuesday night.
Not very good service, long waiting for dishes. The Tuna pizza (not in the menu) as appetizers was very good. Green curry with sea bass was good. Nice environment. Veggie spring roles delicious. But the tofu on my yellow curry was terrible, very chewy- I had to return it - but they did not charge it. The desert was awesome - tea mil-folhas..

We have been to this restaurant a few times in the last year and noticed that prices have increased, but quality has decreased. For example, the pad Thai was soggy and lacking in flavor, while the shrimp was clearly frozen (and came in a paltry portion). The ribs used to be succulent, but this time were dry. Service was spotty. Either the restaurant was severely understaffed, or the waiters were inattentive. We had to wait a long time to order our food. Then we had to keep asking for water etc. We wish this restaurant would go back to a couple of years ago when it was still putting in the effort.
Interior design was great and also our waiter was amazing. The food did not live up to the hype we heard, the music was super loud we could not hear each other at the table. Maybe a better place for drinks and dancing instead. I would probably not go back.
Nice ambiance, yet music was extremely loud. So you have to sit outside to be able to talk. However, no outside heater so pretty chilly in the winter. Food quality was not outstanding yet it was good overall. However, it is WAY overpriced for what it is. $40 for a red curry is plain insane and explains it all. Service was good, but I was surprised to receive $70 back in change in $5 bills. When asked for $10 or $20, I was told there was none... Had to laugh about it. Overall, I think this a restaurant that tries too hard too be fancy. Typical Miami Beach restaurant.
Was very excited to experience this restaurant..... I had heard so much about it, and couldn’t wait to try it. Unfortunately, it should have been a lot better. The U Toro was absolutely spectacular, however extremely small for the $24 and only 1 piece. Pad Thai , as well as the dumplings were delicious. Best Miso soup I’ve ever had.... but when they give you 1 piece of salmon Sashimi for $8 .... that’s ridiculous ..., here’s where my real issue with the place was.... The waiter was terrible. I waited 35 min in between 2 freaking pieces of sashimi, and Pad Thai , then tried to tell me it was because they needed to clean the Wok..... then told us the kitchen was closed when we wanted to order a main course..... not very professional whatsoever. If I ran this restaurant, he wouldn’t be working for me. Over priced no matter how good (1) piece is.... can not see this place staying in business in the long run, unless they get realistic about what their actually serving.
This is our first time back here this year and it was awful. We were there right at open at 5pm, and it took an hour and a half to eat there for 3. Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Our waiter Stephano seemed very uninterested when taking down our order. When it came out wrong, we asked to talk to him again and he started arguing that we were wrong that the dishes came with meat originally when they did not on the menu. When we showed him that he got caught in his lie, he said oh they changed the menu but it always comes with meat. We got our order rectified but the overall experience was not great. Very disappointing based on our great experiences there previously.
I went here for brunch June 24th at 1:00 pm with a party of 12. They gave us one waiter for the entire table and he was one of the rudest people I have ever met. First he didn’t get the children’s orders in first so all of the adults got there food (accept for my 85 yr old grandmother). We asked him when the food was coming and he angrily responded multiple times “I didn’t forget anyone ok, it will come out when it comes out”! Every small inquiry was met with a rebuttal with attitude. The food was mediocre at best and a bit overpriced for what it was. The total bill came out to $500 plus 20% autgratuity which I usually don’t have a problem with. I would have given this place a second shot but that man was atrocious in nature! I think there was some underlying RACIAL ISSUES at play but I will never engage ignorance. Let’s just say one of the biggest real estate moguls in Miami were there along with one of the country’s top medical professionals. This experience overall left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.
Beware of typical waiter overselling and hiding information! Food was Ok. Always has. Been going from time to time and food has been consistent. However, this time around, waiter was more interested in billing more than serving us right. Made some suggestions to some of the Menu items without letting us know that there were additional charges. Also, typical "approach" with the tablet to later collect payment: showing bill very quickly (so that you cannot see the extra charges), not letting you know that tip was included and so on. Very disappointed. Not planning to go back
Our sushi roll and curry were overpriced and mediocre. We felt conned into paying $7 for “still” water that tasted no different than tap. Headed for a second dinner as we are leaving hungry due to high prices and small portions.
