Great spot near the beach! Found this place while staying nearby and I’m so glad I did. It’s just a block from Miami Beach and perfect for grabbing a coffee and walking to the ocean. The line was a bit long, but it moved fast. The food was great, coffee was smooth, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the cozy, Cuban-style vibe inside. We sat outside and enjoyed a relaxing breakfast in the Miami sunshine. Definitely recommend this place!

Shepherd Artisan Café on Collins Ave is a cozy and charming spot with excellent coffee and amazing service. My cappuccino was perfectly made, and the green “Hulk” muffin was a real treat — soft, fresh, and delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Definitely a great place for breakfast or a coffee break in Miami Beach!

My partner and I love exploring coffee shops when we travel, and this one has definitely earned a spot in our top 5! This is our second time visiting, and we make it a point to stop by at least once a day while we’re in town. The coffee is fantastic (we’re obsessed with the affogato!), the chicken mozzarella sandwich was amazing, the desserts are always delicious, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly or welcoming. We already can’t wait to come back again—this place is a must-visit!

Joaquin is the best he’s super nice and has great customer service skills . The other employees are great too. He’s just the most memorable because he always was at the counter working when I arrived. I loved coming to this cafe mainly because it was right across the street from my air bnb!!!I love the convenience. I ordered the small White chocolate latte, guava cheese pastry, and bagel with cream cheese, between yesterday and today and I just ordered breakfast. I got the shakshuka I love love love shakshuka and cannot wait to try that next!!! If you ever come to Miami, this is definitely a spot to try for good coffee all day breakfast and they have a pretty decent selection of options to snack on or just to even get a bite to eat in general! Coffee shop has a cool vibe and very friendly workers. Drinks came out fast and tasted amazing. After a week of cruise ship coffee this place is a breath of fresh air. Everything is made to order and blows Starbucks out of the water.

A great place to abandon the urban jungles of Miami Beach, this place is unassuming and humble. Great crowd inside, awesome playlist, cool inside and excellent customer service. I just arrived from Seattle, the Pacific Northwest where coffee and salmon sandwiches are hard to beat... but this place did a good job considering it's the South Atlantic coast. Will visit again!

Went for breakfast on the coldest day in January. Had cappuccinos, homemade cinnamon nut bread, V2 juice which was surprisingly fair priced (6.99). Coffees were good, service was excellent, place was clean, seating space limited. Overall good.

Best breakfast!! We ate there every day. Fresh food (Avocado toast, eggs, sandwich..). Best coffee we drank in Miami. Very good (small) warm chocolate croissant. We will miss it.

On the way back from the beach and an iced latte sounded divine. Amazingly enough, too my delight, this Cafe had macadamia nut mylk as an alternative option. I do believe it cost extra, but whether hot or iced; it's worth the extra indulgence, and in my opinion the superior of all mylk alternatives that you can come by at coffee shops. I do wish I had ordered it hot, since it really allows the espresso to be drank at its most savory quality point. However, you cannot hide poor quality espresso in an iced drink, since I always find it becomes acidic. This however was delicious, well roasted, earthy and had a natural sweetness that paired lovely with the nutty and creamy flavor of the macadamia nut mylk. On ice the mylk stays extra thick and creamy, making this more like a desert for the hot afternoon. Also this shop looked like it had really good food, all the customers dining looked very happy. The food I did see go thru looked yummy, I guess next time when I visit their will be a part 2!

I came here because it advertises artisan coffee. The coffee is good, but was disappointed to get it in a paper cup. Good coffee should be served in a nice mug. The food is healthy, but nothing special. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

The staff at Sheperd Artisan Coffee was delightful. This adorable coffee shop in the heart of south beach, Miami, was the perfect stop for a quick cup of coffee and bite in the morning. SAC though isn't just for breakfast as they offer an array of pastries and dessert as well as alcohol throughout the day and evening.

My husband & I wanted an iced coffee after our time at the beach. We walk by Sheperd’s on our way back to the hotel; the workers were extremely nice & very helpful with deciding which iced coffee we wanted. They even let us try the different flavors we could add to our coffee. The coffee in the end was really good plus they have a variety of options for food & deliciously cute bakery choices.