Had not been back in a while but definitely is not the same restaurant it used to be! Some items we ordered where good like the coconut soup but the baby back ribs seemed reheated, dried maybe from last week. My guts felt the pain for not having eaten fresh food…. We had a great time as we drank 2 bottles of champagne! On top of that the place was empty on a Thursday night at 8pm atmosphere was sad. Definitely not going back
My friend and I had a very good dining experience. Carlos, our server was awesome, and the other wait staff were also excellent, very attentive. The food was very savory and delivered with appropriate timing. While I was finishing my glass of wine after dinner we were essentially asked to give up our table and go to the bar as they needed our table. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment.
Such a huge disappointment! We ordered 3 chicken dishes to share: Thai, fried rice and Udon noodles. The chicken in all came SO dry - not edible at all. It takes a talent to treat chicken breast like this. Forget about the fact that they run of beer....it's not important. Not recommended at all, so bad..

I don't know what happened to this place. We went for dinner and we couldn't even hear each other due to the high high volume of the music, we felt like inside a club. But that wasn't even the worst part. Worst part was definitely the overprice and the automatic 20% tax + food was whatever + we asked 10000 times if a specific dish was gluten free and they told us yes and of course it wasn't....
AWFUL TASTING FOOD! Extremely expensive. The pad Thai we ordered taste like raw fish. The chicken was dry and gross. The sauces taste nothing like actual Thai food! Save your money and time do not eat here!
We ordered food from here tonight and it was sooo bland. The fancy, beautiful photos are so deceiving. I ordered pad Thai with chicken and my husband order the udon noodles with chicken. Most bland and tasteless Thai food we’ve ever had. We won’t be coming back.
We got a great table and some, 4, appetizers and then waited for over half hour for some Curry and Pai Thai. And our waiter was shocked that we are upset; we have no use for him, te bill says Carlos The general manager calmed us down. He is good.
Horrible service ruined the whole experience. We had our drink orders taken relatively quickly and ordered a bottle of sake and a cocktail. When the waiter dropped the cocktail it felt like it basically slammed it down as he was passing by. We waited at least 30 minutes to see him again and order anything else. It got to the point where my boyfriend took out the timer on his phone because it was actually impressively long. When he finally did come we ordered food and asked to put the sake on ice. He took the bottle across the restaurant and we did not see him again for a long time. After having our glasses empty just sit there, I walked over to get the sake myself. Not the experience you want with $100 bottle of sake. The whole thing was comical when you get the $300 check with the huge service charge included. The food was fine but for that price and level of service you are much better going somewhere else.
Very disappointed. At first glance, very friendly hostess and server. The drinks were a bit overpriced but I said "hey why not". I ordered the tuna pizza and it tiny! It was the size of a wonton chip. We ordered 2 more dishes, each one getting smaller and smaller. We ended up just eating our baby dishes and then went to another restaurant and had an adult meal.
This food here is terrible. This is a wannabe upscale dining restaurant. Insanely overpriced food. They decorate the plate to distract you from the quality of the actual food. Poorly decorated to pass as fine dining. The only thing that’s close to “fine dining” in this place is the price. By the way. It doesn’t matter how big your group is, this place will automatically add a 18% service fee to your bill.
From the start things were a bit rocky... the menu is not typical and jumps all over the place. The waiter was in such a rush that he didn’t check to see if a bottle of sake was available, dropped the sake cap into my glass of water and took it without ever bringing another back to the table, never appeared after taking the rushed order, forgot a main item even though he wrote it all down, and just wasn’t pleasant. Spent $300 for two people and the food was more pretty than tasteful. Also charged a 2% MB Resort Fee... what the hell is that?! Typical Miami.. over hyped food and way worse service.
Buyers beware!!! Don’t go to this restaurant. They charged us for a bottle of sake for 450.00 when we ordered 3 glass. The waiter pushed and pushed to order this and the place is so dark and the drink menu is printed so tiny that you’re not able to see what the prices are and we went what the waiter recommended to us. Just horrible that we were forced to pay for this. The manager Sarah was very nonchalant about the whole thing. Never again and so upset that we got ripped off.
Came here for dinner with a couple girlfriends. Food is super overpriced. Service was just alright. The server asked for more tips “for the servers” on top of the included tip??? Was extremely awkward. Also, when I went to the bathroom I saw one of the workers walk out of the stall without washing her hands. Not coming back.
Went for happy hour on a Friday night and we were definitely treated like “happy hour “ clients. Our waiter practically pushed us out. “I get it” as I waited tables I wasn’t going to hog the table till 10 pm. But please a little respect as a customer !! Horrible second class treatment.
Good food poor service. We order red currry, that in the menu appears with crispy duck... it came with chicken Order the dessert took forever, but once ordered we were waiting 25 minutes and claim a couple of times.... They amend the price of the curry (what they served) and removed the dessert and a miso soup ($8).... but they put a 20% gratuity on our party for 4 (not 6 as was advised in the menu) Everybody has bad days, but...
I had heard good things about Naiyara & decided to take my family visiting from out of town there on Tuesday night. Sophia was so kind on the phone & sat our party of 5 adults within 20 mins of me calling, I appreciate that because I know it’s a busy restaurant & usually you need a reservation. When we sat our server Salvatore did not introduce himself & just said “scan the menu & I’ll give you some time.” Long story short, I had to wait 20 after being seated, 10 mins after the 1st appetizer came out until I had to ask Salvatore if I could have a plate. (Feel free to check east camera facing west towards sushi chef station). The food was phenomenal, so tasty! The ambience & decor is beautiful. But pumping your family up about an establishment & having poor, rude service from the server is unfortunate.
Food was good but the music was PAINFULLY loud - nightclub LOUD - so loud that conversation was impossible at a small table. Seriously, at 7:30?? Pathetic effort to be a hip spot. And, like a lot of SoBe restaurants, the waiters are directed to get your entire order, food served and table turned over ASAP. Incredibly unpleasant meal. No thanks.
Nothing upscale about this joint. Just overpriced mediocre food. Went there for dinner. The place was empty and now I know why....The $24 chicken pad Thai was greasy and all ingredients cooked that morning. The chicken was dry and tough. The raw fish was paper thin. Even the soda from the fountain was a miss. There was nothing elevated about this experience. Have had better Thai at the airport in Arkansas. Service was acceptable for south beach. Funny how they charge you 18% service like it or not. Good luck staying in business NaiYaRa
This places will see you as nothing but a dollar sign to the business. I highly suggest you do not go with the recommendations from Pom. He will suggest only the highest priced item on the menu. He suggested our party of 4 to order the appetizer platter which goes for $55. He also suggested ordering the Nigeria prawn for the entree, also priced at $55. 🤪. We ordered drunken noodle and padthai, and for choice of protein, he said we can go for a combination (shrimp, steak, chicken) and that blew the dish to a whooping $42 and $41, respectively. And BTW, a 18% gratuity is automatically added for a group of 4. The ambiance is not a place you would expect for an “upscale” restaurant. The food is way too salty. Would I go here again? Nope! Would I recommend? Never.
READ ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO DINE HERE ... you will find a pattern - we were expecting high end food for the price they are charging- I would recommend any Thai place on this nothing special plus the waiter was rushing things when ordering and everything he was recommending was $55 for a small plate - I guess they include 20% gratuity and the more the pay waiter gets 20% so you can do math , that’s why waiter for pushing for everything that’s $55 - this restaurant is way over rated for nothing - do not waste money and go somewhere else. if there’s a zero star option I would have done that for this restaurant. All good reviews not sure how true are they nowadays even people get paid to write reviews. AVERAGE FOOD AND SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!