Today in the morning i went to shepherd to have some sandwiches! I ordered a king shepherd extra avocado and was amazing! Also i took some latte, perfect temperature and taste! You can ask to eat there or to go! Also the attention was great!

I had a wonderful experience at the Shepherd artisan coffee shop in Miami. I asked for a chai latte and forgot to specify hot/iced. When it came out as a hot chai latte, I politely asked if it could be iced and apologized for not saying that in the first place. Without hesitation, the baristas worked quickly to ensure my order was fast, ready and right!!

This charming outdoor café was exactly what I was looking for. Delicious fresh juices; pastries and sandwiches; The beet, ginger V5 was a daily on my vacation. The empanadas were delicately made. The staff was friendly and local. Just overall easy going spot. Highly recommend!

Me and my friends have tried a lot of places around Miami Beach, and this one actually stands out. The sandwiches are incredible, all extremely yummy. You can tell everything is made with care and not just thrown together. It’s the kind of place where you go in for coffee and end up coming back specifically for the food and the chill ambience. The location is also great. The coffee is consistently excellent, smooth, strong, and well made every time. And their iced chai is next level. Not overly sweet, super refreshing, and easily one of the best iced chais I’ve had anywhere in Miami. It’s hard to find a good one, and they really nailed it. It doesn’t feel touristy or rushed at all either, just a genuinely good spot in Miami Beach, If you’re in Miami this place is a must.

What a cute and yummy bakery. I got the ham and cheese croissant with the mango tango smoothie and my husband got the breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. The food is super delicious especially if you want a cute simple place to stop at. The smoothie is delicious as well. It has a flavor in it I've never had but super good and refreshing. Just be prepared a lot of people like it here so their might be a line out the door but don't worry it will go down quickly with the good staff they have. Me and my wife had a last stop in South Beach, Florida and stopped at Shepherd coffee shop. We were greeted by Joaquin and Santiago. With our first time here, Joaquin helped us navigate to the menu very well. We got the mozzarella sandwich and a turkey and cheese sandwich which was made from Santiago. Very very good sandwich. We will be coming here again! My wife also got a double shot Cortado made by Joaquin very good creama and coffee beans!

We got the delicious fresco smoothie and a smooth semisweet mocha - both drinks were a 9 out of 10! To eat, we got the breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel (bacon/egg/cheese), egg salad sandwich on toasted multigrain (sliced hard boiled egg, caramelized onion, cucumber, and a honey spread). Both were excellent! We also got a side of potatos, which we devoured. The staff were super friendly, and the space is charming. Highly recommend!!!!

The carrot cake was absolutely the best cake I've ever had in my life. The danish was amazing as well. I had a chai tea that was delicious as well. This place was a 10/10.

Joaquin was super cool and took my order! I got a nice customized omelette. The focaccia bread was recommended by someone. Cool staff and the atmosphere inside is awesome.

Staff was friendly and even offered to put more flavoring in our drinks if they weren’t to our liking. Coffee was good but nothing to write home about. Vibes were cute and there is outdoor seating.

The coffee is better here than at the neighbor’s bakery next door, and the food menu is thoughtful, light, and fresh. However, you may need to plan an earlier lunch or order two breakfast items to satiate your hunger. The staff looks like they really enjoy each other’s company, but are mildly annoyed when they have to deal with customers. It’s still the best choice in a four-block radius.

Lovely cosy space. With the occasional dense sprinkling of help. I guess it gotten harder to hire quality help post Covid. It’s a mixed bag, but the product is good. Been a while since I’ve been here. The coffee is above hotel grade, maybe a bit overwatered, and the pastries did not disappoint. After a few tries, I moved on.

Great chai latte! Coffee and the tea both stayed hot for a long time. Breakfast egg sandwiches were also served nice and hot. The bagels are light and delicious. Staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in we were acknowledged, even though they were busy. Great little spot! 4 stars because there was a sign that said we could get a 3% discount with zelle or venmo but the staff was confused when we asked about it.

Really good coffee and food offerings in a quaint little restaurant on the main drag. The portion sizes were pretty good. I only ordered breakfast food, but it was good and kept me pretty full for a good part of the day. The coffee was also good, as was the service given by the ladies managing the counter. They have to go options, as well as sit-down with tables outside.

The coffee shop is beyond cute but pretty small.The interior was vintage industrial with Victorian influences, which was gorgeous. I loved the warm brass and golden tones, along with the pattern tile flooring. This gave me European cafe vibes. Overall, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. The pricing for my drink was reasonable, especially for the location being in south beach.

Lovely cosy space. With the occasional dense sprinkling of help. I guess it gotten harder to hire quality help post Covid. It’s a mixed bag, but the product is good. Been a while since I’ve been here. The coffee is above hotel grade, maybe a bit overwatered, and the pastries did not disappoint. After a few tries, I moved on.

They give me back with totally uncooked eggs, asked to cook it. Finally it was too spicy, could it just eggs and bread. 🌶️ Don’t recommend it. Coffee is average. Bagel was delicious.

Cafe is pretty, spacious enough for outdoor and indoor places for small groups. Ordered iced Matcha latte, by default they gave the sweet one, it is just too sweet and the matcha felt syrupy and not real powder. The chocolate croissant was okay. Prices are on the expensive end, but that's just a Miami thing.

Disappointing coffee. I really wanted to like this place, but the coffee was just not good. I even added extra shots to try and get more flavor, but it didn’t help—it tasted weak and possibly not fresh. I gave them a second chance and mentioned my experience, but nothing changed. If you’re looking for quality coffee, this isn’t the place. The staff are very nice, but that alone doesn’t make up for the poor coffee.

Would you like to wait 25mins for coffee and a sandwich, just to get the order wrong? Then this is the place for you. Not saying that the front staff are prejudice, but they do have an affinity for white tourist types. Guessing us locals don't go there much. Entonces, the presentation was nice. They had to rewarm my sandwich 'cause it was just sitting there for at least 17mins, even after I asked about my order 10mins earlier. All-n-all, a disappointment. Worth a visit? Maybe. Goodluck.

This is not Artisan coffee. Cute place and great staff but tastes no different from the coffee in my hotel lobby flask.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. If I hadn’t noticed the mistake and reminded the staff, I would have been charged far too much for breakfast. Only thanks to my intervention was the correct price applied. This situation clearly shows that the seller does not know the price list and doesn’t even know what they are selling. On top of that, the food quality was poor and the coffee was simply disgusting. It was far from enjoyable. What makes it even more disappointing is that when I visited in July last year, the service and overall experience were completely different – much better. Unfortunately, this time it was very bad. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back.

Today, three friends and I visited this café. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one of the dishes as well as with the customer service. We requested a partial refund for a dish that was returned to the kitchen and not consumed, but our request was denied. As consumers, we exercised our right to leave an honest review on Google. In response, the business publicly stated that they were “very sorry” and that a refund had been issued. However, no refund was ever provided. This response appears to contain false and misleading information intended to misrepresent the situation to the public. We documented the matter by taking screenshots of the business’s response and providing proof that no refund was issued. All relevant evidence has been submitted to the Federal Trade Commission for review. Good luck.

Idk how they received any decent reviews. Everything is $2 more than their menu states. The oatmeal is just Quaker oatmeal packets. Took 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee and there is no cream or sugar out so you have to wait another 5 minutes to get cream and your coffee is cold by then

I was really disappointed with the salmon sandwich. The bread was terrible — dry and flavorless — and it felt like the whole thing was just bread with almost nothing inside. There was no egg, no balance, and absolutely no taste. I would never have chosen it if the café hadn’t hidden these details behind a vague text description. When will all those café finally learn how to photograph its food?

After reading the reviews I thought of giving this place a try but I was very disappointed. We ordered a breakfast plate, a steak sandwich and very basic coffee but nothing was done right. The steak was extremely overcooked, the flavors were there but the quality of meat wasn’t that good specially for the prices and preparation of it was even worst. The coffee was worse than Starbucks even and I hate Starbucks to the core fyi. After screwing up the order and remaking it, it still tasted weak and below average. Coming to the breakfast plate, the salad didn’t even have a dressing on it, they were serving canned tuna with it which I did not expect for the price we paid for the breakfast plate. We paid $70 for the food and it was definitely not worth even 20, I was extremely dissatisfied and would not go back here. Ps after reading my review instead of making things right the owner literally kicked us out, this is what goes for customer service these days. I highly recommend to avoid.
